Name Change

The name on the airline ticket has been printed wrongly. When contacted airline they said its not their issue and can't change so have to contact ease my trip but when contacted ease my trip customar care they asked me to write an email which I did and they are not responding to any of my emails or calls.

My flight is just in a day and it is very critical....

I just booked 8 tickets on 5th September from traveling date on (chennai to New Delhi )on 7th October 2022 & (Delhi to Chennai ) on 19th October 2022 4 adults & 1child.
Booking ID is EMTAE267070

Even though the money (348 AED-76560 INR) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is giving proper response on my calls. kindly confirm My tickets as soon as possible

    I have booked 3 tickets for Del- Mel Flight from 7th Nov to 23rd Nov with luggage option 35kg per PAX.

    I had to reschedule the Mel-Del Sector from 23rd to 28th Nov. I contacted EMT for offline reschedule and they charged INR 9267/- per pax for reschedule from 23rd Nov to 28th Nov (Keeping the same luggage option i.e. 35 kg per PAX ). I confirmed about the luggage option over email as well on call with support team

    But the updated tickets that I received had the checked-in baggage reduced for 2 PAX.

    Del - Mel 07th Nov No Change in flight (But they still reduced the checked in baggage from per PAX to only one PAX )
    Mel- Del 28th Nov Changed the dates but provided the 35 kg checked-in Luggage with 1 PAX only.(Though, i have paid INR 9267/- per pax for keeping 35kg checked-in baggage)

    When i contacted them they initially(same date when i rescheduled, i.e. 28th Aug 2022) said it's printing mistake from their side and they will send updated tickets.

    After a lot of following up after 2-3 days they said it's mistake from Airlines( malaysia airlines) which they escalated with them and provide me resolution in 24 hours.

    Now they are not even responding over email and neither getting any callback from them regarding the issue . This is very unprofessional and unethical behaviour from EMT side

    I used to book with confidence with EMT, But now it appears that they have shifted their focus from Customer Experience to TV marketing.

          I Have Booked Flight Ticket On 3rd August 2022 And On 10th Aug My Airline Has Denied To Check-In At Airport Due To Transit Visa Issue And Airline Asked Me To Cancel The Ticket.

          My ticket cost is - 1, 65, 000/-
          Refunded amount - 8, 900/-

          I Have Called To Easemytrip And Asked Them To Cancel The Ticket. They Have Cancelled The Ticket And They Have Sent Email To Airlines to ask about Refund Amount On 10th Aug 16:40, Airline Has Got A Mail From [protected]@Easemytrip.Com And KLM Airline Team Has Replied To That Email On 11th Aug Around 9:19 AM And They Have Confirmed To Process The Full Refund.

          Now Easemytrip People Are Telling They Haven't Get Any Email From The Airline And They Cannot Process The Full amount Refund. They have processed only 8900 rupees.

          And Easemytrip Has Cancelled My Ticket By Selecting Option "No Show". It Means I Have Not Went To The Airport Before Boarding Time. I Dont Know Why They Have Selected This Option. This Is Clearly Saying They Are Lying.

          Easemytrip people are asking me the get the Written Email from Airline, but when I ask airline they are saying they dont have access to send email to me, and they are saying you have booked ticket with the Easemytrip so you should check with them for any issue, and from their said they have already processed full amount.

          I asked Easemytrip to send email to Airline and share it with mw, but they haven't send any email to them and to me also.

          I have also sent a legal notice to them but there is no response from them.

          I am attaching all the proofs, please check and help me to get the money.

            These are the bank details that I got through the bank. I booked a Goa to Lucknow ticket for Subhash Saxena via ICICI bank worth Rs. 8133. Amount got deducted but booking failed. I want the refund as soon as possible.

              selected NOCOST EMI but bank charging interest.
              Bank says they will charge interest the merchant needs to give upfront discount.
              EMT cannot apply discount after the transaction.
              Asked EMT to convert the payment to card but they are unable to do.
              Agent says once the transaction is complete they cant do anything.

              Then why are you misleading customers by providing NOCOSTEMI OPTION WHILE CHECKING OUT?

              The same issue i faced with my booking. Very unprofessional behaviour.
              Although my bank was more accommodating that they closed the EMI that without any penalty.

