I booked my Consignment through Dtdc from Jajpur, Odisha to Haldia, W.B. After receiving of Consignment, I found one of my carton box inside material (Induction top - Philips make) missing. I am surprised and lodge a complain to Dtdc through mail (Case no:[protected]. But till date no positive response given from their side. Their customer care response is very poor. Not even pick up call also. Pl help me to get compensation from DTDC....

Dear sir vide receipt No.I01384391 from Jaipur to Hyderabad dispatched on 20 june 2015, where as it has to be deliver in 24 hours but it was delivered on 23 june 2015. Also parcel was open with total damage, it shows how your service carries our material.
