I had booked a flight from Thiruvanathapuram to New Delhi through easemytrip booking ID: EMT[protected] and had cancelled it on 7th September 2022, four hours before departure. As per airlines policy, I am subjected to cancellation fee of Rs. 3180 and it is also mentioned in my ticket but easemytrip has charged Rs.9635 as cancellation fee and has refunded only Rs. 1719 instead of Rs. 8774. I would like to have the remaining amount refunded to my account.

    I booked two air tickets from Bangalore to Varanasi on 26.06.2022 & I cancelled the same seperately on 31.08.2022 with reference No. EMT[protected]. On the same day I got the refund for one ticket amounting to Rs 3759/- and I didn't receive another amount (Rs.3759/-). On taking up the matter with their call center, they are not giving any proper reply and simply telling that refund is completed and to wait for 5 days. I insisted them to provide the remittance reference numbers for both tickets to enable me to verify the cancellation of which ticket the refund has not come. They gave me only one reference number[protected] dt. 31.08.2022) amounting to Rs.3759/- but, they are not giving another reference number. It clearly shows they have not refunded and in their app they are showing both the cancellations are refunded. Despite my repeated requests through call center / mail to '[protected]@easemytrip.com' there is no response. Now they have blocked my email id and whatever mail sent is bounced back.
    I am senior citizen and unable to withstand the stress.

      1. Booked my ticket DEL-LAX-DEL on 30th Aug. 22. EMT[protected]. T&C before making payment ( proof avialble), mention cancellation charge of INR 13, 582/- per pessenger for Del-Lax-Del sector as round trip. After payment, ticket is issued with cancellation charges of INR 13, 582 + INR 13, 582 i.e. twice of what was committed on website.

      2. Booked call back by Sr. team thrice with Zero result.

      3. Not providing clarity on re-scheduling charges.

        Hi team,

        I had booked a ticket from Pune to Hyderabad through easemytrip app. And ticket got confirmed on 7th Aug 2022 at 00:25 AM. But bus operator didn't allowed me to travel on that ticket confirmed date and said it got booked for 8th Aug 2022 at 00:25AM.
        Please help me to resolve the issue as i had already communicated with easemytrip customer care support and that time itself they got to know the issue is at their itself due to miscommunications.But till yet i didn't get any update on this for getting my refund back. I'm following up from long time and EMT is not responding even dropping lot of mails against the concern.
        Kindly do the needful and help me with the same.

          Dear Sir,
          I had booked flights ticket on 21/10/2021 from Mumbai to Goa by Booking ID No. EMT 89083119 for 29th January 2022.with PNR No.HSZ6X and
          booked flights ticket on 21/10/2021 from Indore to Mumbai by Booking ID No.EMT 89083031 for 26th January 2022.with PNR No.XEL8D
          But during the travelling time the cases of Carona started again and there was uncertainty from Airline side for flights.
          Then we approach to Airlines for the flight tickets they made our ticket open for a year till 21 Oct 2022 to travel any where through their airlines according to their guidelines
          Today I visited to airlines for further booking of this ticket but from the airline side they told me that your online agent had cancelled your ticket on 29/07/2022 and taken the refund back
          This is to inform you that without prior notice how you can cancel my ticket where I have to travel on same ticket which was allotted by airline
          The open ticket copy from airlines is enclosed with this email.
          From your side no information or mail had sent to me for any cancellation nor any refund is transfer in my account
          This is to inform you that you had done very wrong way without our concerned you cancelled our ticket which is great mistake done from your side where my tickets are still in open condition
          Kindly go through the matter reply as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action against you and your mistake
          Are you getting my problem or not this not a proper solution from your side
          My query is that my ticket was open till 21/10/2022 by airlines but from your side my ticket was cancelled on 29/07/2022 and you took the refund of that ticket
          Still I was awaiting to travel on same ticket before 21/10/2022 but when I contact to airlines they reported that your ticket is cancelled by your online agent that is easemytrip, now you are not eligible to travel on same ticket that make me harass not to travel on same ticket which was my right
          The mistake you made is not tolerable.
          Now I am asking you to refund my full amount back still my goodness is not asking you the suffered amount but I think that you people nethier want to understand my problem nor you want to contact me on my mobile to settle the mistake done by you
          How will be the faith on your Application a common man can do

              We bought two senior citizens tkts for medical reasons on 5th September and after transaction was completed the tkts were pending.
              After three days when we contacted they are saying that they are sorry and will return the amount.as senior citizens tkts are not there.
              They didn't inform us about this for the last three days
              IS THIS A JOKE.
              NOW THE TKTS HAVE TRIPLED AND HOW DO YOU EXPECT SENIOR CITIZENS TO BUY TKTS AGAIN.

                  Easemytrip gave me an option of getting lounge access on a flight from Mumbai(Terminal 2) to Kolkata. I selected that option only to find out at the Mumbai airport terminal 2 that they do not have tie up with the lounge at this terminal, instead have purposely given me for terminal 1 whereas the flight they've given is from terminal 2. When i spoke to their customer care executive he told that it is your fault you booked without checking online first about the lounge access whereas the terminal details were not mentioned moreover why will you give access of another terminal altogether when you know and have booked flight for a different terminal, which isn't even internally connected. If I am booking a particular ticket for a flight that is flying from terminal 2 and they are charging me for lounge access, they should be liable to provide me with the same or they should remove that option from site. Also, the customer service executives are very rude. Very disappointed by their service. Ive booked flights from their service earlier many times as I have to often travel due to work, but this is the first time I took their lounge access but they've just frauded me and this is just outright harassment. I will never avail their services again and would request others who are reading this to not avail their services, whatever it might be.

