DTDC is the worst ever courier service in India and probably the world. Very ineffecient staff. They will do what ever it take to take the courier but the customer has to follow up multiple times to understand where the courier is. i have done a courier of a SINGLE PAGE of medical report of a patient to doctor. From Bijapur (Karnataka) to Narketpalli (telangana). They charged me 200rs for urgent service and told the parcel will reach in 2 working days but NOW its almost 5 days no parcel delivered till now. They told normal service cost 90rs. I booked a packet containing some important documents at a DTDC counter at Kasba on 08th June, 2015. A tracking number was raised K9709912. Its destination was Alipurduar. he tracking record showed that it was delivered on 10.6. 2015. However, the photocopy of the acknowledgement shows that it was delivered on 19th June, 2015.
