I sent a parcel DTDC on 10.04.2019 from Dharuhera to Muzaffarpur Bihar. The consignment number is D49997992. But even after 10 days, the parcel did not reach the customer. If a company like DTDC does not deliver parcel within 10-12 days then what will happen to another company? I did not know if your service was so bad. You are requested to send the parcel delivery as soon as possible.

The courier was sent on 13/04/2019 and reached Siliguri at 20/04/2019 but yet today 22/04/2019 it has not reached to Namchi whereas the service provider had told me that my courier will reach by 20/04/19 evening. My courier contents some important official document that I need it at earliest as possible but due to the pathetic service I had to face difficulty.

This is to inform you that i was inquiring about above mentioned consignment no-i03410795, in your branch-534, main road, ranchi - 834001, behind jayasree hotel, near radisson.

[protected] was the number i called, dtdc employee picked and behaved very rudely, he didnt even bothered to give me the status.

As a customer we cannot expect such service from dtdc.
We are paying for it and this our right to enquire about out parcel.

And today means manday they were called we wont come to the your address u collect the ur parcel from dtdc office it not a first time it is almost 10 to 20 times like they were doing what the use select dtdc courer worst service my address important address in the koppal koppal institue of medical sciences. Never give any parcel from the dtdc they are feel it is long distance it is 2 km only.

I have booked consignment on 13th april 2019 to ship from hyderabad to ahmedabad. I had opted normal courier service of dtdc. As per the dtdc service rule, it would take 48-72 hours to delivered consignment. I have tracked my consignment as per link share my dtdc. It has shows that, consignment reach at ahmedabad on 15th april 2019. I am not able to see any updated from the 15th april 2019. I am trying to call each and every contact number of dtdc, but no one is responding. I think they don't care about the customer time and felling. Please do share there worst services and take immediate steps against dtdc.

I RANJU SINHA from Nashik is writing this complain regarding the delay in my courier . My courier has came from Ranchi around 5 days ago n I have not received it yet. DTDC us saying that the address is incomplete we gave the correct address as well as the contact number then also there is not any reaction to it. My dad had called 6 time to ur company they just ask about the doc no, he send the number by whatsapp and text msg but there was not any action taken regarding it. And today the person is not receiving the call he us ignoring are call. Sir in that parsel there are medicines which is urgently need to us. Because of the delay in the delivery of the parcel my dad had to get admitted in hospital.
Sir plz deliver my parcel as fast as possible.

I contacted a company named MEDSERVE in Delhi and ordered a product named 'Nasal cannula' and according to the person the order was placed on 9th of April via DTDC Courier and it was promised that the product will be received on next day, I am sorry to say but it has been 12 days but there is no update from the DTDC and on the helpline no one is picking the call, they are not replying on email, no response on facebook and twitter also, I am helpless and I paid them money and got nothing.

My consignment number is z88234707, and my package is not delivered at vadodra, gujarat. From last t2 days, it is showing the same status. Receiver's address is 6-8 km away from sorting office, and 2 days have been passed since it arrived at sorting office. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 80 rupees of my mobile balance on dtdc customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with dtdc. I am regretting already, why i chose dtdc.

My courier was to come. And i have not recieved it. I got no call or noone rang a bell. I always get all couriers on time. It's written address wrong or incorrect. It's the same address i have been living since i was born. I got two couriers past two months via dtdc itself from the same company at the same address. I tried calling the customer care. There is no response. I got no information of the agent number or anything which i usually get.

My courier from jaipur to bombay... Was dispatched on 8th april 2019 but not yet delivered... After cross checking it it has been noticed someone else has signoff from courier side and said it is delivered... This i was chasing them from last week with his manager kalyan branch but behaviour was very rude and was not attended... General message-query for consignment no:-z87256892, case escalated to kalyan branch manger mr chetak... After raising complaint still waiting it...

This is to state the highly unprofessionalism shown by your firm in not providing the important documents on time leading to unforeseen consequences.
This complaint is in reference to consignment no b64028947. Which was booked on 15th of april 19 from bidar to coimbatore.
In response to non reciept of my important documents i have made n number of calls to your customer care.. Numbers mentioned at the end...
But sorry to say that your firm customer care is highly unprofessional as well as not responsive...
Due to this kind of careless n un professional behaviour they are demeaning the firm..

As i have not recieved my parcel till date which is very urgently required today... I may take a legal action against your firm for promising the service and not fullfilling it and that too with such bad attitude..
I am mailing this to supervisor as i dont feel that your working party if able enough to handle such a meager job...
I vill also make this public by posting it on online media..

Previously i had enquirie with your ahmednagar branch salse person mr. Rushikesh regarding my courier. We had finalised rate for courier.
When i went for actual booking of shipment the owner surprisingly increased the charges.
He didn't listen to our previous deal.
His behaviour was arrogant and completely irresponsible. It will ruin dtdc's image in market.
I am completely disappointed by dtdc.
I hope dtdc will take serious action against this. If not then i am worried if your business will grow with such people.

Dear dtdc team,
It's regarding the parcel z96239450 i sent to kolkata. By last 4 days i am getting very silly response from kolkata dtdc ([protected]) that the parcel is not traced, it's missing from lakeview branch. How can you people be so irresponsible towards customer parcel. How can a 2 kg parcel be missed from dtdc branch office. Who will be the responsible if you people have lost my parcel. Please try to search my parcel and arrange delivery. This is not the first time that the parcel is lost in kolkata dtdc.

My doc. No.-d49100351. Its dispatched on 11th april but till date i have not received. Previous month same problem i was face. Todays at 10:30am my courier is showing out of delivery but now 7:50pm i have not received my courier. I will complain to my company that plz don't send any thing from dtdc. Your r so e-responsible. Same on your service. No any value of our time na.

One parcel/packet was sent from kadapa to hyderabad on dated 15-april-2019. But to our surprise, after the lapse of 5 days, still we have not received our parcel. Very much concerned about our parcel. So kindly arrange to deliver our packet without further loss of any time. Otherwise matter will be viewed seriously and matter will be taken to higher authorities.

I have sent a courier to hyderabad on 10th april and it was out for delivery for almost 5 days. Now the consignment is redirected. The consignment was misrouted at least 3 times. Its an urgent delivery. And any of the dtdc customer services number is not working. Like not single number is available which weird then why is it even provided. The consignment number is p70153842. Please update me with the details.

My consignment no. K17308539
My parcel was not received till now and when i am calling to ask about my parcel details no one is responding to my call. They just lifting the call and disconnecting it. Is this the way you give to the customer. On 17 april 19 i was available in the same address till night 10.30pm waiting for the parcel but didn't received. When i tracked through online it was mention that the receiver was not available. If by chance i am not available then they would have hand overed to my security but nothing was done. Neither called me nor informed to my security.
I need you to take a action on this review.
