Wrong bill generated, Repetetive complaints still no reply,negligent behaviour of caompany

Worst cab service ever had in my life !!!

Cab booked 12 hrs in advance and booking cancelled last minute

Easy Cab Meter showing 35% higher KM

Canceling cabs

The only time i book through easy cabs is when Ola, Meru and Uber are busy, And the Past 2 weeks i have made 4 booking through the website and ALL 4 OF THEM CANCELLED THE LAST MINUTE STATING VEHICLE PROBLEMS. atleast if they cancel half hour before the booking i can arrange for an other vehicle.. BUT NO.. they cancel half hour after the booking already when you are super late to that important meeting.

I HATE EASY CAB so much...

Driver haven't turned up for picking me

I booked the easy cab on 6/ jul/14 with booking ID A[protected] from Gurgaon to IGI airport for 7/jul/14 arround 3 AM.
Since driver number came exactly 15 minutes earlier.I kept calling driver but he did'nt picked.It was late night and there was no such logistics with me.At the end i missed my flight and wasted my money.

I would like to take action against this car
