Refund not provided after money deducted but booking not confirmed

I tried to book a flight ticket on 11/10/2020, amount got deducted but did not get booking confirmation or ticket.

Sent a email to [protected]@easemytrip.com on 23/10/2020, got a reply with booking id but did not get any refund yet. It is more than 15 days now....

Its being nearby 1month i didnt got my refund ammount Rs.3300.00, and i have tried almost morethan 15times to cc care, there is no proper response.
i have booked ticket on 10th Oct (ticket charges..Rs..4337.00)and i have cancelled with in 1hr, then i have spoke to Airasia Airlines they told we have completely refund your Ammoune Rs.4337 to Easymytrip.Easymytrip refund to me only 1037.What is the ### this company not refunding ammount...

Flight Cancellation Refund not yet processed

I have 2 PNR's cancelled by Airline due to Covid. Both of them were refunded to Easemytrip by the Airlines but not yet credited to my account. I have contacted the Easemytrip multiple times for this request but they keep asking me to wait... It's almost 10 days and nothing has been refunded yet though on app it say already refund has been processed.
PNR: LLIQ8Q and X5B6VT.
BLR-IDR round trip....

Refund not received from easemytrip

I have booked flight on 11 September for a flight on 15th September from Hyderabad to Nagpur. But due to some reasons it was cancelled by indigo for a full refund. But I have not received my refund from easemytrip yet....

Refund Not Issues Yet for PNR JDYGTK

I had booked flight ticket on Indigo on 12.03.20 containing PNR : HWPCFH. But due to the intense COVID situation I cancelled the ticket on 18.03.20.The flight is cancelled later by the concerning authority. But as I cancelled it earlier the refund amount was 1678 INR after deduction of CANCEL CHANGE FEES OF 1380 INR. But still till date I have not got any refund....

PNR j3q9y6. Vistara flight booked through EaseMyTrip. Airline confirmed they refunded on 7th September 2020 but EaseMyTrip is not giving me my money back. I have called many many times. They keep saying they will escalate it and arrange a call back. They are just not giving me my refund. I don’t know what to do. I need help....

Refund - XHRBMC

I had booked flight ticket in couple of months back. Due to lockdown indigo has cancelled the flight and refund had initiated. However, as I booked through easymy trip, amount has been sent to them. So, I have raised a refund request to easymy trip team for my refund. No one is responding properly, Its been more than a month. I have sent couple of follow up emails and everytime receiving same response stating that concern team is working....

Refund Status - SNEZHN

Your team had informed that I'll get my refund within 1 week and it's been more than 2 weeks as of now but still I haven't received any kind of refund. Whenever we are trying to reach out to you whether it is WhatsApp or call we are getting same message that its in process and concerned department is working on it, money will be refunded within 1 week. Please don't force me to take strict action on your travel agency or to escalate this issue...

My pending Refund

I had booked my tickets for indigo flight from Mumbai to Dehradun during the 22 June 2020 and as the flight had been cancelled then we cancelled the ticket and called for refund. But after numerous messages on their current what’s number we got back the amount regarding 3 tickets that was around 22000 but still 1 ticket amount 7000 rupees had not been refunded and now it’s been month of October that is 6 months...I am tired and annoyed...

I hv canceled my ticket 2 months back but didnt get my refund yet plz do necessary action about it otherwise i will complaint against u i hv call on ur contect but nobody responding this is very irritating and never face problem like this. Is this yr standerd servise for customer.it is more 65 days. After this i hv booked another ticker from Amazon and canceled that also they refund amount within 7 days but ur services not upto the mark....

Bus ticket booking

I have booked a ticket from Marthandam to Dharapuram on 01/09/2020. I paid and got the ticket. The bus operator name is PSS travels. Later i got message from operator that the bus trip is cancelled. But till now i didnt receive the refund money. I have contact your customer care two times . Now i couldnt reach your customer care executives and didnt get any response in your whatsapp number also. Worst service....
