I am Mrs VinIkrishna PR, presently residing at Jodhpur Rajasthan. My complaint is against the rude behaviour of a DTDC courier agent. On 30 May 15 around 1600 hrs one of the DTDC courier agent visited my home(1019/1 sahu enclave AF station jodhpur 342011 ) to deliver consignment No Z56848371. At that time I was alone at home, he handed over the package to me and started writing down something on a document which he was carrying, mean while i tried to open the package. Suddenly he started shouting at me saying that "who told you to open the package?You've got no rights to open it and i am not responsible for your parcel" and he shouted something in local language which I couldn't understand.As I was alone in my home i was teriibly scared and confused. Suddenly he grabbed the parcel from my hand and started walking towards his vehicle saying that " now you ask your husband to come to the parcel office and collect it from there i dont have time for[protected]some hindi abusing words) . I shouted at him asking that "is this is the way to deal with a women" his reply really embarrassing to the low & order "tumhe jo karna hai woh tum karlo mei dekhloonga...me eise hi baat karta hoom". Kindly look into the matter and do the needful please...

My name is prakash and i have send the courier on 26 may, and over here they said it will reach the above address on 29 may, but its still pending and they keep on blaming each other, customer care no. is the worst service as they never picked up call keep on playing music, idiotic type of response by them.as it was some important documents. WORST WORST service ever fed up with them.

DTDC doc No. V23204498 and Customer case no. 00378069. This courier reached from Hyderabad to Pune on 24th May'15, but till date 30th May'15 it is not delivered at Pune address. Call customer care, give two personnel numbers Rajeev Mishra - [protected] and Hemen - [protected]. Both are not responding to my calls putting busy tone. Can you please find this courier immediately. It has some important document.

I have courier a packet from Vijayawada to New Delhi on the 08 may 2015 and that packet is not delivered till the date. I tried to connect to customer support several times but either they not responding the call or if they receive the call they disconnected it uncertainly after listening the problem. That packet contain my official thing and it may affect on my Job. Please Do something as soon as possible. My Docket no is- H43732587

Hi my name is aftab ahmed i from hyderabad one sample parcel was booked from mumbai to hyderabad on 20/05/2015 with awb no M14603197 i have been calling to the office persons since a week for the parcel status they have been sending me from pillar to post hence i have decided to lodge a complaint against them due to their inadequate response i want to make them understand that customer service is important than anything hoping that they might not neglect any one lese

We have our official document for a client on 22nd May'15 via waybill NO. C60705375, but the courier returned it with the remark "Office Shifted". i would like to mention it was complete false message. the courier was delivered by alternative courier company immediately. when i checked history the previous shippments to the same address have been delivered successfully by DTDC, so it is also not the issue of Non - Service Zone. i have checked with the client and they are confirmed, the address is same and nobody contacted them for the delivery. it was complete unethical practice to do such update when client like us paying and believing you on such transactions / shippments. would like to place a complaint on records to avoid any such issues in future.

today i.e 29 may 2015 at around 11:30 am i called up DTDC Regional Office, Naraina, to know my complaint status of complaint no. 309462 which i raised on 7th of may 2015. i was not really updated about my complaint and also it was closed as null even after repeated calls and e mails to them. today when i called then first a lady consumer care executive talked with me. i told her to kindly transfer my call to the supervisor then she handed over the call to Mr. Nitya Jena after 2 or 3 mintues. He was too rude when i was telling him my problem. first he said i know nothing about this issue so i cannot help. Then his voice raised and he started shouting when i asked him that why hasn't DTDC replied to the mails or followed up my complaint and also that even when they have been notified by the complaint that i made on this forum on 17th may 2015, why hasn't DTDC contacted me. he said he you needed to have it insured we have no such policy even when the package is damaged 100%. i told him that at the time of booking we specifically mentioned the product to be a fragile one on which the booking people said needs a secure packaging and charged extra for that. Upon this the Mr. Nitya Jena kept on saying we have no such policy. i want to know if at all the insurance was needed then why we were asked to do secure pakaging and it was the duty of the booking person to tell that insurance is to be needed in case of damage as we have no liability for the goods are damaged ( on the basis of what Mr. Nitya Jena informed me about their policy). i repeated asked Mr. Nitya Jena whether he knows what he is saying on which he got furious and kept on blaming me that i am not listening and i should call again sometime else. he said "hum yahaan kuch nai karenge. aap consumer forum mein hi jao.. consumer court mein jao". by this i got disheartened and asked him his designation and employee id. he said he was also an executive and he cant give employee id. if they aren't supposed to share employee id then how else to regularize the issues of these nature. i didn't pressurize for employee id and i asked him i wanted my call to be transferred to the supervisor or manager why you are talking. He said i wont transfer the call. we don't have a supervisor and manager is on leave (Manager- Mr. Yogesh Dogra, as i told by him). He also refused to take up my complaint and when i asked him manager's office number his reply was " mere paas nai hai... consumer court mein hi jaana hai toh number leke kya karogi".. he also said even if i will give you the number then manager wont pick it up. please do something its not right to treat consumers like that. Even after putting my grievances here they are not bothered then the only option for me is going for legal help. i want an apology from the respective people and also the damages that i have suffered. but here i want to raise a point that should they be allowed to have a "i don't care" attitude towards customers.

