Dear Mr. subhasish chakarborty, congratulation for awards & recognition achieve BY DTDC But unfortunately DTDC'S service is very poor, no one from your either corporate office or branch responsible or accountable, i am telling why, before that i am giving one advice please take this advice seriously other wise one day your company loose market/ business which already started people loosing their faith, i am telling you why i am writing this letter on 31 AUg we handover a consignment to Shrinager, J&K, MY Consignment A32251979, on 3rd sep it reach to JHANDANWAL, DELHI i called as many as 20 times at[protected], 48474661, 48474650 this no, no body pick me phone, finally, i again call at your regional office at new Delhi they pick my phone, also registered complain, its on 4th sep 2015, Yesterday when i try to trace above mention consignment because, heavy pressure from my client, i found that consignment reach on 8th sep 2015 at your Office Name : SRINAGAR BRANCH Address : DR.MANZOOR SHAH COMPLEX, NEAR GOLE MARKET, , KARAN NAGAR, SRINAGAR Pincode : 190001 Phone : [protected] I as well as my client Aruja farooq called as many as 20 to 30 times, even to day i made a call at12.05 pm, but no one pick my phone, then i contacted you Corporate office at Bangluru, a lady pic the phone i give her all details, i told her to give me either phone no or email id of concern authority, she willingly not giving me any phone / mail id, i ask her why you are not providing me she reply i have more client i dont have time, i ask i am not client, they are more important then me, why "tell me your name " even i told if you will not help me i will every thing to Mr.Subhasish Chakarborty, she hold me 22 minuets, ultimately i disconnected, bcoz i know very well she will not response me or give me any contact detail of concern person, i am sure your corporate office having recording system in coming as well as outgoing, first you listen our conversation, the only take appropriate action, i phone no from i callled [protected] and your office no [protected], i just want to see how you handling this case, you favoring to her as she is your loyal staff or take action against who ever doing such types of behave with client, one more thing that your company is related to service industry, always client expecting good service & proper response from service provider, I DO HOPE YOU MUST TAKE THSI MATTER SERIOUSLY BECAUSE ITS RELATED TO PRESTIGE OF DTDC. I will booking one urgent courier in Dtdc courier @ Coimbatore to BHIWANDI . Will booking on Coimbatore Nanjundapuram Branch . Do no is : C 61972021 . Still this document had been pending for delivery . I will walk every day to this booking office - But not anyone had respond me . What I do . Pl Don't fool costomer . Hi there I sent a courier from Roorkee to gurgaon on 18 aug 2015. (docket no: Z[protected] It has still not reached to the person whom I sent. It is showing status Out for delivery since so many days. If these people cannot deliver in metros in time then what can we expect of them to deliver things in some rural/remote areas. Its clearly a lack in services on their part. it was a birthday gift for someone and DTDC people just destroyed the essence of the event. I tried calling the Gurgaon office, One India number given on their site; their Bangalore head office to lodge the complaint. All the three numbers are either not picked or are alws busy. Now I doubt whether the number given on site is even correct or not Pls help me locate the parcel and get it delivered it as soon as possible.. Varinder

Dear Sir, I had booked a pkt for Daman ( Mr. B.K.Mohanty, Near Vapi, India ) on 03.09.15. It was assured to reach by 3-days. Till now my Client has not recd the parcel. While tracking it is showing in transit and last base at Hyderabad Apex 04.09.15.

The courier has been dispatched from udupi on 14th Aug to Mysore thandavapura village, but the courier man Mr. Prasanna he is not delivering our parcel, I dont know what kind of service you are providing, every time we call him he will tell that deliver today tomorrow so on... The courier dtdc office vidyaranpura strling also not taking proper responsibility deliver the parcel. The worst kind of service irresponsible staff.. Not picking customer care phones.. Etc to review the service of dtdc courier. I suggest that dont go for dtdc courier, will suffer a lot get courier delivered to consigned area. My cn no B24069426

Hi, recently I have ordered the product from amazon and we want to return the product so we choose DTDC courier to return the product to amazon. They took the parcel nearly 15 days ago the parcel should be delivered to the address dharuhera in haryana.but it was not delivered if we track it showing that the parcel is in return from dharuhera to bhimavaram. if we cal customer service asking about the cause they are saying we don't have service at that particular region Dharuhera then why these people taking consingnments if they can't deliver. I have to send that product before 17 sep to amazon if I can't the amount will not refund by them. I think it may take another 15 days to get the product from DTDC I have no more time to choose other courier service hate it

My brother had couriered a phon from banglore DTDC courier chandapura branch and my tracking id is-CN num- B23911837 And the location is showing in muzaffarpur bihar and thay are telling that no we don't have any product of those and no one is responsing what to sir. Pls help me

On 1-September-2015 one courier made from NOIDA to PUNE with Reference number: F09294036. As per the status Courier reached PUNE on 3-September-2015. After that I Called several times for the Assistance but didn't receive any help. Over the phone with DTDC I filed a complaint too with ID: 00776305. Over the phone the Executives are providing only one information. We will check and give you a call back and they never call.

