X13392583 i booked parcel on 5th may for secundrabad and its reach hydrabad on 8th may but still its not delivered ... hyderabad customer care number not responding and where it reach that office also not responding very poor and worst service i ever found ... all over india customer care also not responding ... i dont understand why customer care not responding from DTDC now let me know when will my parcel reach vishal mehta [protected]

CONSIGNMENT NUMBER Z55762529 I HAVE BOOKED A COURIER FROM DTDC PANIPAT - RAM LAL CHOWK TO BHOPAL ON 20/05/2015. THE COURIER WAS ARRIVED AT DTDC FACILITY BHOPAL BRANCH R-52, ZONE 1, M.P. NAGAR, NEAR HOTEL SANGAT PLAZA, BHOPAL ON 22/05/2015 AT 10:07 AM. TILL NOW THE DTDC SERVICE HAS NOT DELIVERED THE CONSIGNMENT (5 DAYS TILL NOW) AND NOT EVEN INFORMED THE RECIPIENT ABOUT THE CONSIGNMENT OVER PHONE. WHEN I MADE A PHONE CALL TO THE ABOVE COURIER FACILITY AT BHOPAL, THEY DID NOT GAVE ANY SATISFACTORY REASON FOR THE DELAY. THEY ALSO MADE A PROMISE TO DELIVER THE CONSIGNMENT BY THE EVENING OF 27/05/2015 BUT THEY DID NOT DELIVERED THE SAME. THANKS GAURAV JHA [protected] PANIPAT

We have sent a parcel bearing shipment no.D21740576 DT.17/04/2015 TO HYDRABAD. The Parcel contains readymade suits for relatives for a function. The weight of the shipments is 10.135 kg at the time of booking & also at the time of making FDM at HYDERABAD Office. The consignee received the carton in a broken condition. As the consignee accepted, after the delivery boy went out, they saw the packet is in broken condition. The same delivery boy comes to deliver them before so many times, every time he calls them inform them that he is bringing the parcel to them. But yesterday he did not inform them in advance and delivered in hurriedly .Attached the condition of the shipment from the consignor. The value of the missing suits are in 5 nos. & their value is Rs. 4300/- This was the email sent by the Franchise Manager ay Jhandewalan on 23rd Apr 2015, the day when the parcel was delivered to trhe following email id '[protected]@dtdc.com' 'pawan.[protected]@dtdc.com'; '[protected]@dtdc.com'; 'Vinod Sharma'; 'hubmgr.[protected]@dtdc.com' NO one even CARE to respond to it, its been a month and my compaint is not been addressed. She again wrote to them to please resolve it on 6th MAy 2015. Please look in to the matter..as they are not at all bother to look into the emails, resolution looks impossible.

This is with regards to the DTDC courier: 1. Sent from - Kolkata - West Bengal 2. Sent to - Chandigarh (Zeerakhpur) – Punjab 3. Reference number - K[protected]attached receipt) 4. Sender Name – Vijay Kariwala 5. Addressed to – Anil K Jajodia 6. Sent Date – May 20, 2015 The courier has not yet reached the destination. With the reference number given in the receipt, I am not able to trace the courier and it is showing “Tracking number not found”. When I am trying to call up the DTDC customer care number, the call is on hold for long time & then there is no response. I also got a call from [protected] number on May 23, 2015, to confirm the destination address and they also said that the courier will be delivered within a day or two. But post that, it has been 3 days, still it is undelivered. When I am trying to call back on that number, there is again no response. Then I enquired at the DTDC Chandigarh head office, there also they had no clue about the courier and said that there is some error at the Kolkata DTDC office. After so much enquiry and no proper response from DTDC, I was force to write this mail in order to trace courier. If this is the level of service that DTDC is providing, then there is definitely something wrong with the internal controls of the company. Being from an Internal Control background, I would suggest please hire some consultant and get the process reviewed, as there are obvious loopholes. This is sheer harassment to the consumer and that too from a highly rate brand like DTDC. I will be reporting this incident to the Consumer Forum as well and I will make sure that there is some action for such harassment. I request you to kindly track the courier and get it delivered at the earliest. Please get back to me in case of any further queries or clarification. Today On May 27, 2015: I had a talk to Ranajoy Basak (Channel Partner - Kolkata Office of DTDC), he said the courier is misplaced. I will not accept this as an answer from DTDC and I will drag this matter to court/consumer forum. This is not at all accepted and the company will have to pay heavily for this harassment. I need you to find the courier at the earliest, or else I will be force to take severe actions.