I am writing this complement for not attending the delivery by the delivery personnel and writing in the status " RECEIVER REFUSED DELIVERY". my shipment docket no is B21389714 REFERENCE NO: DLVDSR Sir, this shipment was not tried to deliver even no boday contacted me on my given contact no and now when i m tracking this shipment on your website it is showing the refused status. i am really hurt with the Service of the DTDC. i here request you to do the needful in this matter.

Dear sir / madam, We were informed while booking that the consignment will reach on Monday only and after that confirmation the courier was given to you. Today is Thrusday since monday we are following up no response what so ever from anybody. We are totally tired with this. If i would have sent it through my transporter the consignment would have reached today and the cost incurred would have been very less. I want you to get our consignment delivered today by afternoon 2pm at any cost. Total amount paid is rs.1045, this is premium freight we paid. This is second time we are facing this problem. Hi, The courier with Tracking No.: Z54499604 was to be delivered at the below address : Shakir Sharif, #75, Opp. Saint Anthony Chruch, 11th Cross, Gongondanahalli, Chandralayout main road, Bangalore, KARNATAKA 560039 India BUT this never got delivered and I see on your site that it has been delivered already!!! I have been calling to your reps and at offices from 5 days, First, i have to do multiple calls until sum1 gets courteous to pick it, then i have to explain the story again and i end up getting the same answers. that it has been delivered, check at you end. or they will call me later. X13392583 i booked parcel on 5th may for secundrabad and its reach hydrabad on 8th may but still its not delivered ... hyderabad customer care number not responding and where it reach that office also not responding very poor and worst service i ever found ... all over india customer care also not responding ... i dont understand why customer care not responding from DTDC now let me know when will my parcel reach vishal mehta [protected]

CONSIGNMENT NUMBER Z55762529 I HAVE BOOKED A COURIER FROM DTDC PANIPAT - RAM LAL CHOWK TO BHOPAL ON 20/05/2015. THE COURIER WAS ARRIVED AT DTDC FACILITY BHOPAL BRANCH R-52, ZONE 1, M.P. NAGAR, NEAR HOTEL SANGAT PLAZA, BHOPAL ON 22/05/2015 AT 10:07 AM. TILL NOW THE DTDC SERVICE HAS NOT DELIVERED THE CONSIGNMENT (5 DAYS TILL NOW) AND NOT EVEN INFORMED THE RECIPIENT ABOUT THE CONSIGNMENT OVER PHONE. WHEN I MADE A PHONE CALL TO THE ABOVE COURIER FACILITY AT BHOPAL, THEY DID NOT GAVE ANY SATISFACTORY REASON FOR THE DELAY. We have sent a parcel bearing shipment no.D21740576 DT.17/04/2015 TO HYDRABAD. The Parcel contains readymade suits for relatives for a function. The weight of the shipments is 10.135 kg at the time of booking & also at the time of making FDM at HYDERABAD Office. The consignee received the carton in a broken condition. As the consignee accepted, after the delivery boy went out, they saw the packet is in broken condition. The same delivery boy comes to deliver them before so many times, every time he calls them inform them that he is bringing the parcel to them. But yesterday he did not inform them in advance and delivered in hurriedly .Attached the condition of the shipment from the consignor. The value of the missing suits are in 5 nos. & their value is Rs. 4300/- This was the email sent by the Franchise Manager ay Jhandewalan on 23rd Apr 2015, the day when the parcel was delivered to trhe following email id '[protected]@dtdc.com' 'pawan.[protected]@dtdc.com'; '[protected]@dtdc.com'; 'Vinod Sharma'; 'hubmgr.[protected]@dtdc.com' NO one even CARE to respond to it, its been a month and my compaint is not been addressed. She again wrote to them to please resolve it on 6th MAy 2015. Please look in to the matter..as they are not at all bother to look into the emails, resolution looks impossible.

