I had booked flight tickets through easemytrip for travel date of 20th June, 2020 vide e-tickets as given below:

The flight was cancelled by the operator "Air India" on account of Nationwide lockdown due to covid-19 pandamic. I was compelled to apply for refund. Till today, i.e. 5 February, 2021, I am continuously chasing them by mail but they keep telling me stories every time I request them to refund.

    I had booking issue by using wallet option . I have send the mail to [protected]@easemytrip.com after provind screenshots and wallet transaction id i didnt receive any response and now after getting such response and behaviour from customercare i dont have any faith in easemytrip regarding keeping balance in easemytrip wallet. i need to transfer my total wallet balance to my account asap. kindly please understand my situation and concern and help me out with this. there is no response from customercare department and as some systems are change for which call coulnt get transfer and senior people are so busy that they are not able to give a call back after asking to connect.

        My flight was cancelled by the airlines on 25th March PNR NO.BQ7PVR and the amount is showing refunded in the ease my trip site but I haven't got any amount refunded and even in the wallet also it is showing zero balance whenever I call their customer care they are not resolving the issues they are just making excuses and blaming me

        Your wallet transfer amount is already rejected.

        We would like to inform you that the wallet to account transfer can only happen to the traveler’s account. Thus, only upload the traveler’s information. (Scanned copy of Cancelled cheque or passbook or bank statement)
        Secondly, the details that you upload should be clear so that it can audited as per regulatory requirements

          I made a Spicejet flight booking through EaseMyTrip for 28th March 2020 (Pune-Bengaluru): SG-519 and return the next day (Bengaluru-Pune): SG-9424. Due to COVID-19 the flight never took off and hence on 17th Jan 2021 i initiated a cancellation request expecting full refund as per GOI guidelines, to my utter shock and disbelief EaseMyTrip is refusing to refund the amount saying it's in the Credit Shell and i will have to make another booking against that amount and no refund can be initiated.

          I have no plans to travel and would rather like to get the refund at the soonest possible.

          Please help me in this regards.

            I have cancelled one flight ticket with PNR no: CEHD5V.
            But amount is not credited to my account. But the status shows amount refunded.
            From last Five months I am requesting for refund through telephone, Email and telephone. Always I am getting reply that It is processing and will rectify the issue.
            But still amount not credited in my account.
            Please do the needful.

              I cancelled my two flights(pnr no. AEUL5K and HWEP5H) on 22 nov 2020 through easemytrip agency.They told me that your refund will be processed within a week.
              After one month i started writing complaint regarding refund, they always reply that your amount has been refunded pls contact bank.Then I personally contacted with bank but they told me that they have not recieved any amount and they will not able to check without any transaction details.
              I have been using netbanking and daily checking my bank statement but there is no any refund amount recieved from easemytrip.I also contact spicejet and indigo and they told me that your refund has been completed to easemytrip on 24 nov 2020 (mail attached herewith).
              It has been 2 months past and i am not recieved my refund amount. This has been a humble request to said travel agency to pls initiate my refund as i am facing financial problem.

                Refund for flight ticket booked in the month of feb 2020 for travel date in april 2020 was not satisfactory by Easemy trip. As the reason for cancellation is flight cancelled by airlines it should be full refund as per government norms but they deducted convenience fees and redeem amount which shouldnt be th ecase.

                  One of my flights for Dec 26 booked through Easemytrip was cancelled. The airline provided a full refund, and did not deduct the cancellation fees as the flight was cancelled by them. I have proofs for the same. However, Easymytrip deducted the cancellation fee and made a partial refund.

                  Which certainly means that the remaining amount is with Easmytrip. I have contacted them at least 50 times through Whatsapp, Customer care phone and email and even through Twitter. Every time, I receive the same response, "Please allow us some time to check."

                  They are just playing around.

                    This is my complaint regarding my flight ticket booked from Indore to Bangalore today, INR 4341/- has been deducted from my account and they haven't confirmed my ticket.

                    I tried calling customer care but no one picked, Tried reaching live WhatsApp service but nobody responded, mailed them my complaint but they do not even register my complaint.

                        Dear Team at Easemytrip

                        I have choosen 8th feb as my return ticket date and after payment made i got a ticket which is for 8th March 2021.

                        I spoke with Samrudhi Ahuja within few minutes after recieving the message and ticket, she said you contact to airline and mail to [protected]@easemytrip.com

                        This is really very very poor service from Easemytrip.com and also a clear cheat to the public.

                        I urge strongly not to use this site for any kind of travel booking.

                        I also spoke with Airasia agents they said they have got the date as 8th march from easymytrip.com and told me to speak with travel agent.

                        Here it is a clear cut cheating from this easemytrip.com

                        I repeat if this easymytrip company is not giving my refund or changing my date then i will expose them in all the social media from tomorrow onwards.

