I need your Help to take Action against DTDC Service, Because My Parcel not yet
Delivered till Date, Almost 15Days Passed away. May Be My Parcel Missed By Courier Person.
I Have talk to Customer Care and Courier person, but they are not giving proper information about my Parcel And sometimes Customer care executive not attending call, as though they are for Customer Service.
Maximum Time when I try to contact with Concern Head Person either Number out of reach or they are not attending.
So I need your Further Help to Get My Parcel Back ASAP. So Please Do the need full.

DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This is Abhishek Mandal from Mumbai . I have sent 2 couriers with ABN : D25133521 & D24608433 Respectively.
Both reached Kolkata on 20th oct 2015 as per the update available from your online tracking facility .One out of the 2 has been further dispatched from kolkata and the other is still lying at your Kolkata hub .kindly look into the matter and push the dispatch of the couries with ABN : D25133521.
Also expressing my grievance for choosing DTDC . And special mention of the DTDC kolkata team's ignorance in the delay .