                    Name Change

                    The name on the airline ticket has been printed wrongly. When contacted airline they said its not their issue and can't change so have to contact ease my trip but when contacted ease my trip customar care they asked me to write an email which I did and they are not responding to any of my emails or calls.

                    My flight is just in a day and it is very critical....

                      I have booked 3 tickets for Del- Mel Flight from 7th Nov to 23rd Nov with luggage option 35kg per PAX.

                      I had to reschedule the Mel-Del Sector from 23rd to 28th Nov. I contacted EMT for offline reschedule and they charged INR 9267/- per pax for reschedule from 23rd Nov to 28th Nov (Keeping the same luggage option i.e. 35 kg per PAX ). I confirmed about the luggage option over email as well on call with support team

                      But the updated tickets that I received had the checked-in baggage reduced for 2 PAX.

                      Del - Mel 07th Nov No Change in flight (But they still reduced the checked in baggage from per PAX to only one PAX )
                      Mel- Del 28th Nov Changed the dates but provided the 35 kg checked-in Luggage with 1 PAX only.(Though, i have paid INR 9267/- per pax for keeping 35kg checked-in baggage)

                      When i contacted them they initially(same date when i rescheduled, i.e. 28th Aug 2022) said it's printing mistake from their side and they will send updated tickets.

                      After a lot of following up after 2-3 days they said it's mistake from Airlines( malaysia airlines) which they escalated with them and provide me resolution in 24 hours.

                      Now they are not even responding over email and neither getting any callback from them regarding the issue . This is very unprofessional and unethical behaviour from EMT side

                      I used to book with confidence with EMT, But now it appears that they have shifted their focus from Customer Experience to TV marketing.

                            I Have Booked Flight Ticket On 3rd August 2022 And On 10th Aug My Airline Has Denied To Check-In At Airport Due To Transit Visa Issue And Airline Asked Me To Cancel The Ticket.

                            My ticket cost is - 1, 65, 000/-
                            Refunded amount - 8, 900/-

                            I Have Called To Easemytrip And Asked Them To Cancel The Ticket. They Have Cancelled The Ticket And They Have Sent Email To Airlines to ask about Refund Amount On 10th Aug 16:40, Airline Has Got A Mail From [protected]@Easemytrip.Com And KLM Airline Team Has Replied To That Email On 11th Aug Around 9:19 AM And They Have Confirmed To Process The Full Refund.

                            Now Easemytrip People Are Telling They Haven't Get Any Email From The Airline And They Cannot Process The Full amount Refund. They have processed only 8900 rupees.

                            And Easemytrip Has Cancelled My Ticket By Selecting Option "No Show". It Means I Have Not Went To The Airport Before Boarding Time. I Dont Know Why They Have Selected This Option. This Is Clearly Saying They Are Lying.

                            Easemytrip people are asking me the get the Written Email from Airline, but when I ask airline they are saying they dont have access to send email to me, and they are saying you have booked ticket with the Easemytrip so you should check with them for any issue, and from their said they have already processed full amount.

                            I asked Easemytrip to send email to Airline and share it with mw, but they haven't send any email to them and to me also.

                            I have also sent a legal notice to them but there is no response from them.

                            I am attaching all the proofs, please check and help me to get the money.

                                selected NOCOST EMI but bank charging interest.
                                Bank says they will charge interest the merchant needs to give upfront discount.
                                EMT cannot apply discount after the transaction.
                                Asked EMT to convert the payment to card but they are unable to do.
                                Agent says once the transaction is complete they cant do anything.

                                Then why are you misleading customers by providing NOCOSTEMI OPTION WHILE CHECKING OUT?

                                  I have booked a hotel on 30.07.2022, booking ID :[protected].
                                  My mail id : [protected]@yahoo.com,
                                  THe hotel manager was deniying my online boking and he asked me to pay Rs.2500 /- without that he was not allowing to saty in that hotel.

                                  Now EasemyTrip has to refund my amount.

                                    Full description:
                                    We had booked Multiple Tickets from the platform. Because of some issue we had to reschedule flights.

                                    The Easemytrip platform surprisingly starts showing error when we try to reschedule and they ask to drop email for rescheduling where they have an offline team who does rescheduling.

                                    They then share us any random price per Pax where we have to pay and then they do booking, If you don't reply on time next day they increase the price exorbitantly. However, when you check flight rates on the rescheduled date there is no difference still for no reason such a huge amount is charged by them.

                                    Because you are stuck in such a situation we have to pay them or else full flight amount is gone. When we ask them to give us breakup of the charges there is no response from them.

                                    They did this same thing for our 4 flights, in 1 of the booking I was able to reschedule from platform itself with proper rates, suddenly I get email after an hour to pay extra amount for tickets to be confirmed or they would cancel the tickets.

                                    Desirable resolution: To Refund unfair amount charged to us & also give us justification for the incident instead of just mentioning it was Airline charges.

                                      I booked 1 ticket from Mukerian to Delhi on 2 September 2022
                                      Booking ID is EMT[protected]
                                      even though the money (955rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
                                      I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my ticket.
