AeroAids corporation have couriered my parcel on 10/06/2015 having docket no. Z54589706. But after around 9 days I got call from courier office that they do not have delivery boy so they can not deliver parcel, I have to collect it from their office. It was not possible for me to collect order due to long office hour so I told them it is not possible for me to collect and you can take decision as you wish. Now they have returned my parcel with reason that "Customer has refused to receive parcel" which I have checked online tracking option of DTDC. They should not have accepted the order if they do not have sufficient staff or they could deliver my parcel on next day when their delivery person available. Please take necessary action.

This is Reenu Rajpoot here, would like to convey you that i posted an emergency courier to bhopal (M.P.) dated on 22nd june 2015 from DTDC branch hyderguda hyderabad, as it was extremely urgent for me What was being intimated to me was that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 4 days now and the courier is still not deliverd to a specfic destination with a consignment no V22677774. now reaching of that courier is of no use because last date is today for job i applied and my courier still not delivereed My experience with DTDC was not not good enough for the first time. I have given one courier With Value Documents in that to deliver at hyderabad address dated: 10/6/2015. unfortunately it is not received by either sent address or me. this courier Docket Number is H43990768 THRU G.K Enterprises, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam. When i asked status on 19/6/2015 these people but i have not get proper reply. and today i have called their contact numbers both land and mobile but no one is responding for my call because they know my contact number. I'm facing problem from my dealer who is going to proceed legally. if it happens i will show him the slip of acknowledgement which is not my fault.

I am Anand sent one courier chennai to Rourkela on may 12. vendor said the courier still not reached.But DTDC Side saying courier delivered on may15. so i give complaint to chennai customer care on June 15 still now they not answering propley I need the DRS copy of this docket no F08769356.

My package was booked on June 4th for Wealth India Financial Service Pvt Ltd. The tracking ID B20886348 shows it is delivered to some RAB company. I am clearly very pissed off with the way people are not attending calls, and package is still lost.

DTDC team, I had sent a courier with consignment number Z53440157 from Amritsar to Pune on 11th June, but it has been 2 weeks now, still the courier has not reached the vendor. Normally, it takes 3-4 days for the courier to be delievered. The courier contained my important documents and needed to be delievered urgently. The DTDC made me suffer a loss for that. DTDC has pathetic service. I have not seen any other courier service with such delays. No one is ready to take the responsibility after so many calls and mails. I sent a courier to Gudilova on 15-06-15 wide pod _H43926181 from vizianagaram. After One week it returns to me. I shocked and consult to courier office. They replied re-laxly that no DTDC service at Gudilova... he cheats me ... he has to give the above information before i booked the Courier. I have booked a parcel on 16 July, 2015 with consignment id D22255188 from Saharanpur To Dharapuram(Tamil Nadu). It is found that the goods is broken and the packing was also torned. So please do the needful regarding this, as it is the responsiblity of the courier service provider.

Till i have not received the parcel. daily iam contacting the customer care they are loding a complaint daily. But there is no response from dtdc. That parcel is very urgent for me. I booked my Consignment through Dtdc from Jajpur, Odisha to Haldia, W.B. After receiving of Consignment, I found one of my carton box inside material (Induction top - Philips make) missing. I am surprised and lodge a complain to Dtdc through mail (Case no:[protected]. But till date no positive response given from their side. Their customer care response is very poor. Not even pick up call also. Pl help me to get compensation from DTDC.

Your product "Apple Stylish Slip.." was shipped via DTDC (AWB NO. Z[protected] on 15-Jun-15. The estimated delivery date is 17-Jun-1 But My order Is Not Delivered at Same Date. I Hope U can solve my problems and send my products (Courier) immediately...Thankss

AWB no. : D22989676 Date of courier :[protected] from Pimpri DTDC, Pune Reached DTDC Bahadurgarh on[protected] Now no info available while tracking. On 19th while tracking online, it showed "out for delivery" and now it shows error. No response from SMS tracker, [protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com. And your customer service does not answer the call. Went to pimpri dtdc yesterday from where they called your representative at Bahadurgarh. The person who received the call first said the product is delivered to the destination, then he said the product is not received at Bahadurgarh itself, and then he said there is some problem with his system. It has been 5 days now since the product is been received at Bahadurgarh DTDC, and not yet delivered. Need immediate action, as the product was a returned courier to the merchant and my money is stuck.

