HI, My name is shilpi, i had shipped my product on 21st may from Saharanpur and reaches to customer 1st june in damage condition. Ship Date: 21-May-15 Carrier: DTDC Shipping Service: Air Tracking ID: Z55670904 And your company is not taking responsibility for this. Product cost is 2000 rs. I wants my money back otherwise i have to take stern action against your company and have to go in consumer court.

I had booked a courier from Bangalore to Delhi on 2nd June under Prime time plus for 10.30. It wasn't delivered till 12. When i call up yout helpdesk no[protected], she tells me that my couruie is booked for the 12:00 prime time instead. I have a receipt that clearly states 10:30 and i have paid extra for it as well. Then whn I asked the helpdesk why it wasn't delivered until 12 also, she cut the call and did not receive it again on my repeated call backs.

With reference to my earlier email dated 23 may 2015 you have not replied neither contacted me over phone which goes on to see your customer care. Its the worst customer service i have seen ever in my life. The arrogance goes to see that even the email goes unattended for so long. Your call centre no[protected], 40329819 at kolkatta goes unattended even after repeated calls on several days . Your call centre no at guwahati [protected] was switched off and [protected] was invalid no. When we tried to get the other a lady picked up the phone and said to call another no [protected] when we called this no they gave us a complain no.[protected] and a cell no. [protected] one of Mr. Sahit. When I called Mr.Sahit he told me that you once again give the consignment no and I shall call you within 1 hour. That one hour never came. When I called him after 1.20 mins at first he did not receive the call . after several call i found the cell was in waiting mode as he was talking to someone and he also got a missed call notification from me . but Mr.Sahit never bothered to call me and I left him a message saying that you need not call just give me your corporate office cell/email address but too he did not respond.

I am surprised with the level of disgusting customer service you have and also the level of arrogancy your staff are showing as till date they have not called back to let us know the status of the consignment nor they reply correctly about the correct status of the consignment and why not if an email goes unattended than they are enjoing free hand in doing these .

WE HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN OVER PHONE BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE AT KOLKATTA IS ONE OF THE WORST THAT WE HAVE EVER FOUND. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIND THE CONSIGNMENT AND ABOVE THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SO WE HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO LODGE THE COMPLAIN ONLINE AND IF THE CONSIGNMENT DOES NOT REACH BY TODAY EVENING WE ARE GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST YOUR HOPELESS SERVICE TO CONSUMER FORUM AS LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY HAS GONE IN CALLING YOUR CALL CENTRE WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE AND THEY ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE THAT THEY NEVER EVER CALL BACK WITH THE LATEST INFORMATION.

I had booked a COD parcel through DTDC on 15th May 2015 for Kashipur, Uttarakhand with CN# I00473388. It was a supply of industrial tooling bits against order. It was strictly mentioned in the booking receipt that the delivery should only be made if party hands over Demand Draft of the total value of the parcel mentioned in the booking receipt. However, the delivery of parcel was done on 22nd May 2015 against a cheque which was breach of the booking agreement and is not acceptable. I received the return courier on 29th May 2015. On receipt of the courier, I straight away went to the bank and the bank verified that the cheque was forged and not legitimate. It was solely the responsibility of the courier service not to hand over the parcel against cheque. How could they deliver the costly parcel against a cheque wherein it was clearly mentioned that the delivery should be made strictly against a Demand Draft. Please help me reclaim the loss incurred due to this irresponsible services by DTDC Courier.

Someone has courier me 2 weeks ago on my address # 1759 new dashmesh nagar st no 2 amritsar road moga. But your company sent courier to amritsar city. It happened 3rd consecutive time. Don't you know difference between amritsar road moga and amritsar. Its too ridiculous. Pls do the needful. Courier tracker no is D23248634.

