My consignment no. Is :- k78076137, i am from durgapur, west bengal, i gave parcel to DTDC from durgapur to destination gugaon on 25/06/15, but my parcel is not delivered till now, DTDC tracking shown me that my parcel is in transit, the DTDC company continuously harassing me, and they told that your parcel was delivered on time, they did not say anything properly about my product that where is it now, kindly do something that I will get back my parcel, or get back my money, thanks..

Sent a courier on 3rd march 2015 from Jaipur to Mumbai (AWB number : Z[protected] and still it's showing in Transit. Either it's misplaced by your courier service or you take more than 4 months to deliver from Jaipur to Mumbai. I need an answer coz that courier was very important. Has renowned courier DTDC also started misplacing the parcels of customers and can't be trusted anymore?

i called to the corier person regrading my corier. he gave one number that number is [protected]. i called to this number every day from 5th july. every time he will tell i am coming but upto now he didn't came . corier number is : C61870225 please help me to get my corier. its very urgent . this is the very bad service upto now i saw.

my consignment no I00307091 couried on 29/06/2015 from Nainital to shimla, your shimla office said that my parcel weight is around 5 kg so they will not deliver it at my place, i have to collect my parcel myself from their office. this is ridiculous. if a customer is paying full charge then its your duty to deliver it on the address menmention on the parcel. kindly do the necessary action at your end

DTDC is denying to deliver PAN card to my home. They are asking me to come to DTDC office to collect it but It is not possible for me now.Please deliver the PAN to my address.bill no. X09983274. DTDC office - muthanallur cross dtdc office

i am ur regular customer of 100 packets per month.i booked a parcel from ambala to delhi on 10th but was not deliver on 11th. it was booked for person going USA on sunday doc no D22702270. when i enqire from ur dealer he gave me nos of delhi to get packet from there...but both nos are not working. then i calles mr. pardeep area manager ambala m no. [protected]. he didnt pick the phone. the i sms him. he called back to say me i cant do because i am with my family. he was able to give the no of delhi to me so that i can pic the packet. but he refused.and he said me to see in police station in morning... tell me sir, on monday to saturday are they not picking the personal phones. then why he cant give me the no. we are 3rd class person in from of him. even our prime minister will not treat like this. due to him my packet was not deliverd. thankyou so much for the great service. regards puneet batra events pharmaceuticals pvt. ltd. My parents had sent some home-grown mangoes from Guwahati to Bangalore on 2 July'2015. Today is 12 July and there has been no information about it from DTDC side. Even if it is delivered now, I will be getting rotten mangoes. They did not even bother to contact me this whole week. PS: It was not just a parcel, it had some sentiments attached.

My package was suppose to come at dtdc bule which promises 1 day delivery to remote areas, But while enquiring dtdc said that it will thake 4 days . It charged me a lot of money approximately Rs 2000 for 3 kgs by assuring a delivery of dtdc blue. As it failed then why so much money to pay for, it worked like a standard delivery.

Hi DTDC, Your DTDC is most worrest service I have ever seen in my life. they are not delivered the product in expected time. actually we have given an order on 7/7/2015 and as per DTDC the delivery should be 9/7/2015. we have raised call and requested to deliver but the courier person came and he asking about address proof and we showed him the My Company identity card and voter id proof but he is not accepting the proofs which I have shown. is there any policy to accepting proofs let me know. we are irritated with DTDC service time. we will complaint with consumer court on this. please take action on the courier person. he don't know how to behave with customer and he is using dirty language.

I had sent a package from Jamnagar to my brother in Guwahati on 26th May. Package has not been delivered to him. I have sent letters. etc. many times to same address through same agency in Jamnagar. Today my brother went to Guwahati main office at last gate. They told him that package came back due to insufficient address and was returned on 6th July. Jamnagar agency unable to tell me status of package and where is it now. It contained important information. I am really disappointed and upset. Consignment no is A31554975.

I am Rekha from Gurgaon. There was an important courier sent from Bangalore on 3rd july through DTDC consignment # B22257398. Now it is 11th July and still i have not received the same. With great difficulty i could find the gurgaon customer care no..however they have not been able to give me a satisfactory reply on where my consignment is. They redirected me to another dtdc branch indicating that my consignment is with them. When i call this no they say, pls register a complaint with dtdc as they are unable to find my consignment. Now i am in a fix and not sure whom to approach. Please advise.

Nagaraj, Arrogant guy comes home ring the bell..without even giving me 10 sec to open the door runs to the security and calls me collect the parcel from the security. I am requesting him i am hurt please come and deliver he says now i will not come and deliver before 6 and went off. Very rude and arrogant. Argues with the security also. I am ASHOK KUMAR. I have send the courier from Pune, Maharashtra, India to Karur, Tamilnadu, India on[protected]. But it is yet to reach the destination and the tracking system is showing still in transit and I got very very worst response form the DTDC. My consignment number is : P32954163.There is no SMS or mail intimation from DTDC about the transit of the courier. The parcel is very important and it contains important COMPANY'S DONGLE and I also want to know whether the sent item is lost. If it is the case DTDC have to bear all the fine and other actions which I will be facing from my company. It is so poor service from DTDC and you are not following any TIMELINE and NO VALUE whatsoever at CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waiting for your quick and positive reply.

