Refund initiated by GoAir

This is in regard to my PNR RYZ2UJ which is canceled by GoAir due to operational issue. I have asked for a full refund which They have processed as per the email confirmation. They mentioned that it has been sent to Easemytrip. I have got no information about my refund yet. Same thing happened when I booked with MakeMyTrip and I have received the refund immediately without any followups...

Full not received refund

Iam not able to recieved the full amount from easemytrip.com, which Spicejtet had already refunded to easemytrip.com for the booking id EMT[protected]...

Compensation

I'm a physically handicapped person who needs an escort my husband Cedric Sean Abernethy. I was booked on flight UL 504 and my escort was booked on UL 506 on 17/7/2022 which was not intimated earlier. Hence our flight tickets had to be cancelled and rebooted for 18/7/2022. This has caused us much inconvenience above all mental trauma since we had to look out for accommodation and food expenses. Please compensate....

Refund problem

I booked a spicejet flight from mumbai to delhi, got the date wrong by mistake, immediately got it canceled within an hour, directly from the spicejet themselves. Very Bad travel support

Bus details from Tirupati to Bangalore on 31/07/2022 are PNR: 17451, Bus No: NL01B1040, Driver details: Ram Reddy Srl, [protected], Naveen Srl, [protected] - BITLA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED

1. Intially bus is yet to start at 1pm, but just 45 mins before it was told that bus will be delayed by 1 hour, and trust me there was no traffic jam at all.

EaseMyTrip's 'Transfer my wallet money to transfer' button is not working since 1 month!

I have been waiting to transfer my wallet money to my bank since June 28, 2022 (1 month now), I connected their customer care number twice, and they gave me the same response that they are working on it and this error has not been fixed even after waiting for 1 month....

Today I cut a ticket from Kolkata to Hyderabad and return but they debited the money twice for the same ticket.

Flights Status is still pending

I booked 2 tickets for a round trip from easemytrip from Chandigarh to Leh and Back, for 11 August to 18 August . I made a successful payment of Rs. 25678.00 and the Ticket's Status are in pending. They stated that it will take 30-40 minutes to update the status but it's been more than an hour since I haven't got any update on the same.

Airline Initiated Refund However EaseMyTrip is not processing the refund

I had booked 4 tickets from Goa to Delhi for the wrong date which was one month away and immediately after realising this mistake I called Air Asia which was the airline and I got help to cancel the flights. The airline told me that since these were SME fare tickets and not normal economy, they would only charge me 100/- rupees per passengers and 23, 188 rupees was transferred to EaseMyTrip. Refund for additional infant charges paid at the check-in despite paying while booking

I had booked a spicejet return flight from Bangkok to Delhi for 26th June 2022 03:45 AM via EaseMyTrip.

While booking I had paid infant charges for my 6 month old baby. Upon arriving at the airlines check-in counter in Bangkok, I was notified that the infant charges were not paid/reflected in the Spicejet system which was a complete surprise since i had clearly paid the amount and thus, had the traveller...
