I buy a product on amazon few days after i just receive a call from DTDC courier and they told me come their office to collect my package .when i go their office i just ask him can you next time deliver my package in my home he refuge and act like i say something wrong and they don't give me my package and they say 'who are you?' if you want your package you must come our office or you not rich your package .

Vide Docket No. V24688874 we handed over one packet to M/s DTDC Express Limited Chandigarh(Head office bengaluru) on 7/10/2015 which they promised to deliver before 5pm/ 8/10/2015 at Bathinda station. This was promised by them as they are charging more for this DTDC+ service. And this has not been delivered as of now 17:46 hrs- 09/10/2015. As per them they are going to deliver it tomorrow . This was give to them thru their express service DTDC +. Due to Non-Delivery of letter on time, we & our customers faced huge loss in terms of Money & our credentials. IT IS URGENT My Documents : (consignment it contain original certificate) and last date of submission is 9th October-2015. I booked my order through DTDC, on 29th September 2015 MEHRAM NAGAR - DELHI TO Calicut and your DTDC informed that it will surely be delivered on 1st October-2015. Today is the End of Day of 9th October-2015, and the Documents is still not delivered. If my certificate is not delivered by the deadline, I will not be able to appear for my Test. Hello, I am facing difficulties to deal with DTDC courier service at Udaipur, Rajasthan 313003. Courier delivery boy doesnt call / miss call to customer and they blindly deliver at the gate keeper. Also, when i suggested feedback to DTDC office ( Udaipur), they said it is not our company policy to call to customer during the delivery. Udaipur DTDC office contact number:- [protected] 0-[protected] In other city like Bhopal, DTDC courier delivery boy do call the customer and give courier in hand of customer. Atleast they can give miscall, so that customer will call back and get information regarding delivery. To save 50paisa, there is so much mis-understanding between customer, gate keeper, delivery boy, courier service head office, franchises.

From Hyderabad courier came to Mumbai Fort branch on 04/10/2015...It was dispatched for delivery on 07/10/2015 as per tracking status but no delivered till 08/10/2015..for enquiry nobody receives the call even if the call received no proper response...jus giving fake promises..

My parcel was delivered at the faridabad centre on tuesday 6/10/2015 They have not delivered it till yet on day they said they have the parcel and they will deliver it and now they are saying they dont have the parcel My docket no is Z68008821

Good afternoon, I'm Radhika, I'm residing in Kanpur currently. I had a parcel from Amazon that was to be shipped through DTDC. A delivery person Mr. Sunil Gupta with mobile no. [protected] called at 1651 hrs yesterday asking me to come and pick up the parcel from the guard room. When I asked him to home deliver it as I paid it also that is how it is supposed to be, he says it is difficult for him and after talking to him for a while also he was hell bent on not home delivering and says that if I'm not collecting it, he'll take it back and had the audacity to disconnect my call while I was talking.
Then I called him back when he says that it's not only me that he has called others also where he mentions the ranks of our officers and I too should go and collect from the gate. When I ask him who were they so that I can request them to collect my packet also he refused to give me the name but also had the audacity to say that I will not get the packet at all even if I go and disconnects the call once again.
This is just for your information that all they have to do is to get a pass made and reach home and no other problem they encounter as they portray it to DTDC office.
I hence request you to kindly look into this matter and also keep me posted with the action you have taken against this person who was quite rude to me and had no regard or respect in his language while speaking to a lady.Thank you

I am from greatbay technologies, i have shipped few items targus bags via DTDC to one of my customer, the Customer recieved short shipment two time, 2 bags missing in the courier, had been following up with dtdc courier from past one month with no result. there names are beena and vijayta rao who i think is CSS manager over ther but no use

My colleague has dispatched one consignment through DTDC via air from Mumbai to Indore. After 6 days I haven't received it. First time, when I went to DTDC's office in Indore, executive told me that my consignment has been moved to Raipur and I will receive it in couple of days. After couple of days I again went to DTDC's office to get update on delivery status, executive again told me that it will dispatch today from Nagpur. Today I called DTDC's Executive and he was clueless and not sure when will I get my consignment. Courier details: M24351910 Request you to kindly give glimpse on my request. How pathetic they did not deliver my product and marked the consignment as delivered, I will go to the police station and lodge a complaint against them. Worthless service after repeated phone calls they said we are about to resolve your issue. and now they are not even taking my calls. I don't know how this kind of company can even exist. Please do something about this.

Hi I want to make people aware about this courier giant in Bangalore, that claims to be one of the best in India, on 14th of September 2015 a mobile phone worth more than (with all accessories) 12000/- was sent through DTDC Bengal to Bangalore, on 16th it safely reached Madiwala office in Bangalore, then onwards nobody delivered the product and no one is responsible as well for the delivery. I visited the office, no resolution fount, there some Mr. Mohan kumar is there who is the claim manager, doesn't even answer my call. He asked me to hire an advocate and lodge a complaint in consumer forum, after repeated mails they never reply to the mails, they kept asking for consignment copies, invoice etc. I sent everything then they said the Bengal DTDC office should file a complaint, that also I sent still there is no response from them. I don't know how a company could be such irresponsible. A product worth thousand goes missing from the main branch in the heart of the city Bangalore, and nobody is bothered. Really hopeless. People please don't trust this courier, apart from monetary loss, I have undergone tremendous mental stress, as I bought that phone for my dad, he lost all his contacts, photos, data everything. Hope I really could teach these people a lesson.

There were two boxes, in which one was CPU and in another there was a monitor. I had also done the insurance of all that articles by paying the amount of insurance. But when Mr. Neeraj got the consignment, the CPU was damaged very badly. I had locked a complain through the branch but my claim was rejected by saying that "You had not submitted the proper document at the time of claiming". Even I had provided all the claim related paper whatever they had demanded. Now they told me to again lock a complain by providing all the documents but after that day whenever I tried to call him (Mr. Negi), he did not receive my call. I sent a courier on 3rd September and it has not reached till 5th October. They charge like and these kind of late or bad services.
Very disappointed and on top of it their agents doesn't know why the courier has not reached or who is the person for contact.

Dear sir, my consignment no. Z64271698 has courier ten day before from beawar to aligarh and still it is not received as accurate address and phone number. After continue enquiry at aligarh they had no responsed. You are requested to check and action please.

I have ordered 2 nos. sarees from Amazon.in on 13/9/15. The seller has shipped the order on 17th After tracking I saw that the product reached at Mumbai Apex on 20/9/15 Now today is 3/10/15, no update has been processed by the DTDC Courier. Nobody can answer where my prepaid ordered product is. The Tracking Number/AWB is D25196319. Pls tk step

Respected Sir/Madam, I couriered my post through DTDC on[protected]Tracking number-B[protected] but till now that post didn't reach to destination.i complained for them they are not responding to my words so i want to compliant in consumer court on them.

Consignment no V25518525 Not delivered as on date & time. Very umfortunate to note fictitious delivery report in Tracking history. Seems, deliberate attempt on the part of DTDC to show delivery of the parcel without being actually delivering it . No phone call made by DTDC to inform the recipents about the delivery and no acknowledgement of receipt taken from the recipents. But, records display, delivery on time.

Booked a delivery from Bangalore to Bangalore against the Tracking No.: F09336699 and this was a speed post and the Courier team informed that the parcel will be delivered by next business day. When i checked online the product wasn't delivered. Called the tracking team but there are of no help.
Sent an email to them there is no reply. The company has just lost a customer and they will sure lose many in the future.
