Address: EaseMyTrip

I tried to book bus ticket Katpadi to Hyderabad from EaseMyTrip. Money debited from my account but ticked not booked. When I am trying to contact EaseMyTrip customer care through what’s up they are asking PNR.
Here my money debited from account. But I didn’t receive the ticket.
When I am trying to call customer care no response from their end..
I have attached screenshot for money debited from my account..
Pls advise someone what to do…

      Hello,
      I'm waiting for a very long time from the last conference call in which you people(Monika from EMT and Elly from Cathay Pacific) and you both agreed for full refund against the 24hr policy. Cathay Pacific lady told to cancel the flight and company will provide the full refund. But EMT didn't cancel the flight within 24hr, and due to some miscommunication 2 tickets were booked of same Person in same flight on same date. And you people have taken it for granted. This is not acceptable. You've to cancel one ticket and as you've told that you'll give full refund against cancellation. It's a hard earned money. Do not spoil your reputation by doing all this things, and breaking your customers promise. Kindly cancel one ticket and 100% refund it asap.         Issue: I have cancelled my flight for travel from Jakarta to Bali and Bali to Jakarta after getting confirmation from easemytrip over email and whatsapp that I will get full refund if I cancel it before 72 hours.

        After that as per the steps explained by them, I have applied the cancellation for the full refund. Now, last Friday I got email from easemytrip that my cancellation is rejected and ticket is open. I talked to their customer care and one of their customer care executive Shivani told me to again apply for a refund under same category, they have the confirmation from airlines now. Same thing she has communicated to me over whatspp. Now, its more than 3 days and I have been continuously following up with them and asking them to connect me with some senior person. I have spend almost 60, 000 INR on the tickets and their team is just revolving me round and round and not giving me the correct answer.

        Easemytrip has given me the confirmation for full refund over email so now it is your responsibility to connect with airlines and give me my refund back.

        I have talked to almost 10+ customer care executives and everyone comes up always with a new story.

        I request you to kindly look into this matter as 60K is not a small amount and its panicking me now alot. It is almost a month salary for someone.

        I am asking you team about the timelines and now its more than 2 weeks they were not giving me the timelines, Now they are saying it may take around 90-180 days to update though I have checked with the airlines and they have told me that they take 14-30 working days to process the refund but they cannot tell me the status of my application as I have booked tickets through easemy trip so I need to ask you guys only.

Further, we’re continuously following up with the airline and get back to you as soon as we get the update from the airline. Request your patience meanwhile.
        I am hearing this from your team from past 10 days. Why you guys cannot give me the timelines, every time I am hearing same message and you let customer care executive downs or have courtesy to connect with some of the seniors and they are just disconnecting my call

          I have booked the ticket with booking ID IMT[protected] through ur website from Delhi to Canada over Japan airline.
          In the last moment boarding pass desk was denied to travell because of transit visa required o[censored]SA, though, I have canada visa and regarding the transit visa website were not validated at the booking time as if it was required then why not taken the detail of that at booking time so that will not proceed my booking.
          Resulting that at last moment we have to booked another ticket in rush by another airline and cancelled the above ticket.
          My concern is regarding the refund amount has not processed as expected as It was the website flaw or was intentional.
          This is request to you please processed the refund with nominal cancellation charges so that going forward can maintain the relationship with ur website for going forward booking in future.

            I booked 3 tickets through easemytrip with booking id :- EMT[protected] which got cancelled and airlines falsely stated that customer cancelled tickets through their website. I immediately had to make new bookings due to this fraud which cost me higher 10000 Rs. as i would not get my visa issued without my return tickets. now easemytrip issued me refund for the tickets deducting cancellation charges of airlines 13500/- Rs. and 1500 Rs. of easemytrip. i got refund of my bookings which i had never cancelled. So When i asking for waiver of cancellation charges which i never cancelled easemytrip not giving me the same. i bared the cost of 10000 Rs. higher for making new bookings plus 15000 Rs. cancellation charges i want back. Easemytrip waiting for airline reply from 15 days and no reply from airline. A family Customer like me should be suffered from such fraud and should be given waiver and money back. Also attaching you a new bookings made at the same time due to this fraud for the proof.

              We are a group of 4 with Travel tickets booked by INDIGO carrier by Easymytrip.com. One flight from Shillong to Imphal was cancelled by the Airline due to some technical/logistics issues. The Airline refunded complete amount to Easymytrip.com. I received Invoice accordingly. But Easymytrip discounted Rs.3200/- in total and only refunded Rs.6604.
              My Flight details are as follows:
              1. Flight No : 6E - 7961
              2. PNR : MMYVYS
              3. Date : 16-Nov-2022
              4. GST Invoice Number : MG2222311AA02641

              This is a small amount and Easymytrip should NOT loose a loyal customer like me for a small amount of 3k.

              My ask is simple... Since the flight got cancelled by the airline, just give me full refund. Infact I had to incure many more expenses due to this as my complete onwards journey, hotel reservations had to be cancelled and replanned.

              Looking forward for a favourable response from your end.

              Else I will be a completely dissatisfied customer and will have to escalate this issue to other destinations like INDIGO and express my bad experiance thro various social channels.

                My flight was canceled by the airline on the 18th of Nov. 2022.
                I call EaseMyTrip (EMT) and registered a cancellation request.
                Then the worst part of my life started. I call after a week and EMT told me to get mail from the airline and so on. I do that. Then they started making me round and round. We didn't get a refund and so on, wait for 48 hrs / 72 hrs.

                As I recharged for international calls and call airline customer service (Jazeera). They already refunded on the same day to EMT (18th of Nov.)
                Also told me the amount they refunded. And mail too with written that they refunded.

