Why dtdc vedayapalem branch, nellore, andhra pradesh doesn't provide door delivery within 2kms radius to my house??? Every time they are telling the delivery radius is some 1km to one and half km. This is not the first time.. Every time i should go to the courier office and had to collect the item.. Then why are they taking delivery fees then??? I couldn't encounter this problem with a any of the delivery partners in the field..

On of my courier is urgent and my office boy in in DTDC office since morning to till but still they not provide courier and now not answering our calls of Deghi branch and Chinchwad branch.

I had sent a parcel through dtdc on 10th Nov 2018 from Kolkata to badarpur but it's not delivered yet from yesterday they are showing out for delivery but not delivered it was supposed to deliver on 4th day.

I have not received my parcel even after one month and when checked at booking end with dtdc they said it is delivered on 13-oct-18 and there is some fake name and signature.

My parcel with consignment number V49975148 was delivered to the security guard of our society while my mobile number is mentioned on the parcel but the delivery man did not take pain to make a call to me. Secondly I am asking you that is this a safe way to deliver the same and also are you following the norms of your company.
