I'm a physically handicapped person who needs an escort my husband Cedric Sean Abernethy. I was booked on flight UL 504 and my escort was booked on UL 506 on 17/7/2022 which was not intimated earlier. Hence our flight tickets had to be cancelled and rebooted for 18/7/2022. This has caused us much inconvenience above all mental trauma since we had to look out for accommodation and food expenses. Please compensate.

    I booked a spicejet flight from mumbai to delhi, got the date wrong by mistake, immediately got it canceled within an hour, directly from the spicejet themselves. Spicejet refunded the amount within a few hour as per there status and easemytrip.com also acknowledged receiving the amount, and told to cancel the flight from there website too, which I immediately did. however it is the 11th day and I still have not received the amount in my bank account.

    i spoke with ur rep again and waited for some time and also messaged, they told me to contact my bank, which i did and my bank said no refund received. then ur rep told me to send a screenshot of my bank statement since the date of refund, which I have done, still no response.

      Bus details from Tirupati to Bangalore on 31/07/2022 are PNR: 17451, Bus No: NL01B1040, Driver details: Ram Reddy Srl, [protected], Naveen Srl, [protected] - BITLA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED

      Booking ID: EMT[protected]

      1. Intially bus is yet to start at 1pm, but just 45 mins before it was told that bus will be delayed by 1 hour, and trust me there was no traffic jam at all.

      2. I had to wait for 1 hour 15 mins in 36-38 degrees on a main road with the luggage since the boarding point just says the bustand but the actual was some other place.

      3. Finally I found the bus irrespective of the driver, operator not attending the calls from 12 pm after a struggle of 1:30 mins.

      4. When I asked about the same to driver there was a very irresponsible answer and they shouted at me and my husband.
      FYI: there are co passengers with the same issue.

      There was no surprise if they beat us also as they are that rude. Literally shouted at us and they are using abusive words.

      5. After boarding the bus the AC was not working, charging point was not working. When everyone asked they stated that it will slowly work and do whatever you want to do.

      The bus is so old that the engine sound can be heard to everyone around (worst conditioned bus I have ever boarded in my life). The bus also releases smoke which is very Black and thick. Am not sure if the bus is having proper registration and insurance, pollution check etc. Literally the travel operator had a physical fight with the co passenger when he asked to stop the bus for washroom. (The co passenger was a doctor)

      It is the same travel operator guy shouted and used abusive words when asked for AC or charging point.

      Now my question is I want a proper answer for all the my issues.

      Some of your social media team called and told that they will pay me 600rs for my loss.

      When I asked I need an update on the issue they just stated that we are working and also were not in a position to listen.

Although the bus company hasn't confirmed a full reimbursement, we can nevertheless provide you a waiver of INR 600 as you've already made the trip.

      For your information the bus has to start at 1 and reach by 5, unfortunately there was a break down and we had to wait for one hour on the roads to get it repaired. At 7pm and we were still 120 kms away from Bangalore. We have missed out our other commitments.

      I want a thorough check by ease my trip on the bus documents and provide me all the validation proofs. This ridiculous, the bus is on NL registration may I know which state this bus belongs to and how they are operating here ?

      For your information the bus reached Bangalore at night 10pm and with multiple break downs, running for fuel etc.

              I have book the ticket with one timing I got it with different timing I made immediate call to easy my trip customer support they did not help me I said this happen process me refund or give me other flight they keep telling me you will get call back make me wait for 13 hours the worst experience with easy my trip I was Existing customer still they did not listen to me .I raise this issue with my lawyer he will file case to them and will raise this to social media, Twitter I loop everyone, they should know what customers support means I was stuck in other place I called 10 times still no help they said talk to airlines when I called airlines they said this is easy my trip issue because booking is done by them …this is my bad experience with easy my trip

                I booked 2 tickets for a round trip from easemytrip from Chandigarh to Leh and Back, for 11 August to 18 August . I made a successful payment of Rs. 25678.00 and the Ticket's Status are in pending.                           I had booked 4 tickets from Goa to Delhi for the wrong date which was one month away and immediately after realising this mistake I called Air Asia which was the airline and I got help to cancel the flights. The airline told me that since these were SME fare tickets and not normal economy, they would only charge me 100/- rupees per passengers and 23, 188 rupees was transferred to EaseMyTrip. EMT only processed 10, 504 and the remainder has been with the back end team since June 22nd. Everytime I call in they tell me to wait for 24-48 for the refund of the remainder 12, 000 and that never happens. I have asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times but no one calls back in the promised duration or ever. EMT keeps advising that this was due to the airline however I called the airline and within they gave me an email confirmation and verbal confirmation of the cancellation charges and refund amount which I have forwarded to EMT for further help from my end however again today I am asked to wait 24-48 hours.

                          I do not understand that as a consumer, why are we being treated like this? Why would anyone want to use EMT moving forward? And why do your representatives have no clue what is going on??

                          I need a resolution on this ASAP.

                          PNR is DURD2S, the escalation number provided by you is not visible. I called EMT today and spoke to a rep named Raman Rajput who said the remainder amount of 10400 has been initiated by the airline on July 14th, could you please confirm these details? As I have not received any sort of text or email about this.

