Send a courier on 9th with WayBill no R18442017. It has reached the destination office on whitefield on 11th per Tracking site of DTDC. Still I have not got the courier . I tried calling these guys at office, these staff is really irresponsible and arrogant not even picking the phone also, I don't know in a city like Bangalore we have such a courier guys what would be the state in remote part of India Anyway I will never booked with DTDC in future with this bad experience, I work for Oracle where we have a collection center I will report this to our HR guys of this issue I faced . Probably post this experience on Facebook and Whatapps let the guys know of the pathetic state . Sorry to act like this

Hi! My name is Martha Lilly Peediyakkan. I was supposed to receive a consignment from Kunnamkulam, Thrissur to my home in Royal Homes Layout, Singasandra, Bangalore; a mere parcel of to attested copies of my mother PAN card. I am very upset that I haven't received it yet. They had promised delivery within one day for which we paid Rs. 210/- but this is the second day & till now no one even called from DTDC forget delivery of the consignment. I have been frantically trying to get in touch with DTDC Bangalore Phone: [protected] but no use. The DTDC agent at Kunnamkulam office gave me the Bommanahalli office numbers:[protected]call barred!), [protected] (invalid number). It was very important that I receive that consignment atleast by today and here I am venting out my frustration at your forum. Also, the history of my consignment that I downloaded from DTDC website is giving me a strange scenario a pic of which I have attached with this mail! Help me!! My contact number is [protected]. Really not sure why I paid so much money for this kind o[censored]nprofessional services by DTDC!

I have ordered some p&g samples from rewardme.in few days before. And then i got a message from dtdc on 30th april too that i will receive my order within 12 days.. Now its 14 may and i haven't recieved my order yet.. I have no order id or something like that so how my i supoosed to get my order know.

Sir myself jyotsna singh my very important courier send by vender through your courier company awb no. Is X13091797... I tracked that awb no. Today and after seeing tracking result I m really surprised it shows delivered to customers but no courier boy come at my doorstep nor any kind of msg sent to me by dtdc.and when i called Gorakhpur dtdc head office they said THAT YOU already RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT...and they showed my signature which was not in my handwriting... this is height of negligence.. I can't able to believe that dtdc highly reputed company can do things like this... My request is plz provide my courier in 3 days otherwise pay the compensation of rs 6000... Earlier reply will be appriciated...

Z52872216 dt 06.04.15 from Solan (HP) to B'lore still not received the service of DTDC no reliable and as per dtdc tracker it is showing on 08.04.15 it is received in Bangalore dtdc office but after contracting them they says that physical the c'mnent not received. It is ridiculous .

No.[protected] on 10/05/2015 from KOLKATA Kestopur which was destined for Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh (791111) but the agent (Phone No. [protected]) did not booked it until I tried calling him at 21:15 on 12th May, and for the reason best known to him he has kept my number blocked and I can't even text him. Now I am apprehensive about the well being of my goods in the courier and whether my goods will reach tamper proof or not. It is to let the DTDC team to let you know I am totally left unsatisfied and to take necessary action to ensure my goods reach in good condition and without any tamper proof and on time. Hello Sir, I am Amrita Chaudhury, from Kolkata, wanted to ship two separate couriers to Mumbai, Courier No-1 was sent from Srerampore DTDC facility. The consignment no was V22303150 and it was sent on Friday evening to Mumbai and was supposed to reach on Saturday. As it was done in PREMIUM EXPRESS PRODUCT-METRO PLUS, it came with a Money refund . Now to my surprise it never got delivered on Saturday and when I contacted the customer care they said it will be delivered on Monday, they kept telling me within 10.30, then within 1 pm, then within 6 pm. I got frustrated and launched an online complaint and then around 6.55 pm it got delivered, From saturday onwards it was lying in the Goregaon East Office and the destination was within 300 meters of the DTDC facility, Despite telling them repeatedly that It needed to get delivered on Saturday they never did that and more over Monday whole day went by and on the receiving end He faced a very bad situation as it consisted some important Examination forms and material and as a matter offact he could not submit those on time due to this reluctant behavior of this Courier Company which failed to deliver a parcel within 500 meters of its destination base from their mumbai facility. Let that go, they did not even care to deliver it on the first hour on Monday ? Whole day I was waiting ! that guy was waiting for it to arrive at his desk? It did not ! after complaining and contacting and calling something around 100+ numbers ! finally the shipment was delivered on Monday evening around 6.45 or so? AND WHEN I CHECK IT NOW !! THEY FAKED THE DELIVERY TIME to 5 pm of something !!! so that they cannot be sued !! Ruining the entire process and the purpose of the shipment ! If this is how a reputated Courier Company acts even after taking 225 ruppes for some two piece of A4 sheets ! What should a student like me do? I demand a compensation on this behalf and A total money refund of the same . Please look into this matter, people are complaining all over internet about DTDC about their negligence, I dont even demand a money refund if you can look into this matter and secure this courier thing as people rely on them to send impotant Documents such as examination forms and everything, I chose super urgent delivery system just because deadline was ahead. I am Ananthakrishna kamath . I had sent a parcel through dtdc courier on 28th April 2015. That parcel was sent to 'merchant returns unit no 1, Khewat/Khata No: 373/400 Mustatil No. 31, Village Taoru, Tehsil Taoru, District Mewat. On Bilaspur - Taoru Road, Mewat, H R 122105'. Tracking no: B19196090 . This has reached Gurgaon in the begining of the may month. Why it has not reached the destination still? In accordance to my information destination is situated very near to Gurgaon. It is at the 2hrs distance. If you can't deliver to the right place. What does it mean? Earlier an email was sent by me asking the status. Repeatedly I have called. NO answer from the company. Is it the way customers are treated? I have read complaint similar to that of mine regarding your delivery system. This really annoying and an event of breaking customer's trust

