Easy cabs is losing the credibility now. I booked a cab for morning 6.45 AM to catch the train, seeing no communication around 6.15 AM when I called they gave this socking update that booking is cancelled and I need to arrange some other means to travel. This is ridiculous, someone is in hope that cab will be on time and I will reach the destination right time but this mismanagement contributes to miss your train/flight/urgencies.

I do NOT recommend using easy cabs anymore. Please take the action against them for such failures..

I booked it for 8:30 pm of 05 march, 2013 and made the booking 7:30 pm of 05 march, 2013 I booked it for my parents my booking is conformed booking ID B[protected] car no 6947 chauffeur no [protected]. Chauffeur call me on 7:40 pm for pickup point & dope location after some time I received sms from easy cab dear ( dear customer ,As requested by you we confirm the cancellation of your booking no B[protected] we look forward to serve you at the earliest-easy cabs )

    Easy Cabs — Cancellation without information

    Hi,

    I booked the cab in the morning to Bangalore Railway Station for 9.00 pm the same evening. I got a confirmation mail stating the same. Due to the death of a Kannada actor, there was a lot of disturbance in the city and I was counting on the cab. I asked them to check if I can pre-pone my booking to 8.30pm for the same reason. The call center was very prompt and said they will confirm by sms. Now as it happened, the 8.30pm was cancelled(which I didnt book) and 9.00pm cab never turned up. I called later and they told me that my enquiring for 8.30pm possiblity has cancelled my 9.00pm cab that was confirmed. This has happened to so mant people before and i would be really glad if there was some way to address the same.

    Easy Cabs — No accountability for passengers

    I had booked a cab on 11 January 2011 for evening. Approx 30 mins before coming I received a sms from easy cab confirming the driver name. Approx 15 mins before the scheduled time the driver even confirmed
    that he would be coming.

    But right at the scheduled time, driver called me and told me he would not be coming and to arrange a taxi for myself. The driver even said that he had a discussion with the customer care and they have asked me to book a cab for myself.

    When I called customer care, they were least interested in what had happened. I told them that I was left on my own and my whole plan for the evening was impacted. But the response that I got was that they will take action against the driver.

    1) When easy cabs are charging the highest in the city Rs 20 per km is this the service that we are expecting?
    2) Is customer a learning place just to learn and improve the process within the organization, while customer suffers all the pain?
    3) Why does the company not suffer and bear the expenses and get charged everytime for customer inexperience? Even if pizza is not hot it is for free. If your charges are highest why is there no penalty on your faliure of service.

    A strong recomendation to Easy Cabs to improve your service.

      This is to lodge a severe complaint against EASY CABS. I had gone to MG Road with some friends yesterday evening (March 4, 2013). As we were in a Party and was going to be late so we made a booking with EASY CABS. We had called easy cab customer care at 20:22 hours for the booking. We wanted a cab from MG road metro station to Banaswadi at 22:15hrs. We got a confirmation with the booking id A[protected].

      At 22:02 hrs we get a message from EASY CABS saying "Due to non availability of the cabs in your area we cannot process the booking. We apologize for the inconvenience caused."

      They do not even have the courtesy to call in advance so that other arrangements could be made. They messaged me that cabs will not be available just 8 mins before the time I was expecting a cab to take us home. Because of this we had to wait on middle of the road for 30 mins waiting for Autos or some other taxi. We ended up paying INR 1,200 for 2 autos for just the distance of 12-15 kms.

      I dont think companies like EASY CABS who are making so much money and promises about taking you home safely after a party night can be so casual about their responsibility. Some one should be answerable for this. I would want EASY CABS to pay for their callous nature, irresponsible behaviour and inconvenience caused to me and my friends.

      Driver lost

      I took a taxi last night. The driver was lost for half an hour. The trip is 21km, but this one took 35km. I had to pay what the meter said. Horrible service. Not truthful at all.

