Last 3 months I am following up for my money deduction but no proper response yet.It seems this company started cheating .my credit note value worth rs.4.1 k issued by indigo but these cheater credited only 2.7k. I am only getting no response upon my follow up for last 3 months.

May god shut your company you cheaters.
I shared everything from my cn copy to booking id, still no proper reply.

May almighty shut down your org.

    I had booked Air Vistara via Ease MY Trip from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 6th April 2020 for myself and my wife Anuradha Puri. PNR : P6ALVV

    Due to Govt Announced Lockdown, flight was cancelled.

    While I have received MUM-IXC refund on Indigo ( also through EaseMyTrip), I have not received the Vistara Refund even though Vistara Customer Care has confirmed on 16 Nov that they have paid you.

    You are requested to kindly refund my amount immediately.

        Hello,
        I had created an account on easemytrip which I don't use at all. Since, they don't have an option to delete on their site so, I mailed them regarding this issue thrice but all I get in reply is "we've forwarded this to concerned authorities". I've been all but patient for past 3 months but this is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

          I had booked air ticket for Rs3066 under PNRno HCCSUW for travel from jammu to srinagar on 181220 through go airbut due to bad weather the flight was cancelled by air line itself as such i was entitled for full refund on account of cancellation of air ticket
          But surprisingly i received refund of Rs2797 only against booking amount of Rs3066 .
          I therefore request kindly arrange to refund me remaining amount of Rs269

            I book round trip from chennai to srinagar and srinagar to chennai.on feb 3rd 2021 from chennai and feb 9th return.As air Asia cancelled flight on 3rd feb.I want to reschedule or cancel my ticket oly from chennai to srinagar.Ease my Trip WHATS APP CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD TO CANCEL ON MY BOOKINGS. THEY DIDN’t guide me properly. I cancelled and showed as chennai to srinagar I cancelled but my return ticket also cancelled with it but I didn’t click my return ticket. I attached screen shot of ease my trip app shows that newdelhi to srinagar MY RETURN PNR BUT IT IS NOT RETURN FLIGHT. But it’s airasia flight.They cancelled my ticket and return amount sent my my 6, 600/- amount waste my time waste. I contact for several time but they said you cancelled you cancelled. But I cancelled only for chennai to srinagar. I have proof of screen shot with me

              Easemytrip has not been Refunded my complete amount(10741) as flight was cancelled due to covid and they are deducting convenience and service fee which should not allowed in case flight got cancelled. However Airasia has refunded full amount(10741) to ease my trip. Ease my trip only refunded 7594 and difference amount 3147 is still pending. Kindly help ?

                  Fraud/Scam: Worst service I have ever experienced

                  I travelled to Dubai, and tried to extend my hotel stay. I searched different websites with offers to book the hotel and easemytrip was showing 500INR less than other travel website. So, I have made a booking and I got status as pending.

                  After 1hour or so, someone one from easemytrip called me and saying hotel has increased the prices and asking to pay 2500 INR extra to confirm the booking.

                  My flight of air Asia from Jaipur to Hyderabad on 18 dec2020 has been cancelled. Airline is giving option to change the Da te without any extra charges= but ease my trip is charging full amount less 1300

                    I made Jio recharge through their app and the money got deducted but recharge not done and they are not refunding my money.
                    I have done 20 tweets called their cx care 10 times mailed them thrice but reply is same every please allow us sometime what is that sometime?How these companies work as an enterprise by doing fraud.

                      I rescheduled my flight for performing journey from visakhapatnam to Ahmedabad via Mumbai on 27.12.2020. The difference amount of Rs.3297 has been debited from my account. neither ticket was booked nor amount was refunded.

                        Amount has been send to easemytrip from SpiceJet. I have mail copy of SpiceJet.
                        But from Easemytrip not sending my amount to same account by which transaction has been done.

                        When i am asking they keep send mail to do online transaction. Why they cant transfer to same account from where they got the money for the Booking?

                        I can show that in your portal no option to transfer to bank.. I have send screen short also.. I notice that lots of Complain from people about not refunding the amount by Easemytrip.

