I booked a taxi on 10th October 2014 from Easy cabs and after reaching destination wrong bill generated with date 11 Mar 2008. i have raised a complaint for the same 4 times but every time they turn up saying in 24 hours it will be delivered on your mail id.     I booked a cab on 26 of oct 2014 and the chauffeur never came to the pick up point rather called me and requested to come to a different location . After 15 mins of misleading guidance, I could not find him and whenever I tried calling him, his mobile was busy. At last I had to board a bus . Then the guy called me and started abusing in very rude manner. They don't know how to behave and talk to customer. If easy cab has such persons for service, people should avoid it. I highly recommend to stay away from this cab service as they don't have discipline and manners

      The car was booked on 11th October for pick up at 6 AM on 12th at Hyderabad. The vehicle did not report till 6.20 AM. When I called the person on the desk disconnected the line. I tired the Driver Cell No. more than 5 times but he did not pick the phone. Again when I called at 6.30 AM the person on desk informed that he has taken over the shift just now and he will check. No response for 15 minute. When I called again he informed the Driver is not picking the phone and he is helpless. When the company knows their drivers will not pick the phone why they book the cab nd message confirmation? Due to failure to report on time I had suffer huge financial loss which has to be compensated. My Cell No. is[protected] to which the confirmation of booking was sent by Easy cabs.

        I booked my cab for 4th oct 5:15 am. I was having train from New Delhi railway station at 6. The cab did not come. I called the driver continuously and he did not take my call. I lodged complain same day. And what they offered me in return was a simple apology. They are very good at charging waiting time if I exceed time for even a minute that time they don't not accept any apology. When I am calling the complain desk that girl she is avoiding my call by saying since I am not audible so she is disconnecting the call.this is the technique she is using. I had to suffer so much loss and they are offering a simple apology PlZ avoid this cab as much as you can

          Self would like to bring to your notice that it was very unprofessional n pathetic service by easycab, rather I would say there wasnt any service provided .I booked a cab almost 24 hrs prior on 24th sep for 25th sep 1 pm aftnun from mahipalpur to gurgaon-dlf phase-1.As per the executive my booking was confirmed which Icrossed check many times.I would like to tell you that I had my interview scheduled for which the cab was booked.To my surprise on 25th sep at 12.24 pm the chauffeur calls me and said that there is some traffic at mahipalpur and because of which he wont come.A very rude way of answer what a driver can give.I immediately informed easycab and spoke to executive(sakchi) and she assured me that another driver is coming for my pcik up soon.It was such a risk at that point of time and I was struggling to speak to easy cab executive executives and even the second driver could not reach by 1.30.What a mess happened with me u cant even imagine and it was for inerview if you can understand the importance of it.Soemhow I managed to reach my venue by my own.I kept on calling easy cab then Mr.Gaurav told me that the cab would be there at my place within 5 mins but nothing happened.. This is the level of customer service provided by easycab? If you cant assure what you can deliver then how can you promose a customer?Moreover your both the executives were very rude and unprofessional intheir response as if they were completely illitrate.I can understand the level of drivers but they were no less.This was something very serious which happened to me from your organisationwhich cant be accpeted at any cost.I assure that after this I would trake this issue head so that it cant be repeated to anyone else in future.             My self Yogesh Khandelwal, I travelled through easy cab on dated 16/11/2014 from saket, delhi to udyog vihar phase 1, gurgaon. I booked cab for 8 AM in the morning. But cab reached at 8.30 AM. Cab was late by 30 Minutes. Due to this i reached office late by 1.30 Hours otherwise i will reach office by 8.35 AM. Also When i asked the Bill he told that the meter is not working properly. and gave me the bill of Rs. 1200/- for 21.50 KMs. and asked to pay the 600 rupees for 21.50 KM. Taxi No. DL1RX-7255. I paid the amount. and regularly follow up for the bill and compensation for the half day, but all is vain. 1. Taxi is late by 30 Minute 2. I reached office by 1.30 Hours late 3.               This is regarding below booking; (Chauffeur detail received on 4.9.14 @ 18;00 & booking made on 4.9.14 @ 07:16); Dear Customer, your cab details for Booking ID: A[protected] are - Car No: DL1RX6768, Chauffeur No: [protected]. I have booked cab for 04 Sept'14 18:00, and cab was not provided. I have been told till last time booking is confirmed & cab will reach on time (even before 15min. of pick up time). After so many calls to Easy cab call center, at 18:00 I have received chauffeur detail who was atleast 45min. away from my pick up location. Why I have not been informed on proper time that cab can not be arrange on time even after calling so many times to call center that chauffeur detail pending.                 I was traveling from Mumbai domestic terminal to dadar in easycab ( MH01AM2676, driver name Kursheed Ahmed). The driver was pretending he doesnot know the dadar landmarks like Oswal buildings.Over that, he did not put the meter (which we realized only when he told us to give 400/- flat).He was rude and defending the amount he said ( as that he was circumnavigating the entire dadar instead of one straight route) The cab is also poorly maintained and in pathetic state.

