Sir, i have ordered from rewardme.com..tracking number is M21762618 .. parcel received at dtdt office Latur 413512 on 27 June. I didn't received the product but officeboy mr.sachin is telling that they delivered to someone else...they didn't recorded the id proof numbers to whom they delivered the product . Kindly take action in this .

Consignment no V20040393 was sent to Ranchi on 27th June 2015 but cancelled as the consignee had to leave city urgently. After having enquired some thousand times I don't get any idea of the whereabouts of the parcel. The local dtdc people have been diverting ever since without any answer. If I check online status, its still in a Ranchi. And people here in dtdc says its in Kolkata. Am sorry to say but am aware of the routes and by no means it goes to Kolkata. It has to come to Delhi from Ranchi and then Delhi to Ahmedabad. Please look into it urgently. If need my parcel at the earliest and please stop misleading and fooling around. We deserve to know the correct information.

I booked a packet containing some important documents at a DTDC counter at Kasba on 08th June, 2015. A tracking number was raised K9709912. Its destination was Alipurduar. he tracking record showed that it was delivered on 10.6. 2015. However, the photocopy of the acknowledgement shows that it was delivered on 19th June, 2015. It was unusual delay, backed by false information and bad business practices. It cause immense harassment too.

My packet vide docket no. M21702351 was sloten by DTDC meera bagh, delhi brach. I have also complaint against them vide case no . 00435249 on their website, even after 1month there is no reply from their side. They discovered a very new style of stealing packet they shows consignment out for delivery for many days and after few days they shows that consignment ia already delivered in back date. This is not only incident they have already stolen my 2 packets and when i make a complaint they just creat an incident id and never take any action on thier staff, so by this they are increasing habit of stealing packets in thier staff.

I have couriered wifi modem to one of my relative to gurgaon from agra on 30th June 2015 and it is still not delievered till 4 July 2015. Dtdc branch told me that it will reach gurgaon till 2nd July max. But still it is not delivered. CN No. is Z58150012 I tried to talk to their customer care centre still no reply. I posted an emergency courier to Banglore as it was extremely urgent for me.I have sent my some of original documents to my organization and I used Prime Time plus service and they told me that it will be delivered within 12pm next Day, but its more than 2 days now and the courier is still not delivered. My consignment no is E72114289..Even i check my consignment details till now its in DTDC mumbai BRANCH. I paid them 325 rupees for this service and even i am trying to contact customer service and they are not picking the phone calls. I hate these coompany services bad service of the DTDC Please help me out in this issue .

This is with regards to the courier I sent using DTDC courier service on 15th April 2015 to Chengalpeth, Chennai from the Kammanahalli branch in Bangalore. The contents were three carton boxes full of handmade paper butterflies. I paid an amount of Rs.8580/- as courier charges for these boxes. I was promised that the courier would reach Chennai on 16th April 2015, which it did not. Only two of the three boxes reached the destination later, out of which one was completely damaged. When I followed up on phone, which I have been doing for more than two months now, with Kammanahalli branch as well as with the main branch at Chamrajpeth in Bangalore I was told by each branch that it was not their fault and that other other branch is at fault after several weeks of daily following up. I was also part of a conference call between officials from Kammanahalli and Chamrajpeth where they blamed each other for the late and damaged delivery instead of solving my problem of how I can be refunded for the losses that I have suffered. I find this to be extremely immature and unprofessional when adults from DTDC company start behaving like 5 year old children playing the blame game. I have been trying to get the refund as I have lost Rs.8580/- of the courier charges, and the lost goods were around Rs.3500/-

The document AWB# X10869450 was mailed through DTDC to Manipal. We have contacted them in person, phone and email to notify that the recipient was not available and given alternative contact numbers for delivery. In spite of that, your office in Manipal failed to contact the right person and deliver the letter. Instead they said they have returned the letter to Nasik office on June 21st. Upon contacting your Nasik office today, July 3rd we are told that it has not arrived there. Manipal office is unable to help us track this. Please arrange to track it from your end and have it delivered ASAP to Manipal.

Consignment No. D22778271 was couriered on June 27th from Bangalore & was scheduled to reach Nagpur by 02nd July. The consignment is still not delivered. When trying to track the status online I do not see any update. Moreover, on calling the DTDC 24/7 CUSTOMER SUPPORT I recieved no response. No one is even picking up the call. This is highly dissapointing.

