Dear Sir/Madam, A courior has been done dated 15.5.2015 (V[protected] from jodhpur by DTDC Plus service which delivered on 16.05.2015 at hydrabad. But at the time of delivery envelop was open & my documents were lost. In that envelop i have sent 6 distrbutor agreements but there was only three inside the envelop which also is in knowledge of delivery boy. There were very higly confidencial documents & cheques of our businesspartners. When i tried to contact at DTDC contacts it was highly surprising that out of 8 contact no. not even a single person has pickup my phone at 5 PM. Your helpline no. 33004444 with STD code is not working.[protected](Jodhpur) [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] all these responsible person have not pickup my phone even i have call them more then 100 times. It is really horrible that so good organisation have so irresponsible peoples are working. For good & best services i use dtdc & paying too much amount for safe & good delivery. It is my humble request plz take it seriously & find out my documets at your offices. This complaint refers to DTDC docket no B20417272 dt 11/5/2015. A packet of clothes were courired to me through DTDC Bangalore (Kodihalli branch) on 11th May 2015 to DTDC Santacruz (West) Mumbai .The packet was delivered to me on 16th May 2015. After receiving the packet, we found it was cut at the side and 2 t-shirts of my son (aged 11yrs) was missing. I could not mention the same on the receipt paper of DTDC as this was discovered after the courier boy left. I have been using DTDC to courier many documents and other items for the past 10 yrs, this is the first time items are missing from the courier package. Kindly look into the same and revert back.

This is complaint to you that dtdc franchise located at morbi over there your staff members are not responding properly i walked today to your branch to took my courier at there i beard some miss behavior. so it is request you to take action against it.

I want to know the resolution status of the stolen mobile from the consignment V20711815. I am the receipt for the said courier. Till now i have talked to Mr Amit Jain, branch head for the same case but there is no proper response from his side and dtdc side then i tried to claim my lost mobile money through ms Anita in claims and settlement depart but there is no resolution from her side. I am disappointed and annoyed with the response of dtdc. There is nothing like customer service with this company. Now i want to resolve the same case legally, so tell me the procedure for the same. I want to contact to senior management of DTDC so share the contact detail ASAP

I am really fed up by following up my packet. It was dispatched on 7th may. Tracking no is M13371527. Also I am calling the person assigned for the same again and again. He always say mam aaj mil jaega sham tak. Then in evening he didnt take my calls. What non-sense ia going on? I am really tired tracking my shipment all day. I have lot many other things to do as well. On 13th may i got a call that mam really sorry ur packet will be delivered tmrw by12 for sure. And till now i haveny received and now they are not picking calls. I need a refund of rs. 1500 for DTDC now. Why should i suffer.

Good Noon, I have send Currier in DTDC Plus services in Mumbai Maharashtra. its my Original Passport for Stamping Visa Today in Bombay. But today Continue this time This DTDC Plus Currier services is not Deliver Currier and Give Excuses. Today My Passport is not Deliver that place i have lost my Visa coast and Other Charges. Hi Sir, My name is Kamlesh and i had to deliver a package. The package was at Gurgaon for three days from 11may to 13may.After three days when i reached Gurgaon dtdc office i was told to speak to Vindyesh. When i went to speak to Vindesh he was not available at his counter. I spoke to Vishali who made me to talk to his manager on call. He listen to my compaint and left the phone un-attendant. I was told that the package was on the way to Calcutta. But nobody made any effort to ask it to return to gurgaon office. And the Manager name Raju Sharma was so un-professional he asked me to ask the sender to send the pachange again. What the hell this service is. I promis you i will never use DTDC. Send a courier on 9th with WayBill no R18442017. It has reached the destination office on whitefield on 11th per Tracking site of DTDC. Still I have not got the courier . I tried calling these guys at office, these staff is really irresponsible and arrogant not even picking the phone also, I don't know in a city like Bangalore we have such a courier guys what would be the state in remote part of India Anyway I will never booked with DTDC in future with this bad experience, I work for Oracle where we have a collection center I will report this to our HR guys of this issue I faced . Hi! My name is Martha Lilly Peediyakkan. I was supposed to receive a consignment from Kunnamkulam, Thrissur to my home in Royal Homes Layout, Singasandra, Bangalore; a mere parcel of to attested copies of my mother PAN card. I am very upset that I haven't received it yet. They had promised delivery within one day for which we paid Rs. 210/- but this is the second day & till now no one even called from DTDC forget delivery of the consignment. It was very important that I receive that consignment atleast by today and here I am venting out my frustration at your forum. I have ordered some p&g samples from rewardme.in few days before. And then i got a message from dtdc on 30th april too that i will receive my order within 12 days.. Now its 14 may and i haven't recieved my order yet.. I have no order id or something like that so how my i supoosed to get my order know.

