[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment redirected

I had placed an order from printster.in on 5th June 2019.

My consignment number is Z00287917 and it had to be delivered to me at Rawatbhata(Rajasthan) which is near Kota.

The consignment had reached Kota on 10th itself but on 10th it showed "consignment redirected".

Again on 11th it was out for delivery and again it shows "consignment redirected". It has not been delivered and the status as of now is "consignment redirected" again.

What should I do?

Delivery for consignment No A43690951 Not Done online status says successfully delivered.I raised a complaint on their website got this as reference 14634394 .After raising the complaint they will reach out to me shortly Its been more 7 days no information from them.
