Hi i have booked a consignment from Hyderabad to mumbai on 9th july with tracking id : H47045972 but still now item is not delivered to the customer. when i call to the mumbai branch they say that consignment is not found it takes time to search since 20 days. i also complained in dtdc customer service with no : 00597757 but still now no response....

This is regarding the current experience with this unprofessionaly managed organisation. Since 5 days, courier is transferred from one office to other in gurgaon itself. Their Apex and Franchisee centre in Gurgaon are managed by liars who make false statement and then stop taking calls. Consignment# F09133631....

This courier service provider are the worst i've ever found, they not even call, never dispatch, just circulate courier from one office to another and return it back with some or the other reasons.