                Even one day I call from EMT to say that my refund is initiated and got mail soon. But now they denied that they did not call me and the refund does still not get from the airline.

                how is it possible?
                Still day they told me to wait for 72 hrs and gave the same answer and did not at least contact the airlines from their end. I request them and they try to contact them hope so.

                  I had tried to make a flight booking from EaseMyTrip mobile app from PNQ to MAA for 9th Jan 2023 on 13th Dec 2022, The booking failed but the money got debited from my account four times. When I called customer care they are not cooperative and had no details of the refund. I also called my bank and provided the CRN number of the transaction and still, there is no resolution or proper response.
                  Rs 7334 was debited four times

                  Also, there is a booking that I had made on the 18th of Aug 2022, the flight was delayed and I had to cancel the ticket and was eligible for a full refund (also submitted the letter from Airline regarding a full refund), but to date, I have not received the refund amount

                  Rs 16712 refund pending since 18th Aug 2022

                    I have booked one flight ticket from Sharjah to Lucknow with a date of journey of the 3rd of November, booked on the 8th of September with a PNR of TPHIKW on an Indigo flight. Due to some personal issues, I had cancelled this ticket through the Easeasemytrip.com website.
                    As clearly stated on the website and on the ticket copy, the cancellation charges are INR 5, 000 before 72 hours of the flight departure and INR 5, 000 within 72 hours to 4 hours of the flight departure. As per this policy, I had cancelled my ticket on the 16th of October, as per policy they can charge me INR 4, 500 plus 500 (service charges), totaling INR 5, 000 which is mentioned in the ticket copy.
                    As per policy charges: INR 4, 500 +500 (service charges), = INR 5, 0000
                    Actual Charged me: INR 6, 597 (Paid amount INR 9, 898- Refunded Amount INR 3, 300)
                    Over Charges: INR 1, 597

                    Since the 9th of November, I have been asking for a refund of my extra charge amount, but they have still not given me a satisfactory answer.
                    My concern is, if you have mentioned the cancellation penalty on the website, why are you charging us more than the value? Who has authorized them to do that?
                    Find below commitment:
                    We would like to inform you that as checked we have already processed the correct refund to you as per airline fare rules. (on 10th Nov’22)
                    The sale purchase difference with airline is something that is borne by us. (on 12th Nov’22)

                    I have been trying to get a refund for the same since then, but I have not received any response from the Indigo team or Easemytrip team. I have sent multiple emails and called the customer service number multiple times, but I have not received any response.
                    As per easemytrip cancellation policy charges: INR 4, 500 +500 (service charges), = INR 5, 0000

                    I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a refund for the same. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a response at the earliest.

                        I wanted to use multiple Easemytrip vouchers, that I obtained by redeeming my HDFC Credit Card points. The customer rep on the phone said it should be possible, when I could not do it. He guided me to enter the first voucher number [protected] and click on "Redeem". After that, he asked me to enter the second voucher number [protected], and click on "Redeem". It replaced the first voucher. I dd not complete the transaction. Later, I got a mail from Mohd Zuber saying they only allow one voucher per booking. I asked him to refund the values to the 2 vouchers not used, and he promised it was done. It was not done when I checked again. After that, no one has replied to my emails and no one has refunded those vouchers. I am currently losing 5000 INR in those vouchers. The case number is EMT_[protected].

                          Dear team,

                          This is in reference to subject whereby I had booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Kochi on 10-Nov-22 for traveling date 19-Nov-22 for 6 passengers.

                          Post booking I observed that for 1 of the customer spelling was incorrect.

                          I immediately called your call centre and they confirmed that they have deleted the customer name from the PNR and there would be no charges.

                          I have not yet received the amount for the cancelled ticket.

                          Request you to check and revert.

                            I want CEO to hear calls taken by Zaid Ahmed on 02nd Dec early morning post 3:30AM to 7:00AM

                            He should be terminated from the organisation after hearing his call.

                              I have cancelled the ticket directly through Airline Vistara due to flight rescheduling on full refund basis and till now easemytrip has not processed my refund.

                                I was booking the ticket from leh to delhi through easemytrip. The total fare was showing 193 rupees. While booking the fare shows in rupees and payment deducted in AED. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Please refund my balance amount rupees 4105.75 (4298.75 - 193 =4105.75) as soon as possible because booking amount is only 193 rupees and deducted amount from my credit card is 4298.75. the screen shots are available with me

                                  Regarding booking id: EMT[protected]

                                  A few days before the flight date I requested Easemytrip if they could get me a full refund for medical reasons, and I was told that they would help, and to write to their customer care email address ([protected]@easemytrip.com) with the doctor's prescription attached. I was told that the request would be forwarded to the airline and I would be called back with a resolution. I received no callback, the flight day came and finally, the ticket was canceled due to a no-show which meant a Re 1 refund!

                                  Even if the airline did not agree to the refund, at the bare minimum Easemytrip should have informed me so that I could apply for a regular cancellation refund (non-medical) which would have meant at least a refund of 2, 000 to 3, 000

                                  I ended up losing that money because of their carelessness

                                  After that, I have already raised this issue twice with their phone customer care, but they say they can't do anything about it!

                                    Paid Preference Seat not shown while Web Check In

                                    I've booked the flight ticket (PNR- 5EALKO) from Hyderabad to Mumbai and added seat preference as 18F (window seat) and I paid ₹150/- more for this, and now when I try to web check in Vistara website, I get 22E (middle Seat) instead of 18F (window seat). And even after multiple there is no response from the customer service.

                                    I had tried to book bus ticket from Mumbai to Bengaluru from easemy trip. My amount is debited from my account but bus ticket is not booked.The status of bus ticket is rejected. So do needful.PFA bus ticket pdf.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I did my booking for mumbai to bangalore today at 1.37 am. Money got deducted but haven't got any condition email on booking or got any PNR.
