Today[protected] I booked for a taxi to pick me up by 2.45 pm for getting dropped at the Contonment Rly. Station. My booking Ref was A[protected] and the car No. was DLI RX 7474. The taxi came by 3.10 pm. I was dropped at the station just in time. When I asked for the bill, I was not given the printed bill and they claimed extra amount. I am a regular customer of Easy Cab. I didnot expect such things happened in Easy cab. With best wishes, NAGARAJU. A

    Booked the cab on 29th July 2014 for today (30-July-2014) at 8.30AM, the cab didn't turn up at all. After calling back to check why cab has not turned up, got the lame excuse. There was very important meeting need to be attended, because of that missed the meeting. Who will bare up the loss and extra mental agony. Please provide me compensation or else no other choice of knocking the door of consumer court. If cab can not promise to reach on time to pick up then there is no point of running such business and letting customer to suffer mentally and financially.       Bookind ID: B[protected] Car No: 7157 Booked cab from PTI, New Delhi to Ginger, Vivek Vihar. Pick up time was 11:30 PM on 24 July 2014. The Chauffeur did not come to pick up point. I made him speak to 6-7 local Delhi people to help him with PTI, Sansad Road, New Delhi. Later he made me to walk 1km to reach where he was. He had parked his car next to an auto rickshaw. He could have taken help from auto driver. Instead he made me to walk to where he was. Got into car. Instead of taking to Vivek Vihar, he took the way of Krishna Nagar. Later when I said, you have taken wrong route, which costed me 5-7 km extra. (7*km X 29rpm = Rs.203 extra burden on me). While getting down I noticed that EASY CAB DRIVER ID CARD WAS NOT WITH HIM. I registered complaint with Easy-Cab feedback option on 25th July around 9.30AM. The executive promised to call back to me with resolution. But I have not yet heard from them. I want Easy-Cab to REIMBURSE me the Rs.203 I have paid for their driver's mistake. I demand answer from Easy-Cab for the following question. 1) How come Easy Cab driver does not know PTI Building, Next to Sansad building, Sansad road.? What kind of training the company gives? 2) How come Easy-Cab driver was not in uniform and his Easy Cab ID card was not with him? 3) Why did the Company not contact me even after promising that they would get back to me.? 4) When and how will the comapny Reimburse me Rs 203.?

        I booked a cab for 30 June @ 5:00 AM and was told as usual that the Chauffeur details will be sent half an hour prior to the pick up time. But till 4:45 AM I did not receive any message and on calling easy cab people again on[protected] received the details and called up the chauffeur and he said that he is said that he is not coming for the pick up and ask us to do what ever we want to do. Then we again called up the easy cab people and after that the cab arrived @ 5:15 AM. I the next booking, ID A[protected], on 9 July 2014, the AC was not working and even the cab was giving missing in between. And on being told to the chauffeur, he ignored and started laughing. And in the reservation done for today for 6:00 AM. No chauffeur details received till 5:50. On being called we received the Chauffeur details @ 5:54 AM. When we called the driver he said he will reach us at 6:20 AM while I had to board the train @ 7:00 AM and I need to cancel that booking. For the 3 consecutive bookings I, ve been facing the problem. Being such a famous service provider it was not expected. These kind of issues can create a major problem for anyone. You are requested to take an immediate action.           I had booked a cab from Mayur Vihar till New Delhi station for 5:00 AM on 14th of July and got a confirmation with ID A[protected]. They confirmed my cab and said I will receive Chauffers details 30 mins before pick up. Luckily as during night time final match was going and we were awake, I started calling them from 4:30 AM onwards that I haven't received chauffeur details and asking them to forward me the same. But every time they had same reply that due to technical issue u haven't received message and will receive post this call. But i lost my control at 5:00 AM, when i asked them to let me speak to your supervisor. For that also I was told that I will get a call back but I knew there will be no call back and I would end missing my train, I asked agent that I am holding the cal and ask your supervisor to speak to me. After holding for a while, Supervisor Manan came to call and to my surprise he had an excuse that I have asked for a cab at 5:30. I had to tell him to have shame on telling lie as the message sent by you guys say 5 AM and you have odacity to lie in my face. Post that as soon as the call got disconnected, I receive a message saying due to unavailability, ur pick up is cancelled at 5:10. I would like to check with management. What kind of service is this. You have hired people saying lie on guests face I don't understand whatvis the harmharm in saying no in first go if you can't do anything. I called up Meru before calling Easy and the answer I got from them was that they are busy till 10 AM an can't take any booking which is far better than taking a booking and then not fulfilling to you requests.