My uncle sent me the original RC and the NOC of my car through DTDC courier service on 1st July 2015. For sending he choosed the costliest pack with a thought that it will reach fast and safe. Today its 11th July 2015 and there is no news of where this courier is. I want to file a complaint against this as its very important document. Consignment No. - V22865571

For an emergency purpose i sent a gold chain worth 75k in this courier, when my parents got courier package they got only my box not the gold chain. we have raised complaint to the dtdc manager they not took even a single step. My consignment number: C61538569 Such a worst courier company i experienced fraud peoples alone were placed in the company. Please never prefer this courier company for even 10ros things the in the company will stole every thing.

I had purcahsed shoes online but because of wrong size I returned them to seller. I sent my parcel through DTDC on 18th June 2015. Seller was not able to receive the parcel as the delivery boy was saying the address is not correct. Seller requested so many times to the delivery boy but he refused to handover it. Finally DTDC Delhi branch resent it to me (Pune) Since 5 days I am getting online status as the parcel is in DTDC Pimpri office. I called many time to Wanowrie branch but they are saying that they haven't received it. Today when I called them in the afternoon they said that the parcel is missing and because I had not bought insurance for the same, they can't refund it. This was the first time when I sent parcel through DTDC and my experience with you is really really bad. AWB number for the said product is D21591207

Hii, My courier was sent on 6th July 2015 from DTDC Courier Office in Sec-15, Part 2, Gurgaon.Till Thursday my courier which had important college documents was not received to my brother at Modinagar(Ghaziabad) then I checked its status online and it was showing the status of "DELIVERED" IN Ghaziabad instead of the address mentioned.Then I went to the DTDC Office in Sec 15, Gurgaon and then the officials tried calling the delivery boy of Modinagar but he didn't picked up the phone.They told me that they will call me with the details within half an hour but that half an hour never came.In the meantime My brother and I called that delivery boy almost "50 TIMES" but he never picked up the call.Then I called at the DTDC office but they were not able to find any details about my courier and that delivery boy named "NITIN" and instead of finding out anything they gave me the number of Operations Manager of Ghaziabad.I called him and he gave the phone to some lady and till now they are not able to do anything.Now tell me that courier contained very important college documents and what should I do now as no person is responding.Who is responsible for this loss? This is the second time I am facing this problem with DTDC.Earlier also they had delivered my courier to some "OTHER CITY".Why have they opened the courier office if they are not at all responsible for their duties if the customers have to call 50-100 times times for their courier then its better to go and give the courier ourselves rather than using DTDC Services. Worst courier service.

I booked a courier through Sec-23, Gurgaon collection center, The girl over there Simran committed nexy day delivery for chandigarh, she mentioned explicitly that it will reach chandigarh by tomorrow evening so I opted for DTDC plus service, they charged me Rs.175 for the same, I took a while and decided to pay the inflated price since as it was urgent.
The tracking number given was V23156962, when the courier did not reach by 5:30 PM I tried reaching there contact number 33004444 given on receipt, where I got the announcemnt that number has been changed to 44900000, I dialled the number where some music played and call got disconned, I tried several times but same thing happended. Clueless of what to do I decided to serach on internet and find the number of shop where I booked my courier, upon calling him, he gave me number of Mr. Yogesh [protected] for escalation, Mr. Yogesh told me that the service takes 24-48 hours not next day. this is applicable for metro cities only. I was shoked to hear this, when confronted he assured me that he will get back to me with details, so I forwarded him details of consignment. when no response was received I deciced to call back Mr. Yogesh but the phone was switched off around 8PM.
I tried calling him again next morning hoping that it will be delivered in the morning, but no luck he still has no details of my consignment. I will have to pay penalty now to the concerned for which the documents were required.
This is the worst service that I could expect from DTDC when their tracking system does not work or show incorrect information, their contact center plays music and disconnects, poor service from escalation contacts. I would have not gone with them had the girl not committed delivery by next evening.

Sir I have despatch a courier mail from pune to tezpur adress Mr. Biswa Bhuyan vill Solabasti po bokajan Dist Sonitpur assam pin 785 105 i hv goven two mobile no[protected] and [protected] also given information that frm Tezpur town if information given to those no item will be collected by the person personaly from there. Date of dedpatch from Pune 03 jul 2015 From 06Jul 15 Onwards shows Guwahati it is no understood why the courier is still lying in Guwahati. DTDC was sent a parcel from Bangalore via Tracking No.: B22635432 from JAMBU SAVARI DINNE (NEW) - BANGALORE on Thursday, July, 02, 2015 and was shown as delivered on Sat, Jul, 04, 2015 at 03:00 PM. Unfortunately, I did not receive the parcel in hand and hence raised a complaint with DTDC. After a series of investigation it was found that the item was delivered to Naresh (which is not my name). The delivery boy told that he delivered it on Monday, while the website said that the delivery happened on Saturday, Jul 04. The parcel had originals in it. The courier failed to Call me before handing over the item to someone else, the signature was fake on the delivery as well as the information of delivery date is different online and in person. I would need the Originals back and also need help for a compensation from the company for all the inconvenience caused.