Dear Sir / Ma'am, I would like to file a serious complaint against DTDC in reference to their pathetic services and even worse customer care (Local Gurgaon and Corporate Bangalore). On 27th August, I ordered some sweets from Harnik Food Industries in Pune which they dispatched from Pune to Gurgaon on 28th August with DTDC couriers (consignment no. P[protected]. The consignment reached Gurgaon on 30th August, 2015 but never got delivered to my address. I started a conversation on 31st August with them and raised a complaint on 1st September (Complaint No.[protected]. I had a word with Ms. Chandni and Ms. Vaishali at their Gurgaon main office (Ph: [protected]/61/68/ Mob: [protected]) but to no use. Moreover Ms. Vaishali who is their Head of Operation (as told to me) is the most unproficient person I have ever dealt with. Then I started a conversation on 1st September with Ms. Kiran, Ms. Hema and Mr. Viren at corporate office (Ph: =91-[protected]), all of them always promised to look into the same and resolve the matter, which they never able to, and finally the consignment got returned to the sender. I am assuming if there was any error with my delivery address (which actually is not the case), the delivery person should have called me up or their delivery centre should have given a call to me (to the customer), which they never did and sent back the courier to Pune. There was zero co-ordination between their internal teams due to which the customer always suffers. This was an eatable which must have been spoiled by now only because of their unproficient / unethical / uncoordinated / lethargic / unplanned / unskilled approach and pathetic customer care services. I would strongly suggest you to take a proper action against this organisation or at least warn other people not to trust this pathetic company before using their services. Kindly look into the same. I had ordered a wrist splint from amazon and my cell phone number was wrong...my mistake!! but DTDC is supposed to home deliver, right?!! anyway my concern here is when I did go to your office in DARJEELING to inquire about it, they said it was returned as they were not able to contact me..i asked them for the tracking number and they gave me this B24143876..now this is the tracking number that was given when I had placed the order...and the seller says the item was delivered...IT IS delivered when I track it BUT it was not received by me..i do not have it!! I am thinking your staffs are not sincere because I cannot think of no other reason other than that they kept the item for themself...and especially when I have paid for it makes it all the more easy.

I want to file Complaint against dtdc care executive. When i contact dtdc executive to know the status of my courier, instead of listening my query he started abusing me and denied to give any details and said wait krle aa jayega and started abusing again. Dear Sir/ madam, This is inform that regarding the LCD couriered from Gandhidham to Dehradun on date 14 Aug 2015 and received the damaged screen on date 17 Aug 2015 through DTDC courier, we also complaint to DTDC courier through mail, but not response from their side, at last gone to DTDC Branch office Dehradun, they said me, that items not covered under insurance, if as same word say on that time we do the courier at Gandhidham place. So that we did not the courier. The courier service provider is irresponsible for thier service And lost the LCD. I do trust thier service then do the courier. Please guide me, how can effort the lost.

Attached courier receipts dated 24th Aug 2015 with consignment No. Z65136805 and Z65136806 from agency at Sector 17-A, Noida wer sent vide mail dated 31 Aug, reminded on 1st Sep 15 but no response from DTDC and agency. Hi, I just want to know about my consignment which was sent on 4-08-15 by Lenovo BTC. and as per your tracking details it Arrived at DTDC Facility VAISHALI SUPER FRANCHISEE, VAISHALI (UP). on 7-08-15. My concern is that today it's 01-09-15 and still i haven't received it is this your service the brand name you are having DTDC. Sir, I am Sovan Ghosh, I ordered a product from whaaky.co.in via online purchase though debit card..they sent my product though your courier, the consignment number is "Z64440725"..and it came to sreerampur office on 24aug..i had a call from this said office and said to me that because of my residing address is not under your delivery area, I have to collect the percel from my nearest office.. And I said him to sent my percel to Chinsurah office.. And they said that my product will send to my said office on 25th and given the number of the Chinsurah office and asked to keep in touch to the office.. But even after 29th aug, the product not came, I call to Sreerampur office.. And its a big shock that they said that my product was returned (even there was no update after received to Sreerampore office till 31th aug, you can check it)..I don't understand that how this can happen, how you returned my percel with out my consent?? My delivery address is Vill+po pawnan, p.s polba, dist HOOGHLY, PIN 712305 and my ph number is [protected], another reference number number is [protected].. I have a nice experience with your service earlier..but this time it's a painful experience.. My sister sent me the parcel toronto. it contained the parada perfume and versace perfume. both the boxes were empty. parcel was resealed here in india. after that i tried calling dfdc customer care. but it doesn't seems to work. dfdc have hired thieves in there staff.