            I booked an EasyCab on 7th July, 2014 which was scheduled to travel from Ghaziabad railway station to Indirapuram on 8th July, 2014 and was booked to arrive on 9:30 pm at Ghaziabad railway station. (BOOKING ID : A[protected]. I had to pick up a friend (girl) of mine from Ghaziabad railway station, and I thought cab would be a good option, since it is not feasible to travel via autorickshaws at night, specially considering the unsafe regions near the Ghaziabad station. The booking went fine and I immediately got a confirmation message at the time of booking itself. On the day of travel, i.e. 8th July, I again made a call to confirm and I got a positive reply, stating that the booking is confirmed and I will get a confirmation message 30 minutes prior to the time of cab arrival. I reached the station and was waiting for the train to arrive. I didnt get any message from EasyCabs till 9:15 pm. Then I decided to call on the easycab helpline number. I was shocked to hear an apologetic reply, stating that there are no cabs available in that area and the cab cannot arrive. I was left stranded on the station, and felt terrible because I had confirmed the booking atleast 2 times and had got a positive reply earlier. The EasyCabs team did not care that a passenger is waiting for a night cab to arrive and maybe stranded in the night because of their irresponsibility. They didnt even care to send a regret message beforehand, and the only regret message I received was when I had called them myself to confirm. Had I not called them, I and my female friend would have been left waiting for the cab at night time. Later on also, we faced lot of inconvenience and had to travel by autorickshaw, which felt really unsafe. I sincerely request for strict action to be taken against such irresponsible travel companies.

              I booked an easy cab on 6th July, 14 from Shadhara, East Delhi to Vaishali, Ghaziabad at 10:30 PM. I got the message from easy cab within 5 min with cab no and driver no. I called the Driver, he told that it will take around 30-40 min to reach the pickup location. I asked him that we are waiting. After 20 min I called him again, he told that he is paying the tax on boarder and will be there soon, I was in touch with driver around 1 hr. Once he reached at Anand Vihar, He told me that your booking is cancelled. I told him that I have not cancelled the booking and request him to come on my pickup point, He agreed. Later on I called to Easy cab, Agent told me that you have cancelled the booking, I told him that I have never cancelled the booking than, he booked a new cab for me and I got a new cab no, I asked him to connect me to your supervisor, he told me that supervisor give me a call in 2 min. But never received a call. I called the new cab, no one pick the phone. After that I called the first driver also, he told that he got the new booking and he is going on new job. And I was waiting for the cab for 2 hr with family on road. Latter on I called again the Easy cab customer care and spoke with Supervisor Mr. Manan. Initially he was not aware about any issue, I explained him from the beginning and after that he tried to give me the excuse. He told me that first cab driver informed that customer cancel the booking, but they did not try to confirm with customer and never sent an cancellation message. And when I asked what happen about 2nd Cab, he told that cab stopped working. When I asked him that why I was not informed, he told that my number was unreachable. Means I am able to contact Easy cab any time but I was not reachable from him and at last he disconnect the call. I am very frustrated with the behavior of customer care and Driver. It was totally unacceptable to wait for a cab in night with family for 2hr. I am looking to acknowledge my complain and take a strict action for the behavior of customer care and driver. I hope, if there is any management in Easy Cab I will received and update on my complain soon and they will pay the penalty as well. Vivek Kumar [protected]

              Still no feedback from Easy Cab. Seems to be a very poor management.

              Cab did not arrive in time

              Cab for booking ID A[protected] arrived late by 15 minutes and when asked from cab driver. He replied arrogantly that will arrive at time.

                This is very Terrible Experience in Bangalore with The Easy Cab Today's Morning when i had to go to my Office for an Important Meeting at 9:15 am, I called Easy Cab Customer care and Representative (Puneet ) at 00:11 am today and opted for the cab and it also been confirmed through the Message for the Confirmation, Booking Detail - A[protected], 04 July -8:15 am i also received message for the Cab Detail - KA-02, AC-9711 Once i have not received any call by cab driver, started following from 8:00am, i followed at least 10 times between 8am to 9 am, but no proper response has been given by Customer care or Cab Driver -whose contact no was not existant no, Finally i missed out my Meeting because of non availability of the Cab, I would draw the attention to The Easy Cab Management, how and who is going to compensate for this, Most Surprising when i called i Evening for the complain then Representative -Santosh (Bangalore ) told me that today you have travelled at 8:15, meaning fake feedback has been made, I want someone to contact me and also i am planning to file serious complain regarding the same, My Detail - Ashutosh Kumar Singh Cont -[protected] (Bangalore ) Expecting call with the the solid Conviction /Compensation for my Huge Loss .