        I had requested for a cab service from Easy cabs to pick me and my colleague @ 6:30 pm on January 17.2013,from my office in Chandivali, Andheri(East) upto Borivali (East). I received details of my booking. About an hour before the journey, they also sent me the driver and car details.
        Just to confirm if the driver is on the way, I called up @ 6:15 pm, on the mobile number that had been given to me. Only to find out that the cab has broken down and this had been informed to easy cabs(I don't believe if the car was broken or he simply got a customer who had a longer trip) . However as a customer no such information regarding possible delay was sent to me. Also no alternate car details were given to me.
        I called up on their hotline number, explained the situation and asked if they have any alternate cab available.
        I was kept on hold for about a minute or two and then the line got disconnected. I tried calling on their hotline number a second time, and after repeating the story a second time, asked me if he can put the call on hold to retrieve the details. This time around i was completely frustrated. I told him that i have an alternate mode of transport , and i cant wait for them to put me on hold infinitely. They have to be prompt with their answer if the can provide an alternate service or not. To which the person had no answer. I finally asked him to cancel the request.I think it was completely unprofessional and unethical on the part of Easy cab services to not inform the customer if there was a problem from their end. I am not sure if after this incident,I will recommend this cab service to anybody.In our case we had opted for the cab service as both me and my colleague are expecting and travelling by any other means was not a favourable option for either o[censored]s.

          I want to bring to the notice , that I had booked a cab from Noida to my residence in CR park on 21st December 2012 for 7pm.

          Booking Id - B[protected].

          I was told at the time of call that i will get the details of my cab 30 mins prior to my boarding of cab.

          I did not receive any details till 6.30 so i called up the ease cabs once again to check , the person at the other side told me that my booking is confirm and i wll get my driver details in next 10 mins and i will get my cab at 7.

          but then i did not receive any details till 6.50 .

          I called up agian at 6.50 to inquire about the same, i was again told that in 5 mins i will get my driver details and in 15 mins cab will be at my boarding point .

          i did not receive any details till 7.15 , so i called up again to check ,
          I was told again after fighting for 15 mins with them that i will get details in 5 mins and dirver in 15 mins as cab is near by .

          Finally at 7.40 i got the driver details and my cab came at 8 .

          I was serioullly ill that day , thats the reason i had taked early off from m y office and booked a cab.
          In that condition i had wait for an hour .

          i was also conserned about time because after 8 roads start to get a bit deserted , thats why i had booked it in peak hour because some roads i cross are not safe in dark .


          i want to bring to notice that the response of the ease cab was completely irresponsible, they make fool of you and cause so much of troble.
          i was serioulsy ill and was in very bad shape , and delay made it worse.

          Ease Cabs are not reliable.

            I Booked an easy cab to go from White field to RT nagar at 16:44pm today.The pick up time was 18.30. The company sent me an sms with my booking ID.
            I should have recvd the drivers details 30mins prior to the pick up time at 18:00 but at 18:16 i instead recieve an sms saying that cabs werent available in my area and so the request could not be processed.
            On calling the call centre the executives have only mouthed" we are sorry for the inconvenience" like trained, enslaved parrots.One of the executives even disconnected the call under the pretext of putting me on hold to find another cab.
            After calling again and asking for a senior who is also incapable of saying anything other that "We are sorry for the inconvenience" and saying she will lodge a complaint, im stuck without a cab trying to go 20kms from an area where autos or other modes of transport are not available.
            This isnt the first time easy cabs has left me with a sour experience. On an earlier occassion, they sent a can driver who could not speak any other language except kannada.
            Unfortunately for locals, there are people who come from outside the state and do not speak the native tongue, just as the state locals go outside and cannot speak that local language.
            The driver wasnt able to come to a known landmark like Majestic bus stand and he had kept me standing for over one hour.
            I think this service is pathetic and customers dont mean anything. ABsolutely pathetic

            Easy Cabs Bangalore — MOBILE LOSS

            I HIRED AN EASY CAB FROM AIRPORT BANGALORE TO MALLESHWARAM.THE MOBILE WAS LEFT BEHIND AND THE EASY CABS IN SPITE OF FURNISHING THE VALID TRAVEL RECEIPT NOT COOPERATING TO LOCATE THE MOBILE.