I have booked letter to Meanopolis, USA vide ref. no. N95562026 from Bhubaneswar.On the tracking it is shown out for delivery on 20.06.15. But the Institute confirmed that they have not received till now. The Institute wants the delivery receipt details and the name of the person to whom it is delivered.Please send the delivery receipt and who has received it immediately. It is urgently required.

One parcel consisting of cloths was booked in pithapuram(Pin 533450) to solpaur (Maharashtra, pin : 413215) on 09.05.2015 with consignment number: d22341472. The parcel was not received at addressee till date. We have complained at pithapuram office and their response is very poor, they couldnot track the parcel.

Hello, This is to inform that electronic induction cooker was sent from Dhanbad on 29th june, 15 at 19:43:11, Cust Id : TF144, Tracking ID : D23273660 to Bangalore through DTDC flight courier. It was delivered today on 1st july, 15 at 2 pm according to the information provided in the tracking site but I received the product at 9 pm, 01st july, 15 from the security guard. The plate of the electronic induction cooker was totally broken. Outer packet was also torn completely. Cost of the induction cooker is 3995 rupees and I want the full refund. Moreover the product was delivered to the security guard at my apartment in Bangalore. I was not even informed of the delivery and it was not also handed over to me. My phone number was clearly mentioned on the packet, it was the responsibility of the person, he should have called me and the product should be handed over to me. But as the product would have been broken before so he didn't feel the need to call me.What kind of responsible service is this. You charge so much and then there is no guarantee of the product delivered. For the reputed company like DTDC, we did not expect this kind of low grade service. What the hell is wrong with dtdc. No one receives the call even after mutltiple attempts to call them up. Worst service.
Donot use them.

Dear Sir/Madam, I Had faith on DTDC but after seeing this incident really i don't want to send anything through your courier. My Doc no is-B21787398, from last four days I'm waiting to receive my courier but till now I dint receive, whenever I'm calling your person is saying it's already dispatched and they have sign also receiver name and time. After seeing this yesterday evening have gone to your Shanti Nagar, Bangalore branch office and they are saying sorry dispatched to other person. Track No. Z59524501 its still not delivered. If you don't have your office in Dist MAHUVA-Gujarat, Why you are taking booking? Its such a poor service from DTDC, i will escalate this issue further as well. While tracking Its shows still in Rajkot, when called in Customer care they are saying its returned to Delhi. Its been 10 days now what is the status of my parcel i don't know. reply ASAP.

Sir, I have despatched one clothing consignment through DTDC, Kanke, Ranchi(Jharkhand) vide despatched receipt no.K80093669 dated 30.05.2015 for Verion Retailer, R&D Plot No.109 Udyog Vihar, Phase -4 Gurgaon, Haryana-122015.Till date it is not delivered, I have sent my email to the concern region customer care, but behavior of the concern is very poor even they don't pick up phone, if pick up intentionally they take more time, they make the customer to finish the call. Through DTDC web search it shows consignment is lying in the Gurgaon Apex when I approached some of their employees Mr. Mukesh &Miss Preeti they told it shows in the Gurgaon but consignment has not been received here.I hope you will intervene to help me to find out the consignment and it may be delivered in time to the Consignee .

I would like to inform you that we are regularly sending our couriers
through DTDC Baddi.

We have sent one courier consisting important repair parts of our machine
via AWB no. Z56062275 on dated 27 May 2015 from Baddi to Hyderabad.

Consignment has not delivered to Hyderabad address or retuned to us till
now.

We have start enquiring for this consignment on 26 june & as per web
tracking it shows that consignment returned to Baddi on 18 june 2015, but
not delivered to mr. Nitin shrivastava. When we informed this status to Mr.
Mahendra of Baddi DTDC branch he has not given us satisfactory reply.

He told first to us that delivery boy is not available now & he will inform
us after checking with him.

Next day he told that consignment is not in Baddi branch & they will check
in Ambala hub.

Yesterday he told that this consignment was missed from them & if we want we
can claim for same.

When we ask them why it was not delivered in Hyderabad he replied that in
that area we are not having service, surprisingly on same address DTDC
delivered our consignment fromm baddi two weeks before pl find attached AWB
slip for your reference Z50022747.

We request you to please look in to this matter & search our consignment
ASAP, we are not satisfied with your Baddi branch person reply..

Kindly take the immediate action on this and found the person who did this and let us know the person details.and reimburse the above amount immediately.take an urgent acton in this regard. Parcel was not delivered at home. The dtdc persons called the receiver and he went to receive the parcel on 30/06/2015 by afternoon. So take necessary action quickly and tell us the person who did this.