                  Date: 21.06.2014, Place : New Delhi As there is no complaint forum or email id is provided by Easy cab I am sharing my complaint over here. I have booked a cab from My home Jangpura Extension to Delhi station. Easy cab send me a car with chauffeur who was totally unprofessional didn't know the basic routes in Delhi and was very rude when he called me. He asked me to call back to him as he didn't want to waste his mobile recharge. Then he denied to come to my place as he cant understand the address. Then I asked him to wait near the nearest landmark so that I can take the cab from there to my house so that my elderly parent can take it but again he had his attitude and asked me that he is not going to my place. After a short heated argument he even said he is not going. Finally I Called Easy-cab even then they said sorry but cant arrange for a car. On the last moment me and my family were forced to take Auto to reach the station. The Chauffeur no was: [protected] Car no :6647. I am really unhappy with Easy cabs and would like senior management of easy Cab to take necessary actions.

                    Dear Sir I booked a cab on 13 Jun 2014 from the number [protected], the reporting time being 12:15 PM from Sushant Lok phase 1 in Gurgaon to Gurgaon Bus stand. When i called the driver at 12:10 PM he told me there is a breakdown in the car. Due to this, i missed my Bus from Gurgaon to Chandigarh and more importantly the event for which i was to present myself.

                      Hi, I took an easy cab from Mumbai Airport on 15th June 2014 around 10:45PM [cab no: MH01AM2740. After reaching the destination, driver mentioned that he does not have enough change and waiting for me to just leave a very generous tip or to find the right denomination myself. Roaming around to get change at an odd hour is not an easy task in India. In order to avoid these hassle, i guess there should be an option to pay by car Please make necessary installments in your fleet for payment by CARD.

                        I am a registered customer of Easy Cabs. I made a cab booking today (June 14, 2014) with the pickup time of 10:15 AM. Booking id is A[protected]. The travel is from Yeshwantapur Railway Station to Mangammanapalya, Bangalore. I was told by the phone booking executive that the distance is approximately 20 kms (19.5 kms) and that it would be costing me at the maximum of Rs 500 (which includes service charge of Rs 50 for availing the telephone booking facility). In actuality, the cost would be Rs 441 and is fine to be told Rs 500 to be on the safer side of estimation. I checked the route through Internet (considering the one way route along the way) and to my delight it matched with the phone executive's approximated estimate. The service was addressed by Mr. Prakash (Chauffeur/Driver) and he drove the cab in his own route without bothering about the distance that resulted (which is 39 kms as against the estimated 20 kms communicated to me by the phone executive). He drove 19 Kms extra which proved very costly to me when I made the payment. My guess for the reason for his wrong doing is that he picked up my father-in-law and his mother who are not aware of the routes in Bangalore. It was for them I booked the cab. The other thing is that the total amount in the bill was Rs 931. I paid Rs 950 expecting the change to be returned. Even after insisting to return the change (Rs 19), he kept it for himself. Please note that I paid Rs 100 (for 1 hr) for waiting charges which is ok and another Rs 20 for parking at Yeshwantapur Railway Station which is fine. Now after reducing Rs 120 (Rs 100 + Rs 20) for these expenses, the actual bill amount is Rs 811 (Rs 931 - Rs 120). If the Chauffeur (driver) would have driven in the best optimum route, it would have costed me approximately Rs 450. Due to the wrong intention of the driver, I had to pay an extra amount of Rs 361 (Rs 811 - Rs 450) and also for the 2 phone calls to Easy Cabs to lodge a complaint. In spite of lodging complaint twice on the same issue, there was no prompt response from Easy Cabs (though they promised to call back) which added to the existing situation (or mess). Kindly look into this matter and see to it that action is taken on the wrong doer (Chauffeur/Driver) and also that my amount is refunded to me as soon as possible. For this entire stress, if Easy Cabs is genuinely concerned about the customers, I expect the whole amount of Rs 950 to be refunded back to me for better word of mouth and retaining the loyal or existing customers like me.

                          My booking ID is A[protected] dt. 11/06/2014 at 9PM from Electronic city to Bangalore Rly station and booking is confirm yesterday 5PM by easy cabs representative and informed me also before 30 mints you will received driver details but when i called 8.40PM they are disconnecting my calls at last my call got connected at 9 PM and when i asked about my cabs. They are telling we are very sorry for same we are unable to arrange cabs. due sane problem we missed train which is 4 tickets. Pls help us, Mr barik [protected]

                            This was the worst experience i ever had with easy cabs. Since last 2 months i have booked 6 times easy cabs and was happy with the services however this Morning i had a terrible experience when i booked a cab for 11:30 Am and no chauffeur detail or any booking confirmation was sent to me till 11:25. Also, the details i got at 11:30 was of wrong chauffeur. Sorry to say but i won't go for easy cab booking in future.