I had sent a courier with my important documents via DTDC, brookefield branch, bangalore. However it was not delivered at my place on time. It was said to me that it is returning back because of incomplete address. But it has been a week, I havenot received my parcel back yet. We have sent a parcel though your courier service on Dt.02.05.2015. Extra money was charged for the promise of courier within 24 Hours. Timely delivery was urgent. This parcel has not delivered till date 11.05.2015. Kindly note we have encountered losses due to non delivery of this parcel. Despite continuous follow up with your Jaipur TPN office we are still waiting for status update on our Parcel.

We wish to inform DTDC that our Document with tracking id N95442659 has not been delivered still to DUBAI. It was couriered on 04/05/2015 with express service. We have handed the courier at the Dhantoli Branch Office at Nagpur (Maharashtra, INDIA). They assured us that the courier would be delivered to DUBAI at the given address latest by 07/05/2015. It is an important document which is being awaited. Kindly deliver it at the earliest.

my courier was sent from Nellore to Kolkata about one month back. I was not at home when the delivery boy asked me actual location. I have mentioned him a new address (500 mtr ahead of old address) and he confirmed that he will drop the courier there. But till now I have not received my courier. I have tried to reach out to the customer care and provided my new address. Initially customer care said they will send the courier but for past 15 days they are not replying to my mails. I sent the courier from Gurgaon to Mumbai on 29-Apr-15 with AWB No. F08589817. It was received at Marol Branch on 02-May-15. Its been lying there since then. I contacted Marol Branch and they said that they are not able to trace it. I contacted Mr. Shanka in Marol Branch and he said he will check and reply. There has been no reply from him for last 5 days and after 5 days when I called him, he says he will reply on Monday as he is on leave. I have been running pillar to post to find the courier but the attitude of both Marol Branch and Gurgaon Branch has been really frustating. आदरणीय महोदय, मेरा एक पैकेट डीटीडीसी कोरियर सेवा से आया, जिसका रिफरेन्स नं. एस 01453951, ट्रेकिंग नंबर एडब्ल्यूबी X13096792 दिया गया। मैंने जब डीटीडीसी कोरियर से आॅन लाइन चैक किया तो पाया कि यह 4 मई 2015 को डिलवर दिखा रहा है लेकिन यह पैकेट आज मुझे नहीं मिला। मैंने हेल्पलाइन से कई बार बात करने का प्रयास किया तो पफोन नहीं मिलता बहुत मुश्किल से मिलता भी है तो पफोन पर कई बार बात की परंतु मुझे कहा गया आप होल्ड करो चैक करते हैं। होल्ड करने के बाद पफोन को काट किया जाता है। कृपया इस संबंध् में उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें। यदि ये पार्सल मुझे नहीं मिला तो क्या यह कोरियर वाली कंपनी या कोरियर वाले लड़के ने रख लिया हैैं? कृपया कोरियर कंपनी की जांच करवाने एवं उचित कार्यवाही करवायें ताकि मेरा पैकेट मुझे शीघ्र उपलब्ध् हो सके। सहयोग के लिए आभार।

Consignment no K76070806 has not been received by us, however the status is showing delivered. But when we checked the proof of delivery the stamp or signature was nowhere found.. My booking was sent from delhi with booking no Z49514367 which reached patna on 2nd may but not delivered to me on my door step. On inquiry i was told that my booking was given to someone else. It is very unusual that DTDC now a days delivers good so inappropriately. I was not intimated at any step during delivery of my item by dtdc delivery boy or dtdc gola road patna branch ( [protected]) Though i was at my home my parcel was not delivered to me. Kindly take action against dt concerned branch and help me out.

Regret informing you above parcel booked under your so called PLUS service from Gurgaon to Jalandhar on 7/5/2015 was expected to deliver on 8/5/2015. On 8th I tried to contact your all offices.
