I have not received my courier consignment no b59899838 booked on 20/12/2018 from ashraya hotel to canara bank, barambe branch, haji imam ali chowk barambe. The status of the same is showing as delivered but it has not been received by me. I am working in the same branch and the documents sent was my official documents. Kindly look into the matter as the courier is not received in the branch. The local delivery agents are not responding to my calls and also not providing any information about the parcel. Kindly update the status asap else provide me the details of the person who has received the courier.

I have not received my Consigment No:- A41375120. The consignment was booked on 23rd January, 2019 and today is 31st January 2019. However I have not received the package.

A parcel was booked from agra to bangalore using dtdc courier company, tracking no z79083408 dated 23/11/18, weighed 390 gms it reached dtdc banglore hub on 25/11/2018, as per dtdc site tracking information.

My complaint against consignment number z79083408 is registered successfully with ticket number 13136986.

After umpteen calls and emails and even lodging complaint on their site, i still havent received a single communication about the status of my content.

As a reputed courier comapny, atleast an email in written will have been a sincere effort to show they believe in customer satisfaction.

This has become pretty frequent in my locality the courier is demanding money based on the size, weight and importance of the goods. For an envelope he asks rs 10- 15 and few days back for a big box he was demanding rs 50 - 100. I mostly say no as i know it is not recommended until or unless required or stated.

But every time a dtdc courier comes my bp rises recently i demand the product deliver to not deliver through dtdc [sometimes i pay extra money to avoid dtdc].

This is just a courtesy call / complaint. If you feel like taking action, take action otherwise there are always other options for me.

I'm not going to pinpoint a particular person because my friends also stated its pretty common in dtdc other localities near my place.

We are waiting for important document through your courier under consignment number : z86095054. We haven't received any information regarding courier. Today we called to chengalpet office. They didn't give any response. Its very urgent to us.

Our one of the important client m/s. Vigar enterprises from delhi sent courier on 25.01.2019 through your network. We phoned up to customer care number in chengalpet branch ([protected]). Staff informed us that courier has returned to sender address. We asked them why you haven't make call to us. They told that we dont know and your area is not in service.

Our area is not in service means you had to inform at the time of booking itself. Otherwise you had to make call to us and inform the same. Atleast we tried to collect in your office itself.

We need your reply in this regard

There is no any attempt to me nor any phone call and showing undelivered... They have done too late... It was showing same status from last 3 days and suddenly showed that it is undelivered.. I am feeling that dtdc only cheats to its customers. Please solve my problem and deliver my shipment

It's not first time we are facing same issue with dtdc courier services. We have couriered company confidential documents through dtdc and the same was misplaced. Dtdc also not care to update its clients about the status of courier in transit and to shows that they are diligent and time bound to its courier services, updated false status as successfully delivered to recipient. On continuously follow up of dtdc by us, though dtdc do not care to respond, at last final response was - the courier has been lost!

REGARDING POD NO: H12397549 booking date on 21/1/2019 place from khammam to Hyderabad(LB Nagar), but still now parcel not Delivered, i called dozens of times to your respective persons they are telling will shortly delivered every time, more over i loss my business with concern persons, let you pay the penalty of this, Please take my COMPLAINT and reply me as soon as possible.

I had booked a package of documents for delivery at gurgaon on 05 jan 2019 at bavadhan pune. P48924627
Along with the address two mobile numbers were also written for contact before/at the time of delivery.
Nobody has gone for delivery and no one contacted on given mobile numbers.
On 11 jan contacted the bavadhan office for details and they informed me that the package is rto being returned.
I have made five trips to bavadhan office on alternate days for taking back the package, however still not received back.
Am very disturbed mentally due non delivery of package containing important documents required for urgent task, and not having received back the original documents.

I have booked a courier service on 22nd to nizamabad from hyderabad which is hardly 100kms and after 6days, courier is still in transit and they are not responding well. I have couriered important medicines and the patient and her family are suffering because of this delay and irresponsibility.

Parcel was sent in a box wraped with ropes to secure it properly.
When i received parcel it was completely different from what i usually receive.so before opening i decided to take photos attached below.
I could see a large hole in the box (rats or man made)All food items were transferred to a new cardboard box, they have taken the address slip removed, you can see some part of it on address slip, which was on green sack.
They mishandled it so badly that a container and coconuts were broken!! food items were open and taken rats or dtdc staff. Most of the things i cannot use as i dont know whether rats were there or the eole have taken it.

Such a pity service.

If you check the parcel on the way then you must pack it in the sane manner and with same things!

Worst experience.

Educate your people and have some common sense.

If you are so eager to check parcels, have some patience and common sense to pack all the things back and in same manner so that it doesn't get destroyed.

The consignment was sent from Chennai on 24th Jan'19 in the evening. It was showing reached to the Pune camp HUB on 25th. 26th Jan was leave and 27th was Sunday so wasn't sent to me. It was out for delivery since 12.30 pm on 28th Jan and didn't see reaching to me till evening. When I was tracking the status then it showed that it couldn't be delivered to due to incorrect address. I don't understand whether we are in primitive ages where there are no phone numbers. They didn't try to reach me to confirm my delivery. This is so unprofessional and irresponsible. I also didn't receive any message containing courier center details or any phone number so that can reach them. I tried calling random centers in my area and all of them ignored me or not ready to help. There are also no working customer care number. How can a company run like this. This is not the 1st time have such experience with DTDC. It was always the case. I just want my consignment to be delivered to me on priority.

One of my order through amazon was shipped by dtdc vide tracking id d49041144, which reached jammu on 25/01/2019 and since then it was with jammu office till today but did not deliver and send back today. They also updated two wrong delivery updated on 25/1/19 and 27/1/19, but when i spoke to mr aalam choudhary in jammu office yesterday about delivery, he told that this is wrong update as today is sunday and office is closed, call me on monday. When i called today, he said that parcel has been send back as we will not deliver to my address and if i wish to receive it, i have to go to nanak nagar office, which i do not know. When i said why not to deliver to given address, they rudely said to go for complaint, nothing is going to happen us as we have lot of work.
Now tell me if you do nt deliver and have lot of work, then why do you accept shipment? Why your boys are so arrogant? Do you have some professional ethics how to deal with public? Why do you waste time if not competent enough to deliver? If you really bother about your own service, pl take task these jammu arrogant boys, else shut your service so that public is not harassed. This is really very shameful happening that once a very trustworthy shipping agency has abruptly changed its way of working
I value time and you have wasted my precious time of one week, which is highly regrettable

Product not delivered.i couriered my phone from hebbal bengluru branch to srinagar j&k on jan 19 2019 .. my parcel cosisted of mobile phone realme 2 pro with price of 13999, they have mentioned parcel as medicine with cost of 800.my product tracking shows in transit but havent recieved yet ... it has been too long. as it takes on 2 days to get delivered... tracking id : B60859240.. i want my phone .. phone cost is 14000. i want my parcel to be delivered soon or pay me the whole cost.

Hello, i couriered from pimpari, pune to udgir on 23 jan 2019. I transferred it on urgent basis. As your staff said we will get it till 26 jan 2019. But still we don't have received it. Z83385343 which showing delivered on 24th but not delivered till now

One parcel with no h85883090 is showing in transit since 30 hrs. What's the meaning of intransit. Item not delivered yet after it received at destination 24 hrs back. Contacted at local office but they are unable to give reply saying parcel is not yet received. Very poor service. No office of dtdc receivingcalls. No single number is correct. All numbers are shifted to other numbers and are not being updated. Very bad customer service.