            Dear Everybody,

            This is to bring to your notice the easiest way of cancelling a pre-booked taxi service by Easy Cabs. I had made a reservation yesterday from my home to Bommanahalli in the morning at around 11.00 am and i got a confirmation sms message mentioning the booking number as B001403. The reservation was made for night 9.30 pm. To my surprise even after 9.40 pm not seeing any response I called up the service to hear that my taxi booking has been cancelled and according to them they have informed me. (It is surprising that the claim of informing a customer is by a sms (i have not recieved any such sms). The call center just says that there is no Taxi available and hence they cancelled it. How can a reputed Call Taxi do this to a customer by not acting responsibily. Due to this I missed my journey and how do they judge my mental stress occured due to this irresponsible behaviour of a reputed call taxi.

            I am posting this for every body's notice as the company needs to unders stand one's agony due to this sudden cancellation without any notification.

              Hi,
              I had booked 2 easy cabs online (@ 11am) on 18th Oct 2012 from Mohammed ali road to Mumbai central station (for 8:40pm), i called back easy cabs to confirm my booking they said booking has been confirmed and they will send a sms with all the details 30 mins prior to the departure time. I got a sms with chauffeur details for 1 cab @ 8pm, when i called the driver he said he`ll not come for the pick up due to traffic in that area and denied to come. i called back the customer service of easy cabs but they were irresponsible in their talks and they said they cant arrange for cabs, and i got a sms around 8:25 pm that my booking for both cabs has been cancelled. Finally i had to take the regular cab.

              So I would suggest you all NEVER trust Easy cabs and don't take their services as they cancel the booking at last moment, due to this you might get late to reach your destination and even miss your flight/train between this.

              This is most unreliable and irresponsible cab service i have ever seen.

                Hi Team,

                It was very sad and frustrating day where I booked Easy Cabs from Dombivili East to CST International Airport, Mumbai 2 days ahead with the confirmation number from the Cab Service provider A[protected] and the same got cancelled at the last moment where I was in deep need of the service. On the day of travel (29the Sep 2012), I requested the cab service Customer Care guys to send the cab little early Ganesh Immersion was happening on the same day and the same was confirmed twice. At the time of pick up, I've made a call to the customer care as there was a delay in getting the cab details, shockingly, I came to know that my booking got cancelled because of a technical reason and the same message was sent to me, but I really didn't receive any message as such. They told me to look for an alternate option at that time.

                Easy Cabs denied to provide the cab and I was in a real critical situation and if there was any delay, I would have missed my flight and have incurred lot of financial and reputation loss to me and my employer.

                At the last moment, I had to look for alternative and with a great difficulty, I reached airport on time. My tension for those 3 hours was really horrible and inexpressible. Just because of thee Easy Cabs, my happy journey became a highly tensed journey. I felt really bad and frustrated withe the type of courtesy they have shown to me and really their careless attitude in providing the services.

                I request your highness to kindly investigate in this and sue the concerned people whose caused me inconvenience and I really don't want anyone else to face this kind of situation. Getting a flight on time and that too in Mumbai traffic is really difficult unless we start very early. Despite of booking the cab early, thee careless attitude of the cab service has disappointed me a lot. I had very sad memories before leaving India just because of Easy Cabs. Services like these are the one's who are downgrading the Indian Quality and becoming an example to others to hate India.

                Please be in my shoes and think the situation of mine.

                Hoping that the Cab Service guys are punished for this cause and I also hope that I receive an acknowledgement mail on [protected]@gmail.com.

                  Had booked a taxi thro EASY CAB Call Centre on 18th July. The pickup was scheduled at 04.15 AM in the morning since i had an early morning flight to catch from the domestic airport. The call centre exec. also informed me that i will have to pay 200/- INR for the journey (meru charges me 120/- for the same distance) but since it was early morning, i didn't mind paying extra. Got a confirmation sms with cab / driver details in the morning as indicated. However at 3.45 am, the driver called me to check the pickup point. When the chap realized that i stay in khar which is not far off from the airport, he started cribbing and refused to pick me up saying that such a short distance is not profitable - infact he had the nerve to tell me to call centre and ask for another cab. I promptly rung up the call centre at 4 am to complain - they only apologized and could just do nothing against the errant driver and also could not arrange for an alternative - eventually i had to manage on my own at such an unearthly hour. Its sad to realize that neither the Easy Cab Service centre cares about customers neither do their drivers - the attitude and professionalism is no different that the regular taxiwallas. If a cab service cannot stick to its commitments and has no control over drivers, it has no business to be in that field. Moreover this is not the 1st time that i had this experience with EASY CABS - twice earlier, they confirmed a cab pickup and cancelled it just 30 mins before the scheduled departure in the guise of technical issue (it can't be for any other reason but the short distance) ...
                  So i[censored] plan to use an EASY CAB, Beware of the pathetic service !!!

