I booked a parcel with your authorised dealer on[protected] for delivery to Charkhi --Dadri (Dist: Bhiwani) and it has not been delivered till date i.e.14th of October, 2015 at 0900AM. Kindly let me know who would pay for the damages and loss that I have incurred for this delay. Your tracking shows it to be in transit. How long is it going to be in transit? Kindly get it delivered today failing which I shall be constrained to seek other legal redressal of my grievance and shall approach the Consumer Court for damages etc. An early response will oblige. I had ordered products from P&G. It has despatched via DTDC Tracking Id/ AWB number - X15226218. On September 29th 2015 the shipment was booked and from the tracking status I could see it was delivered on October 9th. When I approached DTDC on 13th October(Chennai Guindy, Porur and Virugambakkam(Mani's Xerox), there is no response. The Mani's xerox vendor talking so rudely to me even though they are responsible. Worst and Bad experience with DTDC courier.

Sir.I am Prabhat Ranjan. AWB/ Consignment Number C61473358 has been processed & dispatched from Erode on Tue, Sep, 29, 2015 09:59 PM whose destination is Munger, Bihar. Item has been arrived at Patna Apex on 6th October 2015at 09:38 AM. Today is 14 th October. But is is not processed and dispatched from Patna Apex. Why so? why late in delivery?I tried to contact Patna Apex by email and phone, but both was unresponsive.Now DTDC status is RTO_INTR when i checked. There is facility of DTDC in Munger Bihar. Courier must be delivered by DTDC. Thank you

Hi, we have booked a consignment on 26th sept via docket no. d23557485 which is still not delivered at our w/h. we had contact him then they replied its delivered on 3rd October but physically its not rcvd. now we are asking POD from 10 days but no one replying about the same. We had also mailed to customer care but all are silence & not replying. i think dtdc making foolish his customers. my end customer are asking for refund, can dtdc will refund it?

This is for 5th tym i m suffering from same problem with dtdc of not reaching on time from 7th my parcel has dipatched and from last 3 days it at same place with no updation i thnk co is totally dumb and they shld stop their co if they cant reach on time this company is so bad that we can trust on indian post tht it is more faster than DTDC friends dont trust dtdc

I sent one courier on 19/9/15 to Mumbai address from Indore, CC no--M23703913, I am continuously taking follow ups to the nos given on site, 90% nos are invalid, other are not picking the phones, this is the worst support I had ever experience on customer care. this consignment is very urgent, it is submission of project & due date is ending, Indore branch is also not responding on phones.

My courier was dispatched on 26-Sep-2015 from Abohar to Sarangpur, Dist Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh. It was containing my original papers (Delivery Receipt) for dispatching my bike from Abohar to Nagda, Madhya Pradesh. On basis of those papers only my bike was to be released by railway authorities from railway station of Nagda. As my bike reached 10 days back but courier was so much delayed due to which I have to bear a huge demurrage of Rs. 2459/- on getting my bike released. Demurrage receipt attached alongwith for your reference. As I was tracking my courier time to time and was pleading again and again telephonically and by E-mail to please expedite in delivery of courier. But I was not getting satisfactory reply from your department people who kept guiding me that it will reach in day or two. And It received 10 days later. I have never seen such kind of bad service earlier of any of the courier company. I ask why we have been guided wrongly that courier will reach in 2 days. Who is going to bear the demurrage???

This is with reference to consignment no. V24854165 which I booked through DTDC Vasant Vihar, Thane franchisee. This was booked on 26/08/2015 evening. I was told that it will be delivered in Gurgaon on 29th /08/2015 only if I booked through premium express service. For this I was asked to pay 3 times of normal charges. As this was urgent parcel I agreed to pay 3 times charges with guarantee that it will be delivered on 29th Aug. This parcel had Rakhi and got delivered 3 days after festival. Below is screen shot. Respected... To the above reference i would i like to get focus your attention one of this matter, on such date 21 may 2015. The dtdc franchisee booked my parcel delver at jalandhar punjab. This is for your information that not intimation such type things come to my knowledge by dtdc franchisee for not deliver the oil on the destination and they booked my parcel it for deliver.Now i find my parcel misplaced and i am not having proper response from dtdc side . I am so much disappointment by this . So please sort it out and return my parcel otherwise give me compensation . Hope yuou will sort it out and oblige me . Regards deepak kalwani