                  Saurabh Kumar a customer service representative at easy cab tells me that my booking has been cancelled just 9 mins before im expecting my cab because of a system issue and that i have to re-book it. i then get an sms which states that the booking has been cancelled based on my request when i did NO such thing. i was refused a supervisor stating that they are busy on other calls, despite waiting on hold for approx 13 to 15 mins i did not get an escalation.
                  i was refused the email address to the grievance cell stating that its an internal email and that he was forwarding the complaint on my behalf
                  i was also refused a call reference number stating that they have no such thing
                  the representative also refused to give me his emp id.

                  to put this in a nut shell. i am very disappointed, frustrated and angry at the type of service and response that i have received.
                  i had booked the cab for a 8.30 am on 3rd sep 2014 to take my mom to the hospital for a scheduled endoscopy. i wasted 20 mins trying to get the cab issue sorted out but in vain

                  i wish for an out of court settlement for mental agony, and false broadcast of booking cancellation and unfullfilment of customer/provider contract.

                  i do not wish to take the legal route however will do so if the issue is not addressed in 24-48 hours.

                    Hi, I want to complaint against easy cabs organisation for not providing the bills to customers. I booked easy cab on 25 Aug and was promised by the Chauffer that I will receive the bill online. But its been a week and despite of following up with the customer care daily and today morning as well, i still have not received the bills yet. Please help regarding the same. It is teh duty of company or chauffer to provide the bills to customer. Thanks Akansha

                      I had called Easy cab on 31st Aug 2014 around 11:15 pm and booked a cab on 1st September 2014 at 8am. The guy on line took the booking and informed that it was booked. I reconfirmed with the Rep whether I can consider the booking as confirmed and he said yes. Later I received a booking ref # A[protected]. On 1st September 2014 I had got ready with family and a 1 year old infant. At 7:30 am I receive a message that due to non availability of cabs they cannot process the booking. I spoke to lady named Asha on the call centre and she was utterly useless. All she was saying was Sorry. I had a important event to attend to and I had to call 7 different cab companies spending money and time. Later I got a cab at 11 am from some other company. Is this is the kind of service we expect? What if I had made a booking to Airport? I am very disappointed with the extremely irresponsible behaviour by the company. If they don't have a cab inform us at the time of booking. I take confirmation as a confirmation not as a joke. These kind of irresponsible behaviour should be penalised. I request the authorities to take severe action so that the consumers should not be affected.

                        I had booked a cab on Aug 24 at 8:52pm for Aug 25th pick up from Whitefield at 7:45am. The booking was confirmed and I was given booking id A[protected]. At 7:16am when i am ready and waiting for my can details i receive a message stating "due to non-availability of the cab in your area we cannot process your booking". I called the call centre immediately and was given a fresh booking with pickup at 8:00am the same day. I waited for driver and cab details till 8:15am and to my complete shock got to know that this cab too is not coming due to non-availability. All this when I confirmed the booking thrice on each occasion. My question is : 1. why do you confirm bookings if you do not have cab available. 2. Mistake can be made once, not twice. Why was i confirmed a second booking and later told cab is not available 3. I had to incur losses due to the mismanagement this morning. This is a clear case of complete lack of respect for customer's time and not honoring the commitment. I am from teh media background and will also make sure that I spread my concern through various avenues and also through word of mouth stating the pathetic level of services and careless attitude towards your customers. Easy cabs should be avoided at all cost.

                          i booked a cab to reach office on 25th August, 2014, with booking Id- A[protected], the Cab driver was highly aggressive, he kept turning off the AC, and car in short intervals on jam packed road, the condition of the car was miserable, AC was in such a bad condition that i had to keep the window panes open. Also, It was almost impossible to suggest him the way, he completely refused my order to go to the direction which i had suggested, rather he took another route of his choice (the route which i had never took) which took me 2 hours to finally reach my office. i felt highly unsafe and insecure about my safety as i was alone in the Cab being a women, finally when i reached the office the meter showed 520 rupees and he took 650 rs irrespective of what meter was showing, giving the reason that they charge extra 60 Rs as conveyance (hidden charges), about which i was not informed at the time of booking, when i finally had handed over him the money he demanded, he was shouting at his volume best outside my office demanding for waiting charges extra which i refused to give as he came before time of what i had booked, then why should i give him the waiting charges. HIGHLY DISSATISFACORTY SERVICE !! VERY PATHETIC CABS AND THE DRIVERS!!

