I have ordered a wheel chair from Amazon, later I got a call that the courier has been placed in the office far away from my place in DTDC Courier, later I have contacted the seller and the person replied that the courier will be delivered at my home after that, the very next day I got a call from DTDC courier saying the same thing so I asked them to contact seller. Then the very next day I got a call from the manager of DTDC courier kattakada trivandrum office saying that they are returning back the package as I dint went to get my package . I asked him why it was not communicated he had no answer and when I said that send it to nearby office, he replied that its a huge package and and cannot be delivered. The way he conveyed it was rude and the reasons what he provided was Unacceptable!! NEVER GO DTDC, PATHETIC SERVICE.

DTDC franchise in Owala- GB rd thane. ( mr mahale) takes exorbitant charges saying he will ship by air and sends it through local truck transport. he has a DTDC franchise. and some hidden franchise also which he never tells. he is trying to cheat DTDC as well as customers . he doesnt provide the airway no and bill. booked a parcel for which he charged 1600/- air transport.and sent through local truck transport for 350/-. also his men tried calling me and asked to pay 1000/- more. mahale is cheating people and DTDC. dont book with him.

The made easy coaching centre, delhi has send me(to palakkad, kerala) a courier on october 7, 2015 through dtdc courier. The consignment number is Z67519382. The consignment is not delivered till date. They are not even responding well to the queries. The phone number which i contacted for information is [protected].

My aunt had sent a parcel to Hyderabad from Ahmedabad, Gujrat on 5th October 2015. After paying charges of 4290. We were informed that it was on its way. After waiting for around 5 days on enquiring it showed that it is delivered but hadn't reached us. So we have lost a package worth Rs.94, 000 The company later informs us it's lost. Consignment no. *D25209227* This is extremely dissapointing.

On 15/10/2015 with H61391834, My father couriered a parcel to hyderabad, They had Promised us on 17/10/2015, But till Today I.E is 19/10/2015, They diidnt delivered and The worst thing Is Even Single num on google will not work that was Horrible . Worst Experincse with # DTDC

Whenever i ordered something online mostly they ship my product through DTDC courier.
DTDC courier always call and ask where to place ur product.

they says their service is not available in my area. i have to go 30km away from my address to get my product.

i am living in Rajuri. i have to go to narayangao which is 30km away from my place. -_-
if they can't can't ship product to given address then why they accept that parcels ? -_-
and this courier guys mostly return my product -_- what the -_-

Hi...this is Saloni kodesia from Lucknow .My father couriered me my medicines 15 october 2015 as it WS on urgent basis. dtdc bareilly branch chouplA road, courier guys tell them DAT it will reached next day before 5 pm..next day I got a call from dtdc Lucknow ofv saying DAT they will not deliever on my address as they don't deliever on dis address. Now what to do ? None of d branch is Accepting their mistake...if they didn't deliever on d given address den why they accept my parcel...This IS TOO IRRITATING FR ME .I NEVER EXPECT THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM DTDC THIS IS WASTAGE OF MONEY AND TIME...PLS RETURN BACK MY PARCEL FROM WHERE IT IS PICKED UP I.e.bareilly branch

The parcel reached Bangalore from Mumbai on 16/10/2015 at 8:00 am according to DTDC Tracking. When I called the costumer care which they had advertised works 24/7 no one picked up. I tried from morning in different numbers at evening someone picked up and said the parcel will be delivered and gave other contact no. The parcel was not delivered on 16/10/2015 and they is no response from their side.

First of all looking in feedback category list (DTDC site) it seems that DTDC guys are not interested in listening complain, (No category naming Complain) I suggest DTDC that it is very competitive market and i, as a customer suggesting you that you will be no where (after looking at your services from last 2 deliveries) after few years. Facing lot of trouble in deliveries from Belapur branch (Navi Mumbai), 1)They are least bother to attend customers calls(You keep try in day time(Belapur, Navi Mumbai specific) from 10 to 5 pm and i bet if your phone got connected). 2) They are never coming to your home for deliveries and saying that NO PERSON found sort of comment (This is what i concluded after observing last 2 deliveries) However Never got such services from other courier companies. 3) No proper behavior with customer, Not at all supportive. I suggest change your business behavior if you really want to survive in the market. Concern- Consignment no. Z66978548, My wife went there(Navi Mumbai, Belapur office) but she had refused to give. Whole day i tried reaching out at DTDC belapur office but no body picked the call. Pathetic experience, Will never recommend.