                    Please record my serious complaint against the cab driver who very bluntly refused to come to the pick up location and asked my wife to speak to the call center because he has got another pickup and WONT be able to come. They will rearrange for other cab..

                    Receiving this input when I spoke to the call center (Mr. Rahul) he mentioned that the cab was already assigned and was no change in route for the cab driver.

                    Now the most disgusting part of the experience - when I am seeing the website under "MY BOOKINGS" to my surprise it shows TRIP COMPLETED - which also shows that the whole organization is functioning unprofessionally - right from website system to drivers.

                    I am really disappointed by this level of pathetic service by a brand like EASY CABS and will ensure that this is highlighted in public forums or even consumer court unless there is strict action taken against the driver.

                    Only she knows what she had to go through walking all the way for half hour at midnight in the rain...

                    I am very sure...this is the LAST time I am using your so called "BEST SERVICE"...

                      This is pertaining to the services offered by easy cabs for cab bookings, which I feel have never ever been an appropriate one, it is not just in one instance but overall more than 5 instances I have booked easy cab in a stretch of 15 days and unfortunately despite the booking has been done almost 12-24 hours in advance they have failed to pickup and do not even bother to inform on time about the same that they couldnt arrange, its such a sad thing as the cab to be arranged is for my wife who was in an expecting stage and due to the last moment issue of their inability to deliver their service, people are facing issues, I have then started with Meru cab which is almost appropriate and the information about cab availability is given much in advance.

                        I booked and easy cab to go from Goregaon Link Road to SNDT college Santacuz West on 8the June 2012. I was told theat I will receive thee details of thee driver and car 40 mins prior to departure. The cab was booked at 12.43pm and I was scheduled to leave at 2pm.
                        I got a message withe thee details at 1.33pm. I waited for thee cabbie to call till 2pm. When he didn't, I called him. The cabbie told me theat he had cancelled thee trip and informed someone at thee easy cabs centre about thee same. At theat point he was very conveniently at Kandivili picking up anotheer customer.
                        Nobody from centre had botheered to call me and tell me anytheing about theis. When I called, thee executive Rahul apologizes and says theat he could book a cab for 30 mins later. What about thee driver who didn't turn up? When I ask for being transferred to a senior manager, I was connected withe a lady called Supriya who said "we cannot get in touch withe thee driver at thee moment and theere are no drivers in your vicinity, sorry"
                        To begin withe, it was a big goo[censored]p on thee part of Easy Cabs. Their driver failed to turn up and I am supposed to suffer.
                        Anyway, I call up again and ask for a cab to be sent asap. The executive tells me theat thee cabbie will reach in 10-15 minutes. 10 mins later thee cabbie called me - a new one theis time. By now its 2.30pm
                        I live on Goregaon Link Road, near Oshiwara bus depot. He calls me from Oberoi mall (Goregaon HIghway) which is at least 30-35 minutes away from my place.
                        He has no clue where he has to go. He doesn't know thee roads. I have a good mind of braving an auto ride by now.
                        I call back on thee easy cabs number and ask for a senior manager again. This time Mr Prem comes on line. He tells me theat thee driver will be theere in 5 minutes. Clearly nobody at thee call centre has any clue about roads and distances in Mumbai!
                        He repeatedly tells me theat thee cab will be theere in 5 mins. I ask for thee numbers of theeir senior management people. He refuses to provide any numbers.
                        Finally at 3pm thee driver calls me from opposite my lane, he hands thee phone over to a shop owner who I explain thee address to! At thee end of all theis, I manage to reach my destination only by 3.45!

                          Booked a Easy cab at the jet arrival airport termninal on 1st June 2012. Paid the "airport taxi charge" of Rs 50 and was given a cab no 2760 and was told the driver will call me. Kept waiting at the pick up location for more than 45 mins and no one called and the cab 2760 also did not come. On calling their call centre they said "sorry"... i had to take an auto home... lost Rs 50, 45 valuabe minutes and peace of mind. This simply is cheating and amounts to fraud to collect rs 50 from unsuspecting public with the promise of a taxi outside.

