DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir / Ma'am, I would like to file a serious complaint against DTDC in reference to their pathetic services and even worse customer care (Local Gurgaon and Corporate Bangalore). On 27th August, I ordered some sweets from Harnik Food Industries in Pune which they dispatched from Pune to Gurgaon on 28th August with DTDC couriers (consignment no. P[protected]. The consignment reached Gurgaon on 30th August, 2015 but never got delivered to my address. I started a conversation on 31st August with them and raised a complaint on 1st September (Complaint No.[protected]. I had a word with Ms. Chandni and Ms. Vaishali at their Gurgaon main office (Ph: [protected]/61/68/ Mob: [protected]) but to no use. Moreover Ms. Vaishali who is their Head of Operation (as told to me) is the most unproficient person I have ever dealt with. Then I started a conversation on 1st September with Ms. Kiran, Ms. Hema and Mr. Viren at corporate office (Ph: =91-[protected]), all of them always promised to look into the same and resolve the matter, which they never able to, and finally the consignment got returned to the sender. I am assuming if there was any error with my delivery address (which actually is not the case), the delivery person should have called me up or their delivery centre should have given a call to me (to the customer), which they never did and sent back the courier to Pune. There was zero co-ordination between their internal teams due to which the customer always suffers. This was an eatable which must have been spoiled by now only because of their unproficient / unethical / uncoordinated / lethargic / unplanned / unskilled approach and pathetic customer care services. I would strongly suggest you to take a proper action against this organisation or at least warn other people not to trust this pathetic company before using their services. Kindly look into the same. I had ordered a wrist splint from amazon and my cell phone number was wrong...my mistake!! but DTDC is supposed to home deliver, right?!! anyway my concern here is when I did go to your office in DARJEELING to inquire about it, they said it was returned as they were not able to contact me..i asked them for the tracking number and they gave me this B24143876..now this is the tracking number that was given when I had placed the order...and the seller says the item was delivered...IT IS delivered when I track it BUT it was not received by me..i do not have it!! I am thinking your staffs are not sincere because I cannot think of no other reason other than that they kept the item for themself...and especially when I have paid for it makes it all the more easy.

I want to file Complaint against dtdc care executive. When i contact dtdc executive to know the status of my courier, instead of listening my query he started abusing me and denied to give any details and said wait krle aa jayega and started abusing again. Dear Sir/ madam, This is inform that regarding the LCD couriered from Gandhidham to Dehradun on date 14 Aug 2015 and received the damaged screen on date 17 Aug 2015 through DTDC courier, we also complaint to DTDC courier through mail, but not response from their side, at last gone to DTDC Branch office Dehradun, they said me, that items not covered under insurance, if as same word say on that time we do the courier at Gandhidham place. So that we did not the courier. The courier service provider is irresponsible for thier service And lost the LCD. I do trust thier service then do the courier. Please guide me, how can effort the lost.

Attached courier receipts dated 24th Aug 2015 with consignment No. Z65136805 and Z65136806 from agency at Sector 17-A, Noida wer sent vide mail dated 31 Aug, reminded on 1st Sep 15 but no response from DTDC and agency. The rakhis sent through this were not received at the destination till today, though the festival of Rakhi already over on 29th Aug 2015. R K Garg

Hi, I just want to know about my consignment which was sent on 4-08-15 by Lenovo BTC. and as per your tracking details it Arrived at DTDC Facility VAISHALI SUPER FRANCHISEE, VAISHALI (UP). on 7-08-15. My concern is that today it's 01-09-15 and still i haven't received it is this your service the brand name you are having DTDC. Sir, I am Sovan Ghosh, I ordered a product from whaaky.co.in via online purchase though debit card..they sent my product though your courier, the consignment number is "Z64440725"..and it came to sreerampur office on 24aug..i had a call from this said office and said to me that because of my residing address is not under your delivery area, I have to collect the percel from my nearest office.. And I said him to sent my percel to Chinsurah office.. And they said that my product will send to my said office on 25th and given the number of the Chinsurah office and asked to keep in touch to the office.. But even after 29th aug, the product not came, I call to Sreerampur office.. And its a big shock that they said that my product was returned (even there was no update after received to Sreerampore office till 31th aug, you can check it)..I don't understand that how this can happen, how you returned my percel with out my consent?? My delivery address is Vill+po pawnan, p.s polba, dist HOOGHLY, PIN 712305 and my ph number is [protected], another reference number number is [protected].. I have a nice experience with your service earlier..but this time it's a painful experience.. My sister sent me the parcel toronto. it contained the parada perfume and versace perfume. both the boxes were empty. parcel was resealed here in india. after that i tried calling dfdc customer care. but it doesn't seems to work. dfdc have hired thieves in there staff.

