I had bought a mobile lava iris atom x on 03/06/2016 as a guest user .I was not satisfied with the phone because it is was hanging from the first day, its not even accepting memory card and I was not being able to open URL.I wanted to return it and approached customer care where they created a claim for me and convinced me that he will refund my money and take back the product, and said they will call me on five days from eBay.I got a call from eBay today, they said I won't be able to return my product and asked me to visit service center.Seller is telling me to contact eBay and eBay is telling me to contact seller.what they think we are sitting fool here? They cannot hold us here in this loop we are learnt people and its our right to return back the product if we are not satisfied.kindly take necessary action.

no i dont need to write to any one, i will not contact with ebay, these guys think they will solve this issue on there own, but none of them feel responsible neither the seller nor the customer care.
recently i called seller for requesting him to place a return fore the product i cant keep he argued and kept the phone.
please have a return request initiated for this product it is 10 days late . try to understand .
Kindly please help consumer complaints on this issue immidiately my 2599 rs has been stuck with them by buying a product which is not worth at all.

    I bought a watch from ebay and my paisa pay id is [protected].It is not working any more. I asked for a refund 2weeks back. I got a call from eBay on 5th June and they have told that they'll address this issue in 48 hrs, but till now I haven't received any calls. I even tried to contact eBay with their toll free number for past 3 day . But I was not able to contact them. When ever I call I could only hear a computerised voice saying "All our representatives are currently busy" . I was totally unhappy with eBay. I feel eBay is not a trust worthy site to buy a product. They never bother about customers query's. I'll never turn upto eBay in further if it continues. I need my refund asap

    Its been 2 weeks, still I haven't got my refund. No one came to pick the defective product. 2 days back I got a cal saying within 48 hrs they'll pick the product. EBay is giving only fake promises. When ever I call their customer care I could only hear recorded voice.

      1 june 2016 i had maid a payment of 32990 for dell laptop but payment was not recieved to ebay however it was deducted from sbi credit card and they msg me that your amount will be refunded to you in 6 to 8 days so again i had made the payment fro other credit card of standared chartered that time payment was succesful and order was place and delivered to me at time but the laptop is not working prperly
      so i am expecting to be resolved that issue as soon as possible

          I have ordered a product on ebay but they havent couriered it. I asked them to refund my money but they r not responding to my emails. They are not even picking up my calls. I asked the seller to solve my problem but he became harsh and not cooperating at all. I need my money as soon as possible. I haven't expected this from ebay.

              I purchased two products from ebay(Paisa pay id-[protected]) and when they reached one of them was Layer Shot Deep Desire and Red Stallion which was damaged during transit and for the same i raised a claim (Claim id[protected] and the other product was a flip cover for Samsung S3 I9300 which was ruptured and I raised the claim for same (Claim Id[protected] for what i got a message that I will be contacted by Ebay within 5 days but 10 days passed there was no respond I called them again and they asked me to wait for 5 more days and again no respond again I called at what they said the claim is rejected and closed I contacted Grievience Officer who reopened the claim and again they rejected the claim without even informing me and after a month they are saying they again closed the claim again without informing me.I request to help me in this regard Ebay is frauding me and taking my money away.

                I was waiting for refund for. More than 100 days. Bad service you provide... For what reason you have customer service??? No one will be in chat, no one will pick up call in customer service, email you well reply after 10 days, you have customer service to waste customer time. Bad company. To receive the order it will take 10 days, to get approval for claim one month, every day i have to call, mail, to receive the refund more than 90 days. Stop cheating. I promise u sure u will lose more customers i will guarantee u. I u can't do who u be in customer service... Worst ebay.In.. Please don't buy from this. This is happening to me 2 nd. Only eservice company that sells fake items, poor quality... No proper follow up from customer service. No refund 100% cheat.. Still now they are telling u r refund in process but more than 90 days over since i have bought the product.

