I had remioved a ticket through ease my trip online for qatar airways from mumbai to london via doha in month of may pnr number 6stgqt the airlines cancelled the flight twice i had to suffer and i did not receive my refund past 35 days there is no cooperation from easemy trip online emails every time the tell me to send noc passport etc even after i submitting every documents every time ease my trip mails me its in process i do not get true reply i am right now in london my mobile no is [protected] please cooperate as i am having a bad experience booking from easemytrip

    I purchased a ticket from easemytrip of air canada PNR 6SAONF. Flight is suspended by airline due to covid 19. I call easymytrip for reschedule but they demands more 218000 for reschedule, as my friends do the same from air canada free of cost. They had now confirm reschedule tickets. But easemytrip still tease me.

        EMT83560602.

        I called easemytrip 9 times and emailed 15 times to reissue the tickets as per airlines rescheduled dates.

        Now after 6 days Easemytrip is saying me that the rescheduled seats were on premium economy and there is no more hold on that by airline.

        How can it take 6 days to confirm that. Ridiculous.

        If my journey is postponed beyond the re confimed date, I will sue easemytrip legally for ny financial losses happening due to delay of travel.

            This is in regards to a refund that I have not received in spite of sharing proofs from the bank that no payment has been made by easemytrip.

            This was in relation to a booking which was cancelled during rhe lockdown last year.

            I have been following up several times regarding this and I keep hearing that they are facing technical issues or we are experiencing difficulty because of lockdown and we are working on this request.

            I wonder if the issue is being on how long does it take? Its just a matter of re initiating the refund. The customer support team has not even reverted once to give an update.

            This is just a delaying tactic to avoid processing the refund. Totally fraud!

              My booking was rescheduled by the airline for which I did not accept the change and they offered to refund in full. They asked me to check with Travel Agency to reimburse me my full money however Ease My Trip has been giving me run around from last 12 Days now and have not assisted with my request even after acknowledging the same. I called airline Vistara again to help me and they asked me to inform Ease My Trip to read the 15th Line of the PNR where the airline have already mentioned their notes for full refund, but still no help from Ease My Trip.
              Asked for a supervisor however Ease My Trip denied. I need my refund ASAP. I will also move on to file a police complain about you and will ensure to mention you on Facebook, Twitter and other social media.

              Refund my Money before I file a mental harrasment case against Ease My Trip.

                This is to inform that I Auj Afreen Ahmad have booked a flight for two that is:-
                1-Md Zeeshan Alam
                2- Auj Afreen Ahmad
                from EaseMyTrip of Jet Airways My PNR Is DPGHWN Which was from Dubai to Patna of 19/6/19 .
                As I received a message regarding the cancellation of the flight I was trying to contact your customer care but it say due to technical issues it can’t be connected moving further I want the refund for the ticket for which there is no information from the company side I hope to get the refund as soon as possible.

                With Reference to the latest update of refund on the cancellation of flight ticket i wanted to take a follow up as i couldn’t find my name on the list which is provided by the Authority.

                How should i claim my refund as till now there is no amount refunded to me neither my ticket insurance amount which was a fraud done to me on the name of my ticket insurance by the insurance and EaseMytrip company because since the beginning I dint got a proper respond for my refund from both the parties.

                So do let me know about it.

                  Hi I am raising this Complaint against not Processing of Full Refund from Ease MY Trip for my Bookings whereas I have furnished full details about the refund given by Air Asia in the Months of January 2021 and March 2021, whereas the Travel Agent Ease my Trip is only giving partial refund into my EMT wallet stating that the remaining amount is in my Credit Shell with the Airline which is not actually the reason .

                  Also they mention that the remaining amount are cancellation charges, how can it be Cancellation charges when the Cancellation was by the Airline due to Covid 19 Lockdown .

                  This is a Serious Menance and attempt to fraud the customer, even after sharing multiple emails including the acknowledgment of Refund E-mail still I am not getting the refund .

                  Its a Painful scenario and there is no Nodal Officer to connect as well and they don't have a Escalation mail as well .

                    Like to inform you that I had made the cab booking from Patna Airport to Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Bodhgaya.
                    The total fare from Patna Airport to Marasa Sarovar Premiere, Bodhgaya was Rs.3343/-, out which I had paid the partial amount of Rs.502/- online and the balance was to be paid Rs.2841/-.’

                    During booking it was mentioned at Dirvers are professionals: “ Experienced and polite drivers with well-serviced, comfortable cabs.
                    And the driver will wear mast, and the Cab will be neat and clean.

                    To my surprise the Dirver of the Car, was not wearing mask, THE AC OF THE CAR WAS NOT FUNCTIONING (AS INFORMED BY THE DIRVER) THROUGH OUT THE JOURNEY THE AC WAS NOT PUT ON. THIS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM EASY MY TRIP.
                    THE CAB WAS NOT ALL CLEAN. THERE WAS A WHITE CLOTH ON WHICH THERE WERE PAN DROPS.

