I had sent an ungent courier to my home town 27215 via DTDC on 01.08.2015 Docket no Z62057829 .when I checked the status on 05.08.2015 to my surprise it showed that the courier was booked on Tuesday 04.08.2015 evening and since then there my package is in Delhi it self. My advise to all those who think DTDC as a reliable courier pls change your mind and never trust these gentlemen they dont care about their customer and their trust moreover they have a hell customer care. A cover was booed in bhubaneswar with docket no:V23973240 on 5th August 2015 through PREMIUM EXPRESS PRODUCT-METRO PLUS and it was supposed to deliver by 06th Aug 2015 & to day is 07th Aug 2015 and still the cover is not delivered And this is not first instance with you people and the worst delivery services provided by you And your branch is not even lifiting the phone to provide information on the cover, details Office Name : DOMLUR BRANCH Address : 139/26, I FLOOR, AMARJYOTHI LAYOUT, , KORAMANGALA RING ROAD, DOMLUR, BANGALORE Pincode : 0 Phone : [protected] If you are not able to provide the prompt services request you to shut down your bloddy damn offices for the sake of people

This courier service provider are the worst i've ever found, they not even call, never dispatch, just circulate courier from one office to another and return it back with some or the other reasons.
This time reason was Address not found, i receive all my documents on this add, after regular follow up they returned my courier back to origin.

I would like to complain about the irresponsible act of DTDC towards its customers. I was to receive my hallticket for an exam on 9th Aug 2015 from Telangana to Delhi and it was sent on 31st july 2015. Consignment Num of the courier is H42098871. It had to reach in 2 days. I was tracking its status and it was already late by 4 days i.e., the status reads that the courier was dispatched to delivery after 4 days from the date on which it would had otherwise reached. 2 days passed but I didn't receive the courier and I finally made a call to the office for which they replied that there is no one present at the delivery address and so it was returned to office. In that case they need to call to my number provided or update the status of delivery so that I would be knowing, instead, the courier was lying idle in the office from 2 days which finally I had to go to the office and collect. Any further delay, I would have missed my exam. The act is completely irresponsible. Even I have mailed them regarding the same where the company says that they will provide instant reply but I haven't got the reply yet. Requesting you to please take the necessary action. Case# 00637998 : Case Status : New ...Consignment No : K88962161 30 books to be delivered from Kolkata to Surat have been lost somewhere by this pathetic courier company It is so hopeless that no body picks up call on customer care. Some numbers are infact non existant never in my life am I going to use its service again and plead others as well to keep away from its worst services IF I dont get any valid reply I'm sure to drag this company with sheer irresponsible and hopeless service to court

One parcel of 5 KG had been sent to Pune from Mathura on 27 July. It was arrived on 31 July at Pune as per tracker on website but still not delivered .I have tried all the contact number provided (91)-[protected] [protected], 30512028 [protected], 25365039 sent mails on branchpnq.[protected]@dtdc.com and [protected]@dtdc.com but no avail. Is there anyone to look into such issues. They just shut the company if they not able to answer the query itself.

Regarding Consignment no:-I01383400. It has been more than 10 days till now it has not reached me. It was at the same station(guwahati) for more than 4 days. There is no update in its status since 3rd August, 2015 and there is no help from the local DTDC office. I mailed and also called the call centre at Guwahati and since past 3 days I have been told that it will reach you next day and that next day didn't come till now. There is extraordinary delay in DTDC service at Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.

This is regarding AWB No: H46512129 I have NOT received the consignment, but the status is showing as delivered. Nobody from the DTDC (Delivery Executive/Office Personnel) contacted me even one. Nobody is attending the calls that I was trying to the Chamrajpet office or Customer Care number. Please contact me immediately and deliver the package asap.

Hi there! DTDC has horrible courier delivery service... Customer care is horrible...even their tracking system doesn't work. Although, my whole family member of 5 lives at my communication address including my housewife, they have return my consignment no claiming that nobody was available at home to receive the article. They took 5 working days for express delivery. They spoiled my plan. I want my money back and settlement for mental harassment. RECOMMENDATIONS: Please do not trust DTDC service at all. Had sent a courier to Jammu (Satwari Cantt) with complete address n phone number on July 6, 2015 (from the Sena Bhawan branch in Delhi). When it didnt reach even after 10 days, i started making enquiries. After a lot of phone calls n efforts, i got my parcel back after 20 days from dtdc but in a bad condition. The packing was torn opened and a few items were damaged. I need a redressal on this issue as i have not been given any reason for the non delivery of my parcel at Jammu. All my previous couriers to the same address with similar contents have reached, barring this particular parcel.. The company should compensate for my loss..

