Air ticket booked by order no. EMT[protected] was cancelled as I fell sick and advised not to travel by doctor. Insurance claim documents for refund of cancellation charges ( around Rs.3000) were uploaded on 10th Aug'22. Got a call from CC (customer care-EMT) saying doctor's prescription was missing. uploaded the same immediately but again claim status kept showing rejected. on checking with CC, I was told the said document was missing and was asked to mail the same to "varsha.[protected]@easemytrip.com" and mail was sent immediately. The status still showing as " rejected" on 21st of Aug and checked with CC on 30th Aug, I was asked to upload all documents again ( 3rd time) when I explained the sequence, I was promised to get a call back from seniors immediately. Neither received call till now nor issue has been resolved. Request EMT to get the claim processed immediately and arrange refund. Thanks.
