Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that we are regularly sending our couriers
through DTDC Baddi.

We have sent one courier consisting important repair parts of our machine
via AWB no. Z56062275 on dated 27 May 2015 from Baddi to Hyderabad.

Consignment has not delivered to Hyderabad address or retuned to us till
now.

We have start enquiring for this consignment on 26 june & as per web
tracking it shows that consignment returned to Baddi on 18 june 2015, but
not delivered to mr. Nitin shrivastava. When we informed this status to Mr.
Mahendra of Baddi DTDC branch he has not given us satisfactory reply.

He told first to us that delivery boy is not available now & he will inform
us after checking with him.

Next day he told that consignment is not in Baddi branch & they will check
in Ambala hub.

Yesterday he told that this consignment was missed from them & if we want we
can claim for same.

When we ask them why it was not delivered in Hyderabad he replied that in
that area we are not having service, surprisingly on same address DTDC
delivered our consignment fromm baddi two weeks before pl find attached AWB
slip for your reference Z50022747.

We request you to please look in to this matter & search our consignment
ASAP, we are not satisfied with your Baddi branch person reply..

AWB No. H46987537, dt.27/06/15 from Kothagudem to Mancherial. Goods received by v.ramu in parcel alredy open condition and some of the packed items are not there in parcel worth rs.500. Kindly take the immediate action on this and found the person who did this and let us know the person details.and reimburse the above amount immediately.take an urgent acton in this regard. Parcel was not delivered at home. The dtdc persons called the receiver and he went to receive the parcel on 30/06/2015 by afternoon. So take necessary action quickly and tell us the person who did this.

N[protected]International courier) is the tracking number for our consignment booked at DTDC- Bangalore -Magadi (JMC circle) Agent code BF-035 on 27th June 2015 .Tried to track the same but in DTDC tracking system it shows ( AWB/REF NO...N95925539 could not found. Please contact Customer care (local code[protected].If we call 33004444 – No body answering then I called the agent number[protected] but he don’t know the status and he provided numbers[protected],[protected],[protected].Then first I called[protected] – she told her name Pallavi and she is not handling the case and the concern person number -[protected] called this number at that time she told same (I am not handling international shipment etc…) the concern department numbers are[protected] &[protected] then I called[protected] answered and she told her name Aishwariya and again same answer (I am not handling international shipment etc…)the concern department number[protected]Radha) called this number and again same answer I am not dealing the case she gave number[protected]. I think it never end …..Finally I gave my contact number and requested to updated the status but nobody called up to now!!! If DTDC management really looking this complaint please take the necessary action. Totally in DTDC my experience worst and in future I’m never sending any consignment in DTDC courier.

My courier Tracking Id - V22325841 was to be delivered on 26th june during office hours as committed. That's why opted for premium service worth Rs 220.0. It was urgent regarding job, also copy attached herewith of the docx that was sent. Read paragraph 4. The shipment was delivered on 29th june despite my request mail to customer service on 26th june seeking urgent delivery. my mail-id : ojha.[protected]@gmail.com Your services have lost my faith. I have nothing more to say. I have requested refund from dtdc office at kolkata mohisgote, mail-id: mohisgote.[protected]@fr.dtdc.com. Hope I get my refund as per rules.

Z56196880 this is my order tracking ID. i hv orderd an item in craftsvilla on 2.6.2015, they sent it through DTDC and given the above tracking ID Z56196880. When i searched with the above number it was showing the status as IN TRANSIT from 3.6.2015. when i contacted to nearest DTDC i.e., Eluru branch, they are saying that no item is received with the above ID. i hv made online transaction. i think all the money was waste. no one is responding proparly. what should i do.

B22468503 is the courier tracking number from DTDC. Though the records show that the parcel was delivered, it was delivered into wrong hands(without our permission) which ultimately caused us Rs 1625 and lost valuable stuff that we have been waiting for weeks together. We did not receive any call from the delivery person who just blindly handed over the parcel to the security in charge, who in turn left with the stuff quietly.

DTDC should not function as courier. It is a cheap god-forsaken packers and movers. There is no professionalism, no sense of responsibility and no sense of service. How it is functioning I have no idea. I went against an experience of a colleague who had the similar experience but thought let me try. Well, the story turns out uglier. My shipment no. z57289011 sent on 24 June, today is 29 June, is still roaming around Hyderabad. From one point to another. I should have gone for Professional couriers or any lesser know courier. I am sure they are working hard. DTDC is all because of advertisement. One you use it you will come to know the substandard services they provide. I had tried calling all their numbers[protected] / 30947201..no one is answering the call. Beware..never use DTDC...