                            I have booked a multi city flight ticket through ease my trip, tickets booked were for 2 different airline. When I submitted my basic information like name, age, contact details Indigo airlines picked all the details correctly but there was a mistake in name on the Go Air ticket it read my name as "Rajat Rajat" instead of "Rajat Verma" first when i contacted the EMT customer care they said that i will have to reach out to the airline for name change and i did the same. Go Air charged me extra Rs.1900 for name change. Now this is not my fault why should i pay extra money to the airline. If it would have been my fault while booking the tickets the same should have been highlighted by Indigo as well but my Indigo ticket is perfect then how did Go Air picket my name incorrectly. Even after sharing multiple email to EMT there is no response.

                                Hi,

                                I had booked a spicejet return flight from Bangkok to Delhi for 26th June 2022 03:45 AM via EaseMyTrip.

                                While booking I had paid infant charges for my 6 month old baby. Upon arriving at the airlines check-in counter in Bangkok, I was notified that the infant charges were not paid/reflected in the Spicejet system which was a complete surprise since i had clearly paid the amount and thus, had the traveller details in the ticket.

                                But, I had to pay the addtional infant charges of 1435 baht for the infact at such last minute which caused a lot of inconvenience and hassle.

                                I had raised the query with Spicejet nodal office and got the invoice for the amount paid in cash.

                                So, I ended up paying double charges for the infant due to EaseMyTrip not paying the airlines charges for infant despite taking it from customer.

                                I have been raising the concern to refund the additional amount paid at the check-in counter to the customer care of EaseMyTrip since more than 7 days and it has been a real disappointment with the way query/concern has been addressed with no real intent to resolve the issue and refund the amount.

                                Seems like strategy is to keep dragging the customer and make him frustrated for his money. This is really shocking disappointing and pathetic from such a organization.

                                Kindly help and refund the additional amount paid.

                                Thanks for looking into the concern.

                                As discussed over call couple of days back, it has been a very unpleasant experience the way this refund issue has been handled by the customer support. There has been more than 15 mail threads exchanged but it seems there is no intent to solve the issue and it is all about making customer frustrate and harass.

                                As per communication, it was committed that refund of Rs 1600 would be done the next morning i.e yesterday 7th July 2022 but there has been no update on it afterwards. Was that also a way to pacify a customer but not really intending to resolve the complaint?

                                On second thoughts, I would prefer a complete refund as I do have shared all the necessary invoices for the amount paid to spicejet for the additional infant charges. Whatever issue is there seems to be between spicejet and EaseMyTrip and for that logically customer should not be made to face the harassment and keep chasing you guys.

                                Kindly consider and refund the amount of Rs 3253 paid at the check-in counter and for which the authentic invoice has been shared here and customer support multiple times.

                                Expecting some quick action on it and no further harassment.

                                  I did a train booking on 21st May 2022 and due to some issues it was rejected and also recieved mail regarding that,
                                  Booking ID : EMT99207739 Booking Status : Rejected

                                  Also stating that : Rs.3426.75 has been processed in your account. It takes 3-4 working days for refunded to reflect in your account.

                                  I wait till 7 days and call them they said payment gateway has some issue that will be fixed and they will provide refund soon. And then i call them so many times they always says that wait till 2 days and so on still not received refund after more than 1 months and 13 days..

                                  Kindly look into this matter and please stop these fake company so that normal people can also use the online services.

                                      While Booking & payment process - The Amount of ticket showing is Rs.4954/- including the Insurance amount.
                                      Flight details SpiceJet SG-8701
                                      Del - 07.20 am Mon-04July2022, Terminal 3, Indira Gandhi Airport New Delhi
                                      to
                                      Bom - 09.35 am, Mon-04July2022, Terminal 2, Chatrapati Shivaji Airport, Mumbai

                                      While booking & payment process, the confirmed amount of Ticket is Rs.4954/- & I pay the Amount through UPI id [protected]@paytm, till the payment was made, no extra amount charged information reflect on your website.

                                      But after the Payment done, The executive call & ask for extra payment of Rs.4000/- on Call.
                                      Which is denied by us.. And your customer care put our booking in reject list.

                                      While telephonic discussion with the executive on customer care no of easemytrip.. I RAISED A CONCERN THAT THESE TYPE OF ILLEGAL PRACTICE ON WEBSITE IS SUITABLE FOR THE COMPANY..
                                      EXAMPLE : SHOWING THE TICKET AMOUNT OF RS.4954/- ON WEBSITE & PAYMENT PROCESS WITH SAME AMOUNT RS.4954/-.. AND AFTER SOME TIME MAKING CALLS FOR EXTRA AMOUNT..

                                      THE TELECALLER ON CUSTOMER TOLD ME THAT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT THE WEBSITE IF SHOWING LESS AMOUNT..
                                      HE ASK ME TO PRODUCE THE SCREEN SHOT OF SYSTEM IN WHICH THE LESSOR AMOUNT IS REFLECTS.

                                      SO I AM PUTTING YOU TODAYS SCREEN SHOTS FOR THE LESS AMOUNT OF TICKETS.. GIVEN ON YOUR WEBSITE. DT 02/07/2022, CURRENT TIME
                                      ATTACHED THE PDF.FILE CLEARING THE LESS AMOUNT OF THE TICKET.

                                      THIS TYPE OF PRACTISE IS NOT LEGAL PROCEDURE, YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING MONEY IN WRONG WAY, IN FORM OF CANCELLATION CHARGES, AND BOOKING CANCELLATION AMOUNT EASE MY TRIP CHARGES. THIS PRACTISE OF PUTTING WRONG / FAKE PRICE ON THE WEB IS NOT LEGAL PRACTICE.