Sir myself jyotsna singh my very important courier send by vender through your courier company awb no. Is X13091797... I tracked that awb no. Today and after seeing tracking result I m really surprised it shows delivered to customers but no courier boy come at my doorstep nor any kind of msg sent to me by dtdc.and when i called Gorakhpur dtdc head office they said THAT YOU already RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT...and they showed my signature which was not in my handwriting... this is height of negligence.. I can't able to believe that dtdc highly reputed company can do things like this... My request is plz provide my courier in 3 days otherwise pay the compensation of rs 6000... Earlier reply will be appriciated...

Z52872216 dt 06.04.15 from Solan (HP) to B'lore still not received the service of DTDC no reliable and as per dtdc tracker it is showing on 08.04.15 it is received in Bangalore dtdc office but after contracting them they says that physical the c'mnent not received. It is ridiculous .

No.[protected] on 10/05/2015 from KOLKATA Kestopur which was destined for Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh (791111) but the agent (Phone No. [protected]) did not booked it until I tried calling him at 21:15 on 12th May, and for the reason best known to him he has kept my number blocked and I can't even text him. Now I am apprehensive about the well being of my goods in the courier and whether my goods will reach tamper proof or not. It is to let the DTDC team to let you know I am totally left unsatisfied and to take necessary action to ensure my goods reach in good condition and without any tamper proof and on time. Hello Sir, I am Amrita Chaudhury, from Kolkata, wanted to ship two separate couriers to Mumbai, Courier No-1 was sent from Srerampore DTDC facility. The consignment no was V22303150 and it was sent on Friday evening to Mumbai and was supposed to reach on Saturday. As it was done in PREMIUM EXPRESS PRODUCT-METRO PLUS, it came with a Money refund . Now to my surprise it never got delivered on Saturday and when I contacted the customer care they said it will be delivered on Monday, they kept telling me within 10.30, then within 1 pm, then within 6 pm. I got frustrated and launched an online complaint and then around 6.55 pm it got delivered, From saturday onwards it was lying in the Goregaon East Office and the destination was within 300 meters of the DTDC facility, Despite telling them repeatedly that It needed to get delivered on Saturday they never did that and more over Monday whole day went by and on the receiving end He faced a very bad situation as it consisted some important Examination forms and material and as a matter offact he could not submit those on time due to this reluctant behavior of this Courier Company which failed to deliver a parcel within 500 meters of its destination base from their mumbai facility. Let that go, they did not even care to deliver it on the first hour on Monday ? Whole day I was waiting ! that guy was waiting for it to arrive at his desk? It did not ! after complaining and contacting and calling something around 100+ numbers ! finally the shipment was delivered on Monday evening around 6.45 or so? AND WHEN I CHECK IT NOW !! THEY FAKED THE DELIVERY TIME to 5 pm of something !!! so that they cannot be sued !! Ruining the entire process and the purpose of the shipment ! If this is how a reputated Courier Company acts even after taking 225 ruppes for some two piece of A4 sheets ! What should a student like me do? I demand a compensation on this behalf and A total money refund of the same . Please look into this matter, people are complaining all over internet about DTDC about their negligence, I dont even demand a money refund if you can look into this matter and secure this courier thing as people rely on them to send impotant Documents such as examination forms and everything, I chose super urgent delivery system just because deadline was ahead. I am Ananthakrishna kamath . I had sent a parcel through dtdc courier on 28th April 2015. That parcel was sent to 'merchant returns unit no 1, Khewat/Khata No: 373/400 Mustatil No. 31, Village Taoru, Tehsil Taoru, District Mewat. On Bilaspur - Taoru Road, Mewat, H R 122105'. Tracking no: B19196090 . This has reached Gurgaon in the begining of the may month. Why it has not reached the destination still? In accordance to my information destination is situated very near to Gurgaon. It is at the 2hrs distance. If you can't deliver to the right place. What does it mean? Earlier an email was sent by me asking the status. Repeatedly I have called. NO answer from the company. Is it the way customers are treated? I have read complaint similar to that of mine regarding your delivery system. This really annoying and an event of breaking customer's trust

I had sent a courier with my important documents via DTDC, brookefield branch, bangalore. However it was not delivered at my place on time. It was said to me that it is returning back because of incomplete address. But it has been a week, I havenot received my parcel back yet.
