Dear Sir,

We had booked the following tickets from Bagdogra to Mumbai for travel on 3/5/2020.
1. Mr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta PNR no NEFZ2N
2. Mr. Radhey Shyam Falod PNR No LCRWUG

However I have not received the refund the same though Airline is telling that they have refunded the same to you as per the following email.

Further, for PNR J7CTJV we have initiated the full refund and same shall be reflect to your travel agency within 2 weeks for refund claims. The refund amount will be as per their terms of contract.

Hi,

Like to inform you that I had made the cab booking from Patna Airport to Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Bodhgaya.
The total fare from Patna Airport to Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Bodhgaya was Rs.3343/-, out which I had paid the partial amount of Rs.502/- online and the balance was to be paid Rs.2841/-.’

During booking it was mentioned at Dirvers are professionals: “ Experienced and polite drivers with well-serviced, comfortable cabs.
And the driver will wear mast, and the Cab will be neat and clean.

To my surprise the Dirver of the Car, was not wearing mask, THE AC OF THE CAR WAS NOT FUNCTIONING (AS INFORMED BY THE DIRVER) THROUGH OUT THE JOURNEY THE AC WAS NOT PUT ON. THIS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM EASY MY TRIP.
THE CAB WAS NOT ALL CLEAN. THERE WAS A WHITE CLOTH ON WHICH THERE WERE PAN DROPS.

I HAD ALL THE CALL CENTER ON PHONE NO.:[protected] TIME 12.08 ON 23RD FEB, 2022 AND INFORMED THE CALL THAT THE AC IN THE CAR IS NOT FUNCTIONING. (TATA NEXON WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE A NEW CAR). THE DIRIVING WAS VERY RASH, AS HE HAS TO PICK UP SOME ONE FROM GAYA BEFORE 6.00PM. THE CALL CENTER INFORMED ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER. BUT TO MY SURPRISE I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER NOR THE CALL CENTRE OF EASYMY TRIP.

WILL THE EASYMY TRIP RETURN THE MONEY FOR THE AC WHICH WAS NOT FUNCTIONING ALL THRU THE JOURNEY.

AWAITING FOR YOUR REPLY AND THE REFUND FOR THE AC WHICH WAS NOT FUNCTIONING.

FURTHER AT THE END OF THE JOURNEY, THE DIRIVER WAS ASKING FOR EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS.500/-, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO CHANGE IN PICK UP AND DROP LOCATION.

I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM EASYMYTRIP.

    Airline agency confirmed that there is no charge for seats but EaseMyTrip has taken extra charges for 3 seats - INR 950. Even this extra charge is also not mentioned in the tax invoice of EaseMyTrip, which means you have taken extra charges without any reason.

    Requesting to please refund the amount.

      I have booked 2 tickes (Air India) on 13 april 2020 and due to corona the flight got canceled by the airlines for which i have requested refund from ease my trip from which i booked the tickets, till date(28-june-2021) EASE MY TRIP is not refunding my money back and if i ask them they say only refund for only 1 ticket will be given, even though AIR INDIA gave complete refund for the cancellation of tickets due to corona lockdown. Whenever i call and ask the customer care they just make fool and no refund. I request customer not to book tickets with ease my trip as they will not going to help u and is just a fool of their customers and time wasting company. You should directly book tickets with some reliable companys or directly by Airlines.

        Can you please ensure that customer’s money is returned in full? I have been following up with customer care since May 25th to return complete 3410 Rs and your customer care people keep telling me EaseMy trip has returned full amount however ICICI bank has eaten my 5 Rs. In my account statement I can clearly see only a transfer of 3405. If 5 Rs has not been credited in my account how can bank take the money. I have confirmed on this with the bank as well and bank has confirmed that ICICI has not taken my money. I am tired of following up on this with your customer care folks who only call up and harass me and tell me money has been returned which is not the case. Can you please help your harassed customer?           This is regarding the booking EMT83655714 made on June 12th from DBR-BOM. The final fare displayed was Rs 3943 but the payment debited was Rs 4298. I immediately called your support team and was informed to send an email with screenshot. Luckily, I had screenshot available which I sent them. After multiple interaction, the support team escalated the issue. However, I'm yet to receive an update from them. It's been over a week now still no response. Kindly look into it or I'll post this on social media and aware users how you do fraud with them.

            The flight was cancelled by the airline, but only partial refund for one passenger was still not processed in spite of expiry of 10 days deadline (infact more than a month is over).

            Please refund my amount immediately.

              Dear team, I have cancelled my ticket PNR 525PND(air vistara) also mentioned the e ticket EMT82896619. It’s been more than 25days and I am still waiting for the refund amount. On contacting airline they have mentioned to me that necessary remarks are passed to claim the refund, whereas the agent ease my trip is saying that they have not received the refund me. It is frustrating to me that whom should I contact to resolve my issue and get the refunds processed.