                    I HAD ALL THE CALL CENTER ON PHONE NO.:[protected] TIME 12.08 ON 23RD FEB, 2022 AND INFORMED THE CALL THAT THE AC IN THE CAR IS NOT FUNCTIONING. (TATA NEXON WHICH IS SUPPOSE TO BE A NEW CAR). THE DIRIVING WAS VERY RASH, AS HE HAS TO PICK UP SOME ONE FROM GAYA BEFORE 6.00PM. THE CALL CENTER INFORMED ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER. BUT TO MY SURPRISE I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER NOR THE CALL CENTRE OF EASYMY TRIP.

                    WILL THE EASYMY TRIP RETURN THE MONEY FOR THE AC WHICH WAS NOT FUNCTIONING ALL THRU THE JOURNEY.

                    AWAITING FOR YOUR REPLY AND THE REFUND FOR THE AC WHICH WAS NOT FUNCTIONING.

                    FURTHER AT THE END OF THE JOURNEY, THE DIRIVER WAS ASKING FOR EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS.500/-, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NO CHANGE IN PICK UP AND DROP LOCATION.

                    I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM EASYMYTRIP.

                      Airline agency confirmed that there is no charge for seats but EaseMyTrip has taken extra charges for 3 seats - INR 950. Even this extra charge is also not mentioned in the tax invoice of EaseMyTrip, which means you have taken extra charges without any reason.

                        I have booked 2 tickes (Air India) on 13 april 2020 and due to corona the flight got canceled by the airlines for which i have requested refund from ease my trip from which i booked the tickets, till date(28-june-2021) EASE MY TRIP is not refunding my money back and if i ask them they say only refund for only 1 ticket will be given, even though AIR INDIA gave complete refund for the cancellation of tickets due to corona lockdown. Whenever i call and ask the customer care they just make fool and no refund. I request customer not to book tickets with ease my trip as they will not going to help u and is just a fool of their customers and time wasting company. You should directly book tickets with some reliable companys or directly by Airlines.

                          Can you please ensure that customer’s money is returned in full? I have been following up with customer care since May 25th to return complete 3410 Rs and your customer care people keep telling me EaseMy trip has returned full amount however ICICI bank has eaten my 5 Rs. In my account statement I can clearly see only a transfer of 3405. If 5 Rs has not been credited in my account how can bank take the money. I have confirmed on this with the bank as well and bank has confirmed that ICICI has not taken my money. I am tired of following up on this with your customer care folks who only call up and harass me and tell me money has been returned which is not the case. Can you please help your harassed customer?                             This is regarding the booking EMT83655714 made on June 12th from DBR-BOM. The final fare displayed was Rs 3943 but the payment debited was Rs 4298. I immediately called your support team and was informed to send an email with screenshot. Luckily, I had screenshot available which I sent them. After multiple interaction, the support team escalated the issue. However, I'm yet to receive an update from them. It's been over a week now still no response. Kindly look into it or I'll post this on social media and aware users how you do fraud with them.

                              The flight was cancelled by the airline, but only partial refund for one passenger was still not processed in spite of expiry of 10 days deadline (infact more than a month is over).

                                Dear team, I have cancelled my ticket PNR 525PND(air vistara) also mentioned the e ticket EMT82896619. It’s been more than 25days and I am still waiting for the refund amount. On contacting airline they have mentioned to me that necessary remarks are passed to claim the refund, whereas the agent ease my trip is saying that they have not received the refund me.                                   I did the ticket booking through easemytrip for a united airlines flight. Flight was canceled by United airlines and the refund was processed by the airline in the month of February itself. Till date, I've filed 7-10 email complaints and innumerable calls to easemytrip customer care teams, however my refund has not been processed by easemytrip. They have stopped responding to emails at all. It is a hefty amount of my money, which they are sitting on and not processing.                                     Hi,
                                    My flight IXR -Delhi-Pune is cancelled on 5th Jun 2021. PNR no of my flight was WB18GT. I need Full refund of the same. Ticket was booked with Easemy trip.com.
                                    Please refund my money.
                                    I was trying to go air customer care but not able to connect. Booking Id was- EMT83360899

                                    Hence I'll be thankful to you if you could expedite and refund the full amount.

                                      I booked a ticket of Patna to Delhi on 18/04/2021 at 15:49 of cost ₹3750 which was deducted from my account nut ticket was not confirmed. I have told them 9 times about this issue instead I did not get my balance back.

                                        Amount was deducted from bank acount but ticket waa not confirmed. And also didn't get my balance back. I have talk to them 9 times about this issue instead they did not refund my balaance.