                  I bought "LCD Display With Touch Screen digitizer for Lenovo S920" at Rs 2070/- on[protected] by my card. Even after sending an email to the ebay seller to send genuine and new unit, They send used and crashed item. I did the complain on phone, and asked for refund my money. They raised "Claim ID : 2044844 PaisaPay ID : [protected]", and asked for uploading images. After uploading images, the concerned seller accepted the fault and asked to return the item so that he could initiate the refund. However, eBay executive updating the database quoting the same lines for three continuous days---"MJWe tried to contact you on your registered number ###39 on 7th June 2016 at 2:10 PM but the number was ringing, due to which we were not able to discuss about this claim. We would like to request you to update your alternate contact number on the claim...etc etc...". I did all requirements as asked and called to update the database. Totally, I called thrice and send so many emails complains, but noone on the behalf of ebay called me and asked for item, neither told anything about my refund. Whenever I called, they asked for 5 day time limit to resolve my issue. Till date, no refund, no return of item--STATUS showing pending in ebay.

                      I viewed an item on eBay.in and tried to buy it on June 5, 2016 using my eBay Account(chawl_ragh).
                      I paid the amount of 372 Rs. from my debit card. After paying for the item the order didn't proceed further. After completion of payment, I was directed to eBay home page. I called eBay helpline no. and they told me they will send an email in 2-3 days but i m not yet able to receive their response.
                      I feel exploited under these circumstances and expect eBay to look into the matter and refund my money or place the order.

                        Recently I had purchased two items from Ebay.in site as I used to think that ebay is one of the best online shopping site which guarantees of good products and after service as well.But in recent past the service I received from ebay India was worse than worst which is provoking me to write such complaint and to abstain from ebay forever. I would like to mention that I am working with a one of the top MNC at a senior position and we are in Digital Marketing service industry as well. So the responses I received were actually pathetic and not expected to be delivered to the customers who are disappointed especially when their concern is genuine.

                        Here are the details of my purchased items.

                        Mobile Charger - [protected] (PaisaPayID)

                        Mobile Battery - [protected] (PaisaPayID)

                        Concerns I Faced:

                        1Samsung Battery never got charged up. Samsung charger was working for 10-15 days and suddenly one day it stopped working. I purchased both these products within a time frame of a month.

                        2When I went on your ebay site for claiming replacement, I got only two options.

                        First was about the contact the seller and second was call/email your customer care which I did immediately.

                        2As per below communication, ebay supplier contacted me about the Charger (Battery seller never contacted me) and asked for a hard copy of a receipt which I never received with the parcel. I shared transaction ids, suggested to share email of transaction and also shared the shipping delivery copy which has sellers address. He clearly denied to replace the charger as I could not share hard copy of the receipt as I never received it.

                        I tried calling your customer care for hours holding receiver in hand but your customer care was never available. Also I wrote an email but I never received any response when they claim to respond within 48 hrs.

                        3Then I approached ebay social media channels (Facebook and Twitter) and shared my concern, they have been responsive fortunately but they never shared any update. The only update I have been receiving is they have shared complaint to the concern team and they are waiting for the response. I have been chatting with them for last 4 weeks at least.

                        Please note that, they never mentioned that social media is not a proper channel for claims and I shall proceed with some other claim process. I asked them several times about the timelines but they never shared.

                        4Some days back when finally ebay customer care attended my call and I spoke with one of the supervisor from their team, his response was like below which is not upto the standards.

                        - You were supposed to contact through ebay claims within a month so as you have crossed that timeline we cant help. Warranty is for 6 months for these two products and I had initiated a talk on time. I never received proper response or correct direction from any of the ebay member.

                        -- Social media channels are not the mediums to raise concerns. its only for sharing feedback, so why your Facebook and Twitter specialists never mentioned that?

                        -- You were supposed to contact the service center and the dealer not to ebay. I had actually done that but I have already mentioned by experience with them above.

                        Where I went wrong? I need a justice, its not just a matter of money. Even after writing to their grievance managers and other authorities they are not sharing any update.

                        Please help me.

                          I bought a watch from ebay but nob of the watch missing from the watch same day I informed to ebay seller made the replacement request on 18 may 2016 but till date I didn't get replacement I called to customer care 4 times but they are just saying that we are doing doing but doing nothing all the time just holding call and replying this will be resolved in 3 day but this is almost 30 day watch is with me but not in use.

                            I purchased an item from ebay on 6th May 2016 amounting to 9345. The seller didnt ship the item and after 15 days of follow up finally my refund was approved. But still the I didnt receive the refund money in my credit card account even after 12 days . I contacted the bank and they informed that nothing has been credited from ebay till date and I sent the credit card statement to ebay for their verification . The bank asked me to provide confirmation mail from ebay for the refund so that they can investigate . When I contacted ebay customer care they told refund has been processed 10 days back . When I asked for a confirmation or acknowledgement mail for the same, ebay team told they cant send that. I asked again and again and still they didnt provide me . Where should I now go . EBay is a pathetic company which will trouble you till your last happiness and will not let you be at peace . Their work is to trouble people. Government should ban such companies in India where its hard earned money of each individual . I will never ever touch ebay again. Please help me get my money back.

