I booked a taxi for my spouse on 27th June for 10:30pm pickup from my home to RGIA airport. We waited for the driver to show up till 10:45pm and then drove ourselves to the airport. Driver called at 10:53pm. We told him we have already left and he said "then why did you call me ?" We have booked easy cabs several times in the past, but this was the first time that we got such an unprofessional service. If there is shortage of available taxis then please let the customer know in advance. Also please teach your drivers some manners. They really don't know how to talk to customers.     Authority, Reference ID : A[protected] This is CA Nandan from Mumbai. I had booked your taxi from Hiranandani to Domestic Airport for 3:15 pm - 20th June, 2015. However I received msg/mail for cancellation due to non-availability of cab at 3:07 pm - pls see the screenshot as attached !!! You know how it rained in mumbai causing water logs at many places and so as a precautionary step I had trusted on your brand. However a cancellation msg at the last minute ruined hopes of getting any other carrier too that made me miss my flight !!! I request you to explain this unexpected move from your end to save from consumer court process ! - Nandan Aggrieved customer

      I had booked a cab for 17th June on 16th June. The booking no A[protected]. I didn't receive the sms 30 mins before pick hence called on 17th June at 8am. They informed that they arranging the cab hence will send details however pick up now would be at 8.40am instead of original pick up time of 8.30am. At 8.25am I receive an sms stating my booking is cancelled due non availability of cabs. When I called customer car they informed they don't have cabs as on strike. Spoke to Jyoti the supervisor who just kept stating i cant do anything its not in my control. This is really frustrating and bluffing customers like us who book cabs and depend to reach a particular location on time. They need to be fined for such behaviour or seize their license for non performance.

        My booking no. A01501230 for a cab at 7.40 am on 15th June from my residence to Airport Terminal 1 confirmed through SMS by the company. But the driver got change near the time and the next driver did not attend my 5 hectic calls. Finally I had to miss my flight. There is no response from the company.

          I have the easy cab last night for today morning 5 am for going to New Delhi railway station and reconfirm from their executive for confirmation of my booking he assure me that they are providing best CAB service and I will get CAB on time but when I checked with the driver so he was very casual and not boather about that I have to catch my Train and seems to be drunkne . When I asked him that I will miss my train if he was not pick me and if he was not intented to come so why he has taken the booking, and his reply was very surprising for me the CAB driver replied that I need to talk to the company. Because of this unprofessional approach of Easy Cab i missed my train and it was very traumatic for me. My booking details are as fillows...Dear Customer, your cab details for Booking ID: A[protected] are - Car No: DL1RX-7290, Chauffeur No: [protected]. Thank you for choosing EasyCabs.
          Very poor service. Not a reliable CAB. Any time you can miss your train/flight. Nobody is bother in easy cab.

            Dear Sir, On 20th May'2015, I have used car. I have travelled from Geeta colony to new Delhi Railway station. I was travelling with my 1 year kids. There was a bad foil smell in car. Due to this smell my child got vomiting. We asked driver to stop the car. He did not stopped car immediately. In the meantime, the child keep vomiting, although we have used some newspaper but still, the car seats get spoiled, we cleaned the car with water and driver asked to cleaned it properly. We cleaned the car seats and then it was all fine. After reaching at new Delhi Railways station. There was a traffic jam, so driver raise horn and suddenly hit the car with car in front and started abusing the driver of other car. There were ladies all around and I was also with my family going for holiday so I requested to keep calm. But he was just fighting and abusing. In mean time we reach destination. Driver give us bill and we tendered Rs. 500 against a bill of Rs. 356. The Drivers overcharged and did not return the change saying he has to get the seat dry-cleaned. Since I was with family and we have to catch the train, we left that place without further argument with the driver. We think it was wrong on part of driver to overcharge, hitting the car and abusing with other driver in front of Ladies. Please take appropriate action and inform me results. Regards Jitender

              Booking ref no:A[protected] I had booked a cab for 5.15 p.m.on 5 June and had received a confirmation sms with respect to the same.however no details as assured with respect to details of driver was received and after repeated follow-ups a sms of cancellation was received a d thereafter all my calls were left unanswered.
              Horrible service n irresponsible staff .The company should not accept bookings in case they are unable to honor it.

                I have made above booking on the Net for a cab to be dropped at Sec' bad railway station from Narayanguda at 1930 Hrs on 24th May'15. A cab AP28VA0257 with Chaufffeur's Cell No:[protected] is allotted to me at 1850 Hrs on 24th. The Chauffeeur was demaning a min fare of Rs 350 for the trip and has disagreed to give a bill on request. I made 7 calls fm 1858 to 1956 owing to the urgency to the call centre. Each time the call was routed to a different person and each one was replying incoherently. One guy responds that driver will call. The driver has deliberately switched off the cell at the critical time. One Guy responds that concerned dept would call me in 5 ', I do not know which dept he is referring to. Nobody responds. Finally I have to make the arrangements on my own. I am a global traveller and this kind of experience was never faced. At 1943 finally a SMS is sent that I was not contactable which is not true and was only to safe guard your interests. Pls do business genuinely. A business does not flourish by Exploiting the innocence of the people but flourish only on values & principles. Your web site never mentions the min tarrif in the website. Also recently the easy cab booking facility on the Platform 1 side demands Rs 400 as the min fare and the Platform 10 side demands a min fare of 350 at Sec'bad. When I referrred to the executive, he was helpless and was looking at the driver. Your playing to the mischievous drivers games rather than protecting the customer's rights.

