I have send 51 grams of important documents through dtdc express
Services from silchar, assam (16/10/2019) to warangal telangana which costed me a hefty 335 rupees. On 21st my dad (Recipient) got a phone call saying my package is out for delivery.
He asked for address and after my dad patiently told him the address then he
Peevishly says that we don't have boys here right now, we will deliver it tomorrow.
After that incident, my dad was desperately tried to contact him, through his contact number, but he didn't answer approximately 30 calls from my dad.
Then even after 2 days the courier was not delivered, and i have received and e-mail saying the package was delivered to ('fah hi kak").

I mean"what's this?".

I lost my scholarship amount due to the delay of this documents.
When i was tracking my documents i noticed that the courier transferred like this:
17/10/19 : shipped from silchar to guwahati.
18/10/19 : shipped from guwahati to hyderabad.
19/10/19 : reached hyderabad facilty
21/10/19 : reached warangal (Out for delivery).

I paid a huge amount for these papers so it can reach the destination one or
Two days earlier than indian postal services and i also believed that tracking was easy.

The package took one day to travel from guwahaiti to hyderabad
2400 kms and took two days to reach for warangal (175 kms).
It can be clearly seen that the package was not regarded as an express service, it makes me wonder weather i paid the amount for nothing. What's my package was doing in 2 days at hyderabad itself.

I want my package to be delivered to where its supposed to be and i want that warangal (Pin : 506003) office facility to respond to my father calls and answer for what they did to.

I want serious action on the guys, responsible for the delay of my valuable documents and wrong delivery. It is clear that they spoofed the delivery saying delivered to"fah hi kak".

If there are any lawyers, please tell me weather i can sue them for my losses.

Amazon Parcel Shipped with DTDC Tracking ID: Z92189710. Delivered on 19th Oct 2018. Solapur Maharashtra. 413004.(enclosed the Details)

Amazon parcel was delivered to me by a woman Delivery person. Called me on phone and asked to come and get my Parcel Since she couldn't come to the mentioned address as she is suffering from knee Ligament tare. Then i went to the main road and found she came driving an Honda Activa Scooter. And asked why she con't deliver at the mentioned address. For that she immediately raised her voice and said that "i am the owner of the courier so i couldn't come and deliver the same" and moreover she said that if you want it or shall i return the same.
The behavior of the DTDC Courier Delivery personal was worst so i would kindly request to take appropriate action against the Delivery Women.

I was sent a document package(tracking number Z[protected] from fiitjee delhi to Hyderabad(zip 500080).i was waiting for the delivery and updates in online tracking.and the online tracking now says Not Delivered(Office closed or door lock - (Cir). I has very important documents and dtdc not even called me .Please deliver as soon as possible as delay may cause my admission to cancel.

Sir, my urgent shipment was booked from Delhi on 17 SEP 19 vide Z15162649 and reached Hyderabad on 18 SEP 19.

They didn't even bother to call and inform. When I enquired twice on 21 SEP 19, as the last date for submission of the form to my office was on 21 SEP 19, by going to their office (DTDC Navajeevan Nagar, Ferozguda, Bowenpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500042), they told me that the item was not received at their end. I also enquired by calling them on 21 SEP 19 but no response.

But, when I track on 22 SEP 19, it was shown as delivered on 21 SEP 19 as per their website however, I didn't receive. When I call them on 22 SEP 19, they told me that they don't have delivery boy so you should come and collect. After that I told him to send it on 22 Sep 19 itself else I will raise a complaint. He even told me "Do whatever you want". So, I made a complaint through[protected] and the representative raised a complaint with a complaint number of 15491783 with an assurance that they will call back and will make sure to deliver it by 22 Sep 19. But, all in vain and now the customer care are also very busy with no response on call. So, I called again on 23 SEP 19 from my office and he told me that he will deliver by 11:00 am but not delivered till 3pm. So, finally I lost the fight or bet and he (DTDC Navajeevan Nagar, Ferozguda, Bowenpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500042/ Mr S Babu MOBILE no [protected]) wins as he had challenged me that do whatever you want we will not delivered your item. So, after losing on his challenge I went to his office and collect it personally.

The shipment took one day to reach Hyderabad from delhi and it took six days in Hyderabad, which was successful as I went personally by taking early off from office.

So, I lost hope from this courier service and it's regional service[protected].

I want them to know this and learn some lessons by giving appropriate actions (by a compensation from the staff responsible) at concerned person/ official. They should even returned the fee they charged for this horrifying courier service. They better send me a report that how it was happened.

I will be happy to know if there is other forum to made this complaint.

A courier was submitted by dr. Nikhil kulkarni, soham publication, pune maharashtra on 17 october, 2019 for siddharth shikhare, apate nagar, kolhapur 416011 in dtdc courier. The tracking number is : p52908830. It was not booked for a week. When i contacted kolhapur dtdc main brach, i came to know that courier was booked on 22 october, 2019. I am complaining on 23 october, 2019.
We think dtdc courier is most reliable than others. Then what rubbish is going on? Please deliver the courier as soon as possible.

A45074723 has no data available since monday.
I have paid to a seller through google pay on sunday. She has sent this tracking number after posting the item. Now this tracking number shows no data. I have even called up the dtdc customer care and sent sms but all are telling me to contact the courier origin person. Seller denies to provide the origin courier contact details. Please help me to get this item delivered asap.

