DTDC — Parcel not recieved

Sir, i have book a parcel from Mumbai, tracking number is M21767915.. parcel received at dtdt office Giridih(815301) on 8 july. I didn't received the parcel but when i track ka shipment it show parcel deliverd, but i didn't received parcel. I contact to dtdc office giridih the office boy says parcel was deliverd, Kindly take action in this .

Sir, i have book a parcel from Hyderabad, tracking number is D23577308.. parcel received at dtdc office Gorakhpur on 4 july. I didn't received the parcel but when i track shipment it show parcel in transit, but i didn't received parcel. I contact to dtdc office Gorakhpur the office boy says parcel was deliverd to Maharajganj. Kindly take action in this .
