Returned Parcel Forwarded From Facility, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

The parcel has yet to reach the destination location (Kottayam) still it shows Returned Parcel Forwarded From Facility(Cochin) in the status.So actually where is the parcel now?.Did it get returned? or what is the problem here? It hasn't reached the delivery location and yes it hasn't attempted a delivery too.
Do look into this matter...

Hi There,

I sent a parcel on April 7th 2018 to USA. Its a large wood Gopuram. It came chipped and damaged. This piece is very expensive and hard to repair.
Tracking No. N[protected].DTDC). FedEx track No.[protected].
I am very dissatisfied with the service we have been subjected to. Even before sending it, we had trouble. We had to call repeatedly for the status
of the package and were given no answers. The price that was quoted before shipment and the price later charged did not match.
Everyone we talked to directed us to someone else and no one gave us a straight answer. It was beyond frustrating.
This package was supposed to come in 3 days, but we didn't receive it until one month later.In the package they attached other customers Tax Invoice too. This is unacceptable.
This is a very expensive piece and we were expecting it to be sent in one piece, not chipped and damaged.
We are beyond disappointed and frustrated. We expect a solution.
We either want a refund for the shipping or payment for the damage repair.

We had sent a parcel which had two artwork frames from vadodara to gurgaon on10th may 2018 which was received on 14th may 2018 in a damaged condition. We were promised it will reach intact - which did not happen. The articles were damaged and it was in bad shape. I request a refund for the courier fees. Below are the details.

My friend Amol Gavate sent me parcel through DTDC courier services from Pune to Nashik. DTDC failed delivered parcel to me instead returned parcel with out delivering to me. They didn't contact me or sender while returning.DTDC never called me or visited my home for delivery. I visited their office in Jail Road, Nashik. they couldn't locate my parcel.I called their Jail Road, Nashik office multiple time but they didn't give satisfactory answers before returning.We asked them resend parcel to me they are demanding extra charges.

Our ho booked an urgent consignment at gurgaon on 03.05.2018 to be delivered at mulbagal, karnataka but it is not yet delivered despite continuous persuasion and failed to deliver till now. One more thing is the branch office at mulbagal do not bother to deliver the consignment at the given address instead the customer has to enquire about the details and go and collect the courier. I don't know how can these agency collect charges when they cannot deliver at the given address.

Our consignment no h79729075 was not delivered today and somebody from head office nagpur called us and told to collect consignment from head office. Is it rule to collect consignment personally by customer. Then what is need of delivery boy appointed in dtdc.
He was talking very rudely and he also lied that the courier boy called us earlier as there is no record of miscall in my mobile. It is evident. And another lie is that we were not at home but the reality was that we were at home all the time for delivery and courier boy neither called us nor showed up. Also the person who called us from this number+[protected] threatened us to return the consignment if we don't come personally and collect it.
What kind of service you are providing after collecting charges. What kind of manners the way the person calling to customer. Dtdc is for name sake but what standards you people maintaining for reputation of dtdc. Please look into the matter and see the consignment should be delivered immediately. Otherwise you never deal with dtdc in future. This matter will also brought in front of appropriate authority for deficiency of service.

As per DTDC tracking my shipment Z60592595 was out of delivery on 8th May and status updated on tracking site was receiver not available.DTDC delivery person did not turn up to give the shipment at the given address, as my parents are there at home. Why your system is wrongly updated.I made a followup call on customer care to check when the parcel will be delivered. CC agent said they will cross check from their end and I will get update asap, for which I got SMS on 10th May.11th May I got call from DTDC, 1 lady called to confirm whether I received the parcel and she hanged up the call as soon as I said not. She didn't even bother to listen further.12th May I got SMS it has been escalated. After 12th and till now no response from DTDC and I haven't received my parcel. Very disappointing I have paid sender 2000+ amount for my parcel which I am still waiting.

Urgent action must be taken against manager of dtdc courier service latur
My very important official document had to be submitted by today itself... So i did faster courier service... To midsr dental college latur...413512... But hasn't reached yet..
As they don't have manners how to respond to a customer.. N claims of false service... Just loot the normal people...

On 1st may i have booked a cover to bennett university, Noida, from DTDC Ramamandiram Branch, they told me that the cover will be delivered 4 or 5 days.. On 7th of may it reached to parichowk branch till date it is there only. 14 days have been expired. 9th of this month onwards i am pursuing the matter through website, customer care, twitter, Facebook. A complaint ticket no is generated 9th may at 17.31 hours, not yet resolved. I have grabbed many contact numbers from website, customer care dtdc, dtdc web, no number is working, not lifting, switched off condition...morning 09.30 am onwards till i am pursing the matter. The idioting services the DTDC is offering increasing the agony and distress. I am thinking to go on legal lines for my in convenience. I advise people to not book through the worst courier services, pl. choose Indian Postal Department.

