I booked my parcel from ahmedabad to UK ON 5/11/2015 wide my consignment no N96362221, N96362222. They promise to delivery within 3 working days. I booked this parcel because of Diwali festival event. I paid higher charges for quick delivery.
After paying high amount, company did not keep their promise and delivery my goods on 11/11/2015. It is useless for me. I loss 2, 00, 000 business because of delay. I approach so many time at UK-Dtdc customer center, After dialing 20-30 time, I get connected to customer care. They Didn't response and talk behavioral way . On 10/11/2015, Dtdc asm Mr Anil replay me on email that today he is going to delivery goods i.e. on 10/11/2015. But Goods did not delivered.
Because of this delay I got 2, 00, 000 loss in my business. I want my buinsess loss and shpmaent charges £ 183.60
