I had one patient having medical emergency, so i booked cab for 28/05/2012 8.00 AM from AECS layout to manipal hospital, i made the booking on 27/05/2102 night around 10 PM, SMS came from easy cab saying "booking confirmed" with booking ID (A[protected], in the morning of 28/05/2012 at 7.30 AM i received SMS with can and driver details. When i called the driver at 7.45 AM his number was coming switched off, then i called easy cab customer care, they told, "that cab has been cancelled, you will get another cab" , after 5 mins i got another SMS with different cab and driver details, when i called this driver he told me that he is not coming, so again i called customer care, then customer care executive told that "we are very sorry, we don't have any cab now", after listening to that i was in pathetic condition, and i made my mind that never and ever in my life i will book easy cab. This kind of harassment i never expected from Easy cabs.