Please help me find my parcel with number k09275878 which was sent from titan eye+ it had my spectacles in it.
I tracked my item and it shows it’s delivered to some office colleague but i am a college student and i have received no delivery, i have my exams and need my glasses urgently.
There is no response from dtdc in this matter please help me

I'm witnessing the worst delivery by dtdc. It's been more than 10 days and i haven't received the courier yet. They are saying courier is not delivered due to wrong address then how the hell it got delivered a few months ago at the same address. Even after calling to the dtdc hub they haven't sent the courier. You should not make fake promise if you can't deliver the product on time or else stop the company which can't even satisfy the customer.

The address is clearly written preet vihar and in the tracking website it is showing swasthiya vihar

I have sent one parcel with consignment no. Z5687795 on 8th may"18 and while checking the status its showing as"successfully delivered" however while checking with the consignee, i came to know that parcel has not been received by him. How come? Worst experience with dtdc. It seems to be a fraudade by dtdc.

Please check and confirm asap as i am going to take further actions...

The staff of dtdc ahmedabad just came to deliver my package and he abused us in his rural language commenting on the women of the household and also threatened to hit us. When he tried to push and intrude the house, thankfully the man of the house had to physically stop him. Me and my family are deeply disturbed and enraged by this incident. We had documents in the package and he was snatching it back from us literally.

Really fed up with the service of these dtdc unit at allahabad civil lines with contact no. [protected].
First of all they never deliver courier on time and when give a call to know the reason, never pick up the calls easily. If i make a call at least 4, 5 times then only they pick up. My courier bill is attached and you can see it's been 7 days around and still the courier is undelivered though the courier has already reached there with them in 2 days itself.
Moreover the kind of response they give over call is really mind blowing. Always talking in a rude way, really upset me.
And this is happening everytime my courier is reaching them. Kindly help me and really these guys must be punished as they are harrassing in a same way to others as well, it clearly means.

I sent a courier on 03-05-18 through dtdc with consignment no-d42860953 from huzurnagar. I have been continuously tracking on dtdc website and from 06-05-18 onwards status showing succesfully delivered. Till today receiver doesn't receive the courier and even any courier boy not called the given mobile numbers.
After telephone conversations with pune customer service, simply they are saying at present no dtdc courier office at lonavala. Please shipment the package for following address. As early as possible.

I have been given a tracking number by hdfc but i dont think it has been anywhere near to my place. At least during delivery, the dtdc did not bother to call me.

Very poor service, the product was very important for me and i missed my time.

We have sent 5 covers on 05/05/2018. Out of which 3 was delivered on 07/05/18 after 4 pm (This is main problem for us as the cut-off time is 3 pm. The courier reaches the location on same day we send but always delivered after 3.30 pm) . Another two POD Nos.B54198115 & B54198117 was not delivered on 07/05/18. After our several followup on next day (08/05/18) at last the delivery boy told us at 2.30 pm he is going to deliver. But delivered B54198115 at 4.30 pm on 08/05/18 and till date another B54198117 is not delivered. But track record shows "Out for deliver 8:05 pm (night) and delivered at 8:36 pm" when the office was not open.
This is not only case, many time we face same problem with DTDC Mangalore. Why such abnormal delay happens? Why don't you deliver courier next day before 12.30 pm where destination is 90 km away and parcel reaches destination on the same day night.

I dropped of the packages at dtdc iit kharagpur on 5th may'18 with the tracking number g90537048 for jamshedpur. I checked online tracker which showed consignment number doesn't exist. I called the person at the dtdc iit kharagpur office on 11th may asking about the package. The person seemed to be very casual and said he will dispatch the package on 11th and said it will reach in 3-4 days. After charging rs.1600 is this the kind of responsibility and service expected!??

Though i know the customer satisfaction % is just 2% but still i m hopefull you will listen to my complaint D42172241 i had send this parcel to mumbai from kol dtdc new alipore office not only it reached in damaged condition the bday gifts i had sent for my niece also got damaged, parcel had reached late, delivery boy left it with the watchmen not delivered it till home...i have proofs in pictures which i m attching here...Wrong declaration on the website...misleading information...
