Not getting details of deduction and refund amount

Hi Team,

Myself Arijit Das booked a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore which was later cancelled.

Indigo has issued me a credit note amounting to 4100 but my account is credited by 2757 from easy my trip.

Several time I drop mailed to them and called also to understand gap between 4100 and 2757 but didn't receive any proper reply.
If possible please help me.

Sir, I was booked ticket from Delhi to Guwahati on 08/10/2020 through ease my trip vide EMT75196771. Amount deducted but ticket not booked. I have been contacted EMT for so many times and write mail also but they told everytime it will be credited within 3_5 days but still waiting for refund.please do need full. Thanks...

Baggage wrong details cost me 4000 rs extra

Easemytrip shared wrong baggage details which cost me 4000rs, they shared 20kg baggage allowed and we were 2 people and we carry 38 kg round figure, as ler indigo they saud we allowed 15kg baggage and due to that it cost me 4000 rs extra, I shared all proof with easemytrip and they confirm it's their mistake and they are dragging my issue from more than a month since Oct 6 and no refund is initiated and they are continuously sharing same...

On 07th Nov 2020 I have booked two time train tickets in train Jabalpur-Nizamudin from AGC-NZM. Money Rs.542.70+542.70=1085.40 had deducted my A/c but both time ticket were not generated through your easemytrip app. So, kindly return my money Rs.1085.40 at the earliest. My Malaysian airline flight from Melbourne to Delhi via KL for 26th March 2020 (Booking id EMT[protected] has been cancelled due to travel restriction imposed by Indian Govt.

Malaysian Airline has confirmed me that they have already refunded for this partial flight to ease my trip.

Whereas Ease my trip representative always say they are working to check the details but hadn't done anything from past 7 months.br...

Indigo credit shell not working with easemytrip

I have booked Indigo flight 6E and was cancelled due to lockdown. Now I am booking the new ticket but I am unable to use Indigo credit shell. It is showing the error and PNR number is not working for the same. Moreover, I am trying the customer service number and not able to contact for assistance. It is really frustrating that customer cannot use his own credit for their tickets. Kindly look into the matter and update the same as I have...

Return my money

A journey from Bagdogra to Lucknow and back was booked vide PNR No. OQFNSE and booking ID: EMT [protected]. However, due to COVID 19, flight were cancelled. I inquired from the airline i.e. Indigo, they informed me that an amount of Rs 5924/- was refunded to easemytrip. But Easemytrip has not refunded the money to me even after many request over [protected]@easemytrip.com. Neither II am getting any solution from customercare...

Easemytrip has not refunded my money

I had some 8 tickets booked for the month of May and the airlines were not operating that time due to the corona guidelines. But it has been more than 7 months now and I still have not been refunded the amount. The amount of my ticket is Rs.28196....

I have booked a flight via EMT (EMT[protected] but due to COVID-19 issue need to cancel it. As per Indigo, they have refunded the amount of 4832 on 29th March 2020. Today is 31st Oct 2020, till the money has not come back to me. I am tired of sending emails to them as they don't bother to reply. When I use to chat in their Customer care Whatsapp they have the same response of "dear sir please wait for next 5 to 7 working days" I don't know...

No refund/ unable to reschedule

I had scheduled my flight for Chennai to Mumbai via Easemytrip.com on 26 th April. But due to lockdown, the flights were unavailable. Now when I am trying to reschedule the flight, it says invalid ID. The customer care number is of no use. I have been calling the customer care no so many time. But no executive comes on the call. nor the Whatsapp chat is of any use. I would like refund of my money. My booking ID is EMT70314796....