                  Full description:
                  We had booked Multiple Tickets from the platform. Because of some issue we had to reschedule flights.

                  The Easemytrip platform surprisingly starts showing error when we try to reschedule and they ask to drop email for rescheduling where they have an offline team who does rescheduling.

                  They then share us any random price per Pax where we have to pay and then they do booking, If you don't reply on time next day they increase the price exorbitantly. However, when you check flight rates on the rescheduled date there is no difference still for no reason such a huge amount is charged by them.

                  Because you are stuck in such a situation we have to pay them or else full flight amount is gone. When we ask them to give us breakup of the charges there is no response from them.

                  They did this same thing for our 4 flights, in 1 of the booking I was able to reschedule from platform itself with proper rates, suddenly I get email after an hour to pay extra amount for tickets to be confirmed or they would cancel the tickets.

                  Desirable resolution: To Refund unfair amount charged to us & also give us justification for the incident instead of just mentioning it was Airline charges.

                      I had booked a hotel in Surat City for 22 July 2022 two months back of actual date. I had paid Rs. 2714 at the time of online booking and got the hotel reservation confirmation on the same.
                      When I went to hotel on the mentioned day, hotel denied me to checkin saying easemytrip didn't inform them about my booking. After several hours of discussion with EaseMyTrip customer care and having discussion with senior team member from hotel reservation team of Easemytrip, I had again paid 3600/- rupees for checking in on the condition that I'll get the difference amount along with the reservation amount which I paid at the time of online reservation. Its been 1.5 month and still I'm waiting for the difference amount. I have called the customer care several times but no resolution till now. I'm a priority customer and wonder if priority customer is getting such service then it's definitely not good for the customer experience.                       Just new reason everytime. Very poor service definitely not recommending to use.

                          Have called customer case[protected] and emailed at [protected]@easemytrip.com, no affirmative response yet received

                          They have bug in their system.
                          - I have got Payment status - Confirmed from EaseMyTrip Whatsapp chat,
                          - Payment has been deducted from my account
                          - Have received transaction confirmation alert email.

                          But EaseMyTrip customer care tells they have not received the payment.
                          I am not sure where did the payment go ...

                          I am still awaiting the confirmation of my flight ticket from Ahmedabad to Bali.

                            Non-refund of Air fare for flight cancelled by the airlines

                            I had booked my flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai on 21st Feb'22 by Go Air on Easemytrip.com. My Booking reference NoEMT94798333

                            The flight was cancelled by the Airlines Go Air. The amount was refunded by the Airlines Go Air to Easemytrip.com few months back. I have been asking the booking platform company Easemytrip to transfer the refund amount to my bank account for the last few months.

                            I am not getting...

                            Air ticket booked by order no. EMT[protected] was cancelled as I fell sick and advised not to travel by doctor. Insurance claim documents for refund of cancellation charges ( around Rs.3000) were uploaded on 10th Aug'22. Got a call from CC (customer care-EMT) saying doctor's prescription was missing. uploaded the same immediately but again claim status kept showing rejected. on checking with CC, I was told the said document was missing and was asked to mail the same to "varsha.[protected]@easemytrip.com" and mail was sent immediately. The status still showing as " rejected" on 21st of Aug and checked with CC on 30th Aug, I was asked to upload all documents again ( 3rd time) when I explained the sequence, I was promised to get a call back from seniors immediately. Neither received call till now nor issue has been resolved. Request EMT to get the claim processed immediately and arrange refund. Thanks.

                              Booked a flights from Delhi to Vancouver and back. Emailed and chatted on EaseMyTrip WhatsApp many times but haven’t got my flight rescheduled even after so many requests.
                              I am very disappointed with their service and won’t be booking any further flights from Easymytrip.

                                    My flight was cancelled by the airline, and fl refund was transferred to the travel agency - easemytrip.

                                    Travel agency is however charging me 300Rs per person for just transferring the amount to me in the name of convenience charges.

                                    For no fault of mine, they are charging 600Rs for 2 passengers which I think is totally unethical and if you see it is more of inconvenience than convenience.

                                    After repeated email requests to the team, they are not ready to provide the full refund.

                                    I would plead the higher authorities to look into this and give justice to me and also thousands of flyers who had to reschedule their itinerary because of flight cancellation and also take action against the travel agency who do such acts.