Dear Sir/Madam, I have to receive a courier on july 4th, 2015 in visakhapatnam but still dint received. Went to all the concerned offices but no use. Please help me out to get my parcel or refund. Courier was made on july 2nd, 2015 at Ram Nagar DTDC branch chennai. My tracking number is D23251955

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by DTDC for the below mentioned product. I have already paid the amount . But I am extremely unhappy this time . Today(1st August, 2015 ) I have received a call from DTDC with the following details : Phone No :[protected] . The person called at 1:07 PM, told me to arrive at their office within 2:30 PM to receive the order and threatened me to return the order otherwise. But while placing the order, it was clearly mentioned that the order must be delivered to my address and I have already paid RS. 58.16 for the delivery . I regret to inform that in spite of reaching their office within time, he demanded for my VOTER-ID_CARD!!! and refused to deliver the order except it and misbehaved and insulted me. My question is, when I placed the order, it was mentioned nowhere that VOTER_ID_CARD is mandatory for receiving a already paid order!!! Is it??? Earlier also I purchased products but this kind of harassment is not tolerable.! I never complained about any of their services during the past years. But this time it is a big letdown. I regret to say that I am literally disenchanted by the service provided by DTDC company this time and I want the product to be delivered to my address mentioned within 24 hours.If not possible, I want the Grand total of Rs.347.16 to be refunded to my account including a compensation for this kind of harassment. My consignment number B22663761 was booked from Bangalore on 26th July 2015 for Ranchi, which got delivered on 31st July 2015 though late and tampered and destroyed you can say destroyed while mishandling my courier was mobile cases and screen guards worth ₹850 It's really sad and worst experience I want the compensation as soon as possible Arushi Kumar [protected] Bangalore

Hi i'm furqan k shaikh. I had given online add on olx for samsung s4 touch n display as i wanted to buy. On 5july i got a call for my ad the seller was mohit chaubey frm shahganj jaunpur dist up. Mohit the seller agreed to sell me s4 touch n display at 2000rs / terms was he will provide me courier details wid d msg frm dtdc confirmation. On 6july he sent me d confirmation msg. D deal was as i get d confirmation msg n pics of my parcel with dtdc tracking number. I transferd rs2000 frm sbi bank to mohit chaubey. A / c [protected] / ifsc:0000179 branch code:0179 branch shahganj jaunpur dust up. But till date i dint got my courier. As i tried to track it thr was an error saying a digit is missing but d conformation msg frm dtdc courier also state the same tracking. Number which i was trying. This is a clear online fraud in d name of dtdc courier. I've got d msg n tracking number with my name n address n d product containing display of s4 on dtdc parcel papers and a clear msg of tracking nmbr (Z5021343z) containing s4 frm dtdc courier. This is a fraud going on in d name of dtdc courier. . As i have all d details of dtdc tracking nmbr msg n parcel with dtdc stamp on it and i also have receipt of rs2000 frm sbi bank. Im looking forward to stop this online fraud. . Hw can a common man gets d msg from dtdc courier n tracking nmber. And as i'm trying to call mohit chaubey his cell phone is switchd off. Dear Sir/Madam There were a shipment booked from Gaya Bihar docket no.D23275318 dated[protected] for Murlidhar Kanhaiya lal C/O Sri Ram Healthcare Pvt Ltd.which is not received till date when i confirmed from their branch in Baddi they Said that there were no shipment of mine but when i ll cheked online it showing this shipment received by this courier agency but now they refused to provide my shipment kindly do the needful and help me to get my shipment its valuable for me. My parcel was dispatched from banglore to dhoraji on 17/07/2015. When i didnt get my courier till 24/07/2015. I tried to track status of courier on their website, i was sawing that courier is in transit in rajot, so i tried to contact the rajkot branch of dtdc, they havent pickuped my phone, so i mailed them and they told me that my courier was misplaced so please wait for some time, after 3 days i tried to track my courier on their site, i was shocked because it was showing that the courier has delivered on 21/07/2015. How it is possible? when i checked on 24/07/2015 it was showing that courier is in transit in rajkot and now it shows that courier is delivered on 21/07/2015. And i havent recieved courier yet, then how can they show that courier is delivered? the courier is very important to me.And i tried to call customer support but they are not answering my calls and mails.Where is my courier?

My name is mastanvali. Iam doing job in 'sahara india'. From vijayawada to ponnur, courier pack was booked on 25 / 7 / 15, in this address. (Sk. Mastanvali. Sahara india, upstairs union bank. S. P. P. Road, ponnur p&m, guntur (D. T.), a. P. - 522124. My mobile no :[protected].) but i didn't got the delivery. After 3 days i went the courier office. There was no responce. I had complaint to district office. Then they asked me p. O. D. No: h46486553. After few minutes, they told me " the pack was delivered". I got shocked. Then i consult the office. The courier boy delivered the pack some unknown person. Finally, i warned him. But he and they did not respond. So, i wanted to complaint about dtdc service.

On 26th July 2015 my f riend send a Currier through DTDC from Bangalore to my office Indirapuram, Grhaziabad. But I didn't received it because some reason office was closed and DTDC Currier boy didn't call me and send it back to Bangalore. My friend was searching for that Currier and DTDC said it not came to them. Then where is my parcel? CN No.:- B22600593. Delivery boy should call me if office was closed. Now DTDC is responsible if my parcel is missing.
Please help me to find my missing parcel. I have mailed DTDC twice on 22nd July and 27th July. But they did not reply to me yet.

27/7/2015 EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. my number is[protected] my courier from delhi to jodhpur DTDC COURIER know for their fast service by just over a add or mouth of publicity i dont but in my case it was not that as per their services so m going to complain against late service and miss behave with me, and the company service provider say come to my office and collect your courier, for this also thay say today means 29/7/2015. This is the urgent courier and thay dont able provide the service than why take the responsibilty. thay charge high amount for this courie and thay dont able to provide or deliver the service.they charge 200 for courier but unble to provide the service.