This is with regards to the DTDC courier: 1. Sent from - Kolkata - West Bengal 2. Sent to - Chandigarh (Zeerakhpur) – Punjab 3. Reference number - K[protected]attached receipt) 4. Sender Name – Vijay Kariwala 5. Addressed to – Anil K Jajodia 6. Sent Date – May 20, 2015 The courier has not yet reached the destination. With the reference number given in the receipt, I am not able to trace the courier and it is showing “Tracking number not found”. When I am trying to call up the DTDC customer care number, the call is on hold for long time & then there is no response. I also got a call from [protected] number on May 23, 2015, to confirm the destination address and they also said that the courier will be delivered within a day or two. But post that, it has been 3 days, still it is undelivered. When I am trying to call back on that number, there is again no response. Then I enquired at the DTDC Chandigarh head office, there also they had no clue about the courier and said that there is some error at the Kolkata DTDC office. After so much enquiry and no proper response from DTDC, I was force to write this mail in order to trace courier. If this is the level of service that DTDC is providing, then there is definitely something wrong with the internal controls of the company. Being from an Internal Control background, I would suggest please hire some consultant and get the process reviewed, as there are obvious loopholes. This is sheer harassment to the consumer and that too from a highly rate brand like DTDC. I will be reporting this incident to the Consumer Forum as well and I will make sure that there is some action for such harassment. I request you to kindly track the courier and get it delivered at the earliest. Please get back to me in case of any further queries or clarification. Today On May 27, 2015: I had a talk to Ranajoy Basak (Channel Partner - Kolkata Office of DTDC), he said the courier is misplaced. I will not accept this as an answer from DTDC and I will drag this matter to court/consumer forum. This is not at all accepted and the company will have to pay heavily for this harassment. I need you to find the courier at the earliest, or else I will be force to take severe actions.

Hello, The courier with Tracking No.: Z56755286 was to be delivered at the below address : Paarijat Singh - 509358 Microsoft Signature Building, E Block, Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Domlur Bangalore, KARNATAKA 560071 India BUT this never got delivered and I see on your site that it has been delivered already!!! I Had word with the one of your rep GHAZIABAD (INDIRAPURAM) office from where the package was couriered and he said that it was received by some one at the reception here in my office at Bangalore. This cannot be true as : 1. In My office no courier is received at reception. They direct the Courier Boy to Mail room in the office on 3rd Floor and then give a phone call to the concerned person for whom the courier has come. 2. I checked at Reception, Mail room and all other places in my office and they never received this courier so I am not sure to whom it has handed over and from whom they received signatures if it was delivered. 3 Also why did I not get any phone call from the courier service and neither any message that courier is being delivered today so I would have been ready to receive it personally as the package contains important documents. I called the numbers[protected] for Bangalore Office and the numbers[protected] / 25510059 for the ST. JOHNS ROAD BRANCH Office from where it was dispatched in Bangalore but noone picks phone despite calling mutiple times. The above consignment is submitted by me to the your authorized dealer in shimla (oakland tunnel) Pin code - 171002, on 22nd may 2015 and they assured me that it will be received by recipient by tomorrow but now it has been nore than 4 days and they are not even receiving my call. A consignment was sent to me by USIEF, Hyderabad on 19 th May 2015.It was to be delivered by DTDC Balasore office. But it has not reached me till today. The DTDC tracking shows that it is still in transit with Bhadrak office. I contacted Bhadrak office, they replied that they have not received it. I tried to contact Balasore office, but their mobile no. given in website is not in service and the phone no is ringing but no reply. The DTDC office in Balasore station road has shifted to some other place. Something must be done urgently to deliver the consignment. It was too urgent.

I chose DTDC to deliver a parcel against subject consignment number from M. G. ROAD JUNCTION - KOLKATA to Bagula. I booked the parcel on 20th May, 2015. I was told by DTDC representative that it will be delivered by 22th May, 2015. Today is 27th May, 2015 and it has not been delivered yet. Subsequently I talk to DTDC customer Kolkata yesterday and lodge a complaint for the exorbitant delay in delivery of the parcel. My complaint case no is 00373507. I was told by DTDC customer care representative yesterday that the parcel would be delivered to the destination yesterday itself. However it is still showing that it is in transit. Don’t understand why it is taking so much time to deliver the consignment within the same state. It is ridicules that there has not been any update regarding my consignment from DTDC since 23rd May, 2015. They did not even bother to update about the consignment even after my complaint. Inspite of paying a big amount of Rs.250- for the parcel, which was required to be delivered urgently, I have not been provided the services assured at the time of booking by DTDC. I hope this matter will be looked into at the earliest & necessary action be taken. I think I made the wrong choice by choosing DTDC. I have to think twice in future before choosing DTDC.