                          I am addressing this complaint to notify the deprived way of customer handling from ease mytrip.com. For the last couple of weeks their team is exchanging the mails without any confirmation and direction on refund of ticket cancellation.

                          As per the records it is very clear that due to incorrect mail id given at the time of booking i am facing the refund / transfer issues from the wallet to my bank account. The same has been addressed to their numerous customer care executives over phone and mail with reference of earlier mail correspondences.

                          In the initial trailing mails, it was informed that once the airline has refunded the amount it would be automatically refunded to out account which were not happen irrespective of numerous mails and reminders. Later it had been advised to provide the cancelled cheque copy o[censored]ndersigned along with detailed mail for the refund which were also not worked out with out continuous follow ups. After continuous mail it was informed that its under process with back end and shall be provided soon.

                          Unfortunately now come up with a new shocking reply that to provide the refund i have to submit copy of cancelled cheque of passenger. All the payment and ticket details are readily available infront of your desktop and these type o[censored]nhealthy practices cannot be accepted.

                          Need a better clarification on the same irrespective of exchange of mails and also request to process the refund with out further delay.

                            As cited above subject.

                            I was booking Flight Ticket from easyMyTrip.com on Booking Date : Saturday, December 19, 2020, and Booking ID : EMT77673394 for four persons.

                            Unfortunately, I have been cancelled for two persons out of four tickets. The ticket has refunded only two persons fair.

                            During checking/departure time at the Airport, we show the ticket for two persons, they are saying that the ticket has been cancelled list. We could landing using our tickets.

                            So, kindly refund the amount. If our tickets has been cancelled. Otherwise any action.

                              As per the covid norms my ticket has been got cancelled automatically as the company said you would get refund amount on dec 21 of 2020 they said they have already been refunded the amount but till now i didn't recieved any of the amount im ready to prove by sharing screenshot of my transaction history which the ticket has been booked and on the same account they are saying they have been refunded i don't no whom they have refunded they are going on saying they have refunded but i didn't recieved any amount i have called n number of times then also they are saying the same thing the amount has been refunded my name kushal kumar from hyderabad tel- [protected], my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, and my pnr is MP62MH please i request to give refund of my amount as soon as possible its been a long period of time and this guys are saying they have refunded it please have strict action on these cheaters amd fraudsters!!! Untill i die i never book any tickets on this ### application i wll go further and inform everyone to uninstall this fraud

                                They are fraud anyone don't book any ticket from there...

                                  I phone on 8th Jan around 3pm to ask condition to reschedule my Indigo flight from 11th to 13th.Goa Bangalore.
                                  I was informed I will need to pay 400.
                                  I said I will reconfirm next day.
                                  nothing was told to me that I had to do it 72 hours before my flight.
                                  on my ticket it is written :reschedule :0
                                  and they show cost for cancellation.
                                  no mention of cost for rescheduling.
                                  I was very upset when I called today and they say it will cost 5600 inr

                                    I have booked my Goair journey ticket using Easemy trip web link, due to covid flight being cancelled. i had rescheduled the ongoing ( ahmedabad- kolkata) journey ticket using Goair web link, but received a message that my return journey ticket (PNR:-C9672D) was cancelled by airlines. I had asked at Ahmedabad Goair counter regarding cancellation of the ticket, they had informed that the ticket was cancelled by easemytrip.
                                    I had never informed to Goair or easemytrip regarding ticket cancellation.
                                    i wanted to reschedule my return journey ticket but unable to do that then Easemytrip customer care suggested for cancellation the ticket, i had followed the same.Later they informed money will be received to my Wallet but there was no money, and they had cheated me.
                                    Easemytrip creating trouble for passengers and creating a bad name for GO-air.
                                    Please do needful as soon as possible.

                                      Easemytrip has not been Refunded my complete amount (2828) as flight was cancelled and they are deducting convenience and service fee which should not allowed in case flight got cancelled, this is not a part of fare details which i have received feom there website, However Indigo has refunded full amount(2966) to ease my trip but Ease my trip only refunded 2328 and difference amount 500 is still pending. Kindly help

                                      They loot there customers by providing vague information on there website

                                        Ticket ( Booking ID EMT[protected] was booked on 22nd May, 2020 for Flight Air India scheduled departure on 27th May, 2020 . Due to COVID lockdown, Air India cancelled the flight and the passengers could not travel . Have done plenty follwups with Ease Mytrip and Air India both but till now means more than 7 months i have not yet received my refund . Everytime Ease Mytrip says Air India has to approve then only they can process the refund . When i contacted Air India, everytime they says i have booked ticket with Easemytrip and they will process the refund and they have already approved everything from their end . This is real harassment for my hard earned money . So i complain here and claim now Rs. 15000 ( Actual is Rs. 9226 + harrassment charges extra ) . Please do the needful ASAP as till nobody bothered to refund my money yet .