Even i am unable to e-track my consignment as it shows servers under maintenance.
What the hell is this.These people should quit their jobs asap.
They are not worth of a penny. Headache for customers like us.
Immature professionals.Just pathetic rediculous.

hi, I had ordered a book online through Amazon with tracking number Z59468591 and they had chosen to send the book through DTDC. A few days after I placed the order I get a call from Mapusa DTDC office saying I have to pick the book because my home is in an out of coverage area. I was angry as to why I had to spend extra money to pick up a book which I had already paid for including delivery charges. I had requested DTDC supervisor in Panjim(his phone number is [protected]) over a phone conversation to bring the delievery parcel till a nearby point from where I could collect it. He agreed to it but no delivery happened the next day. So the following day I call Mapusa office which doesnt pick my call. The supervisor in Panjim was not reachable. So I go to Panjim because I dont want me book to be returned to vendor. I go to one office and they direct me to the main office somewhere else. At the main office, after getting my parcel, I interacted with Mr. Manjunath Kawalgi and told him that if my area was out of coverage they should not take the parcel from the vendor agreeing to deliver it. He had his justification that sometimes vendors know that it is outside coverage and still go ahead. I asked him if any alternate arrangement could be arranged for effective delivery instead of making the customer run around unnecessarily. He very callously replied that this is how the system was and nothing could be done about it. He was not one bit apologetic but instead he was saying no courier service is perfect. I said I wanted to register an official complaint for which he said he didnt have the form with him. I have stopped using DTDC in Goa because of their inefficiency and careless attitude. Every other state I have been in, that is, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and AndhraPradesh DTDC is more professional. They are very poor in Goa. I have stopped using DTDC for such reasons and I keep telling everyone I know to stop using DTDC too. I have also mailed the vendor to stop using DTDC for the lack of professionalism you display. There are not any shipment tracking status available either online or from your booking center and also from local office. I also mailed the same on next day 26/06/2015, but still there is not any response.

I have couriered one shipment from Patna to Kharagpur on 15th June, 2015 through Doc. No: 73767163, on 19th June, i have checked the status that your Kharagpur Branch does not deliver the shipment due to non mentioned of Phone No. i have called your Kharagpur Branch and given the phone no and they have confirmed that shipment will be delivered by 20th June, 2015 but after several phone calls and follow ups till date my shipment not deliver to my destination. There are few urgent documents which i need to submit to Local SDO office by this week, but this type of care less services, bound me to complain, if the documents will not be delivered by today (27th June, 2015), i will make the complain to Consumer Forum. I put my claim to dtdc of Rs 750/- on 17 feb 2015 having docket no. Z[protected]dated 7 jan 2015) and i also completed all documents required by dtdc. Till now i have not received my claim. I submitted all documents to Mr. Anil sharma( branch manager)Amritsar, he send documents to mrs. Anupamma (chandigarh) having mobile no.[protected] when i talk to her she said plz connect mr khan having phn no.[protected]. I send a parcel from ex Amritsar to mumbai(panvel) on 7 jan 2015, when i enquired about my parcel on 13 jan 2015, panvel branch (having email css.[protected]@dtdc.com)send me the mail along with photos of my product which was burnt by panvel branch. Now dtdc officials irritated me by saying no sense words like paper not received, vigilance department take action, panvel branch not bear this. I have 17 parcels from BHIWANDI EXPRESS DIVISION, BHIWANDI to BORING ROAD PATNA, booked on 16th June but didn't received till yet. When I contacted dtdc costomer care, they are not not replying properly and lying every time by saying, you will receives your parcels in 1-2 daya. After 2 days they said, I should contact dtdc bhiwandi, not them and given a no of dtdc bhiwandi. When I called dtdc bhiwandi ([protected]) they dropped the phone by saying wrong number. My consignment was couriered from Sriperumputhur, Chennai to Bangalore on 11th of May, 2015, which was undelivered at the destination. According online status, it is returned to origin due to door closed on 16th of May, 2015. But according to your R.O, Chennai, they have not yet recieved the consignment, even after 31 days. I am afraid that my consignment is missing and is untraceable now. This is to let you know that it contains very important documents in originals.

I was going to receive 2 parcels from Proctor and Gambler company.They booked Dtdc courier company on 16June, 2015 and handed over the parcel to them.Till date the parcel has not gone out of Mumbai(after 11 days).This is truly a worst service.I called their all customer care and even Gwaliors Dtdc courier.Either they are not answering and if answering they all are giving other number to call.I am really fed up this company.I want my parcel to be delivered anyhow. Hi, My shipment (Consignment Z[protected] was supposed to be delivered by June 22 2015 but till date i have no clue and status on the Shipment. Even after many attempts to contact DTDC over phone and email, i got no reply other than an automated ticket (Case[protected] which is of no use for me. This is always a problem with DTDC service because DTDC guys are not even bothered to Deliver, never learnt Timely Delivery & Customer Respect. Stop taking Awards and Self declaring A Successful Courier Company.

Hello DTDC Management, My friend booked a courier on Origin: MARKAPUR - ONGOLE Booking Date :Wednesday, June, 24, 2015 and the type of service type is PREMIUM EXPRESS PRODUCT-REGIONAL PLUS I supposed to receive with in one day June25, 2015, but I did not receive Finally I received on June25, 2015 at 5.30 PM. to receive after 2 days it is equal to ordinary courier, then why you are charging extra for this please respond to this mail : [protected]@yahoo.com

I booked a consignment with ref no V22252788 on 23.06.2015 from Coimbatore to Pune. They charged R's.270/- and said it will be delivered in 24 hours that is one day. But it is delivered only on 25 the June 2015 which is more than the stated time.

Dear sir, MangalTube booked my parcel no D22204953 on 18.06.15 from FARIDABAD to NAGPUR. Even today 25.06.15 till i have not received the parcel & even there is no real time status. In internet tracking system shows --- Fri, Jun 19, 2015 Processed & Dispatched from DTDC APEX DELHI APEX, DELHI 03:15 PM.------ There is no further details. When i inquire from DTDC office they replied me that there server is slow. So we cant track now call me tomorrow. We have already getting too much loss. Material is most urgent.
