Parcel was sent in a box wraped with ropes to secure it properly. When i received parcel it was completely different from what i usually receive.so before opening i decided to take photos attached below. I could see a large hole in the box (rats or man made)All food items were transferred to a new cardboard box, they have taken the address slip removed, you can see some part of it on address slip, which was on green sack. They mishandled it so badly that a container and coconuts were broken!! food items were open and taken rats or dtdc staff. Most of the things i cannot use as i dont know whether rats were there or the eole have taken it. Such a pity service. Really DADA is endorsing this?!! +8 photos Was this information helpful? This is in reference with the courier which was is delivered in Raipur from Pune, there is a Machbow pump which is got damaged. When we open it the product is damaged. The amount of this pump is Rs. 11000.

D48327814, tracking id no. Shipment reach Gauwhati hub after few days when i check it was RTO, which is ridiculous and was suppose to reach Dimapur Nagaland. No attempt was made via sms or call. This service is horrible and pathetic, and who will pay or refund with all falls promise? Please arrange alternate mode and sent asap.

The consignment was sent on 17th of January 2019 from Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh to IIT Kanpur and it has not been delivered yet. The consignment number is K16893417 . It is in transit since 21st of January in Kanpur. It is taking too long, it has been almost 10 days now.Please deliver it as fast as possible as it is a little urgent .
