Full description:
We had booked Multiple Tickets from the platform. Because of some issue we had to reschedule flights.
The Easemytrip platform surprisingly starts showing error when we try to reschedule and they ask to drop email for rescheduling where they have an offline team who does rescheduling.
They then share us any random price per Pax where we have to pay and then they do booking, If you don't reply on time next day they increase the price exorbitantly. However, when you check flight rates on the rescheduled date there is no difference still for no reason such a huge amount is charged by them.
Because you are stuck in such a situation we have to pay them or else full flight amount is gone. When we ask them to give us breakup of the charges there is no response from them.
They did this same thing for our 4 flights, in 1 of the booking I was able to reschedule from platform itself with proper rates, suddenly I get email after an hour to pay extra amount for tickets to be confirmed or they would cancel the tickets.
Desirable resolution: To Refund unfair amount charged to us & also give us justification for the incident instead of just mentioning it was Airline charges.