                            I had one patient having medical emergency, so i booked cab for 28/05/2012 8.00 AM from AECS layout to manipal hospital, i made the booking on 27/05/2102 night around 10 PM, SMS came from easy cab saying "booking confirmed" with booking ID (A[protected], in the morning of 28/05/2012 at 7.30 AM i received SMS with can and driver details. When i called the driver at 7.45 AM his number was coming switched off, then i called easy cab customer care, they told, "that cab has been cancelled, you will get another cab" , after 5 mins i got another SMS with different cab and driver details, when i called this driver he told me that he is not coming, so again i called customer care, then customer care executive told that "we are very sorry, we don't have any cab now", after listening to that i was in pathetic condition, and i made my mind that never and ever in my life i will book easy cab. This kind of harassment i never expected from Easy cabs.

                            Easy Cab — Harassment

                            Booked an Easy Cab on 19/10/2010 . When I called for confirmation of booking and booking details after not getting any SMS, they said “Yes, it will reach on time”. Again I called they said within 10 min it would be reaching and when It did not come on time I again called and they said, “Booking cancelled, reason unknown/ no vehicle available” etc. Without giving me any information they cancelled it at last moment and the tension that time is just unexplainable.

                            Easycab — harrasment

                            the agent of easy cab has misguided us by saying that pick up and drop from faridabad to mehrolli is approx 400/ rs pls 100/rs waiting charges per/hr but oppositnjely finally we reached our home the driver handed us the bill of 1535 which is a darely not acceptable and also the driver harrased us for 2 hrs we strongly want a legal action and we have done the complaint in consumer forum also on the harrasment and misguiding case
                            hi, i very much agree with you. easycabs are totally unrelible and drivers are totally irresponsible and unprofessional.

                              Easy cabs were supposed to send me a cab at 5:30 PM from Nerul, Sector 4 to pick my parents up and drop them at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. The cab did not arrive at 5:30 PM. When called at 5:15 PM to confirm the Easy Cab telephone support assured that a confirmation will reach my phone by SMS in 5 min. That didn't happen. When I called again at 5:33 PM, I was informed that the booking has been cancelled. I had make other arrangements to the station to catch their train. My parents could have missed the train. My father who has to undergo dialysis on Monday mornings could have missed his appointment for tomorrow. Such a bad service was not expected, that also right at the last moment. Totally disappointed.

                              Easy Cabs — Cab didn't even arrived even after booking confirmation

                              I have booked the Cab for my travel to City Railway station in Bangalore on Oct 28th 2011 at 11:30 AM. Immediately I received booking ID from Easy Cabs and ID was A[protected]. The cab was booked for pickup at 18:00 from my residence.

                              I received message from EASY CABS at 17:50 giving Cab details and chauffeur number. This message came to me just 10 minutes before pickup time.
                              The driver called me after 5 minutes before pickup time saying he will take 2 hrs to reach the pickup location. Is this acceptable my any means?

                              I waited for another hour or so and the cab never turned up to my location. If somebody relies you on the proper pickup and if you provide this type of service.. how people can trust you anymore??/

                              Because of this I missed my train and next day I have to travel by Flight to Mumbai.
                              And now EASY cab calls me and tells me that as per their policy they can not provide any compensation and simple word APOLOGY. They dont even understand the pain i went through all this.

                                An easy cab was booked at 11pm on 27th April to arrive next morning 5 am at Noida sector 19. The customers had to go to the Anand Vihar railway station to catch a train of 6am. But the cab did not turn up at the venue and on frequent calling at the chauffeur number provided by the company, the number was on waiting for almost half an hour. No communication from the company or from the Chauffeur came and the customers suffered a lot due to unavailability of other public transport during early morning hours. The company claim of providing world class experience of cab facility but this incidence proved their incompetency in serving the society.

                                  I had booked an easy cab from Goregaon East to Domestic airport for my flight from Mumbai to Porbandar (only 1 flight per day and only Jet airways). Booking id A[protected] Flight timing 05.55 Hrs. Reporting time at Airport min. 45 mins before the Flight timing i.e. 05.10 Hrs.

