Rs.230 worth Earphone was ordered in Maxbhi.com at 16.09.2015 and i got the confirmation message saying that the product is in Bangalore DTDC Courier Agency at 18.09.2015. But the product is not delivered yet. When i spoke with the DTDC Banglore Team, there is no proper response.

I have sent one Mobile thru DTDC from Hyderabad to Kerala. The parcel was gone and Docket number is D24070477. sent on 5th of September and no tracking information from 6th of September. So i have been filed a complaint to their customer service. But they need sometime to search the mobile. Complaint filed on 10th of September and today is 1st of October. Still they need time to check the mobile. Mobile is Cost is Rs.139999/-, Worst Customer Service and they don't have any responsibility and ignoring this issue. Never they tried to resolve this issue and never responding.

I did not recieved my package which was booked on 23/09/2015 vide Docket No[protected]. The Address I mentioned was also in the service area of DTDC. Its 01/10/2015 now the status of the package is still same as it was on 24/09/2015. Kindly deliver

My tracking no. Is m20974428, i had send courier from mumbai to banglore. It reached banglore but not its destination. The website is still showing in transit and lying in dtdc banglore office, whereas they are telling me it has reached the customer. My customer has not recevied any parcel so i complained and mailed 100 times spoke and called all possible ppl in banglore but noone is bothered. They just cooking story of reaching destination whereas when i ask for proof they dont have any copy and nor they are updating the site. Feeling totally cheated

Hello All, I ordered a product from Himalaya store on 23rd of Sep and it is dispatched on 24th Sep through DTDC, from then till now i didn't received the product. from 28th Sep its showing its Out for Delivery but i don't know where the delivery boy is roaming from two days. and the distance is just 6km from Madiwala branch and i am residing in sarjapur signal itself. Note : Nobody is picking up the call. Called more than 7 times to all the number i found for DTDC Madiwala branch, Peenya branch, Help line, Corporate Office .. But Nobody picks up the call, Strange part is Madiwala branch phone was busy at first after that nobody picks up

We are running a Meeseva in narayanavanam as we booked Government certificates last month 19/08/2015...government press has dispatched the parcel last month 29/08/2015 through DTDC (Consignment no:H4205637) ON 02/09/2015 it reached tiruapathi & again without our concern they its self automatically return the parcel...By this we have lost around 40000 to 50000 thousand rupees business...I called to tirupathi DTDC office they didn't proper response and from there onwards not picking my phone call

I have sent my courier via DTDC on 19 september DTDC COURIER NO-D24332747 its been 10 days the courier is stuck in transit in GURGAON it contains my newly bought mobile which i self shipped for refund its been 10 days now i wont even get my refund for the delay i tried calling them they dont pick up i tried emailing them no response such a big company and what a pathetic customer support please advice me how to do this I'm so frustrated...

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to introduce myself as Dipankar Mukherjee, a resident of Kolkata. My in-laws are staying at Durgapur. They had send me a consignment having a cheque leaf of Syndicate Bank thru DTDC esteemed courier on 19.09.2015 (Docket No K[protected] with an intention that it would reach me within a day or two. It may be worthy to mention here that the said consignment is o[censored]tmost importance to me as I’m committed to somebody to pay for a business deal. I was in an impression that it would be delivered to my address by 23rd Sep-15 (19th being a Saturday, I was magnanimous to consider the weekend as non-working although courier companies should not have any Saturdays and Sundays). But, when not delivered even on 25th Sep-15, I called DTDC Kolkata Office and was given to understand that they are enquiring about the know how of my consignment. Adding my concern one gentleman from Garia Branch phoned me that since my residence was found locked by your deliveryman (This is a absolute false statement as somebody or other is always present at me house) he had handed over the consignment to an unknown person who was passing thru my apartment and claimed that he knows me !!! Does this sounds logic??? I was stunned to hear this as the consignment was carrying a cheque of a substantial amount and if lands to miscreants can place me in extreme distress. Further, today morning when seriously spoken by a relative of mine who is from Crime Branch, the delivery man called me up and arrived at my house. The explanation given by him is absolutely futile. However, the explanation given by the deliveryman doesn’t makes any difference to me but the fact remains that I have trusted DTDC courier and landed in deep trouble. My credibility is at stake as I failed to meet my commitment to some other party. Most importantly I lost a substantial amount by missing the deal. I am attaching herewith this letter the following documents for your reference;- 1. The condition of the cheque (Brought in 3 pieces) Under the above mentioned circumstances I’m extremely disappointed with the way of dealing with the delivery process of DTDC and would be happy if DTDC comes with suitable compensation to my financial loss (although the damage done to my reputation and credibility can’t be compensated by any materialistic means). I have delivered some documents through DTDC courier (from Gurgaon to Noida) more then 3 months back[protected] which are not delivered yet and showing current status as "In Transit". The biggest thing is I'm not getting any response through email ([protected]@dtdc.com) and nobody is picking the call on numbers mentioned in customer support. I will advice never use DTDC.

