I received the weighing scale but I am not satisfied with it. 1. The weight measurement is not accurate. Every time I measure it is showing different weight. It is faulty and defective. I expected it with non breakable fibre or plastic material but with glass material I was very much disappointed. I was getting glass weighing machines at very much lower cost but I was not interested in glass weighing machine. Hence i ordered this product from ebay but I am not at all satisfied with the product. I asked to replace it with Fiber/Plastic material weighing machine with accurate measurement or full refund immediately.But ebay simply rejected my claim without helping.

    I ordered two PCs balloon pump inflator but I received only one balloon pump inflator. When I contacted seller, He asked me to raise the ebay guarantee claim So I raised ebay guarantee claim #2083284 but ebay rejected the claim. Seller is not responding. there is no option to review or reopen ebay guarantee claim. ebay escaped responsibilty. In the recent past I placed 4-5 orders on ebay almost on all items ebay cheated me with quality or quantity etc.

      I had made a purchase from ebay last month.The complete order was not delivered inspite of the bill having being paid. I wrote the below email to ebay twice or thrice but in vain
      "this is the second or the third mail that i am writing to you.I had placed an order for 2 while only 1 was delivered.Spoke to the delivery man who said the other one should be on its way.I do not understand how the same seller can have two different shipments.Also the one recieved is not the one in the picture.I demand a refund for the same."

      To this ebay responds that "i have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the claim filed by you is excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under ebay guarantee. Therefore the claim filed by you falls under non-eligibility criteria. As a result we have closed your claim and your request for refund has been rejected.       Settle it amicably?? My product has not been delivered and the platform doesnt even take responsibility for the delivery??

        And i filed a complaint against it and now they are not providing refund for my product.

            I bought a lenevo k3 note from ebay and made full payment online. But the product was refurnished and it was not running. The network catching power of the set is nil. I called ebay more than 100 times but they did not help me to replace it or give me the refund. The company is fake and is corrupted from top to bottom. I like to tell all of you that beawre of ebay. Don't buy anthinf from this corrupted company.

            my order number is [protected] . i complained but your company repeatedly told me to submit a authorised letter from lenovo.but when i visited the service centre they told me that my imei number is an unclosed imei so they can't provide me the letter.they told me to call ebay and find solution.But ebay team did not co-operate.

              Today date is 21.6.2016 still now i not received. This is the worst service by ebay.
              Ebay is popular cheated e-commerce & poor service, troubling customers.
              You are failed to deliver the ordered item within the expected deliver date.
              So cancel my order & refund the amount with interest immediately.
              You people don't waste customer time by asking useless questions / information. All the information is ready at your end. (With order no)
              You are simple sitting in office & getting salary & doing time pass.

                I tried to purchase "jbl t200a in - ear-headphone with mic - (Black)#genuine#carry pouch" on 25th may, 2016. When i was trying to purchase this item, the transaction was failed once and payment was successfully made second time. I mean money was deducted two times from my account. It has almost been more than 25 days since the payment was made. Still i did not receive item and the money for failed transaction was also not refunded.
                So, i requested them to refund amount (2*699=1398) on 11th june, 2016 by opening ebay guarantee* claim as (1) item was not shipped and (2) also for failed transaction. They replied to the claim saying that the amount will be refunded within 6 days. It has almost been 8 days since i got the reply. Still my amount was not refunded.

                  I purchased a mobile phone from a seller through ebay on 18/5/16. But i received a damaged item. so i raised a claim on ebay and i returned the product as per their instruction.i send the product through professional couriers and the seller has got the product too. i uploaded the Receipt of shipment, DRS proof which contains the signature of seller etc..but the ebay asking me for further proof of shipment again and again.Now its one month passed still am running behind this claim for the refund of my money. Now am worried about the thing that i will loss my money and the mobile too. The cost of mobile is 15999 and my claim id on ebay is 1997556.There is a problem in tracking the product through the tracking id that i get from professional courier office.when i asked about this to the booked office but they said that there was a updating problem so they cant update the tracking details .so when i said these things to ebay, they asked me to upload the DECLARATION letter from the courier office regarding this tracking problem.so i uploaded the DECLARATION letter too. But still ebay were asking me for other valid proof .i provided all the proofs that i can provide including the DRS proof.In DRS proof it contains the name and signature of the seller which clearly shows that the seller has got the product.so kindly take necessary steps for the refund of my money back as earlier as possible.

                    I ordered for a samsung back panel cover and received a simple cover instead which nowhere resembles the picture that was updated in the website. Also the cover is not original. The courier team works absolutely worse. The courier person when asked to wait, did not even wait for the customer and leaves the delivery address. I had to in turn take the follow up and catch the courier guy instead of he delivering the product to the given address. Ebay needs to upgrade themselves. Pathetic customer service and worst experience ever. I need my refund amount back asap along with the overall expenses that i had to incur while travelling to where the courier person was.

                      EBay India. What a bunch of crooks. Their website has been glitching out and buggy recently . Tried ordering an item and it said the transaction failed, yet took money from my debit card twice!

                      Have sent them emails, tweeted them on twitter etc. But its been over three weeks now and I've no sight of my money getting refunded. There was not even a notification sent to my account about the failed transaction! I've shopped on eBay many times in the past and this is probably going to be the last time I ever give them another cent or recommend them to anyone I know.

