I've booked two tickets from the EaseMyTrip website and got a confirmation email for one. I don't have a booking ID (EMT ID) for the second booking. It showed that confirmed ticket on webpage at the time of booking, but haven't received any confirmation email or PNR number.
I've two bookings with EaseMyTrip
1. 17 Feb 2021 - COK to LHR [booked on 23 Jan 2021]
2. 03 Jul 2021 - LHR to COK [booked on 26 Jan 2021]
I've confirmation for the first one (i.e. COK to LHR) But didn't get the email confirmation for the second one (i.e. LHR to COK scheduled on 3 Jul 2021).
When we contacted the EaseMyTrip customer care, via email and call, they said either the booking or transaction is not there in the system, so they couldn't do anything. And cannot track any such ticket or payment transaction on the given email id or phone number.
Below is the detail of the deducted transaction (for the second booking, on 26 Jan 2021):
