Dear Concern, Greetings of the day! We had dispatched one parcel from Jaipur to Bangalore on the address mentioned below: Well Thought Enterprises, Sy. No.15/P4, Chapparakallu, Beerasandra (Post), Devanahalli Taluk, Bangalore Rual District - 562110 The package was dispatched on June 22nd 2015 AWB No. Z58853054 Refer to below pasted screenshot, the package is not delivered after more than 15 days of sending it. We enquired about the delivery for this location & we were promised that the parcel will reach within five days. The delivery is already delayed for more than 10 days which is totally unacceptable. The goods that we have sent through your courier service have been purchased by our customer and we do have our delivery related commitments which we have to fulfil. We have tried almost all the possible ways to contact your local team members which were either not responding to our queries or have not been able to give any kind of clarity on this matter. We need to know the current status/location of this package & the expected date & time of it’s delivery. KS Technosoft Pvt. DTDC is the worst ever courier service in India and probably the world. Very ineffecient staff. They will do what ever it take to take the courier but the customer has to follow up multiple times to understand where the courier is. The staff is not courteous, does not understand english and very poor at handling customer queries. MY FEEDBACK TO ALL READING THIS IS. IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION, PLEASE DO NOT USE DTDS

i have done a courier of a SINGLE PAGE of medical report of a patient to doctor. From Bijapur (Karnataka) to Narketpalli (telangana). They charged me 200rs for urgent service and told the parcel will reach in 2 working days but NOW its almost 5 days no parcel delivered till now. They told normal service cost 90rs. Is this fake pricing of courier service ????? Some times 90rs, 120rs and even one office 250rs .

Sir, i have book a parcel from Mumbai, tracking number is M21767915.. parcel received at dtdt office Giridih(815301) on 8 july. I didn't received the parcel but when i track ka shipment it show parcel deliverd, but i didn't received parcel. I contact to dtdc office giridih the office boy says parcel was deliverd, Kindly take action in this .

I have been informed by your representative that if i will send this courier by normal way which is coasting amt of Rs 110 then the shipment will be delivered with 3 days it means on 08/07/2015 & if i book it as a express it will get delivered very next day by EOD. Then i booked the shipment by express way which is coasting of Rs 230, but till now the it is neither reach to destination nor updated in your tracking portal.

Can you justify if it will deliver within 3days as a normal courier what is the use of paying Extra coast of Rs.120, I want my extra money back which is paid by me

I mohd nabil had send my papers to jeddah from DTDC himayatnagar on 27 of june 2015. As the dtdc person told me that it wud rech in 4 to 5 days. But know it has been 10 days it havent reached it yet. The customer care no.[protected] are not very helpful and the office of himayathnagar does not have any info or culdnt provide me with the receipent no. Office no.

I had ordered a sports item online through Sportsjam on 22 Jun 15. Item had to be delivered at Lucknow by DTDC, ABW No I01409692 . However TILL today i.e. 06 Jul 15 - 1930 hrs, 14 days after order placement, delivery has not been done by DTDC. This is after No of calls to Sportsjam and speaking three times to Mr Abhishek of DTDC (Mob No – [protected]) at Lucknow, whose No had been given by Sportsjam Call center employee. Mr Abhishek on 06 Jul 15 has told the undersigned to lodge a complaint about non delivery. This defines total unprofessional behavior and gives a reflection of a lackadaisical attitude of the company and its employees. I have sent a parcel through DTDC from Agartala to Noida on date 19.06.2015. In this parcel i have send my most important documents. But after passing of 17 days they did not deliver my parcel neigher return back to me. When i called Noida DTDC office they told me due to non availability of proper address they return back the parcel to their RT Office at Delhi. But i have clearly mentioned Address with Mobile no. on my parcel. When i try to call Delhi RT Office, their mobile is in Switch off or Not Reachable mode. Sir, i have ordered from rewardme.com..tracking number is M21762618 .. parcel received at dtdt office Latur 413512 on 27 June. I didn't received the product but officeboy mr.sachin is telling that they delivered to someone else...they didn't recorded the id proof numbers to whom they delivered the product . Kindly take action in this .