                                  I had booked the Cab for 04.15 hrs, so that i can reach the airport easily in max. 30 mins that is by 04.45 hrs (being early morning time - without traffic) and complete the formalities at the airport and board my flight easily.

                                  I was waiting for the Cab from 04.15 at my society gate, but no cab was there.. i tried to call at 04.20 but the chauffer did not pick the call. I waited.. i thought he must be just reaching at my society. i again called at 04.25 hrs still nobody answered the call.. then i again called at 04.30 hrs then the phone was busy. and again after waiting for another 10 mins... I called again and the gentleman answered the phone for the first time.. i asked him where he was, in reply he asked me who is speaking.. i said i had booked a cab and they have sent me your number saying that his cab would be coming for the pick up...

                                  he said that he did not receive any intimation from Easy Cabs and hence he did not come....

                                  Hence in frustration i had to manage myself from the remote location along with my heavy luggage and search for an auto rickshaw...
                                  i got auto after searching for 5 mins and i boarded the auto around 04.50. The auto driver tried his best to reach me in time on the airport and charged me with 1.5 times the normal fare (Rs. 150/-) i tried my best to reach at the check in counter of Jet airways.. but by the time i reached at 05.15 hrs they had closed their counters... and regretted for not allowing me to board the flight...

                                  had they allowed me to board the flight i would have not mentioned anything to you.. because all is well that ends well... but that did not happen... hence i had to give a call to the Easy cab customer Care and discussed this matter with one Jr. executive and then after argument he transfered the call to Mr. Yash More from Sr. Complaint Dept.

                                  even after long discussion of 30 mins with him , he was not there with a solution... i have then cancelled my existing ticket and rebooked a flight to Rajkot for the afternoon which i got luckily as it was the last available seat.... Now i simply want Easy cab to bare the additional cost of the flight which i had to cancel and reroute through Rajkot.. and bear the cost of AC cab from Rajkot to Porbandar...

                                    I had booked Easy Cab on 3rd Feb 2012 morning at 10 am for a pick-up at 5.30pm From Domestic Airport to Lokhandwala Complex, Booking ID was A[protected] Car no.9034,Chauffer No.[protected] , at around 5.10 I get a call from the driver that his car has been in garage & wrongly assigned to me & hence cancelled. No one at the call center was helpful or for that matter courteus. At the last moment I had to look out for my self.

                                    Easy Cabs are most unprofessional & would not recomment then at all.

                                      I booked a Cab Via Easy cabs for the[protected] for 3.45 am , the booking was done prior on wed 12:37, I was given a booking ID A[protected]. and was informed that will get an sms 40 mins prior to the scheduled time .
                                      Called at 3.20 am on the[protected], was informed by the Customer service agent , that will receive sms in 5 mins , called back again after 10 mins of not receivieng the message, this time he said the request is not been processed.At 3 .34 am i get a msg " Dear customer, due to technical error , we are unable to service booking no A[protected]. Please ignore the car details sent. We Deeply regret the inconvenience.

                                      No details were sent in the first place , and the customer service agent had no clue , pathetic service, It was 3 .45 am and we were calling these useless people who have useless pathetic service.

                                        First of all I am a regular user of easy cabs & the instance took place dissolved all the good services I got from Easy Cabs till now, as I have recently booked a cab from Gurgaon (Haryana) to Paschim Vihar i,.e. 26 January 2012 @ 12:20 am & the driver took me to a longest way to Paschim Vihar & on complaining him about the same he defended with that he is taking me from the shortest route (i.e. gurgaon to dwarka to delhi cantt to tilak nagar to paschim vihar) & Idle route for the same is Gurgaon to dhaula kuan to punjabi bagh then Paschim Vihar, & the miracle happened when he stopped me to Police Barricade complaining about me that this passenger is abusing me for the long route & to which police supported him that the route Chauffeur took the shortest route (Old time DELHI POLICE STYLE)

                                        I would request Easy Cabs to remove these kind of Staff with them as these Chauffeurs will surely ruins there brand name & should take proper action against the driver, As I know Delhi routes & I catched him think about those who don't.

                                        Never ever use easy cab. Drivers are abusive and charge extra money and when you ask them for bill they want to take you to police station. Women should be very careful and never use this cab
