Such a pathetic service in india which has a franchise of dtdc in sagar, everyone are so stupid over there... Wont take any calls not delivery the parcel on time... Such a pathetic service in sagar madhya pradesh. Do improve.. Very poor.. Pass this message to heads and close that sagar franchise close down and start with a new facility and good standard.. Such a poor service. Thank you.

I booked a dtdc plus envelope from coimbatore to noida (Up) vide consignment number v53282428 on 14.5.19. Being dtdc plus it is supposed to reach next day and i paid rs.290.00 for this. Bit so far (Today 17.5.19) it has not been delivered resulting in undue loss to me. As of now, it is still not delivered. I ask immediate action for delivery, and refund me extra charge paid as consignment not delivered next day as per booking. Dhl franchise no. Ef030, coimbatore-641030 and consignee mr kanishk kharbanda, sector-110, noida (Up).

Dear sir i'm herewith complaining about the my courier which i send from your shegaon franchise office mr rohit kharat. Owner of franchise on dated 10/5/2019 for mumbai address since last 8 days yet not receive my courier to concern party i contact every branches of services till nagpur but they are not giving me updated and said it's misplaced so giving solution regarding this my docket number m74738592 dated 10/5/2019 booked by mr rohit kharat. Shegaon if tomorrow afternoon not getting any solution will submit legal actions against all office under this region in court as well as in grahak manch at aurangabad office

My vendor has booked the courier around 10 days ago from within bangalore but still i have not received that even after several reminders and complaints and in every complain and email i have mentioned my address also, but i have not received even a single call from their customer care (Even on same address i am already receiving many couriers from amazon and flipkart).

I had a package to be delivered from ahmedabad to ooty.. I had been trying the e tracking facility and said the destination to be madurai, though the sender had provided the right address.in order to enquire regarding that i called the nearby office which is dtdc ooty branch and one mr vijay was the one who attended the call. He was very rude over the phone and was not ready to listen to my actual query. I thought dtdc was a corporate which provided satisfactory services, but this shook me. The worst enquiry service i've ever experienced.. Dtdc should be a tad bit careful while recruiting the employees.. Highly disappointed..

I have sent courier to hyderabad through dtdc vide awb no. P50494241 on 29.04.2019.

Till date the courier not reached destination.

Services are very bad. Trying to call dtdc person also but no answer. Since 3 days a i am continuously following up for my courier, but also no help i received.

I have booked my parcel no k19174332 on 07 may 19 at 1325hrs from ranchi branch but till date my parcel have not reached to destination
It have hold at salt lake branch kolkata.
But no any status update to send or not send my parcel till date not give respond any help desk no
Pl consider and give suitable response to my parcel in priority.

My parcel still not received. It's over 2 month and still its not received. My tracking no is z86944419 which still now showed as "in transit". This parcel contain some of cosmetic products which is coming from delhi to barasat.
I also complain in dtdc website and my complaint no is 14161496 but they did not provide me any kind of help. I also call center of dtdc but they did not response my call. Please kindly do the needful.

Last status update is showing of 14.05.2019 time 19.15 hrs and showing receiver not available. I like to make it very clear no one turned up nor i was contacted. I was shocked to see the status as no one came and above all when i tried to contact them on phone most of the numbers are not working. When some how my call get connected on number [protected] i was told to contact on[protected] he told me to get in touch with [protected]. Talking with this person i was told we get in touch with you in 15 min & inform you about the latest status. Now he is not picking up the phone...
Highly unprofessional behavior not expected from dtdc

I have to get a courier from hyderabad to srikalahasthi which was submitted on 10th may in hyderabad and reached tirupati on 11th may. Till then there is no change in the progress of status. I didn't get my courier on time and i have an emergency. I have been complaining the same thing via call to the concerned person. Still no action on the issue. Very bad at service. It is been almost a week. The consignment number is h14316318 and i don't know why it is showing the destination as chittoor in etracking. Kindly respond at least today.

I want to submit a complaint regarding my courier which i have not recieved but when i tracked it on dtdc site it shows that courier has been delivered and recieved by Sseseaseal .I even dont know who he/she is .I think something wrong has beendone from your side.That is very pathetic service. Please help me and give my courier to me by 16.5.19. It was very urgent and I was supposed to get it latest by 15.5.19. We shri ram enterprises madurai, tamil nadu. On 10.05.2019 booking a parcel from dtdc thirunagar, madurai to sri sai global yarntex, prakasam, andhra. Above the pod number. Our parcel delivered but box is opens and material missing. Maddipadu, mandal dtdc delivery person delivered empty box only they are not aware of material missing.

One of relative booked shipment of some precious items from bhilai (Cg) to sagar (Mp) on 6th may 2019 with tracking number m81956112 and reference no[protected] which suppose to be reached at destination in 3-4 working days and hence they charged us accordingly. Since then we were continuously tracking the shipment and on 10th may 2019 (Friday) it reached bhopal hub and very next day to sagar and eventually stated as 'out for delivery' but unfortunately not delivered because of some reason. Then next day same thing happened and reason stated as local holiday (Saturday). So saturday and sunday is off for dtdc which is not stated in receipt at all. Later upto 13th may 2019 there was 'no update'. On 13th may 2019 same thing happened it was out for delivery and never delivered. On 14th may 2019 it is coming as delivered but no body from my family received it. No body from the sagar hub receive the phone calls! Is this tracking system is to please the management? Because it been 10 days after booking and 5 days in sagar district (6, 375 km² total area) it self. Please confirm that my consignment is missing or dtdc is not capable of delivering it?

My consignment number is x31002991, and my package is not delivered at beml layout, bangalore-560066 but it is showing ans delivered and also relationship is self. But i didn't recieve any product not even mail or message. I checked with my owner and other people's but nobody receives. I want the details to whom it got delivered. How can it delivered without any intimation.

Tracking no. R33446657 is not delivered by service. On the net it shows four time tried but only once contacted and ask to collect the package from their office. Why? I was paid for the product and shipping charges.
I told them easy address of a nearby shop to deliver. But the person is not interested in listening anything and says that there is much hot and collect the package from office.

The order when tracked through the online portal shows that the address provided is wrong. The address provided from my end was complete as i have a copy of the same invoice with me.

As shown in the attached picture, the courier has not written the complete address on the slip. On asked why, his replies were extremely rude and arrogant.
This incident led to a great monetary loss to the company. There still is no resolution from dtdc's end to the package and no progress has been made to the delivery.
I demand a full refund from dtdc for the package and it to be delivered as soon as possible.

I booked a courier service from dtdc on 13th may - number [ c92351316 ] in chennai.

It was a local deliver address only... But till now its not been delivered yet and it's been 3 days though it's a local within city delivery and when i'm tracking it's showing [ consignment redirected ]

Please take action on dtdc... 😣😣

Dispatched by my institute a month ago but i have not received my parcel yet and tracking status shows that my address is incomplete but i have received part of my parcel at my home! How come it is possible when my address is incomplete how can i get my part parcel? Please take any action against it and lemme give my part pending parcel asap!