Hi, I have send a courier to my hometown Bokaro on 25th August 2015 (consignment no. Z[protected]. It had rakhi and 2 small bracelets which was expensive and I bought from my trip abroad. First, through online tracking I came to know the courier reached Bokaro on 1st Sep 15 but it didn't got delivered. Even after several days, there was no one to tell me about the courier whereabouts. The courier guy didn't even brother to call to check, I even don't know if the person have even gone for the delivery. After more than 2 weeks, I came to know that the courier was not delivered and is being shipped back to Delhi. But it didn't reached Delhi in another week. but when I received the courier my So when I enquired I didn't got any response, I even wrote mail to the customer care and when following up numerous times I got my parcel after 3 weeks but the product in my consignment are missing. Some one in your organization very beautifully stole my stuff and packed the back box so that no one can figure it out that the stuff was stolen. I don't know who to approach for this. This is so unprofessional. Feeling such cheated.

My dtdc courier consignment no is A32412700. My consignment reached Hyderabad on 16/07/2015. dtdc service from HYD has not informed me for deliver of goods. When I called to HYD service centre they ask me for my new add. I provided but they not delivered and send back the item. After enquired they gave negative answer. Pl verify.

I have sent around 68 kgs of luggages from Bnaglore to Kolkata, but have received only 50 kgs. Bags were cut and items are taken out of the bags. I have complaint this to DTDC office but they are not taking any action .Its been more than a month but no response.

Its not the first incidence that the courier has returned without being any attempt of delivery. Every time the courier is returned without being delivered by DTDC when the address is very very clear and all other courier getting delivered.
Once the delivery person had called and asked it to collect from a place 2 kms away. On denying that time, the following packets are returned every time.
It has been a pathetic customer experience.

My DL after renewal, was dispatched through DTDC Courrier on 19 Sep way bill No Z65987511 to my current location Bangalore. Upon Non delivery I tracked the consignment through their web site, and, learnt that the consignment was returned back on 23 Sep, on the pretext, that, the adressee was not traceable, without having visited my house or contacting me over the telephone. I immediately contacted the Bangalore office on their tel no on the web site 25354070, following a no reply, I contacted Mr Dharmendra Singh at their Narayana Delhi Apex, who demanded an Email from the originating office Kanpur. I wrote an E Mail to their Kanpur Office, and then contacted them on phone, Their Kanpur Office assured me that they have instructed their DElhi Apex to send the con. back to Bangalore. I also filed a complain through their website, which was ack vide complain No 00875434. Despite all these efforts the consignment is not yet delivered to me, Nor there are any replies from DTDC. Consignment No k79808021 containing valuable security o[censored]co bank was to be delivered to me Kumarmani meher Plot No 787/3519 Sampur SUM hospital road Durgamadhab nagar Lane -2Bhubaneswar 751003 On 20.8.2015.It is not traceable till now Telephonic contact with franchisee o[censored]ditnagar Rourkela and receiving franchisee of SUM hospital road Bhubaneswar Branch managers of both Rourkela and Bhubaneswar is of no avail. Pl help e out to get back my valuable securities.I suspect DTDC has committed criminal breach of trust for misappropriation of these properties.

Details of Sender: Mr, Mange Lal, Udaipur Courier consignment number Z64272584 booked at Udaipur on Sept 19, 2015 for Rohini Delhi. It is still showing as being "Out For Dilevery". It has been told by your office at Udaipur that the courier has been lost. The Courier contained Urgent Document.This is unacceptable and I am hereby lodging a Formal Complaint. You may notice that if such a serious issue is not sorted out by you quickly, I will approach the consumer forum and ask for damages.

I have placed and order for a saree and the parcel was out for delivery since 15 th sept since then everyday i have been calling the dtdc courier service they will request us to wait until the end of the day.they dont allow us to collect the parcel from the office disconnecting calls on face . DTDC being a national courier service they should know the national language whereas they only kbnow the local language kannanda. It is an atricious service ever recieved .

On 22 August 2015, I Couriered a parcel (CN No.- Z[protected] from DTDC Courier Services which should be delivered on 27 August 2015 as told by the Courier Service Vender but that packet is still not delivered (22 September 2015). I tried calling DTDC Customer Care no. many times but nobody answered my call. They are just sitting to make money and not to help people. It doesn't matter for them whether the packet has been delivered or not. Worst Courier service I have ever used and will advice to a;ll of you that not to use their service in future. Very disappointed.!!!