                  Today dated 6/06/2015 we took easycabs from domestic airport at around 12:45 am. The easy cab driver (Model hyndai accent) bearing registration number dl. Ir. X.7071, the driver was using whatsapp while driving i mean literally reading msgs and even replying to them. He was not wearing seat belt and he even took his call while driving. This is ridiculous. I was so scared that he might just hit someone or somewhere as car was also on almost more then 60km/hr speed while he was doing all that whatsapp thing. He should be given serious warning infact should take his licence back only. Sitting in his car is putting your life to risk. Driving is not a game, he can't just put somebody's life at risk for a stupid whatsapp messaging. I have taken the photo of the cab, kindly see the attachment. I sincerely request the authorities to issue necessary warning...

                    This morning dated 13-May-2015 right from International Airport upto the Santacruz flyover, the Easy Cab driver (Model Hyndai Accent) bearing registration number MH.01.AM 2664, tried to cut my way atleast 4 times and each time after doing that he used to come right in front of my car and then see from the rear view mirror. For once I felt as if I was being followed. The driver was a young fellow, having wheatish complexion with slim to medium build (from whatever I could see). I have taken the photo of the cab, kindly see the attachment. I sincerely request the authorities to issue necessary warning to this driver as his driving could take someone's life and cause injury to many.

                      I had boarded an Easy Cab on 8th May, 2015 from Palam Colony to Shastri Park, New Delhi. I asked the driver to come to the pick up point. However, there was a truck parked in the middle of the road. I told the driver this was the route that we were suppose to take for another pick up however because of the truck being parked in the middle of the road we could take an alternate route. Hearing this the driver started yelling and raising his voice saying whether I wanted to come in the cab. I told the driver that I have seen his cab and I am walking towards it and asked him not to raise his voice. As soon as I sat in the cab, he started shouting at me saying I didn't have to teach him the way to talk and thats the way he talks. He stopped the cab in the middle of the road and asked me get down of the cab. I again asked him to lower down his volume, to which he said that he'll make sure that I don't get to travel in his cab and started threatening me. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable from the cab driver. Looking at the scenario of women security in the city, this kind of behaviour of the driver and threats add on to it. Even after me repeatedly telling him to talk properly and lower down his volume he kept misbehaving. I told him that I would complain about him to which he said that he does not bother about such complains and I can do whatever it woukd not effect him. Appropriate and proper behaviour from the cab driver is the basic requirement from the cab service. Such an experience has left no faith in Easy Cab and will make sure that I don't avail there services in the future and recommend the same to people known to me. I request you to take the necessary action on this as this behaviour is absolutely not acceptable. The details for the cab as mentioned below: CAB no. DL1RX 6992 DRIVER NAME: RAJESH GUPTA

                        I had booked a cab from my residence to the Bangalore city railway station on30.4.2015. The booking was done online on 29/4/2015. the booking was confirmed. On 30.4.15 I received the details of the driver and the vehicle number at 3.49. the driver gave me two rings and cut the line. I immediately called him can gave him the booking confirmation number / the driver immediately said that the booking has been cancelled and he has been allotted a different job. . This irresponsible behaviour made us to cancelled our journey as no alternate source of transport could be found immediately as it a day when other transporters had called for a strike.                           I have booked easy cabs for airport drop, the cab driver did not turn up and when i called to check his location he fooled me for 30 mins. I think i m done with this service provider, there are lot of options available in the market with cheap rates. Just stay away with this service provider. I have heard the issue of delayed from friends n colleagues but now i have my own experience MY booking id for dt 20 Apr 14:15 is A[protected].

                            This has reference to my experience yesterday on 17 April 2015. Reserved a taxi number KA 01 AA 6546 driven by driver Parmeshwaran. at the outset when I asked him switch on the meter he refused and said that I has to pay a flat amount of 900 plus toll. I confronted him and said that toll is for coming into Bangalore and no toll for going to airport. He said since he had paid toll to come to pick me up I was liable to pay the same. I wanted to get down from the taxi when he became abusive and said that in that case I had to pay him Rs 300. Which I refused. He did not let me get down when I asked him to take me to a police station and if the policeman asked me to pay even a couple of thousand, I would do so. For this he said why should a policeman decide. He started shouting at the top of his voice. I showed him a taxi bill for 635 which I had paid when I came from airport to yeshwantpur and agreed to pay him 750/-. Suddenly he started speaking to all the taxi guys driving alongside us and was telling them I as a customer was only going to pay him 500 which is a complete lie. He started abusing in my fathers name and started saying when you yearn so much why cant u just pay me a bit more. He said he has to pay money to the company and had changed two tyres which had cost him Rs 7000/-. I told him that this is none of my concern and I will in no way conned by you, he then threatened by saying do you know in Karnataka when a taxi driver can get away by doing any sort of thing and he pushed my hand as I was sitting in the back seat. I took this threat seriously and called my friend for help since I did not know the number of the vehicle when we reached