                            The refund claim ID is 1981413.
                            Your team is pathetic.When a customer calls for query, they just keep on increasing the time for update . Each time person calls saying update will be received in next 72 hours . Then again when a person calls, they again extend the time by 3-4 days.

                              As I purchased iPhone 5 on ebay for 16, 700 rupes has it is not Woking properly fault piece I havve booked a claim and later on after 1 month they responded and said to courier the package back.to seller and again they asked to.send me drs copy before 13 th may I.have send on 13 th becoz regret by courier services And then contacted many times on 21 st may they ask me to.wait but they don't call me respond to.me...on 28 they vil say time takes to .open wait for 3 days agian I have called again they said to wait for 10 days to.on ...today On 9 th June they r saying that it can't reopen the claim due to late response ..this is truly breach of trust under ipc section ..they asked me to.wait n.said can't open claim now its been 2 mnth20 days ..I'm a poor boy need money to pay the fees of academic year plz help.me sir

                                Order item id:[protected], today 9/june.2016.. I tried to buy this item motherboard (Inr 3720.00 (Coupon applied) through net banking. Money deducted from my bank account. Showing my net banking payment success and give confirmation no. After that ebay didnt placed my item ordered. No paisapay id which means my money is wasted into nothing by ebay.


                                It surprised me that this is the third time happening money deducted without placing order to ebay india. My internet speed have no responsibility for this happened. Its quiet good.

                                Ebay should resolve this error as soon as possible and should be refunded my money too.

                                  I am struggling to process my refund via ebay, i had booked three items from ebay on 2.5.2016 and make advance payment.In which only one item received by me. Rest two items not receive me at yet. I am highly dissatisfied with the ebay customer service and same was not expected by ebay that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes more than 35 days to process the refund. This means when i purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay.

                                    I had a very bad experience with shopping on e-bay. I had placed an order for "REDMI NOTE 3 16GB" on e-bay and soon after making the payment, my colleague alerted me of e-bay frauds where they are selling repaired or fake products. I went back to the site to check the specifications and found that the phone that I ordered was not a brand new unit but a repaired one. E-bay is using a fancy term called "Refurbished" to fool people and sell the second hand products they have.
                                    I was looking for this model since a long time on MI website as well as on Amazon but due to shortage and advance bookings I was unable to place an order hence when I saw this phone on e-bay without wasting any time, before it goes out of stock I hurried to order it and even made the payment. Anyway, after knowing about the product I wanted to cancel the order but to my surprise, there's no such option to cancel orders on e-bay!!!
                                    I tried contacting the customer care via phone but the number was busy forever, I waited on the call for around half an hour but no luck. Then I dropped an e-mail to them for which I haven't received any response till date. I raised a claim too but as the product was not shipped they guided me to contact the seller and told that orders cannot be cancelled on e-bay which was shocking to know. And the claim was closed. I then contacted the seller and they wanted me to give them a reason why I wanted to cancel the order, I did the same but the very next day, the phone was delivered. I received a response from the seller stating that I was late. Since the moment I placed the order I am trying to cancel it and they say there was delay from my end. I have tried to return the product via e-bay but ironically e-bay is so pathetic that they do not bother about customer satisfaction, they did not take any action till date!
                                    I haven't opened the unit, it's kept as it was delivered. I want e-bay to take it back and refund my money. Could anyone help me with this?

                                      I had ordered a watch in the month of April and got defective piece .Until now there is no resolution provided .As per their policy they are suppose to collect the product and refund and now after 2 months, they are requesting the customer to send it back to them .After which there is no guarantee that there will be a refund.Almost more than 2 months there is no resolution provided .The worst online service by EBAY india.Tired calling them as we don't get through and they call back one in 15 days for follow up which is of no use.

                                        to ebay and ebay reject my return and claim said that the product have 5 year manufacturing warranty but the ebay provide 100 % paisa pay gurantee this is the duty of ebay to return and refund .100% paisa pay is the rule of ebay display on the site.according to his rule this is the responsibility of ebay site.