                              Hi, I made the booking for 7:20 from LB shastri nagar to Malleswaram Bangalore. At last moment, no cabs are provided by Easy cabs. They don’t have decency of calling and atleast inform me. When I call at 7:05, then they are telling it is not possible and wait for 1 hour more. This booking for going for my wife for giving exam and due to this, if my wife paper got missed, then it is responsibility of easy cabs. This is one of worst experience with easy cabs.                                 hi my name is Dr Shamin Khan.I had booked one of your cabs for pickup from ghaziabad railway station and my drop point point was sec 82 noida.my booking id was A[protected]and my pickup time was 9.30 pm.i was told at the time of booking that the driver would call me and confirm the details half an hour before and i would receive a message regarding the details of the cab and the driver.But unfortunately neither did i receive the message nor the call from the drivers side.At 9.16 pm I received the call from the driver that he is at indirapuram and he will take around 25 minutes to reach ghaziabad railway station.I said ok.at 9.31 pm he called me again saying that he has reached the railway station and was at the parking of the railway at that time and on enquiring his whereabouts, he said that he is there at the parking but he was nowhere to be seen.At 9.51 he reached in the parking and told me that he was waiting outside.after coming when i asked him where was he he said that all the time he was there whereas he entered the parking space at 9.51. while were boarding the cab, he mentioned the waiting charges he said that since u are late you will have to pay and that also in a very il lmannered way.whereas actually he was late.when i told him that i will call easycabs customercare, he said do whatever u want.i asked him for the number of customercare he bluntly refused and threatened me that he will not take me and said that take out your luggage out of the car and do another cab.i felt very humiliated .I talked to your customer care and they sopke to this driver, however he fought with them on the phone as well in front o[censored]s.afterthat he asked as to takeout our luggage and getout of the vehicle .we got out and this driver went leaving us stranded at ghaziabad railway station.at the middle of tthe night when i was travelling with my whole family(including a kid and old parents. i didnot expect such kind o[censored]nplesant experience from your side.i expect that such untoward incidents do not happen in future.i also want stringent disciplinary action to be taken from your side against that driver and the details of the same be shared with me or else i am never going to avail your services in future nor would i recommend it to my social contacts. i hope u understand the gravity of the situation and take quick and strict action.                                   We were a group of three girls who had gone out in Bangalore. As we were going to be late that night we had booked a cab from Easy Cabs in the morning. We were told that the cab details would be texted to us half an hour before. The cab had been booked for 23.30hrs and at 23.12hrs we get a text saying that no cabs are available. We had to hunt for an auto around 23.30hrs, in order to prevent which we had pre-booked a cab. We are never going to use this cab service again and will never recommend it to others. Booking id: A[protected]. And also the website doesn't allow me to record a feedback by claiming that my booking id is incorrect.

                                    We had booked an Easy cab from Banashankari 3rd Stage to J P Nagar for our guests who are from Hyderabad. The details are 1. Booking ID[protected] 2. Car No: KA 04 C 8564 3. Chauffeur No [protected] As soon as the taxi arrived, he started using abusive language as he dint understand the address. Also while putting the luggage inside the taxi instead of helping after we put our luggage he said there was a scratch and we had to pay for it also he said the taxi had been painted yesterday. When we refused, he took the taxi with luggage. After some time he returned and said he will give a police complaint against us. My cousin who is from Hyderabad got into the taxi and went immediately. He took them saying he will take the money from them at any cost. He used choicest of abusive language against us and said they will not have a safe journely.We request you to take immediate action against the driver. My details are Manjula P, Ph:[protected].                                       This is to inform you about the horrible experience I have come through with Easy Cab on 29th May. It was my 4th booking since 28th May and all bookings done online. The latest booking ID being "A[protected]". The booking was for 6:30 pm pick up but the driver Chauffeur no: [protected] called me and informed that due to car breakdown he is unable to come and I have to contact the call center for resolution. That is the start of all nonsense. Anyhow I called and inform call center about my existing booking and it was rescheduled to 6:45 pm. After reaching destination I was shocked to see the bill with convenience fee of Rs.50. How stupid is this that you are charging for online booking for very first time. This is not about the sum but the services and T&C. The second chauffeur #[protected] advised to call the customer care for this as he was unable to assist me.                                         I have booked a cab today in Delhi from Karol Bagh Area to terminal 3. The Booking ID : A[protected]. The invoice which I have received, in that the KMs travelled were 13 and charges were 361 (including conveyance charges) BUT your driver whose cab number is 7301 and contact number is [protected] charged Rs 474 excluding Rs 50 conveyance charges. And the total KMs mentioned in your receipt was 20.3 KMs. Moreover, your driver harased my father (who was the traveler). And they took a simple route which is 'ridge road'. I don't understand why there is discrepancy in your whole system and the meters present in the car. Its something which I can take it forward to the consumer court as I have both the receipts. Such unprofessionalism and careless attitude is strictly not permitted. Reply ASAP I am attaching the receipt which your driver gave me for your perusal and invoice you can very well look into by yourself.