I have couriered some documents and food coupons worth Rs.4000 from Mumbai to Arni with extra security pouch (Rs.100). They delivered only the documents and the security pouch and food coupons were missing. I made a complaint but there was no proper response from customer service. Sent mails no response. Courier P33948019 done on 08.10.2015 from Aurangabad had reached Kharghar (Navi Mumbai) on 16.10.2015. Courier should be delivered with 48 hrs i expect.
After almost 1 week. I want to know the reason for late delivery.
We belive DTDC is best, but today i had very bad experience regarding the same.
I had to follow up why not received, but no respose.

Hi, i have Sent a courier from Chennai to tirupur on 10-Oct-2015.They told the item will be delivered on 12-OCt. Since Professional courier told me they will deliver by 13-Oct i chose DTDC. The delivery guy called on 13-Oct 4.00 Pm and told he is on the way to deliver the item, none came till 7.00 PM. When called back he told he got some work and will deliver by 14-Oct. I raised a complaint by 14-Oct 6.50 PM, since the product was not delivered till that time and i have a case raised[protected]. Even on 16-Oct 10.25 AM no response/update on the case nor the item is delivered. When i called the customer case with the case number, the reply was they will check. The worst service i have come across with a higher courier charge. Please share me if the product will be delivered or not.

DTDC Courier No: R19627499 booked by Mr. Sheen Arthur ( Mob. [protected]) from Kochi, Kerala: 683503 to Jayadeep Paul Thomas ( Mob. [protected]) Hyderabad: 500059 was not delivered in person, but left in the mail box of the residency. Total ignorance of the courier delivery norms.

On dated 30/09/2015 i have registered courier from Nalgarh to kullu Himachal pradesh. On commitment that they will deliver it on 02/10/2015 but in real they dispatched the courier on 03/10/2015. On tracking through net there it shows that on dated 05/10/2015 it is delivered. But from other side they replied they have not received any courier. I thought there may be some problem which may causes delay in delivery.But after 13/10/2015 they have not received my courier .On such delay I visited DTDC nalagarh office to know the reason for not reaching the courier. They show me through net that your courier is delivered in kullu. We can give you contact number of delivery boy you can contact him rest we are not responsible. On other side on my saying my relative from kullu gone to search the courier in DTDC office in Kullu. Where he have been shown his courier lying there . On asking about its delivery they replied they have no delivery boy so they are keeping all the courier in there . This is the condition of there service and its very poor.

I was set to receive my parcel ( in Guwahati) from Srikakulam on Saturday, October, 03, 2015.It was a 5kg parcel bearing the docket number: D23195934, containing food items. It was properly packed. Finally when I received it, was having 3 holes (probably rat bites). Not only the outer package, the inner contents of my package were damaged beyond use.

Spoke to authorized person on [protected] . but the person has clearly denied to take any responsibility . as per him he can bring back the parcel to mumbai and then i have to rebook for the international destination at my expense as he is not responsible delayament was done by the DTDC courier & i need to pay for it??

