I Booked my indigo Flight ticket through EaseMyTrip in the month of March with PNR No.-IW18SK, But due lockdown the flight was cancelled, the Indigo was refund my total amount 17256/- to EaseMytrip in the month of July. Today is 4th november, the EaseMyTrip not refunded my amount to me...I call or request several time to easemytrip but there is no response from their end...

from last 3 months their customer representative give only one answer that your refund request is in under process and you will get with in 7 working days..

        A journey from Bagdogra to Lucknow and back was booked vide PNR No. OQFNSE and booking ID: EMT [protected]. However, due to COVID 19, flight were cancelled. I inquired from the airline i.e. Indigo, they informed me that an amount of Rs 5924/- was refunded to easemytrip. But Easemytrip has not refunded the money to me even after many request over [protected]@easemytrip.com. Neither II am getting any solution from customercare

          I had some 8 tickets booked for the month of May and the airlines were not operating that time due to the corona guidelines. But it has been more than 7 months now and I still have not been refunded the amount. The amount of my ticket is Rs.28196.

            I have booked a flight via EMT (EMT[protected] but due to COVID-19 issue need to cancel it. As per Indigo, they have refunded the amount of 4832 on 29th March 2020. Today is 31st Oct 2020, till the money has not come back to me. I am tired of sending emails to them as they don't bother to reply. When I use to chat in their Customer care Whatsapp they have the same response of "dear sir please wait for next 5 to 7 working days" I don't know how days are defined in EMT. 29th March to 31st Oct is approx 210 days but still, they need time. Last response was "dear sir you will have to wait" This is an unethical way of doing business and there is the word for this kind of behaviour in English called Fraud or Cheating. When you have got the money back from Indigo how come you are not passing it back to the customer for 7 months?

              I had scheduled my flight for Chennai to Mumbai via Easemytrip.com on 26 th April. But due to lockdown, the flights were unavailable. Now when I am trying to reschedule the flight, it says invalid ID. The customer care number is of no use. I have been calling the customer care no so many time. But no executive comes on the call. nor the Whatsapp chat is of any use. I would like refund of my money. My booking ID is EMT70314796.

I have contacted the Easemytrip multiple times for this request but they keep asking me to wait...                         Easemytrip customer executive has given me a call today and asked to wait another 5-7 days for the same for my refund to be processed that is till 5th October. Not sure whybthe team needs 15 days for a 2 simple refunds to process.
                        Please assist urgently to resolve this issue by escalating it to higher authority.
                        I don't want to keep waiting and waste my energy on this.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I canceled my booking on 07/10/2020, Details are as follows:-

                                      Booking ID: EMT72386813
                                      Booking Date: Saturday, March 28, 2020
                                      PNR No- CMQEWN
                                      Email Id - [protected]@gmail.com

                                      However, the Status showing refunded, and the amount is not credited to my EMT wallet.

                                        Address: BUILDING NO 223,PATPARGANJ INDUSTRIAL AREA DELHI NCR

                                        I had booked flight ticket on Indigo on 12.03.20 containing PNR : HWPCFH. But due to the intense COVID situation I cancelled the ticket on 18.03.20.The flight is cancelled later by the concerning authority. But as I cancelled it earlier the refund amount was 1678 INR after deduction of CANCEL CHANGE FEES OF 1380 INR. But still till date I have not got any refund.
                                        EaseMyTrip.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