Dear sir vide receipt No.I01384391 from Jaipur to Hyderabad dispatched on 20 june 2015, where as it has to be deliver in 24 hours but it was delivered on 23 june 2015. Also parcel was open with total damage, it shows how your service carries our material. Finally when we call your people, instead of giving response they are giving another number and asking us to contact them which shows irresponsibility. Hello, Why I am writing this email is because your Representative even do not know how to talk with customers. I booked a courier at 1.00 PM 22 June 2015 and its not dispatched on the same day & even not when I am writing this email. I have a courier M20436547 its so been called your CN NO. I booked courier from S.S. ENTERPRISES from Nagpur & this was very important for me today as I do not expect delivery.I can go to registered DTDC office & collect the courier. But the worst is its not yet dispatched shame on DTDC. I am loosing lot of now by end of the day I could I have taken this step to ask some person to come to Pune any any means instead of DTDC worst service. What kind of people you have given to agency? If needed I have conversation recorded for every one talked at lease 3 peoples from S.S. ENTERPRISES. Hope I will get reply within next hour. This is to inform you that the consignment no Z[protected]DTDC) was dispatched to A-90, Sector-7, Rourkela, Odisha 769003 dated 15 th of June 2015 & still not reached though it was mentioned urgent because it was consists with medicine for patient. The web page is showing a different story & i personally spoke at BBS branch, Odisha & they confirmed that the material was not received at their end & still in Delhi in transit mode. Dear Sir, We have sent a courier from Mysore to Chennai, the docket no is B21118055. The people at your Chennai office have refused to deliver to the location, if that was the case why was the courier accepted in the first place. And your people have updated the status as "ATTEMPTED", this is a complete lie, they have never attempted delivery other than make a phone call. The real reason should be "We are lazy to deliver". I hope this issue can be resolved ASAP, it is a bit silly that your ppl accept packages and then refuse to deliver it. Regards Vasanth

I Rajbeer Yadav approached DTDC franchise with Brother's International UG-2, Mohta Building-4 BHikaji Cama Place, New Delhi on 17.06.15 to urjently deliver 1050 gm of "Cancer Medicine" in Pune to Mr. Satya Pal Yadav, SMQ 600/5 AFS Pune-411032. As per online tracking the pacakage is in transit on 23.06.2015 at 12 noon. On enquiry with the franchise it was informed due to error the package is still with the franchisee. The Medicine was meant for my uncle who has passed away now. I have approached my legal counsel and stern action will be taken against your company. After all the rituals are over i will pursue the matter in court. Ihave attached all the relevant document for your information.

sir, i send a packet of three samples of school belts and tie to LANCER INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, DLF-V, sector-53, Gurgaon, vide docket no.-Z57080627 dated 16-6-15 from Peera garhi Delhi. Franchisee code NF361. On[protected] i tracked my consignment, and i found that consignment has been reached to Gurgaon but not delivered and i was satisfied that the consignment will be delivered shortly. after that i went out of station due to medical checkup of my wife. today i reached back to delhi and i received the call from consignee that the courier was not reached till now. i tried to call the franchisee but the phone was out of order. then i visited to the office and i was told that the consignment was miss routed and it came back and the person sat there handed over me back. i was shocked. further i found that the packet is torn off badly and when i checked the material inside i found that one of the sample of belt was missing from it. when i asked about it the person reply that, " This is routine task, the items may lost anywhere." Due to the act of your company i faced a heavy loss in the shape of loosing my order of an international school. and still i can't arrange the sample again. when i asked the person to find anyhow my sample, even i was ready to collect it from any corner of Gurgaon. he called two or three places but not found any response from anywhere. and he denied to do anything in this case. i was so sad and returned to home.