                            Sir I took Easy Cab from Terminal-1, IGI Airport N.Delhi to Pocket A, Sarita Vihar, N.Delhi. Usual distance is 21.5-22.5KM. The Easy Cab DL1RY6033 took reasonable 39 Minutes but charged me based on 30.1 Km ! At Savitri flyover it self, meter was showing 19KM. On confronting the driver Sh Rajpal, further distance to destination was cross checked with cab speedometer which showed less than 8 KM against Fare meter's reading of 11 KM. Its not the matter of money but of trust and reputation of such Co. Will some one at Easy Cab answer why about 35 % higher distance being charged to customers based on meters supplied by Easy Cab? The distance on route map is enclosed for your reference. The Bill (without No. ?) Dated 24-Aug-14 for Rs. 785/- [[protected]@23/KM+Rs 90 Airport Fees] is preserved at my end.                               we had booked a cab on 22/8/14 from bangalore to coimbatore through easy cabse under the name of mrs vasanthy suresh customer ID -969958. we were given the details of a cab driver by name syed ahmed with ID-2604.journey stared at 7.15 am . the driver was very rashly driving all the way. he went in wrong route from salem towards chennai 100 km without even listening to our instructions. he drove back 100 km back again came to salem then came to coimbatore at 3 pm when the expected arrival time was 12.45 pm.we had to pay 300 rupees rupees. extra for the toll ate fee also.we had incured a loss of 1800 rupees totally.we spoke to the customer care people to lodge a complaint. They also did not respond to us properly. After all this while paying the bill and he driver was too rude and demanded comlete payment. finally we paid just 200 rupees less inspite of all this inconvinience. totally a very horrible experience with easy cabs. Never, ever we are going to travel again. we have incurred a severe loss and very bad experience with the driver...take some suitable action... it was totally disgusting experience...

                                The only time i book through easy cabs is when Ola, Meru and Uber are busy, And the Past 2 weeks i have made 4 booking through the website and ALL 4 OF THEM CANCELLED THE LAST MINUTE STATING VEHICLE PROBLEMS. atleast if they cancel half hour before the booking i can arrange for an other vehicle.. BUT NO.. they cancel half hour after the booking already when you are super late to that important meeting.

                                I HATE EASY CAB so much to the point i want to sue them in court

                                this is the booking id of the cab they cancelled this morning A[protected], worst of all after calling the driver, he said he contacted a replacement cab near my house and he will reach in 5 mins.. that took 45 mins because he was in the other end of the city.. i had to call a friend to drive me halfway to meet the cab driver who would take me to my destination.. Very poor communication and all the lines are always busy in the call centre, after waiting for 15 mins someone on the other end hangs up.

                                EASY CABS are the worst, i have been taking taxis for work the past 7 years and they are by far THE WORST..

                                i AM NEVER USING THEM AGAIN, i understand all cab companies have problems but never THIS MUCH..

                                Clearly something is wrong with management and booking, even the drivers say that..

                                Save yourself a lot of headache if you just dont book through them.

                                      The Easy cab no. VEHICLE NO MH-01-AM-2765 bang on my car near Millenium Business Park, navi mumbai, where there was heavy traffic and we made our way out from it. My car's back door was damaged terrifically.

                                      I would like to take action against this car and let me know how much claim i'll get if i do the FIR.

                                        A cab was booked with easy cabs today morning (3rd Aug' 14) from Dwarka, New Delhi to Airport. The pickup timings were 12.30 Hrs. I received an sms confirming the booking at 10.07 am. At the time of booking, i was informed that the cab will reach 15 min before the scheduled pickup time (ie. 12.15 pm). i received an sms confirming chuaffer details at 11.46 am (booking id A[protected], car no. DL 1R-7189, Chauffer no. [protected]). I received call from this this no. at 12.19 pm for confirming my address and the person on call stated that he is at sector 12, dwarka trying to find my address. Special mention of the fact is that, by 12.15 pm the cab must have reached my pickup address as per communicated to me by cab company at the time of booking. As well, sector 12, Dwarka is 5 min drive from mentioned pick address. Finally, i kept waiting and followed on above mentioned no. 12.26 pm and 12.44 pm but the cab did'nt reach at pickup location. I tried reaching customer care dept. of easy cabs at 12.55 pm but once again could not receive any help. The situation was horrible and i had almost lost my flight by that time. I had to run on the road with my luggage and somehow managed to hire an auto to reach airport. Coordinated with airline for adjusting my delay in arrival. Due to above mentioned harassment, i had to leave important luggage at pickup address. I am at huge loss because of this service lapse from this cab company. This entire episode reflects poorly on the tall claims that this cab company advertises everywhere. I am harassed up to my core and want strict action against the cab company on non-delivery of services.