                          We had booked airline tickets through Easemytrip portal for our travel from Delhi to Hyderabad on 12 Feb 2020 i.e Booking Id: EMT74100586. Our travel dates were 07 April 2020 from Delhi to Hyderabad and 12 April 2020 from Hyderabad to Delhi. The booking amount was paid through my Axis Bank Credit and an amount of Rs 16908/- was paid to Easemytrip for our tickets.
                          Due to lockdown, we could not travel and as per GOI guidelines, we have requested Easemytrip executives to refund the due amount. After a prolonged mail correspondence, they have informed us that an amount of Rs, 15, 360/- will be refunded after deducting the booking charges etc. They have confirmed us that our refund was processed for an amount of Rs. 15, 360 with refund date as 13 October 2020 and Transaction reference ID :[protected]. I have checked my credit card account and confirmed them multiple times that the refund amount is not credited. Even the Axisbank executives have confirmed that no so refund was reflected in my account.
                          Many mails/reminders to Easemytrip had not yielded any results. This company seems to harass the costumer to core and not bothered to refund the amount.

                          Hi,

                          It has been more than 1.5month, i have not received any reply or refund from Easemytrip. It appears that they do not wish to refund my money.

                              Hello,

                              This is my complaint regarding my flight ticket booked from Dehradun to Mumbai today against booking id EMT77286738, INR 17726 has been deducted from my account and they haven't confirmed my ticket.

                              I tried calling customer care but noone picked, Tried reaching live whatsapp service but nobody responded, mailed them my complaint but they do not even registered my complaint .

                              I am stuck in between, I have to travel and there are only two fligts operating from my place . I cant even book another ticket since my payment is stuck.

                              Resolve this ASAP.

                                I booked two international tickets on Emirates via EaseMyTrip for travel in the months of July/August (Booking ID- EMT71234463 and EMT[protected]. However the airline had cancelled both these flights due to COVID. Emirates airline has clearly mentioned in their COVID waiver policy, posted on EaseMyTrip, that these tickets are eligible for full refund without any penalty.

                                We were asked by the EMT team via email to raise the cancellation request on the app, with the option “flight cancelled by airline- full refund”
                                I was also told that if the airline refused the full refund option, that the ticket will be kept open for the duration as per the policy( which is 760 days as per emirates)

                                This is the official Emirates COVID waiver policy on EMT’s website- https://www.easemytrip.com/EmiratesCOVID19TravelWaiverPolicy.pdf

                                However few days after requesting cancellation, we get an email from EMT saying that they’ve processed:
                                - a refund of Rs159 (Airline cancellation fees Rs7749 and EMT service fee Rs500) for a ticket costing Rs8407

                                and

                                - a refund of Rs1856 (airline cancellation fees 21062) for a ticket costing Rs22, 918.

                                I contacted EMT and they seem to be delaying proceedings and giving stupid excuses for the minimal refund processed.

                                So I finally contacted Emirates directly and was told that the airline has clearly mentioned to all travel agents that they are not taking cancellation fees and that my tickets are eligible for full refund. Emirates is also shocked that EMT is unaware of the policy and is playing games with customers money.

                                This is pure fraud where the EMT team is trying to avoid paying the full refund when the airline has instructed the same, and delaying settling the matter.

                                I seek urgent addressing of this concern and the appropriate refund as per Emirates official COVID waiver policy, as the flight was cancelled by the Airline due to the travel ban imposed in India

                                If travel agents this they can commit fraud with the money of their customers, they need a reality check, and need action to be taken.

                                Kindly look into this matter urgently.

                                  Airlines has cancelled my flight two and Fro. However, no refund made yet. Made several follow-ups but no luck. My Rs.15, 879 is stuck. If the transaction is 6 months old and my bank is not accepting refund please initiate an alternate way of getting my refund.

                                    I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bengaluru (for 21st Dec 2020)on GoAir, through SBI netbanking . My entire amount got debited but ticket has not been booked..please help me to get refund of my money.here I am posting the message that I got from SBI after successful payment