                              I booked a cab through Easy Cab on[protected] at 8:00 AM for dropping at Yasvantpur Rly Stn at 9:30 PM . I was given booking id[protected]. I was assured that cab will reach in time without fail. I enquired at 8.00PM and I was assured that cab will reach in time and I need not worry at all. I rang up at 9.00 PM. The call centre customer care executive told me that cabs are not available. In spite of my repeated requests he showed his helplessness in this regard. I received a message that my booking is cancelled on my request.This is the state of affairs in Easy Cabs. Who will pay for the harassment and agony I suffered that night?

                                Easy Cabs failed to pick us up from NOIDA City Centre Metro Station today 8th April 2015 about 16.15 hours, though booking was confirmed on my mobile phone, by giving Booking ID =B[protected], cab No. DL1RY6020 and chauffeur's mobile number [protected]. I rang up the chauffeur's number several times, but there was no response. I waited for ten minutes, but no cab turned up. Consequently, I faced much difficulty in reaching my destined location, by alternative arrangement. Easy Cabs thus proved to be 'Difficult Cabs' for me. Would anyone care?

                                  I have booked for cab services from Easy Cabs on 6th April'15 to drop us on 7th early morning 4:15 AM at Airport. I was informed that I would be receiving an SMS for the Cab details 30mins before the schedule time. But never received an SMS till 4 AM. When called the customer service, they informed that I will be getting a call from the driver in 5mins, surprised to receive a SMS stating that there are no cab services at that time. When called the customer service again and threating them that wiill file a consumer case, they provided a cab at 4.45 AM which as already late by 30mins and the driver dropped us at 5:20AM which crossed the boarding time and had to miss the filght. Worst customer services and cab services. Will never opt for this company cab services and will make sure that my friends and family dont opt for this cab and will hi-light them on social services as well.

                                    I have booked the Easy cab from lalbagh botanical garden to Hennur Cross and the booking as confirmed with the booking ID M[protected] and pick up time was 6 PM evening but when I called them for the contact details of driver at 5:58 PM on [protected] the representative from the Easy Cab told me that due to unavailability of the cab in the area the request is cancelled and after questioning about the cancellation he disconnected the call then I received the message "Dear Customer, as requested by you we confirm the cancellation of your Booking No.M[protected]. We look forward to serve you at the earliest-EasyCabs" meanwhile I got a call from the No.[protected] which I missed and then I called to the same No.[protected] at 6:05 PM and some representative from Easy Cab picked the phone when I asked him about the status of the my booking id then he said Sir your cab is cancelled but after arguments he said you will get the Cab within 1/2 Hr (upto 06:40 PM) and he confirmed the same over the call. I waited there till 06:35 PM and again I called to the same No.[protected] and this time the representative from Easy Cab told that you will not get the CAB. Overall they harassed me for 1 Hr and also I suffered a lot with my family (Aged parents and kids) to reach my destination. I request the Consumer forum to please take legal action and penalised by filing a harassment and false commitment's complaints against the Easy Cab and also file a complaint for sending the false message where they have mentioned "as requested by you we confirm the cancellation of your Booking No.M[protected]" but I have never requested them to cancel the booking. Consumer forum should do something so that they will not do such things to the other customers. I have all the recordings of the conversations happened with the Easy Cab customer representatives. I will provide all when required.

                                      We hired a cab on 7th march 2015 from OFFICERS MESS, MEG CENTRE, Bangalore to BANGLORE AIRPORT.The vehicle no. Was 04D0381 .They charged us the fare of AC CAB but when we sat inside the cab we found that the AC was not working .When we asked the chauffeur to turn it on properly, instead of listening to us he argued and said nobody complained about the air conditioner of the car. He said its working.For a few moments I even felt suffocated as he did not allow to open the glass initially. Finally I opened it. I had a word with mr.SATISH( one of the customer care employee of easy cabs) who said ma'am you will get 5% discount for non functioning of AC.I want to know why they kept charging us the fare of an AC cab even after knowing that it was not working. Secondly the driver instead of talking directly to easy cab person he called up the owner of the car and asked me to talk to him.later on I understood the whole thing.The owner asked me to pay the full amount and requested me to get the discount next time.I want to know why the owner of the cab was called up? I could not Understand because whenever we asked something the driver always replied no English no Hindi madam.I am upset over the service and the attitude of the person involved and secondly their coercive Attitude of getting the full amount paid even after knowing the whole situation.