Hello, The courier with Tracking No.: Z56755286 was to be delivered at the below address : Paarijat Singh - 509358 Microsoft Signature Building, E Block, Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Domlur Bangalore, KARNATAKA 560071 India BUT this never got delivered and I see on your site that it has been delivered already!!! I Had word with the one of your rep GHAZIABAD (INDIRAPURAM) office from where the package was couriered and he said that it was received by some one at the reception here in my office at Bangalore. This cannot be true as : 1. In My office no courier is received at reception. They direct the Courier Boy to Mail room in the office on 3rd Floor and then give a phone call to the concerned person for whom the courier has come. 2. I checked at Reception, Mail room and all other places in my office and they never received this courier so I am not sure to whom it has handed over and from whom they received signatures if it was delivered. 3 Also why did I not get any phone call from the courier service and neither any message that courier is being delivered today so I would have been ready to receive it personally as the package contains important documents. I called the numbers[protected] for Bangalore Office and the numbers[protected] / 25510059 for the ST. JOHNS ROAD BRANCH Office from where it was dispatched in Bangalore but noone picks phone despite calling mutiple times. The above consignment is submitted by me to the your authorized dealer in shimla (oakland tunnel) Pin code - 171002, on 22nd may 2015 and they assured me that it will be received by recipient by tomorrow but now it has been nore than 4 days and they are not even receiving my call. A consignment was sent to me by USIEF, Hyderabad on 19 th May 2015.It was to be delivered by DTDC Balasore office. But it has not reached me till today. The DTDC tracking shows that it is still in transit with Bhadrak office. I contacted Bhadrak office, they replied that they have not received it. I tried to contact Balasore office, but their mobile no. given in website is not in service and the phone no is ringing but no reply. The DTDC office in Balasore station road has shifted to some other place. Something must be done urgently to deliver the consignment. It was too urgent.

I chose DTDC to deliver a parcel against subject consignment number from M. G. ROAD JUNCTION - KOLKATA to Bagula. I booked the parcel on 20th May, 2015. I was told by DTDC representative that it will be delivered by 22th May, 2015. Today is 27th May, 2015 and it has not been delivered yet. Subsequently I talk to DTDC customer Kolkata yesterday and lodge a complaint for the exorbitant delay in delivery of the parcel. My complaint case no is 00373507. I was told by DTDC customer care representative yesterday that the parcel would be delivered to the destination yesterday itself. However it is still showing that it is in transit. Don’t understand why it is taking so much time to deliver the consignment within the same state. It is ridicules that there has not been any update regarding my consignment from DTDC since 23rd May, 2015. They did not even bother to update about the consignment even after my complaint. Inspite of paying a big amount of Rs.250- for the parcel, which was required to be delivered urgently, I have not been provided the services assured at the time of booking by DTDC. I hope this matter will be looked into at the earliest & necessary action be taken. I think I made the wrong choice by choosing DTDC. I have to think twice in future before choosing DTDC. My consignment no. V22043129 sent on 25/05/2015 frm Delhi to Hyderabad by premium express service dtdc plus which guarantees next business day delivery in metro cities is still in transit. Inspite of paying a big amount of Rs.230- for a less than 50 gram packet, which was required to be delivered urgently, I have not been provided the services assured at the time of booking by franchisee code 27945501. I hope this matter will be looked into at the earliest & necessary action be taken.

We have booked one courier from Dehradun 25th May 2015 to Delhi with DTDC premium Express, But it is not yet delivered.. I have spoken with Customer care and they have given me a number of branch in Delhi where it has been delivered on today at 9AM in the morning . it is Mahipalpur Hub... I called them & they said it will be delivered tomorrow after many of follow ups... and also they also was not giving me proper detail of this courier.. also they also was handing over of their phone anther person . I have spoken 3 person of this Mahipalpur hub. Now they are saying that Courier has misrouted, that why they will delivered tomorrow. It is very urgent courier for us. that why we have booked it with DTDCT premium Express Docket no. V23105006.

