    Booked flight ticket for 22 April travel. Dur to covid, had to cancel. Ticket total price was 10622. Initially easemytrip refunded only 4022 saying Spice Jet did provide full refund. I contacted Spice Jet and they said they have released full refund. I then asked easemytrip to refund the remaining amount and provided email from Spice Jet. They agreed and since then, easemytrip is saying they are working on it and has not refunded my money. It has been 8 months. Please help

      How can hotel behave rudely and ask honeymoon couple to adjust for this thing.
      We had told upgrade our room i[censored] don’t have double bed room available.
      Receptionist were rude.

        On 23 november 2020 i have booked a ticket online via easemytrip.com from ahmedabad to gadu, date of journey being 25 november 2020 by bus. I received a ticket saying booking rejected. But amount 540rs. Was deducted. On query via email but not answering contect number not working. The easymytrip cheated on me what i do now

          While doing the flight booking, I had booked 2 seats and made the payments for those seats. However, we were offered different seats at Air India counter and after having spoken to Air India team (Customer Service, ground personnel etc. ) they informed the amount would be refunded. I thereby raised it with easemytrip Customer Service. It has been 15 days and despite of rigorous follow ups with them no response is received. Every time I had called, I received only one answer to wait for 24-48 hours and even thereafter no response. This is very irresponsible action and attitude of easemytrip. Pretty worst customer care service response.

            Hi i was trying to book flight ticket but my booking failed & amount debited. I got message displayed in screen booking failed incase your amount has been debited we will initiate refund in 3 to 4 days & following up with their customer care.They first told me wait for 10 working days you will get refund but i waited till now i have not received amount & also told me to get back to us if you not get amount but now there team not helping saying we have not received amount. I also see my transaction via mobikwik was success & for same screenshot share to their email.Kindly refund amount .

                    I have booked a Air Asia flight through Easemytrip.com . Due to Covid situation the flight was cancelled by Air Asia and I have received a mail from Air Aisa stating that full refund is initiated to Easemy trip and subsequently I have received a mail from Easemy trip that they have also initiated the refund to my account. However I have been following it up with Ease my trip for last 5 months through mails and calls . I do have the complete correspondence history of the mails with me.

                    I still did not get the refund from Easemytrip.

                    Please advice all details I need to upload to file an official complaint.

                      I am getting the same reply that "your query has been forwarded to the concern department" since last two months. Its complete cheating with customer. May I get contact details of any responsible person of Easemytrip instead of customer support system who are there only to forward the query without any outcome.

                        Hi Team,

                        Myself Arijit Das booked a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore which was later cancelled.

                        Indigo has issued me a credit note amounting to 4100 but my account is credited by 2757 from easy my trip.

                        Several time I drop mailed to them and called also to understand gap between 4100 and 2757 but didn't receive any proper reply.
                        If possible please help me.

I have been contacted EMT for so many times and write mail also but they told everytime it will be credited within 3_5 days but still waiting for refund.please do need full. Thanks

                              Easemytrip shared wrong baggage details which cost me 4000rs, they shared 20kg baggage allowed and we were 2 people and we carry 38 kg round figure, as ler indigo they saud we allowed 15kg baggage and due to that it cost me 4000 rs extra, I shared all proof with easemytrip and they confirm it's their mistake and they are dragging my issue from more than a month since Oct 6 and no refund is initiated and they are continuously sharing same script that they are working on it but nothing is going on.

                                  My Malaysian airline flight from Melbourne to Delhi via KL for 26th March 2020 (Booking id EMT[protected] has been cancelled due to travel restriction imposed by Indian Govt.

                                  Malaysian Airline has confirmed me that they have already refunded for this partial flight to ease my trip.

                                  Whereas Ease my trip representative always say they are working to check the details but hadn't done anything from past 7 months.

                                    I have booked Indigo flight 6E and was cancelled due to lockdown. Now I am booking the new ticket but I am unable to use Indigo credit shell. It is showing the error and PNR number is not working for the same. Moreover, I am trying the customer service number and not able to contact for assistance. It is really frustrating that customer cannot use his own credit for their tickets. Kindly look into the matter and update the same as I have to book new ticket.

                                        Booked my indigo Flight ticket through EaseMyTrip in the month of March with PNR No.-IW18SK, But due lockdown the flight was cancelled, the Indigo was refund my total amount 17256/- to EaseMytrip in the month of July. Today is 4th november, the EaseMyTrip not refunded my amount to me...I call or request several time to easemytrip but there is no response from their end...

                                        from last 3 months their customer representative give only one answer that your refund request is in under process and you will get with in 7 working days..
