My booking ID is EMT10568512 booked on Thu, 06 October 2022 10:22 PM. I have already paid ₹4750 but the status of my ticket is showing as REJECTED. The booking is not reflecting in my upcoming trips either. The customer care is of no help . You all shouldn’t take bookings if the seats are not available. The PNR status is showing as pending and the status is Rejected; makes it all look like a scam. I will have to raise a legal complaint if I don’t get my money back ASAP.

    Hi I have booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Bengaluru through easemy trip and paid Rs 6000 . The amount is debited from my account and transaction is successful. Amount also credited to ease my trip. But i did not receive my flight ticket. EMT[protected] is reference number provided my easemy trip. When I tried to enter this number it's showing like invalid number.. I tried to call the easemy trip customer helpline number but it is useless..I tried more than 10 times but they didn't pick the call..even I mailed them but their reply mail is only systemized mail ..I didn't receive any proper help from them..I need my ticket or money back..Plz do needful action.

      This is in regards to my patents trip fron Bangalore to Mumbai in 1st October 2022.on Akada Air via PNR V31RWY.while doing the booking I had paid rs. 700 /- and reserved a seat 1B and 1C fot my parents who are Senior Citizens and need wheel chair access.today on 30th September when I was trying to do webcheckin I was unable to do that. The airline informed that the travel agent had not forwarded the payment which i had made to the airline, hence the airline has kept the webcheckin on hold.
      When I call the customer care and desperately explain this to them they keep say in 2 hrs then 10 pm again give 2 hrs and they would sort it, but as of now at 10:30 pm it is still not sorted .When i ask them to give the phone to the supervisor they refuse saying this is not the process.

      This is really bad and gave my already fragile parents and lot of stress .

      I want ease my trip to feel the stress and pain we r feeling right now.

        Sir our flight to Australia was canceled by the airline and Easemy trip had promised us a refund for Rs 55868 . It has been more than 9 months since the request was lodged and now Ease my trip has closed the request stating they haven't heard back from the Airine. Sir, it's a huge amount and this is stressing me out. I have also wrttine to Aviation ministry and DGCA separately. Easemytrip is either not following up with the airline or they are scamming people. Please help

          EMT has not added my infant to the booking By their mistake so the airline does not have the details.
          I am following up with them since 6 days but I keep getting the same response with No solution.
          My flight is in 4 days

          The response I keep getting is below
          "We see that you have been rigorously following up with us for your Infant added and passport details. I also see that there is an email that we have sent to the airline requesting for the update.

          We would be glad to help you. Please feel free to contact us in case of any other assistance. We are 24*7 services."

            Booked four tickets from Delhi to Bagdorga - EMT[protected]
            However, the booking status is showing as pending.
            There is no PNR either. This is very frustrating given the amount of money paid for the ticket.

              HI Team,

              I had booked 3 tickets to Bangkok via the easemytrip website. My travelling date is 24th October. My ticket booking id is EMT[protected]. While booking, unfortunately, I entered an incorrect spouse name. Instead of Bhagyashree Anilkumar Nemashetty, I have entered as Bhagyashree A N. Please help me in correcting this. I have dropped multiple emails and cald them on their customer care to correct it. but no luck. Airline team says travel agent has to change and easemytrip says airline needs to change. but no one updating name in air ticket.

              Please find my booking id 5MGCHI.

                Delay in sending confirmation

                I made a reservation on 18 September at approximately 5 PM for a flight Delhi to Jodhpur. Ya received a WhatsApp as well as an email from easemytrip saying my reservation was pending and not confirmed and that they would confirm to me in the next 20 minutes now. My credit card charge was also showing pending. . I waited till the next morning and made an alternate reservation.
                On the 19th afternoon I saw my credit card had been charged...

                  Greetings

                  I have completed the booking process and payment, twice, for the flight GoFirst G8-423 from Delhi to Hyderabad at 05:45 am on 23rd September. Both times the process got stuck at the loading screen and would not complete the booking. Please provide me with a refund, ASAP. Your customer service doesn't attend calls and its frustrating.                     On reaching Airport found Air Asia cancelled the flight and on persuation with Air Asia for several days that full refund is given to Travel agent but while trying to ask for full refund through my portal at ease my trip found that Travel agent is deducting 7000/- for two passengers ( 3500/- each) which I refused to accept and sent several emails to them but they did not accept to pay. Please do needful

                        It's been a month since I have made complaint but issue still exists. I have been asked to wait 72 hrs every time I sent a reminder message. After a week or more when I check my account it still shows active. I am so annoyed

                          I had booked tickets through ease my trip from Pune to patna on September 16. On first time the payment was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my credit card. The gateway said the amount will be refunded within 24 hrs.but did not receive the amount. Please suggest ASAP

                            I have booked a flight ticket PNR no. GUH3UK ID EMT[protected] through easemytrip for 1st sept. 2022 for Delta Airlines flights but the time of boarding their flying partner KLM royal Dutch not allow me to board as per them there is two layovers and I have to take permission for layovers. Earlier I have taken the confirmation from Delta Airlines as per them there is no need of permission/visa if the passenger not leave Layover Airport. I have conveyed this message to easemytrip but matter not resolved. I am left any other option but to cancel the ticket. Easemytrip hold complete my money by giving reason Aiport give no show reason and we are not responsible to return your money. I do not understand what type agency it is. Easemytrip is only for making money. Total fraud agency.

                              Dear team,
                              My booking id EMT[protected].There was no information about self transfer/transit visa requirements mentioned in the website. After i booked, when i checked with airlines i got to know that i need to self transfer my luggage from one terminal to other.And when i called up customer support for visa requirements, first time they said there Transit visa is not required but next time when i called they said i need to check with airlines or embassy for visa information.

                                As per communication with airline Indigo that they have processed for full refund on my ticket which was booked on 2nd august for GAU to Pune for 7th October 2022, EMT[protected] but after several on call with EaseMyTrip officials, they denying of getting full refund on my tickets, where as I am having call records of indigo people that they have processed my full refund to easemytrip portal. If you want i can share voice recording too.
