A percel was booked from Kelambakkam, Vandalour, Chennai DTDC Branch on 16th May, 2015 for Agartala, Tripura, PIN-799001. But 2 months have passed the parcel not reached to its destination. I tried my level best to contact DTDC Offices at Chennai, SRM Pothari Office, Sorting Office but got no result. Tracking history shows that the parcel has been delivered to Jammu. I do not understand how it is possible. Agartala is North East and Jammu is North West. Jammu DTDC office is not receiving any phone call. Now question is that what to do, how I will get my parcel? Please take it seriously, because I am writing so many E-mails to different Offices of DTDC and Customer Care of DTDC, but got no result. What a funny Customer Care !!! Now a days any complaint is taking seriously by all the govt. deptts., corporate offices, pvt. companies and resolve it within 24 to 36 hours. But in my case even after a loss of 2 (two) months your (Customer Care) response is very very very poor. Please do some thing immediately.

We was sent one important document for medical policy which was required before 23th due to your service our policy is expired.
I think DTDC is careless service provider.
