How pathetic they did not deliver my product and marked the consignment as delivered, I will go to the police station and lodge a complaint against them. Worthless service after repeated phone calls they said we are about to resolve your issue. and now they are not even taking my calls. I don't know how this kind of company can even exist. Please do something about this.

Hi I want to make people aware about this courier giant in Bangalore, that claims to be one of the best in India, on 14th of September 2015 a mobile phone worth more than (with all accessories) 12000/- was sent through DTDC Bengal to Bangalore, on 16th it safely reached Madiwala office in Bangalore, then onwards nobody delivered the product and no one is responsible as well for the delivery. I visited the office, no resolution fount, there some Mr. Mohan kumar is there who is the claim manager, doesn't even answer my call. He asked me to hire an advocate and lodge a complaint in consumer forum, after repeated mails they never reply to the mails, they kept asking for consignment copies, invoice etc. I sent everything then they said the Bengal DTDC office should file a complaint, that also I sent still there is no response from them. I don't know how a company could be such irresponsible. A product worth thousand goes missing from the main branch in the heart of the city Bangalore, and nobody is bothered. Really hopeless. People please don't trust this courier, apart from monetary loss, I have undergone tremendous mental stress, as I bought that phone for my dad, he lost all his contacts, photos, data everything. Hope I really could teach these people a lesson.

I had sent a consignment to Mr. Neeraj Kumar, Add: Valuebound Inc., No. 11, 2nd Floor, Near Sangeetha Mobile Store, 80 Ft Road, 1st Block Koramangala, Bangalore - 560 034, Consignment No. – D23511804 on dated : 04th August, 2015 from DTDC courier company. There were two boxes, in which one was CPU and in another there was a monitor. I had also done the insurance of all that articles by paying the amount of insurance. But when Mr. Neeraj got the consignment, the CPU was damaged very badly. I had locked a complain through the branch but my claim was rejected by saying that "You had not submitted the proper document at the time of claiming". Even I had provided all the claim related paper whatever they had demanded. Now they told me to again lock a complain by providing all the documents but after that day whenever I tried to call him (Mr. Negi), he did not receive my call. I sent a courier on 3rd September and it has not reached till 5th October. They charge like and these kind of late or bad services.
Very disappointed and on top of it their agents doesn't know why the courier has not reached or who is the person for contact.

Dear sir, my consignment no. Z64271698 has courier ten day before from beawar to aligarh and still it is not received as accurate address and phone number. After continue enquiry at aligarh they had no responsed. You are requested to check and action please.

Tracking No.: K80479186, My address was 100% correct but they didn't delivered.after that they told bcoz of incomplete address they reverted it on Sun, Aug 23, 2015.. but still the sender didn't get that documents.i am calling dtdc customer care[protected],[protected] but they not receiving the phn even i mailed also but they are not responding any where..but this document is so important.so sir plz look up this.and tell what i have to do..

I have ordered 2 nos. sarees from Amazon.in on 13/9/15. The seller has shipped the order on 17th After tracking I saw that the product reached at Mumbai Apex on 20/9/15 Now today is 3/10/15, no update has been processed by the DTDC Courier. Nobody can answer where my prepaid ordered product is. The Tracking Number/AWB is D25196319. Pls tk step

Respected Sir/Madam, I couriered my post through DTDC on[protected]Tracking number-B[protected] but till now that post didn't reach to destination.i complained for them they are not responding to my words so i want to compliant in consumer court on them.

Consignment no V25518525 Not delivered as on date & time. Very umfortunate to note fictitious delivery report in Tracking history. Seems, deliberate attempt on the part of DTDC to show delivery of the parcel without being actually delivering it . No phone call made by DTDC to inform the recipents about the delivery and no acknowledgement of receipt taken from the recipents. But, records display, delivery on time.

Booked a delivery from Bangalore to Bangalore against the Tracking No.: F09336699 and this was a speed post and the Courier team informed that the parcel will be delivered by next business day. When i checked online the product wasn't delivered. Called the tracking team but there are of no help.
Sent an email to them there is no reply. The company has just lost a customer and they will sure lose many in the future.

Rs.230 worth Earphone was ordered in Maxbhi.com at 16.09.2015 and i got the confirmation message saying that the product is in Bangalore DTDC Courier Agency at 18.09.2015. But the product is not delivered yet. When i spoke with the DTDC Banglore Team, there is no proper response.

