My name is Shaveta and i want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by Rani.I even dont know who the Rani is.That is very poor service.please help me and give my courier to me. my tracking id is M21717188.

sir, A parcel was dispatched against pankaj singh rani bagh jammu from allahabad on 28 may 15, and individual was informed on 8 jun regarding parcel stating that since we do not provide service to that area so u have to personallycollect.on approaching to DTDC office i came to kno that my parcel was recieved on 2 jun 15 itself... I am very sad with the kind of service being provide by DTDC nanak nagar jammu keep asie the very purpose of prompt delivery of courier service... plz do take action against defaulters.

I had sent homeopathic medicines for urgent delivery to Australia through greater Kailash 2 m block market branch on 26th may which was to be delivered on 30th may. Today is the 9th of June and the courier is still not been sent. I visited the branch 4 times, the staff is absolutely illiterate and inefficient. every time we inquired about the delivery they said it will reach in 2 days and today they are telling me that we are returning the medicines tomorrow because there is some liquid in it. Firstly they are only tablets and secondly if DTDC is incapable of providing service then they why would they take 15 days to return my courier. I will be taking this case in the consumer court since my child has been suffering because of this ignorant attitude o[censored]r courier service. It's a shame how you all function. Dear Concern, Above mentioned courier was dispatched from Jaipur to Mizoram on May 29th 2015. Status on your website looks wrong as it shows delivered on May 28th 2015. Please check this on priority as the courier is containing an important cheque which must’ve been delivered as of now & we’re not even able to provide the status of it to the client. Dear sir The C'ment No Z52872216 dt. 06.04.15 from solan(HP) to B'ore not delivered till date, and as per tracker it is showing delivered in DTDC Bangalore office, while contracting them they says that C'ment is not sent by Ambala office . What service is being provided the by DTDC neither their Bangalore office deptt, nor Ambala office giving proper reply, it is a blame game . when it will be safe to send the consignment thr courier. Hi, This is regarding Consignment number D22784074. I have Couriered My Desktop/Computer from Bangalore to Patna on 02.06.2015. I have received my Desktop at destination address(Patna) on 11.06.2015 but in completed damaged form. The CPU is completed destroyed and can not be used. I am facing heavy loss of work and money as well. Please take action ASAP

Hi Team, This is for consignment No *E72001909* I have droped a courier from Dwarka office 102, 1st floor, Vardaman Mall for banglore. the lady sitting there said that this will be dispatched within 24 hours and will be delivered on Sunday. I am trying to track the consignment but not able to track, it is not the first time this is happening this should be considered as breach of trust. It is very shameful making a commitment and not keeping it. I personally feel DTDC is the worst courier service.

Hi there i brought an item on ebay.in. i requested the seller not to opt for DTDC. Bcoz DTDC is one of the worst courier services and they employ all notorious guys to do their jobs. But still he opted for DTDC. i paid extra money for shipping ( Air way shipping). The courier was supposed to be delivered on 1 JUNE 2015, Till date its not be delivered. i called you customer service (number provided on you website-HYDERABAD, INDIA) they never bothered to lift the phone. The phone rings but no one lift the phone. but when i check the product status on your website (pathetic website which work some times). The status was ATTEMPTED. Sent this reminder mail to the company but did not receive any reply so far: "Reminder mail to my previous mail dated 04.06.2015. A important courier letter vide ref number K9840449 date of dispatch 29/05/2015 from Bhubaneswar is delivered to my address has not been dispatched by your courier company till date. I tried to call the customer care there was no response. I wants my money back otherwise i have to take stern action against your company and have to go in consumer court.

I had booked a courier from Bangalore to Delhi on 2nd June under Prime time plus for 10.30. It wasn't delivered till 12. When i call up yout helpdesk no[protected], she tells me that my couruie is booked for the 12:00 prime time instead. I have a receipt that clearly states 10:30 and i have paid extra for it as well. Then whn I asked the helpdesk why it wasn't delivered until 12 also, she cut the call and did not receive it again on my repeated call backs.

With reference to my earlier email dated 23 may 2015 you have not replied neither contacted me over phone which goes on to see your customer care. Its the worst customer service i have seen ever in my life. The arrogance goes to see that even the email goes unattended for so long. Your call centre no[protected], 40329819 at kolkatta goes unattended even after repeated calls on several days . Your call centre no at guwahati [protected] was switched off and [protected] was invalid no. When we tried to get the other a lady picked up the phone and said to call another no [protected] when we called this no they gave us a complain no.[protected] and a cell no. [protected] one of Mr. Sahit. When I called Mr.Sahit he told me that you once again give the consignment no and I shall call you within 1 hour. That one hour never came. When I called him after 1.20 mins at first he did not receive the call . after several call i found the cell was in waiting mode as he was talking to someone and he also got a missed call notification from me . but Mr.Sahit never bothered to call me and I left him a message saying that you need not call just give me your corporate office cell/email address but too he did not respond.

I am surprised with the level of disgusting customer service you have and also the level of arrogancy your staff are showing as till date they have not called back to let us know the status of the consignment nor they reply correctly about the correct status of the consignment and why not if an email goes unattended than they are enjoing free hand in doing these .

WE HAVE LODGED A COMPLAIN OVER PHONE BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE AT KOLKATTA IS ONE OF THE WORST THAT WE HAVE EVER FOUND. THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIND THE CONSIGNMENT AND ABOVE THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SO WE HAVE NO OTHER OPTION TO LODGE THE COMPLAIN ONLINE AND IF THE CONSIGNMENT DOES NOT REACH BY TODAY EVENING WE ARE GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST YOUR HOPELESS SERVICE TO CONSUMER FORUM AS LOTS OF TIME AND MONEY HAS GONE IN CALLING YOUR CALL CENTRE WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE AND THEY ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE THAT THEY NEVER EVER CALL BACK WITH THE LATEST INFORMATION.

I had booked a COD parcel through DTDC on 15th May 2015 for Kashipur, Uttarakhand with CN# I00473388. It was a supply of industrial tooling bits against order. It was strictly mentioned in the booking receipt that the delivery should only be made if party hands over Demand Draft of the total value of the parcel mentioned in the booking receipt. However, the delivery of parcel was done on 22nd May 2015 against a cheque which was breach of the booking agreement and is not acceptable. I received the return courier on 29th May 2015. On receipt of the courier, I straight away went to the bank and the bank verified that the cheque was forged and not legitimate. It was solely the responsibility of the courier service not to hand over the parcel against cheque. How could they deliver the costly parcel against a cheque wherein it was clearly mentioned that the delivery should be made strictly against a Demand Draft. Please help me reclaim the loss incurred due to this irresponsible services by DTDC Courier.