A Courier against the docket no # K78452333 was couriered from Gaya (Bihar) to New Delhi however today I came to know that the packet was retuned because Address was not found. Surprisingly that too was initiated without any intimation to me. My Contact no was clearly mentioned over the packet. What kind of objective you have is really a questionable mark. Hi Team, I am very disappointed with this Type of customer service, DTDC has provided. Here is the Tracking no: H[protected]LITE-EXPRESS SERVICE) My father has sent a courier from Rajam, Srikakulam Dist (532127) on 25th May to Bangalore, and it should have been received by 3 days I, e by March 28th Atleast. The courier has been arrived at DTDC Apex in Bangalore on 28th June, I haven’t received any single call yet onto my mobile about it till now. It is June 1st now, and I keep on calling the DTDC number and[protected] / 25361412 and it says wrong number.I tried calling Marthahall DTDC Centre Bangalore, but no one even picksup the call. There is no surprise saying that I have called atleast 50 last 5 days. I keep on tracking the Parcel thorugh DTDC Online but there is no status change since 28th Morning in the DTDC Website till now. Can I even expect the DTDC Team to let me know the status atleast now. Atleast let me know the status of it, as part of your service

I opted for one day express delivery as it was an emergency, the dtdc agent gauranteed that it will reach within one day if i paid rs 350, however it has been 4 days and the parcel has not even reached the concern place. On top of that the receiver has also left the place. Im at a complete lost as to what will happen to my things. Never again will i use this company

Recently i have sent a mobile from noida to hanumangarh junction with reference number of parcel is Z56801900.weight of packet during dispatched is 500 gm but when it reach to hanumangarh weight is only 300gm means parcel is not in proper condition so receipent refuse to accept the packet but when i track this parcel it shows that packet is dispatched . ON TRACKING VIA ONLINE, IT HAS REACHED COCHIN BY 20.05.2015 BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. THEN I CONTACTED WITH THE KANPUR OFFICE AND THEY SAID TO CONTACT IN FOLLOWING OFFICE ADDRESS, CEPZ-KAKKANAD, 10-95, FIRST FLOOR PALLIKKAL BUILDING CEPZ PO KAKKANAD ERNAKULAM-682037 PHONE:[protected], 4069749 WHEN I MADE A CALL TO THE ABOVE SAID OFFICE NUMBER, THE FEMALE STAFF WHO ATTENDED THE CALL WERE VERY IMPOLITE IN HER TALK AND SAID IT IS NOT THE ABOVE SAID OFFICE RESPONSIBILITY AND CUT THE CALL. THEY WERE NOT EVEN READY TO LISTEN MY COMPLAINT. MOREOVER I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL YET. BY CONSIDERING MY COMPLAINT I HOPE YOU WILL DO THE NEEDFUL.

I'm getting fully damage product from DTDC courier service. Docket no-G90150634. my bike- royal enfield classic 350 damage though transportation. totally its taking 16 days to deliver. 1- headlight set damage, 2-front disc brake lever set broken, 3-both the mirror broken. 4- several scratches comes on bike. plz help me and tell me how can i claim money for this damage. e-mail- [protected]@yahoo.com

I am Mrs VinIkrishna PR, presently residing at Jodhpur Rajasthan. My complaint is against the rude behaviour of a DTDC courier agent. On 30 May 15 around 1600 hrs one of the DTDC courier agent visited my home(1019/1 sahu enclave AF station jodhpur 342011 ) to deliver consignment No Z56848371. At that time I was alone at home, he handed over the package to me and started writing down something on a document which he was carrying, mean while i tried to open the package. Suddenly he started shouting at me saying that "who told you to open the package?You've got no rights to open it and i am not responsible for your parcel" and he shouted something in local language which I couldn't understand.As I was alone in my home i was teriibly scared and confused. Suddenly he grabbed the parcel from my hand and started walking towards his vehicle saying that " now you ask your husband to come to the parcel office and collect it from there i dont have time for[protected]some hindi abusing words) . I shouted at him asking that "is this is the way to deal with a women" his reply really embarrassing to the low & order "tumhe jo karna hai woh tum karlo mei dekhloonga...me eise hi baat karta hoom". Kindly look into the matter and do the needful please...

My name is prakash and i have send the courier on 26 may, and over here they said it will reach the above address on 29 may, but its still pending and they keep on blaming each other, customer care no. is the worst service as they never picked up call keep on playing music, idiotic type of response by them.as it was some important documents. WORST WORST service ever fed up with them.

DTDC doc No. V23204498 and Customer case no. 00378069. This courier reached from Hyderabad to Pune on 24th May'15, but till date 30th May'15 it is not delivered at Pune address. Call customer care, give two personnel numbers Rajeev Mishra - [protected] and Hemen - [protected]. Both are not responding to my calls putting busy tone. Can you please find this courier immediately. It has some important document.
