I have 17 parcels from BHIWANDI EXPRESS DIVISION, BHIWANDI to BORING ROAD PATNA, booked on 16th June but didn't received till yet. When I contacted dtdc costomer care, they are not not replying properly and lying every time by saying, you will receives your parcels in 1-2 daya. After 2 days they said, I should contact dtdc bhiwandi, not them and given a no of dtdc bhiwandi. When I called dtdc bhiwandi ([protected]) they dropped the phone by saying wrong number. I'm neither getting any information, nor my parcels and its more than 10days. Here is the awb no's of my 17 parcels. My consignment was couriered from Sriperumputhur, Chennai to Bangalore on 11th of May, 2015, which was undelivered at the destination. According online status, it is returned to origin due to door closed on 16th of May, 2015. But according to your R.O, Chennai, they have not yet recieved the consignment, even after 31 days. I am afraid that my consignment is missing and is untraceable now. This is to let you know that it contains very important documents in originals.

I was going to receive 2 parcels from Proctor and Gambler company.They booked Dtdc courier company on 16June, 2015 and handed over the parcel to them.Till date the parcel has not gone out of Mumbai(after 11 days).This is truly a worst service.I called their all customer care and even Gwaliors Dtdc courier.Either they are not answering and if answering they all are giving other number to call.I am really fed up this company.I want my parcel to be delivered anyhow. Hi, My shipment (Consignment Z[protected] was supposed to be delivered by June 22 2015 but till date i have no clue and status on the Shipment. Even after many attempts to contact DTDC over phone and email, i got no reply other than an automated ticket (Case[protected] which is of no use for me. This is always a problem with DTDC service because DTDC guys are not even bothered to Deliver, never learnt Timely Delivery & Customer Respect. Stop taking Awards and Self declaring A Successful Courier Company.

Hello DTDC Management, My friend booked a courier on Origin: MARKAPUR - ONGOLE Booking Date :Wednesday, June, 24, 2015 and the type of service type is PREMIUM EXPRESS PRODUCT-REGIONAL PLUS I supposed to receive with in one day June25, 2015, but I did not receive Finally I received on June25, 2015 at 5.30 PM. to receive after 2 days it is equal to ordinary courier, then why you are charging extra for this please respond to this mail : [protected]@yahoo.com

I booked a consignment with ref no V22252788 on 23.06.2015 from Coimbatore to Pune. They charged R's.270/- and said it will be delivered in 24 hours that is one day. But it is delivered only on 25 the June 2015 which is more than the stated time.

Dear sir, MangalTube booked my parcel no D22204953 on 18.06.15 from FARIDABAD to NAGPUR. Even today 25.06.15 till i have not received the parcel & even there is no real time status. In internet tracking system shows --- Fri, Jun 19, 2015 Processed & Dispatched from DTDC APEX DELHI APEX, DELHI 03:15 PM.------ There is no further details. When i inquire from DTDC office they replied me that there server is slow. So we cant track now call me tomorrow. We have already getting too much loss. Material is most urgent. Please help me & do need full. BHPL Co.

An assignment after reaching kanpur was supposed to be sent to its destination, since it was an urgent assignment so we tracked by internet and then called the local office where they said that it won't reach today, where they promised that it will reach on time (as whole motive of sending the assignment would fail if it doesn't reach on time). We told them complete issue regarding the urgency of the assignment and that it won't be possible for the person to come and collect the assignment but all in vain. This whole thing happened only because there office was closed on that day for no reason. People sitting on phone(at kanpur) even lack manners and are rude. They can very easily freak you out and irritate you, since they tend to not use their brains while talking.They were very casual in attitude and unprofessional. When the person reached their office after travelling for two hours in rain, they now said that they do not have the assignment and all tracking records etc were wrong/fake very casually.Document in the envelope was worth Rs.3000. These people are very unprofessional and have casual attitude. Date of incident- 25/6/2015

Hello Team, This is really going to be a frustrating concern for DTDC's reputation and my patience. I booked my parcel on 21st June and even today there is no real time status. When i inquired from NOIDA office they gave me Jammu no[protected]. I tried 25 times on this number between 9 AM to 6 PM from 23rd to 25th June but it vain. My call was answered only once and they informed me that there INTERNET is not working to check the status. Today, i called the JAMMU FRANCHISE office and asked for the branch manager no but no one was really bothered to take pain. I also raised a complaint today # 00477770 and the lady there assured me that it will be delivered by afternoon today. But it was not to be. Can any of you please intervene here and tell me what's going on? I swear its my last association with DTDC but still cannot believe DTDC has so maligned its reputation. AeroAids corporation have couriered my parcel on 10/06/2015 having docket no. Z54589706. But after around 9 days I got call from courier office that they do not have delivery boy so they can not deliver parcel, I have to collect it from their office. It was not possible for me to collect order due to long office hour so I told them it is not possible for me to collect and you can take decision as you wish. Now they have returned my parcel with reason that "Customer has refused to receive parcel" which I have checked online tracking option of DTDC. They should not have accepted the order if they do not have sufficient staff or they could deliver my parcel on next day when their delivery person available. Please take necessary action.

This is Reenu Rajpoot here, would like to convey you that i posted an emergency courier to bhopal (M.P.) dated on 22nd june 2015 from DTDC branch hyderguda hyderabad, as it was extremely urgent for me What was being intimated to me was that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 4 days now and the courier is still not deliverd to a specfic destination with a consignment no V22677774. now reaching of that courier is of no use because last date is today for job i applied and my courier still not delivereed My experience with DTDC was not not good enough for the first time. I have given one courier With Value Documents in that to deliver at hyderabad address dated: 10/6/2015. unfortunately it is not received by either sent address or me. this courier Docket Number is H43990768 THRU G.K Enterprises, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam. When i asked status on 19/6/2015 these people but i have not get proper reply. and today i have called their contact numbers both land and mobile but no one is responding for my call because they know my contact number. I'm facing problem from my dealer who is going to proceed legally. if it happens i will show him the slip of acknowledgement which is not my fault.

I am Anand sent one courier chennai to Rourkela on may 12. vendor said the courier still not reached.But DTDC Side saying courier delivered on may15. so i give complaint to chennai customer care on June 15 still now they not answering propley I need the DRS copy of this docket no F08769356.

My package was booked on June 4th for Wealth India Financial Service Pvt Ltd. The tracking ID B20886348 shows it is delivered to some RAB company. I am clearly very pissed off with the way people are not attending calls, and package is still lost.

DTDC team, I had sent a courier with consignment number Z53440157 from Amritsar to Pune on 11th June, but it has been 2 weeks now, still the courier has not reached the vendor. Normally, it takes 3-4 days for the courier to be delievered. The courier contained my important documents and needed to be delievered urgently. The DTDC made me suffer a loss for that. DTDC has pathetic service. I have not seen any other courier service with such delays. No one is ready to take the responsibility after so many calls and mails. They replied re-laxly that no DTDC service at Gudilova... he cheats me ... he has to give the above information before i booked the Courier. I have booked a parcel on 16 July, 2015 with consignment id D22255188 from Saharanpur To Dharapuram(Tamil Nadu). It is found that the goods is broken and the packing was also torned. So please do the needful regarding this, as it is the responsiblity of the courier service provider.

Till i have not received the parcel. daily iam contacting the customer care they are loding a complaint daily. But there is no response from dtdc. That parcel is very urgent for me.
