One of my friend has made a courier thru DTDC service (frm Tamluk Sankarara, West Midnapore - 721636) on 21st Aug'15 & made payment of Rs 30/- against POD no K81423942. Now, It still featured at "Sodepur Super Franchisee", 93 R N Avenue, Aheli Apartment, Gr Flr, Kol - 110, Ph-[protected] by chking DTDC portal. Have called up @ mob no [protected], not entertained; Pl help in getting the same & penalized them for irresponsible duties. Rgds, Debdulal ([protected]), Kol-110

It's a pathetic service . i have sent Rakhi through DTDC xpress courier they charged Rs. 225/- and told it will delivered by 27th Aug if delayed then on 28th will delivered. Now today on 29th The delivery boy is saying destination is too far from delivery hub so recipient has to collect it from hub. How ridiculously it is. I think it's big mistake to choose DTDC. I have send my courier (RAKHI) through DTDC courier with CN no- M23647471 & M23647532 on 22 Aug-2015.
When I asked in the DTDC booking center they told me that my shipment was delivered on 27 Aug-2015 and he gave me his courier boy mobile nos.

But when I asked to my relatives that whether the courier was received they denied, then after I regularly called on mobile of courier boy, but there was no reply and they didnot answered my call.

WHY they have cheated me?
They have misguided me and they are fraud/

Today they are saying that, the shipment should be collected from office they will not deliver.
WHY?
DTDC has very poor service and they are fraud.

I am not happy with DTDC courier service in Shimla ( Himachal Pradesh). I sent a courier from Chandigarh with docket number Z58734496 after confirm the service at that place. But your courier boy(lekhraj) denied to deliver the packet at door . He put the packet in a shop and told me to collect from that place my house is 15 minute walking distance from the shop.

Hi, This is to inform you that I have not yet received my courier (Tracking # K[protected] as of now. It was dispatched on Sat, Aug 22, 2015 from Patna to Delhi. As on Friday, Aug 28, 2015 Current status is showing as Shipment Delivered. Please revert me on priority when will I receive my Courier?

Hi i went to dtdc amravati to send my rakhi parcel to UK. They said me it will be delivered within or before 5 working days. I gave them parcel on 21st august. i sent my id proofs to them. Then after 2 days they said adhar card not valid. I sent election card and pan card. Now today when i called them to track my parcel, then are saying yes we received ur proofs and now send the same proofs to nagpur. My parcel was supposed to reach by today and tomorrow is rakhi and m still submitting proofs till date to different email ids. I have all the mails and the conversation history. I have already paid 1400 and still have no idea of my parcel now. I was not even called for my parcel update if there is any issue. Pleae help and escalate it.

Poor and bad service, bad and rude staff horrible experience

My tracking no. X14908138 dispatched on 19 august a rakhi from excitinglives.com for my brother was not delivered till 28th august 2015 and again and again i called the customer care lady named mary sitting at chennai (Nungambakkam) dtdc customer care for help she was very rude and unhelpful and the courier was not delivered to me either and she started shouting on the phone when i called to enquire.
Initally i was told the address provided was incorrect so i gave correct address on 25th august 2015 and on 26th m, 27th and 28th i called numerous number of times to get the courier delivered, i told them as i am working deliver it on ground floor house but it was not delivered and mary started yelling at me for no reason later i took the courier delivery guys number too ([protected]) but he too was very rude and kept yelling at me and disconnecting my call immidietly after picking up my phone. . . Horrible experience i am so stressed because of bad dtdc service i want an action to be taken against mary and courier guy bad experience and bad service other courier services are much better i will never use dtdc ever in my life

I have sent my one courier for my company by dtdc on 20 august and today is 28 august. It's already 1 week and they did't care about this. On the courier my important documents and when i connected to my company employee they ask the courier boy call us and ask come down and take the parcel because there is some parking charges i have to pay. It means if you don't want to pay the parking charges you will not deliver the parcel to the door? And in the courier company remarks dtdc update that the company did't open the door. Is this a some kind of joke. My company is mnc and they take order daily from the courier company. Why the company employee will go to the ground floor and take the parcel when i have paid to you for your services. That type of services they provide. If the documents delay more than 1 or 2 days then it's a issue for me. Even there number also is not working. I have never seen these type of courier services in my life. I have more option like blue dart, first flight and all but i choose this company. I want response soon. My tracking id is[protected].

This is regard to the utter shoddy handling of complaint by the MANAGER of the booking office address : dwarka sector 12, plot no 9, New delhi. Arun is the manager/head of the office, and I hold him solely responsible for this delay. Literally speaking he is like a kid (even worse), who needs to be constantly REMINDED about his responsibility to get things done. The complaint was made in the booking office more than a Month now. I had to call him up umpteen times to get the complaint procedure going if not he NEVER DOES on his own. Now when the goods are lost due to the fault of the DTDC, you expect them to ATLEAST TAKE THE INITIATIVE in handling this complaint, but NO, this INCOMPETENT ARUN needs to be literally finger pointed at every procedure. He was supposed to sms me the name and no. of the vigilante staff last time but didn’t as always. I called him today i.e 27/8/15 to get the no. but he was still AT HOME (even though the time being past 11 am) and told me he will sms me once he is in the office. But as ALWAYS he haven’t till now. So how many times do I have to call him up everytime just to let him do the JOB HE IS SUPPOSED TO DO. So, I have no option but to address this pathetic attitude of your office staff in handling the complaints. I request you or anyone with the authority to call up ARUN (the manager) and give a piece of your mind to him. His no. is [protected]. I implore you to atleast contact him. It’s getting really frustrating as well as irritating with this apathetic and careless negligence of Arun. Now, as you can see, I can’t provide you the proof of my umpteen fruitless and frustrating conversations with Arun other that the complaint case no. mailed by your FB Support team which is attached.

