Hello,
This is to inform that electronic induction cooker was sent from Dhanbad on 29th june, 15 at 19:43:11, Cust Id : TF144, Tracking ID : D23273660 to Bangalore through DTDC flight courier. It was delivered today on 1st july, 15 at 2 pm according to the information provided in the tracking site but I received the product at 9 pm, 01st july, 15 from the security guard.
The plate of the electronic induction cooker was totally broken. Outer packet was also torn completely. Cost of the induction cooker is 3995 rupees and I want the full refund.
Moreover the product was delivered to the security guard at my apartment in Bangalore. I was not even informed of the delivery and it was not also handed over to me. My phone number was clearly mentioned on the packet, it was the responsibility of the person, he should have called me and the product should be handed over to me. But as the product would have been broken before so he didn't feel the need to call me.What kind of responsible service is this. You charge so much and then there is no guarantee of the product delivered. For the reputed company like DTDC, we did not expect this kind of low grade service. Please do the needful asap to keep the customers' faith intact.