My C?N no. is B24201646 and i sent it on 24th august from Bangalore to Rewa which includes rakhi and some gifts to my brother .after so many followup also DTDC Bangalore bommanhalli branch and Mumbai Branch and Jabalpur Branch staff always tried to give different stories and also spoke to me very very rudely . Jabalpur branch staff by Name Roshni spoke very rude and threat me also that i cant do anything. she refused to give me escalation matrix also .Let me tell you that today is 1st septemebr and till now my consignment has not yet reached to destination and when i asked to give me the details DTDC people clearly told that she is not going to give any details as she doesn't know .i put complain in mumbai through IBRAHIM (CS DEPT) also on 27th august and my case no.[protected] but till now no one bothered to resolve it . then i could reach to Ms. Beena (TL in mumbai DTDC) she also gave me all the wrong information and finally i started speaking to Jabalpur branch from yesterday 31st august and Roshni from Jabapur DTDC harresed me by saying she is not going to give me any details of her manager and escalation people and threat me also that i can not do anything to DTDC as i done know the process . I am seeking a help from consumer forum on this as i have a believe that necessary action will be taken care so that other customer should not face these kind harassment and don't loose their hope . I have booked a courier on 17th August'2015.Its a Parcel of 2kg800gm with Rakhi for a kid, studying in Hostel..I have booked from Noida for Jamshedpur.They have given me an assurance for deliever within a week.It was reached in Jamshedpur on 27th Aug, but still not delivered till 31st Aug.I m not getting, how can a brand called DTDC can be so negligible for delievery.Its very disappointing service, and i m doubtful that again ever i will prefer this service.That child was so upset, bcz of not receiving Rakhi on time, and this blame goes to the service DTDC is providing. Niether there is a proper updation in Tracking record for the courier, nor do the concern person is picking up the call for response.Number provided in Google for Kagal Nagar, Jamshedpur is not valid.It always rings, but nobody answer the call. Please look into the matter, and revert if really any concern person is reading this. My Courier no is- D24389612.

It is regarding consignment number M21071651 for which I have already dropped an email at customer support (the case number is[protected]. Initially I was told that the address was not proper so in the above mentioned case number I provided complete address of both sender and receiver. Later when I called last Friday at Hyderabad DTDC office they said the consignment is in Hyderabad only and would be delivered maximum by Saturday evening....

My courier H42038928 which was posted on 25 th is still not delivered to bangalore.track updates are only upto 27 th of this month.today is 31 st.where is the courier.we are even calling to the office.but nobody responds the call..how poor service

My daughter sent rakhi vide DTDC blue cargo on 27.08.2015 from Bhopal to Sangareddy vide Consignment no. V23958332 & has been assured to get it delivered on 29.08.2105 at the time of booking by collecting Rs.270.00. The docket was delivered on 31.08.2015 at 3.15pm after Rakhi. We could not celebrate happily & complain about poor services of DTDC.

Consignment no. G90183126 i have opted for DTDC courier service on 24/8/15 and they took off paper money without mentioning on receipt. They have assured me delivery within 4 working days and not yet delivered and now they neglecting my phone and my luggage not traceable.

First of all when we were booking this shipment we were told that this would reach within 4-5 days. However this shipment reached its destination in 8 days. Also when the person finally received this shipment, we noticed that the contents of the shipment are changed. We have sent 4 rakhis and 1 greeting card, however the person in Australia has received only 1 rakhi and 2 small chocolates. Is this the service for which we have spent Rs.1400? This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. We want our full refund back plus compensation or else we will take strict action against this.

Dear Sir
A courier was sent from Delhi on 22 Aug vide Docket No : Z 64936816 for Indus World School, Indore. Till date (31 Aug) it has not been delivered.
On inquiry on 28 Aug it was intimated that, on 27 Aug the courier came back as the premises was locked, which is a lie as there are 2 security guards 24x7 in school.
As per web tracking the courier reached on 24 Aug and it has not reached till date even after speaking to DTDC.
Kindly resolve.

I have sended my original papers of Royal Enfield bike along with bike key from Aurangabad(Bihar) to Bangalore (karnataka) by DTDC Plus service on 29th aug 2015. they were supposed to deliver on 31st aug 2015 morning. But i am unable to even track the status. This is the third time back to back i am getting this third class service by this courier company. Please do something with this third class service given to customers.

Sir I was send a courier (containing Scalextric Toys set weighting 3Kgs in good packed condition) through DTDC courier with CN no- A32514216 on 26 Aug-2015 from Gujarat (booked at DTDC office - [AF-798] LG-32, Sanghvi Tower - 4, Adajan, SURAT - 395009 GUJARAT). When I asked in the DTDC booking center (Guindy and then Adyar Despatch[protected] they told me that my shipment was delivered on 29 Aug-2015 to some firm called Adaptech in Adyar. The recipient address on it (my Address which is : Dr. Henry, Corner Stone Hall, #39, Besant Avenue, Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Pin 600020) and the operator in Guindy told me it was delivered on 29th to a company called adptech in adyar and he gave me his adyar office no.[protected]. But when I asked the Adyar office they said the same that it was delivered on 29th to Adaptech in Adyar. When I asked to whom and what is the recipient name on the consignment booking they said they are checking, took about five minutes and then told me that the consignment is still with them and that they will deliver. The way they were handling showed a fraudulent motive. This is very very Bad for DTDC image. I insisted that if there is any damage to the consignment or if it was opened and fiddled with by them I will not accept it and proceed with a complaint. Iam yet to receive the consignment. They have misguided me and they have wrongly updated the web page with a false status. The staff at adyar office must be taken to task and if they are indulging in Fraud and thievery. They must be taken to task and lawfully dealt with. Please record this complaint and take suitable remedial and punitive action. Iam an advocate and will aggravate this issue if no solution is received soon.