Booked consignment on 17th october and still yet courier not delivered by dtdc on 22nd october evening and after trying calls for 2 hours finally they picked up call which was initially intenstionaly ignored for multiple times which i knew as sometimes it was showing waiting and then ringing but not picking up, finally after picking up they are telling that delivery wasn't even attempted today and it will deliver later on and their courier shows out for delivery... Such a liars and jerks

Consignment from pune containing medicines, delivered to dtdc on 17th evening. Reached karkala on 21st at 1.30pm and to destination is only 115 kms. Till 22nd d not delivered. When contacted they told they will deliver only on tomorrow.. It contains medicines and its shelf life is only three days. Value of the medicine is 20000 rupees. Kindly expedite it immediately.

I am samir saha. My shop name is durganath pharmacy. My office & dtdc courier office distance more than 200 mtr. But they call me today morning, said me go to courier office &collect the shipment. But i know your rules is home delivery. My pin code 736147.in this pin code dtdc have 2 franchise. My complaint is for old franchise. Please solve my problem or change the franchise

It is one of the worst courier agency in the world... Their customer care people are dumbo and can only share the same status which is there online... My people had booked courier service on oct 15, 2019 from odisha and their concerned person confirmed that it would be delivered to me in delhi in next 4- 5 days... Till now it has not delivered to me... The consignment number is d49496364... Yesterday when i called up their customer care department in the morning case no.[protected] they confirmed that i would receive the courier before evening and when i called up them around 5: 45 pm.. They were disconnecting the call... Today morning also after 3-4 attemepts of 10 mins each i got connected to them and got the response from the lady answering at other side of the call. That lady is not aware of anything.. I asked her to connect to her senior, which she refused and said that there is no senior... Is this the way company is being run??

Very pathetic service levels... I think we should boycott them completely.

Sir... I am sanjiv kumar. My consignment no z15573711 have been reached on 18 oct 2019at bangaluru and address mentioned on consignment is also of my bangalore office. But i did not got my consignment still. I have contacted to dtdc office bangalore on telephone but could not get satisfactory response.
There are some important medicine for my daughter. Please help me to track my consignment..

Main concern is not about returning but is for not informing to consignee i[censored]nable to locate one of the most famous government building in dehradun, uttrakhand even after out for delivery to that perticaular road. My points are:

Why consignee is not contacted about address incase delivery boy was unable to locate the same. Contact number already on document packet.
When returned back to delhi booking point, why i was not informed about collecting returned document. Contact number already on document packet.
I had booked two packets as urgent on 5th october. Where as it is on your record is showing that "z15994029" is booked on 6th october and "z15994030" on 5th october. Later one in series is booked on one day ago? How and why?
I have both packets for rs 900/- approximately for urgent delivery but on seeing track record i have come to know that both were booked under ordinary delivery. When this packet is supposed to be out for delivery in dehradun, it was returning from sahibabad to back to delhi hub. For rs 300/- ordinary service i have paid 900/- approximately for urgent delivery. This is what urgent delivery that dtdc have? Charging for urgent and sending with regular/normal? And still i have been informed by my client rather from dtdc courier.
Since 5th october out for delivery after one week approximately in urgent delivery charges.
I am sorry to say but these few people will downgrade reputation of dtdc.

I need to receive the courier from my client, that clothes for school children. Currently courier reached tiruvannamalai but the dtdc tiruvannamalai is not ready to ship the destination, since its 40 kilometers from my place to the dtdc office. I can i commute the location since we paid 480 for the shipment??

Please take the necessary actions to get it at the right place and right time.

Note : he is not ready to ship and told me that going revert it to the sender, with rude way.

So i don't want to make any complaint against him and the same time need to receive my courier.

Material send by dtdc courier, from pune (Maharashtra) to sanand (Gujarat), for details please find attached receipt, as in your system it showing that you delivered material to jbm auto system (Sanand gujarat). But there is no material received. I request you to please provide details of person whom you handover the material and taken sign for confirmation. Please treat this is an urgent and respond to same.

My father has sent my driving licence and mobile phone from dtdc vakharbhag sangli office to bangalore (Area code 560076) on 14 october 2019. Today is 19 october 2019, till i haven't received my courier. I called customer care number, first they said its going to hyderabad then he said its on way to bangalore. They do not have exact idea about it. The customer care guy took a complaint but he did not hared the exact complaint number with me. Sangli office boy is helping me all way possible to track it but still we id not got the proper information about it.

V[protected] on 15 oct 19 at 04:20pm for mumbai at pooja courier services kashmiri market, opp. Shankar market, block no. 3, super bazar, cannaught place, new delhi-1. The courier has not delivered till now at destination. I called to pooja courier many times but they have not pickup call. When they pick the call, told me may be reached today

I was informed my courier landed in my city on oct 9th.
I've still not received its delivery, it been almost 10 days since it reached my city.
Upon tracking, it came to our notice that it was sent to chennai by mistake because of some issue with dtdc server.
Kindly arrange to deliver it asap to the desired location

I booked 5 parcels via dtdc first time after the recommendation of their partner those were booked on 14th oct 2019 at delhi and commitment of delivery was for 16th oct 2019 at varanasi on the given pin code and till now even on 18th oct we do not have any status of it their office staff is not responding calls and neither we are able to check the updated status other than in transit since 14th oct!

What kind of services are this? And how indian transportation ministry is allowing such pathetic company and its partners for dealing in such services??

Big question here for what they are charging and what they are actually delivering???

My urge to all not to use dtdc services or any such courier company who is not concerned for their customers

Meanwhile i am also putting this case in legal and also on social platforms so that they cant make more people fool