                I did the ticket booking through easemytrip for a united airlines flight. Flight was canceled by United airlines and the refund was processed by the airline in the month of February itself. Till date, I've filed 7-10 email complaints and innumerable calls to easemytrip customer care teams, however my refund has not been processed by easemytrip. They have stopped responding to emails at all. It is a hefty amount of my money, which they are sitting on and not processing.                             I book 2 tickets from easemytrip which got cancelled due to some operational reasons so I opted for a full refund thereafter. The executive confirmed that they have processed the refund from their end on 6th May 2021 and will be credited to my account within 5 to 7 working days but it's now 26 days that I haven't received the refund amount yet. I have been following up on daily basis and I get the same response everyday to wait for another 5 to 7 working days. None of them is properly guiding me about the exact issue and the ongoing solution if any, being taken in response to my complaint. Please do the needful to solve this issue you as soon as possible.

                                I had booked a multi-city ticket with Booking ID: EMT80746472 from
                                1) Nagpur to Delhi for 25/04/2021 in Indigo, PNR: QHWMHF
                                2) Delhi to Jammu for 25/04/2021 in GoAir, PNR: H3SHYY
                                3) Jammu---Delhi---Nagpur for 28/04/2021 in Indigo, PNR: DL3GUW

                                Due to Covid restrictions, the flight timings got changed and I had to cancel all the tickets with the Airline. I have received confirmation of ticket cancellation with full refund from airlines over email. The Airline company said that the refund would be made to the agency from where the tickets have been booked and that the refund has already been processed from their end.
                                Upon submitting a cancellation/Refund request with EaseMyTrip on April 19, 2021 I was assured that the refund would be made within 7-10 days.
                                I have received refund against just 1 PNR(QHWMHF) out the 3 PNRs booked under this booking ID.
                                When I call them and ask for updates, they only say that there is a technical issue and the case been escalated to senior team, but wont give me any details about the issue or any timeline for the resolution. Whenever asked for correspondence with senior member, they say that the call back has been scheduled and I'll receive a call back from their team with few hours, but never have I received any calls.
                                The EaseMyTrip customer service team is not helping in resolution of the issue and it has been more than a month and they are still giving the same excuse.
                                Request you to please help in resolving this matter on urgent basis and refund my full amount as soon as possible.

                                  I had booked AirIndia ticket from Mumbai to Patna via., Delhi, for 16th Jan 2020, PNR no.- JQQDL booking id- EMT69103175 while traveling the flight got delayed from Mumbai Airport and I reached Delhi late. After that when I reached Delhi the connecting flight had also been delayed and airindia staff present on airport over the counter told that the connecting flight will depart on next day that is 17th Jan 2020 at about 2:00 pm. But due to demise in my family I have to reach there on time. Then I cancelled the AirIndia Ticket and the AirIndia staff told that there will be full refund because of the fault of the airline and given a cancellation letter and the refund process will take approx 15 days time.
                                  But now its been 15 months from the date of cancellation. I have not received the full refund. I have got only Rs. 225 in my easemytrip wallet.
                                  PFA the image of boarding pass as well as Cancellation letter.
                                  Request you to resolve this matter on urgent basis and refund my full amount as soon as possible.

                                    We have booked a ticket of 3person from air india 415 with pnr number z68yk delhi - patna flight for 19 march 2020. Ticket number of all person is as follows[protected]/1/[protected]/2/[protected]/3/3. From your site with booking id emt81486291. We did web checkin and get in line for submission of luaggage at 3:30pm. Due to some technical issues of air india tehy took half an hour for the luggage and when my turnn comes it was 4:10pm then executive told that our flight is closed and cant submit teh luggage but somehow we managed to luggage submission and get the tag on luggage and after that we went for security check and in boarding pass it was written that flight will take off from gate number 31a but later they changed it to 28. When we reached gate number 28 we were not allowed to travel and it was 4:45 that time and air india executive told you cant go from this flight and told to sit we will let you fly by other flight but when at 5pm flight has taken off then they said you cant fly and cancelled our tickets. And we were asked to take another ticket of another flight and continue the journey. I impore you to please look into the matter and direct airlines to refund my whole booking amount.

                                      While searching flight from Bangalore to London easymytrip site was showing 2 checkin baggage but after booking the ticket i got just 1 checkin baggage in the ticket.
                                      After raising it with customer care they are not taking it seriously and telling me to wait for 72 hours. I don't have much time I have to plan my trip accordingly but all because of Easemytrip site fault I am facing problems.
                                      I have also told customer care to refund me so that i could book another flight but still no reply/response. They don't even talk properly they just disconnect and ignore the chat.
                                      I am looking what max I can do in this regard.
