While doing the flight booking, I had booked 2 seats and made the payments for those seats. However, we were offered different seats at Air India counter and after having spoken to Air India team (Customer Service, ground personnel etc. ) they informed the amount would be refunded. I thereby raised it with easemytrip Customer Service. It has been 15 days and despite of rigorous follow ups with them no response is received. Every time I had called, I received only one answer to wait for 24-48 hours and even thereafter no response. This is very irresponsible action and attitude of easemytrip. Pretty worst customer care service response.
