Sir, My DTDC courier tracking number is B23911837. The content inside was an iphone 4s(white) mobile phone. The courier's status is showing in Muzaffarpur(Bihar) but they said they don't have our parcel. I registered complaint on DTDC but i didn't get any response. The courier with consignment number B24914695, booked originally from Bangalore on September 9, 2015 has not yet reached the intended address. It was promised tome that the courier will be delivered in 2 days time & it has been 7 days, with no trace of the consignment. Even if the DTDC website is showing the consignment number as In transit. This is the level of service, that is not at all acceptable from a leading service provider like DTDC....
