I bought "LCD Display With Touch Screen digitizer for Lenovo S920" at Rs 2070/- on[protected] by my card. Even after sending an email to the ebay seller to send genuine and new unit, They send used and crashed item. I did the complain on phone, and asked for refund my money. They raised "Claim ID : 2044844 PaisaPay ID : [protected]", and asked for uploading images. After uploading images, the concerned seller accepted the fault and asked to return the item so that he could initiate the refund. However, eBay executive updating the database quoting the same lines for three continuous days---"MJWe tried to contact you on your registered number ###39 on 7th June 2016 at 2:10 PM but the number was ringing, due to which we were not able to discuss about this claim. We would like to request you to update your alternate contact number on the claim...etc etc...". I did all requirements as asked and called to update the database. Totally, I called thrice and send so many emails complains, but noone on the behalf of ebay called me and asked for item, neither told anything about my refund. Whenever I called, they asked for 5 day time limit to resolve my issue. Till date, no refund, no return of item--STATUS showing pending in ebay.
