    I used the website to book my tickets but it was not successful. I added all my details and selected everything required for my booking at the payment portal I added my credit card details and gave the otp too. My money got deducted for which I received a message from my bank but Easemytrip sent me the bellow message

      I Was Detected COVID POSITIVE a day before my flight from Manchester (UK) to Delhi.
      Airlines - British Airways
      PNR- 6M8TLR

      1. Since was not able to reach EMT I called up British Airways to cancel.

      2. They without any third party confirmation ensured me over RECORDED LINE that they have CANCELLED my flight and REFUND VOUCHER is in Process.
      3. Which they later checked and informed that they couldn't issue direct voucher since ticket was done by EMT. By this time my 24 hrs window to cancel ticket from my side was done and my ticked was marked NO SHOW.
      4. They asked if EMT will make a call and request my REFUND will be issued.
      5. I am following up from last 2 Months continuously over calls and emails with EMT to get my refund but all I am getting in return are automated messages.
      6. They are making NO EFFORT to get in touch with Airlines to get the Refund. If i had made direct flight through Airlines I would not be in this mess
      7. It is the responsibility of EMT to issue Refund. BA had confirmed over recorded line. The only reason I am not able to get my refund is because I booked through emt and couldnot reach them on time because of their poor customer care connectivity.

        Hello Team,

        This is with regards to my pending refund for PNR:RWNG3D from Hyderabad to Goa on 14th May 2022.

        I booked the ticket through Easemytrip.com. Alliance Air Cancelled the ticket as confirmed Ticket was not generated by Alliance Air. I had reached out to Easemytrip Customer Care and I was informed that the refund was pending from Easemytrip, com

        Further I was also advised by the Customer Service Executive (Alliance Air) to a raise a refund request.

        This is very Frustrating and Irritating. Its been almost 5 months since my Ticked got cancelled. I have still not received the funds.

        Kindly help.

          I have booked 2 Vistara flight tickets from New Delhi to Kolkata from easemytrip on 24th July and due to some reasons I had to cancelled the tickets after 2-3 hours. As fas as I am concerned I am entitled for a full refund. I have contacted the Vistara customer care and thay told me that they have cancelled the tickets on that same day and refunded the amount to easemytrip. Now when I contacted the easemytrip customer care for refund concern they are telling to provide an email confirmation from Vistara which Vistara is denying. It's just make no sense. Easemytrip people are just making fool out of people and scamming customers.

            Address: 460, F.I.E Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110092 (India).

            First of all, they charged a penalty amount of 6000 to reschedule my flight whereas the policy clearly states as well as their cc told me that within 24 hours it should be done free, but then one of their support ensured that this penalty I'll get as credits in my account. Due to some and then in flight due to lack of non-veg options I had to stay without food which caused me stomach pain for 3-4 days..now due to this bad experience I am trying to cancel the tickets from Washington to Delhi and will book some other airlines as I don't want to experience same trauma again and website clearly states that I should get around 49k for a refund but they ain't processing it now..

              My PNR number is MBBSYT
              I was overcharged for booking for which Go First has initiated refund to EaseMyTrip on 13th August which the EaseMyTrip customer care executive confirmed that they received the amount of 2768/- But EaseMyTrip is not initiating refund to me saying “There’s some technical error” and asked me to wait for 24hours. It’s 18th August today and I’m still given same reason and my query is not being solved. I’m suppose to receive my refund within 24-48hours.

                  During my booking and payment it Was shown i can carry 2 check in baggage and 1 cabin bag. But I am going to travel in 1 week. Now they are telling check with the airline's for baggage details. And my Airlines are claiming that I need to pay for my baggage.

                  Completely unfair from ease my trip.
                  There is no proper reply from their end.

                          Easemytrip gave me an option of getting lounge access on a flight from Mumbai(Terminal 2) to Bhopal, i selected that option only to find out at the airport that they do not have tie up with the lounge at this airport. When i spoke to their customer care executive he told that it is your fault you booked without checking online first about the lounge access. If I am booking a particular ticket for a flight that is flying from terminal 2 and they are charging me for lounge access, they should be liable to provide me with the same or they should remove that option from site.

                            We are newly settled in UK & we had booked this flight through ease my trip to bring our daughter to UK. We had planned the flight on 12/08/2022 & it was a non refundable ticket.
                            Few days back when my wife colleague asked about the trip, then only we realised the trap & our misfortune. There was a requirement of Transit VISA in Germany or other wise traveler will be sent back to UK. On enquiry it was understood that we have to go to German Embassy in London for the VISA & it will take minimum 2 weeks to get VISA & there was only a week left to travel. Then we had to book another ticket of 770 pounds & didn't get the refund on 478 pounds.
                            My complaint is why didn't the company inform about the transit VISA issue while booking the ticket. Other companies like booking for Air France they are mentioning about it. We wouldn't have booked the flight, if we had known about this. Company should give refund us the air ticket fare as its not our fault that we booked flight through your website & company didn't give us proper information.
                            We request easemytrip to refund us the fare & also make proper rectification in the website to avoid mistakes like this in future.

                              GST Invoice not provided by easemytrip of the amount they have charged

                              Dear Sir

                              Myself and Sh. Arun Kumar travelled with following flight details
                              Air PNR:- 69EJ43 (Invoice from Easemytrip attached), Ticket Number:[protected] /[protected]

                              Ease my trip charged for Airfare Rs 7668/-, taxes Rs 910/-, K3 (airport fee) Rs 390/- and as a service provider a service fee of Rs 300/- each. on this a discount of Rs 800 was provided on each ticket. We had paid an amount of Rs 16156/-...

                                  I booked with EMT for a Hotel stay. And I was provided booking confirmation ID and hotel booking ID by EMT. But on enquiring the hotel, hotel authority refuses any booking as there are no vacancies. This Fraudulent agency now refuses to acknowledge my problem and doesnot initiate the refund of my payment inspite of calling them continuously on their customer support number from past 48 hours. My advise the website is a SCAM. Donot waste your money by booking with them. The Customer support is a BLUFF. They give false promises but do nothing. DONOT CHOOSE EASE MY TRIP.

                                      I had booked a ticket through easemytrip app from Pune to Hyderabad. And ticket got confirmed with Rahul travels. When i went to boarding point Bus operator didn't allowed me to bus and said there is no availability. Strange thing is for confirmed ticket how they can say no availibility.
                                      And they are not ready to provide my allotted seats as they already sold out to non-booked candidates for high amount.
                                      I didn't believed how easemytrip taking responsibility of their respective user using their services.
                                      And i didn't get any refund amount. Please help me with that issue.