Dear Team, I have a packet with the name of ENJOY WORLD DESTINATIONS, Address – Plot No- 49, GF, Nitikhand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201010, ABN –X12173013. You guys had picked this packet from Steria (India) Ltd, Noida on 19 May 2015, and till now I have not received this packet I don’t know where is the packet. Mr. Diwakar from Noida Branch said I have no idea where is the packet talk to Ghaziabad branch and Mr. Anand from Ghaziabad branch said speak to Noida branch. Now request you to please advice whom I suppose to speak and provide his ph no. Guys this is really very unprofessional that you have no idea about the packet and you have a irresponsive staff. We have sent a consignment on 22.04.2015 which has been undelivered due to out of service area or address incomplete as we have got different reasons from different staff members of DTDC. Not only. I've been informed that the consignment is returned to the kandivali east branch in thakur complex since May 16th 2015. I've been Co ordinating with staff named shilpa. Not only is she rude but she has refused to speak and help us get back the consignment. Please help us get the consignment back as we need to deliver the same to the customer as we are a Bank and we need to use courier services for zending correspondence from the bank. I have ordered a Product on 12-may-2015 and they have delivered the product on 14-may-2015 through and still I have not received my product. When I have called them they saying that the product has been sent back as the address is incorrect. My ref no: X12948461. I want to know y the address will be incorrect. where I have ordered two products one delivered in 4 days through other channel and other which is sent through DTDC is sent back. Can't they call me and confirm the address, before sending it back I have given my contact details.

Hi, I have been waiting to receive a package (P[protected] in Delhi for one week from Pune. It was posted on 19th of May 2015. Its the 26th May and I still havent received it. These are the 2 contact numbers that were of little help to me, making false promises of dellivery and excuses, 1) [protected] 2)[protected] Nothing has been done and I still haven't received my package . ONE OF THE PARCEL MY FAMILY MEMBER SEND TO ME IN HYDERABAD ON 18/05/15...Arrived at DTDC Facility BOWENPALLY MASTER FRANCHISEE, HYDERABAD AT 01:15 PM ON 20/05/15...BUT TILL NOW I AM NOT GETTING MY PARCEL.IF I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD TODAY ITSELF WE WILL SEND BUT THAT TODAY NEVER COMES..AND SERIOUSLY I AM GOING TO FILE THE CASE AGAINST YOUR COMPANY HOW U MAKING FOOL TO THE PEOPLE. I sent 1 parcel from Mumbai to Ahmedabad with DTDC courier services. I was told that it would reach in 2 days. I am awaiting for it to reach even after 8 days. When I am calling on the official numbers which are on DTDC website, all numbers are unreachable. Pathetic behavior and frustrating the customers. Consignment Number is M19812301. I have tracked it and found lying at DTDC facility in Ahmedabad since 4 days but hasn't reach its destination. I have sent email to [protected]@dtdc.com, but didn't receive any reply yet. After that I have sent email to complain at Ahmedabad specific email address css.[protected]@dtdc.com, on which I got failure notice.

Hi, My Consignment no :V22863299. I book a document envelop approx less then 500 gm and pay 270 INR to deliver fast service. Booked from pune wadgaonsheri branch to ratlam (M.P.) Booking date 21/5/2015. The in charge person told me it will delivered within 2 days. but till now it is not deleverd. The normal charge for this courier is 170 but i paid more for fast service. I m very disapointd to dis service because this document is very urgent to deliver. I lost my money and time also. Please compensate . Other wise i will go to consumer court.

Package was sent from kanigiri on 18th May through DTDC courier service. And it is not delivered even after so many followups.

I booked a parcel to Neyveli from Karur office on 21/05/2015.Po no is C60215317. but the Neyveli Gandhinagar delivery office received on 22/05/2015.There one lady is working my motherin law contact the office 0n 23/05/2015. that the lady shout toomuch also used some unnesserywords. To day I conduct her through my mobile no [protected] she replay me it is not my servicearea, icant delivery it so i return the parcel to Villupuram office. I asked her atleast you can inform by phone the can ready to collect, but the lady toldme it is not my duty. You ask villupuram office why the send worng delivery office. also her reply is not good she is not suitable for coustomerservice. 22nd birthday for my granddaughter.She was expected very eagerleyso i request to do some arrangement to delivery as soon as possibel.

As per the tracking site, my consignment X13236529 is delivered in the address on May 23rd . I was at home and I haven’t received my document . As per site its delivered to security guard . How can DTDC deliver it to a security or some other personal, without my confirmation? We give Phone number also in the address, so that the delivery boy can call and confirm. This same document has been sent last month and that time courier boy return the document that no one were available at home. That not true someone is always available at my home.. I tried to call local DTDC office but not able to reach then, even I not able to reach customer care. Any way to get my document.