Consignment no V20040393 was sent to Ranchi on 27th June 2015 but cancelled as the consignee had to leave city urgently. After having enquired some thousand times I don't get any idea of the whereabouts of the parcel. The local dtdc people have been diverting ever since without any answer. If I check online status, its still in a Ranchi. And people here in dtdc says its in Kolkata. Am sorry to say but am aware of the routes and by no means it goes to Kolkata. It has to come to Delhi from Ranchi and then Delhi to Ahmedabad. Please look into it urgently. If need my parcel at the earliest and please stop misleading and fooling around. We deserve to know the correct information.

I booked a packet containing some important documents at a DTDC counter at Kasba on 08th June, 2015. A tracking number was raised K9709912. Its destination was Alipurduar. he tracking record showed that it was delivered on 10.6. 2015. However, the photocopy of the acknowledgement shows that it was delivered on 19th June, 2015. It was unusual delay, backed by false information and bad business practices. It cause immense harassment too.

My packet vide docket no. M21702351 was sloten by DTDC meera bagh, delhi brach. I have also complaint against them vide case no . 00435249 on their website, even after 1month there is no reply from their side. They discovered a very new style of stealing packet they shows consignment out for delivery for many days and after few days they shows that consignment ia already delivered in back date. This is not only incident they have already stolen my 2 packets and when i make a complaint they just creat an incident id and never take any action on thier staff, so by this they are increasing habit of stealing packets in thier staff.

I have couriered wifi modem to one of my relative to gurgaon from agra on 30th June 2015 and it is still not delievered till 4 July 2015. Dtdc branch told me that it will reach gurgaon till 2nd July max. But still it is not delivered. CN No. is Z58150012 I tried to talk to their customer care centre still no reply. I posted an emergency courier to Banglore as it was extremely urgent for me.I have sent my some of original documents to my organization and I used Prime Time plus service and they told me that it will be delivered within 12pm next Day, but its more than 2 days now and the courier is still not delivered. My consignment no is E72114289..Even i check my consignment details till now its in DTDC mumbai BRANCH. I paid them 325 rupees for this service and even i am trying to contact customer service and they are not picking the phone calls. I hate these coompany services bad service of the DTDC Please help me out in this issue .

This is with regards to the courier I sent using DTDC courier service on 15th April 2015 to Chengalpeth, Chennai from the Kammanahalli branch in Bangalore. The contents were three carton boxes full of handmade paper butterflies. I paid an amount of Rs.8580/- as courier charges for these boxes. I was promised that the courier would reach Chennai on 16th April 2015, which it did not. Only two of the three boxes reached the destination later, out of which one was completely damaged. When I followed up on phone, which I have been doing for more than two months now, with Kammanahalli branch as well as with the main branch at Chamrajpeth in Bangalore I was told by each branch that it was not their fault and that other other branch is at fault after several weeks of daily following up. I was also part of a conference call between officials from Kammanahalli and Chamrajpeth where they blamed each other for the late and damaged delivery instead of solving my problem of how I can be refunded for the losses that I have suffered. I find this to be extremely immature and unprofessional when adults from DTDC company start behaving like 5 year old children playing the blame game. I have been trying to get the refund as I have lost Rs.8580/- of the courier charges, and the lost goods were around Rs.3500/-

The document AWB# X10869450 was mailed through DTDC to Manipal. We have contacted them in person, phone and email to notify that the recipient was not available and given alternative contact numbers for delivery. In spite of that, your office in Manipal failed to contact the right person and deliver the letter. Instead they said they have returned the letter to Nasik office on June 21st. Upon contacting your Nasik office today, July 3rd we are told that it has not arrived there. Manipal office is unable to help us track this. Please arrange to track it from your end and have it delivered ASAP to Manipal.

Consignment No. D22778271 was couriered on June 27th from Bangalore & was scheduled to reach Nagpur by 02nd July. The consignment is still not delivered. When trying to track the status online I do not see any update. Moreover, on calling the DTDC 24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT I recieved no response. No one is even picking up the call. This is highly dissapointing.

I have booked letter to Meanopolis, USA vide ref. no. N95562026 from Bhubaneswar.On the tracking it is shown out for delivery on 20.06.15. But the Institute confirmed that they have not received till now. The Institute wants the delivery receipt details and the name of the person to whom it is delivered.Please send the delivery receipt and who has received it immediately. It is urgently required.

One parcel consisting of cloths was booked in pithapuram(Pin 533450) to solpaur (Maharashtra, pin : 413215) on 09.05.2015 with consignment number: d22341472. The parcel was not received at addressee till date. We have complained at pithapuram office and their response is very poor, they couldnot track the parcel.