My company MSI Ship management Mumbai, sent a packet 'M26003128'on 01.10.15 To the address : (To Prasad Bindu Sarkar, Subhasnagar, P..O. Jhitkipota, via. Krishnanagar, District; Nadia, W.B. Pin. 741102. Mobile: [protected] ). But they had delivered it to a different persone in another locality on 05.10.15. They did not bother even to call me on my mob no. as mentioned. I was in a great tension as was rushing here and there for my mail. I suffered a lot. I had to rush to their offices for tracking the mail. Really pathetic. PRASAD BINDU SARKAR [protected]

I buy a product on amazon few days after i just receive a call from DTDC courier and they told me come their office to collect my package .when i go their office i just ask him can you next time deliver my package in my home he refuge and act like i say something wrong and they don't give me my package and they say 'who are you?' if you want your package you must come our office or you not rich your package .

Vide Docket No. V24688874 we handed over one packet to M/s DTDC Express Limited Chandigarh(Head office bengaluru) on 7/10/2015 which they promised to deliver before 5pm/ 8/10/2015 at Bathinda station. This was promised by them as they are charging more for this DTDC+ service. And this has not been delivered as of now 17:46 hrs- 09/10/2015. As per them they are going to deliver it tomorrow . This was give to them thru their express service DTDC +. Due to Non-Delivery of letter on time, we & our customers faced huge loss in terms of Money & our credentials. Today is the End of Day of 9th October-2015, and the Documents is still not delivered. If my certificate is not delivered by the deadline, I will not be able to appear for my Test. Hello, I am facing difficulties to deal with DTDC courier service at Udaipur, Rajasthan 313003. Courier delivery boy doesnt call / miss call to customer and they blindly deliver at the gate keeper. Also, when i suggested feedback to DTDC office ( Udaipur), they said it is not our company policy to call to customer during the delivery. Udaipur DTDC office contact number:- [protected] 0-[protected] In other city like Bhopal, DTDC courier delivery boy do call the customer and give courier in hand of customer. Atleast they can give miscall, so that customer will call back and get information regarding delivery. To save 50paisa, there is so much mis-understanding between customer, gate keeper, delivery boy, courier service head office, franchises.

From Hyderabad courier came to Mumbai Fort branch on 04/10/2015...It was dispatched for delivery on 07/10/2015 as per tracking status but no delivered till 08/10/2015..for enquiry nobody receives the call even if the call received no proper response...jus giving fake promises..

My parcel was delivered at the faridabad centre on tuesday 6/10/2015 They have not delivered it till yet on day they said they have the parcel and they will deliver it and now they are saying they dont have the parcel My docket no is Z68008821

Good afternoon, I'm Radhika, I'm residing in Kanpur currently. I had a parcel from Amazon that was to be shipped through DTDC. A delivery person Mr. Sunil Gupta with mobile no. [protected] called at 1651 hrs yesterday asking me to come and pick up the parcel from the guard room. When I asked him to home deliver it as I paid it also that is how it is supposed to be, he says it is difficult for him and after talking to him for a while also he was hell bent on not home delivering and says that if I'm not collecting it, he'll take it back and had the audacity to disconnect my call while I was talking.
Then I called him back when he says that it's not only me that he has called others also where he mentions the ranks of our officers and I too should go and collect from the gate. When I ask him who were they so that I can request them to collect my packet also he refused to give me the name but also had the audacity to say that I will not get the packet at all even if I go and disconnects the call once again.
This is just for your information that all they have to do is to get a pass made and reach home and no other problem they encounter as they portray it to DTDC office.
I hence request you to kindly look into this matter and also keep me posted with the action you have taken against this person who was quite rude to me and had no regard or respect in his language while speaking to a lady.Thank you

I am from greatbay technologies, i have shipped few items targus bags via DTDC to one of my customer, the Customer recieved short shipment two time, 2 bags missing in the courier, had been following up with dtdc courier from past one month with no result. there names are beena and vijayta rao who i think is CSS manager over ther but no use

My colleague has dispatched one consignment through DTDC via air from Mumbai to Indore. After 6 days I haven't received it. First time, when I went to DTDC's office in Indore, executive told me that my consignment has been moved to Raipur and I will receive it in couple of days. After couple of days I again went to DTDC's office to get update on delivery status, executive again told me that it will dispatch today from Nagpur. Today I called DTDC's Executive and he was clueless and not sure when will I get my consignment. Courier details: M24351910 Request you to kindly give glimpse on my request.
