We had booked the following tickets from Bagdogra to Mumbai for travel on 3/5/2020.
1. Mr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta PNR no NEFZ2N
2. Mr. Radhey Shyam Falod PNR No LCRWUG
However I have not received the refund the same though Airline is telling that they have refunded the same to you as per the following email.

With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that in above mentioned PNR we have initiated the full refund of INR 8, 131 & INR 8, 131 from our side to your travel agent dated 15-Feb-21 & 17-Feb-21 respectively. This further shall be refunded to you as per their terms of contract.
Further, for PNR J7CTJV we have initiated the full refund and same shall be reflect to your travel agency within 2 weeks for refund claims. The refund amount will be as per their terms of contract.