Hi, Yesterday I received my shipment (Tracking No.: Z[protected] and I have issues with that. (The reason I opened it today only, as this was gift for my son ... for his birthday .. which is today, i.e. 19th Aug) 1) This shipment had a toy (Talking tom), which is missing ! (this toy's box was found torn ... and whole shipment was inside a big box, which was found tightly packed. This is totally unacceptable !!! 2) This shipment also had Rakhi(s), and coupe of them are missing too. (there were 3 dresses for baby .. which are there, but I am doubtful ... as there might be tempering in that too !!! as I have not faith in this shipment being correct) 3) The delivery guy did not even informed me, and left this shipment at my apartment security and left (without taking any consent of receipt of this shipment ) This is my first such instance, but one disastrous one ! I made a courier from DTDC Whitefield ( Balaji Arcade, Whitefield Main Road, Narayanappa Garden, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066, India) on 22nd Aug 2015. It was a Rakhi courier from Bangalore (Karnataka) to Gwalior(Madhya Pradesh). The lady at DTDC counter told me to pay Rs.130 for the courier and I asked her the price list. She showed me the DTDC price list where for "rest of India" mentioned as INR 125/-. I asked the lady why Rs 5/- extra and she told me its for the Rakhi cover. She told me the courier will be delivered within 4days. I paid her INR 130/- My concern are: 1. She mentioned INR 120/- on the reciept which I realized later 2. Till Today i.e. 27 Aug 2015 courier has not been delivered. I need a clarification why there is difference in pricing mentioned on the reciept and actual money taken IF the price for "Rest of India" mentioned as INR 125/- on the DTDC price list how INR 120/- can be mentioned on the reciept. I want to know the action taken for this complaint.

Dear sir/mam From Bhubaneswar the parcel was booked on 21st Aug 2015, with notifying it is URGENT, still DTDC courier people were so delayed the KEY and the original documents, which has been reached to me on 26th aug 2015, which was supposed to reach on 24th Aug 2015, for which i have paid Rs 2000/ to railway to get my Bike. i have called to each and every customer care for BBSR, Vijak and Hyd, but they are not having so called common sense to understand the issue. The people are so care less to listen the issue also... pls do the needful sir...

I have booked Rakhi through Rakhi Express, DTDC to USA vide consignment no. N 95252014, dt.22/08/15. I have been assured to be delivered with 4-5 days by customer care service. Now after 7 days also I am not getting any track of the shipment. Call support number [protected] replies as switched off always. This is mere cheating with customer. Please return my paid amount Rs.1200/- against the shipment as delivery of the consignment is now blank for me.

I supposed to receive a courier sent by an organization through dtdc courier service on 7th August 2015. The consignment number is Z63467633. Its showing it is already delivered on 10th August 2015. But I did not receive that. Also registered a complaint in customer care (ref no.[protected], but seems just for formality. Not any action has been taken yet. Its really very unresponsive, not customer supportive.

I have sent my parcel (60 Kg) by giving Rs 4800 as their fee from Vellore( Tamil Nadu) to Thoubal (Manipur) on 6th of July 2015. The parcel contains everything (books, clothes...u can say my 6 yrs belongings). Its been nearly 2 months since i sent but i havent received my things till now (26th August '15). Please kindly help me in getting my precious belongings. Thank U.

Hi, On 21st August, 2015, I had ordered Rakhi to Singapore through the Rakhi Express App, the money (INR 552) got debited from my account but I didn't receive any tracking number. I got an SMS on 21st that I will receive the tracking number through SMS but I didn't receive any SMS. Pathetic service!!! I think this is just a scam by DTDC

This is Arvind from Bangalore. I had given a package to DTDC courier on 20/08/2015. I was promised that it would be delivered on 22/08/2015. However, the courier has not been delivered so far nor have I got any call from the dealer. When I tried to contact them, they are giving some other numbers and going into circle. I think this is total irresponsibility from DTDC. I have tried to contact their support team by mail, but that too has not worked and I have not got any response so far. I had send one parcel from Bangalore by CN No. B24289270 on 19th aug;15. When i checked the status of Parcel, it has reached the Ranchi on 22nd Aug, 15. When i inquired with the Ph. no. [protected] it was switched off. Almost three days over, the parcel is laying with Ranchi, DTDC office. Please resolve the issue and deliver the parcel at the earliest to destination.

Its been almost 1 month now, since i had given my consignment from Trivandrum (poojappura Branch) to Flikpart warehouse on 25th July 2015. The details are: Case# 00614899 : Case Status : In Queue... Consignment No : R18872801 On checking DTDC website, it shows the package is in kochi since 26th July. Also i have no update from DTDC. It seems parcel is lost and they are giving no confirmation to my emails.