Consignment Number M24057628 Booked on Saturday, October, 10 at 9.15 am for Banglore. not yet reached the destination. this Consignment is supposed to fly to international destination on 14/10/2015 afternoon so couriered and not used postal services has u r services become slower than postal services?? if the parcel is not able to reach banglore in time to move ahead than whts the use o[censored] r courier serying by payying such a high amt. need explanation and plz i dont want any regret wordings as u r regret wordings is neither going to make the parcel reach its international destination nor going to make my worry & tension less I am very sorry to say but the type of torture U r inducing to the End customer by beleiving in u is very painful All are doing blaming game & playing with the customer The Company, its branches, its franchises nobody responsible. I am very shocked by u r attutidue as a company . Instead o[censored] internally cordinating u r asking me to talk to various branches (nos) to get the details for wht do u charge?? to make the customer leave their current work and do u r work & ?? Too much of mental torture has been done by u in last 3 days. I wuld like to get a clarification from the company, u r branch, franchises or anybody i have got nothing to do with. Beacuse o[censored] r disgusting service, u r inablitity of cordination, u r lack of customer service & their importance my shippment culd not reach the Final destination ie USA via Banglore and u r least bothered abt it . 72 hrs has been passed and they is not a single call/ reply or any communication from dtdc couriers. the customer he running from ploes to pillars. DTDC let me knw when r u going to do the needful ? Due to u r delay the shippment was not able to reach USA via Banglore. its the responsibility of DTDC to make the delivery . when will u do it at the earliest

Dear Team, I have sent a envelope through DTDC from Kamothe Mumbai to Dighi Pune address on 28th September. My Consignment no. is M23595407. In the tracking option, it was shown as delivered on 29th September. But when I enquire about it, it was not delivered to the right person mentioned in the Envelope address. When we are checking the receiver on the DTDC website, it was mentioned as "SIGNN" which cannot be receiver name. I'm following with DTDC team from last week but till now they were unable to provide me DRS Scan Copy. After following up with the DTDC Pune team with mail, they are unable to provide me DRS Scan copy. When we are calling on their LandLine no, they are not picking up the calls or calls are on hold for more than 5 minute and getting disconnected by them. Regards, Mayank Saxena

i inform that your dtdc service was very bad .c no Z63397044 send the courier form vns to noida but i can not get the courier .delivery boy can not call to me and when i am call to maddy c.no ([protected]) which i got that no from customer care..that person told that ..beta es br to courier nai diye return kr diye next time return bhi nai karuga.

This is IP Singh from Jammu and i have booked a consignment on 22/09/2015 containing VSAT to be delivered at Jalgaon to Sh. Sunil Vispute (DOCKET No. D[protected]. I was told that the delivery shall be made within a week and that is probably the justifiable time period required for delivery of consignment from Jammu to Jalgaon.

On 28/09/2015, i came to know that the consignment is lying at Delhi with the remarks SHIPMENT ON HOLD WITH MULTIPLE PIECES SHORT RECEIPT. After my interference and after repeatedly visiting at DTDC office at jammu, i was able to get the consignment tracked at Delhi after a delay of a week. At that time we were given assurance that the courier will reach jalgaon at the earliest as a special case and will be despatched by air from Delhi.

After such experience it was quite evident that the DTDC courier is least bothered about the consignments it takes, the parcels remain unattended and there is no proper and logical system followed at your end. the DTDC delhi was totally irresponsible.

Once the consignment left Delhi, I and consignee waited few days, but when more time elapsed, we again approached the DTDC offices at Jammu and jalgaon and were literally in state of shock when we heard from DTDC jammu and Jalgaon that the parcels are at Mumbai with same remarks. After that the story of mismanagement and mishandling continued as Some parcels reached Bhiwandi and some at Pune. Now the parcels as per DTDC is untraceable. I dont know how its possible that DTDC is unable to trace packets weighing 20 kgs each. The goods of such weight and size are quite visible. The DTDC Jammu is unable to speak and has no clue whatsoever. DTDC Mumbai, Pune, etc are highly non cooperative and are not just interested in solving our problem. Moreover I have not recd any response from customer care emails. nobody takes the calls at contact numbers mentioned on DTDC websites.

I and Sh. Sunil vispute has already suffered direct and indirect losses and are facing heavy mental stress due to failure of DTDC in fulfilling its commitments.

The parcels are still untracked and the whole of DTDC from north to south either don't know their work or its just that DTDC does not want to work. In both cases we as customers are facing heavy losses.

Our Patience to wait any more is now over and I hope there would be some positive response from DTDC people as I have lost all hope from DTDC.

I hope their is some solution to our problem at our end.
