My consignment number is a43779900 booked on dated 30april2019. I am getting so many number from your customers care but no one picked the call and tell the status of my consignment even online also not available the information.
You will provide us very 3rd class service you people can't understand the urgency of the materials 9 days completed no information of my product and i have shared you your following numbers they people never want to pick the call

I track my order last 15 days they said online

Your shipment No B90390834, by DTDC is Attempted on 07-05-19, Not Delivered due to ADDRESS OK BUT NO SUCH PERSON-(CIR) ..what can i do help me out

The parcel was not delivered and several request were made to redeliver.. But no action is takes also no response to mails.