I have sent one Mobile thru DTDC from Hyderabad to Kerala. The parcel was gone and Docket number is D24070477. sent on 5th of September and no tracking information from 6th of September. So i have been filed a complaint to their customer service. But they need sometime to search the mobile. Complaint filed on 10th of September and today is 1st of October. Still they need time to check the mobile. Mobile is Cost is Rs.139999/-, Worst Customer Service and they don't have any responsibility and ignoring this issue. Never they tried to resolve this issue and never responding.

I did not recieved my package which was booked on 23/09/2015 vide Docket No[protected]. The Address I mentioned was also in the service area of DTDC. Its 01/10/2015 now the status of the package is still same as it was on 24/09/2015. Kindly deliver

My tracking no. Is m20974428, i had send courier from mumbai to banglore. It reached banglore but not its destination. The website is still showing in transit and lying in dtdc banglore office, whereas they are telling me it has reached the customer. My customer has not recevied any parcel so i complained and mailed 100 times spoke and called all possible ppl in banglore but noone is bothered. They just cooking story of reaching destination whereas when i ask for proof they dont have any copy and nor they are updating the site. Feeling totally cheated

Hello All, I ordered a product from Himalaya store on 23rd of Sep and it is dispatched on 24th Sep through DTDC, from then till now i didn't received the product. from 28th Sep its showing its Out for Delivery but i don't know where the delivery boy is roaming from two days. and the distance is just 6km from Madiwala branch and i am residing in sarjapur signal itself. Note : Nobody is picking up the call. Called more than 7 times to all the number i found for DTDC Madiwala branch, Peenya branch, Help line, Corporate Office .. But Nobody picks up the call, Strange part is Madiwala branch phone was busy at first after that nobody picks up

HI, This is to notify that my important Card (Rs. 50000) which was Supposed to delivered at H.no-11, Vijay Nagar, B block, Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, Haryana 121004 but it was delivered at wrong Address with wrong person. My Tracking id is [protected] Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We are running a Meeseva in narayanavanam as we booked Government certificates last month 19/08/2015...government press has dispatched the parcel last month 29/08/2015 through DTDC (Consignment no:H4205637) ON 02/09/2015 it reached tiruapathi & again without our concern they its self automatically return the parcel...By this we have lost around 40000 to 50000 thousand rupees business...I called to tirupathi DTDC office they didn't proper response and from there onwards not picking my phone call

I have sent my courier via DTDC on 19 september DTDC COURIER NO-D24332747 its been 10 days the courier is stuck in transit in GURGAON it contains my newly bought mobile which i self shipped for refund its been 10 days now i wont even get my refund for the delay i tried calling them they dont pick up i tried emailing them no response such a big company and what a pathetic customer support please advice me how to do this I'm so frustrated...

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to introduce myself as Dipankar Mukherjee, a resident of Kolkata. My in-laws are staying at Durgapur. They had send me a consignment having a cheque leaf of Syndicate Bank thru DTDC esteemed courier on 19.09.2015 (Docket No K[protected] with an intention that it would reach me within a day or two. It may be worthy to mention here that the said consignment is o[censored]tmost importance to me as I’m committed to somebody to pay for a business deal. I was in an impression that it would be delivered to my address by 23rd Sep-15 (19th being a Saturday, I was magnanimous to consider the weekend as non-working although courier companies should not have any Saturdays and Sundays). But, when not delivered even on 25th Sep-15, I called DTDC Kolkata Office and was given to understand that they are enquiring about the know how of my consignment. Adding my concern one gentleman from Garia Branch phoned me that since my residence was found locked by your deliveryman (This is a absolute false statement as somebody or other is always present at me house) he had handed over the consignment to an unknown person who was passing thru my apartment and claimed that he knows me !!! Does this sounds logic??? I was stunned to hear this as the consignment was carrying a cheque of a substantial amount and if lands to miscreants can place me in extreme distress. Further, today morning when seriously spoken by a relative of mine who is from Crime Branch, the delivery man called me up and arrived at my house. The explanation given by him is absolutely futile. However, the explanation given by the deliveryman doesn’t makes any difference to me but the fact remains that I have trusted DTDC courier and landed in deep trouble. My credibility is at stake as I failed to meet my commitment to some other party. Most importantly I lost a substantial amount by missing the deal. I am attaching herewith this letter the following documents for your reference;- 1. The condition of the cheque (Brought in 3 pieces) Under the above mentioned circumstances I’m extremely disappointed with the way of dealing with the delivery process of DTDC and would be happy if DTDC comes with suitable compensation to my financial loss (although the damage done to my reputation and credibility can’t be compensated by any materialistic means).
