We bought tickets from easemytrip and asked them to reissue my return ticket from 1st of July to 29 June but unfortunately they was sent me a confirmation email about 29 July and it’s supposed to be 29 June and I was give approval to them, once I received ticket the date is 29th July. Not getting refund of my ticket for the cancelled flight

Booking ID - EMT72650526, PNR - E5I2JL flight booked from MAA To RDP.

During pandemic time our flight was cancelled by the airlines and they told they have added the booking amount in credit shell.

Not rescheduling the flights

I have booked a round trip flights from Ahmeadbad to Berlin for my mother who is 70 years old and have hearing loss. She has a return flight on 30th June and vistara has changed departure time of frankfurt-delhi flight which cause time overlapping with my first flight and by the time my mom land in frankfurt, the connecting flight would already took off.

Coupon code HDFCEMT was applied successfully for an instant discount of Rs. 1000 and while booking the flight ticket the amount was showing up the discounted one i.e. Rs 12238 but while making final payment it deducted the whole amount i.e. Rs 13238 without giving any discount. Easemytrip will cease your tri

If I have to mention heights of worst service it’s Easemytrip. I suggest and it’s my personal experience don’t don’t ever book tickets through easemytrip. They are money eaters. They will not help you at all. They will put u in a fix and grab entire amount paid.

I had booked an international ticket to Frankfurt....

Flight Cancellation Refund not received

I had booked a flight for Mumbai to Istanbul via Saudi Arabia Airlines from EaseMytrip.com from 27th May to 6th June 2022. My Booking Id is EMT98312728 and PNR is 6PLQEA. The Airlines had rescheduled the return flight from 6th May 2022 to 7th May 2022 due to which I was forced to cancel the flight as I could not travel on the new rescheduled date.

I had called the Saudi Arabian Reservation Office in Mumbai before going ahead...