                      Utterly pathetic service eBay. You guys SUCK big time. Almost a month now and no sign of my money. If I could, I'd rate it negative 5 stars.
                      Still no fix and it's going to be a month now.
                      Waiting for an update from eBay. Probably never going to hear back from them. My money is gone. Thanks eBay. Never shopping on your FRAUD website again.
                      You guys are No 1 crooks. Stopped replying to me and your twitter handle is a mechanized robot. ZERO RESOLUTIONS from what I observed there. Just one excuse after another. Some even waiting longer than I have.

                      To everyone reading this, if you ever run into trouble shopping on eBay you can kiss your hard earned cash goodbye. These CROOKS will never resolve your problem and make you run around in circles while they play you like a trombone.

                      NEVER shop at eBay.

                        I bought a thing from ebay and after 10-15 days i didnt not received the item. I filed the claim with wrong option i.e. Item not as mentioned or some other option as i could not click on item not delivered due to some website bug. After no response on money from ebay i called them and they assured me to make refund within 48 hours... I didnt recieved any refund for many days... I called back... Got the same reply from then when i asked the ebay to mail me the conversation they refused as phone conversation could not be sent to mail... I called and called and called again and they asked me to wait other 48 hours as the request cant be processed... Now after 3 months of first complaint... I have not goy any refund for the item and now ebay doesnt answer my calls... Its a fraud

                          I have ordered intex power bank on 15 may 2016. Which is delivered me on 22 may 2016. When i was opened the packet the product is duplicate. No isi mark .no invoice /bill is given. When i was claim to ebay.ebay reject the claim and give meaningless excuses.which is not valid.till today i don't get any refund.                             I ordered this on 5th june 2016. Cost is rs. 34, 490.00/-

                            Till date my order is not delivered and i was informed that order will be refunded.
                            And got refunded started. 7 days back and till now they have not sent the redund.

                            All social media they having bots to answer. Chat lines are always busy and phone lines too. Seller even did try contacting them but no response for him too.

                            Ebay is stealing my money. Can any one assist me in produre for suing ebay in consumer court

                              Ordered a 64gb iPhone 6 for around 40, 000 from ebay.in on 26/04/16 and once the product was delivered, I found out that it was a 16gb device, without the product's original bill and warranty. I've been following up with ebay's customer service ever since and there has been no effort from them to track the seller or take responsibility to get my money back. I shipped the parcel back to the seller's address only to find out that it was fake - no such person/address exist.

                              I now have the product with me, feeling helpless on how to get the refund from ebay.

                              Guess the only quick & easy way to get my money back is to become a fake seller on ebay.in

                                I have purchased and mobile(item no.[protected] on 19/5/16 paisepay ID [protected] for Rs. 5999/98 from ebay.in but they did not delivery and they have cancelled the order and processed for refundFCIT[protected] on 31/5/16 but the same is not credited in my account it is almost 20 days over . I have contacted customer care and raised a complaint but my problem is not solved wrote mail till now no progress. If it is not processed with a day or two I have to pay the bank with interest.                                   I bought a phone which has brand new sealed box as a description by a seller on eBay.in but i received a used one with a dent and completely used charger so i went for replacement. The seller delayed the replacement so i went for refund as it crossed more than 30 days. I purchased it on 12th april and my refund got approved on 12th june. Am i not supposed to get some compensation for waiting two months just to get an approval of refund which will take another week to get credited back to my bank?
                                  I didn't get any compensation, even my bank gives 0.5% per month.

                                  What eBay did wrong to me:-
                                  1.They made me wait more than 60 days for my money.
                                  2. The 30 days policy has no meaning which is also more.
                                  3. I lodge the complain on 14th april, my case went for 59 days to be exact.
                                  4. I got no compensation.
                                  5.Didn't do anything against seller.
                                  6. gave more than 20 deadlines that before 48 hours i shall get call but got only 1

                                  What seller did wrong to me:-
                                  1. Sent a used product.
                                  2. Made a fake promise to giving a higher version cellphone on removal of my negative feedback on ebay which cannot be changed later on.
                                  3. Almost 0 response after removal of negative feedback, made me felt like a beggar.
                                  4. Went to take back the returned shipment from courier team without her ID card. How stupid of her.
                                  5. Didnt gave any priority for my case and never contacted me for the same.
                                  6. Never replied to "eBay mails and calls", delaying knowingly that by this i will get my refund late.
                                  7. In between gave fake and silly excuses such as one day confirming my return received and after a week on my questioning saying ohh sorry it was someone else package, she was sick so didn't replied although i could see her active everyday on whatsapp, reading my messages, etc.

                                  In total i wasted continuously a month everyday talking to customercare for hours and making more than 2 calls everyday to them.

                                    Today I tried to order Kasakesari Triphala and Amla combo pack. I used SBI internet banking to pay to paisapay linked to ebay site. Rs.650/- has been debited to my SBI account. But, my order is not shown under my orders. Also, I did not receive email from ebay confirming my order. SMS received from SBI is 'Thank you for using State Bank Internet banking. Your Transaction Ref No IG0CESEGZ7 for Rs.650 on 19-JUN-16 06:36'. Please do the needful to get my order Kasakesari+triphala+Amla.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      On 26th Feb 2016, I purchased a Lenovo A 7000 Turbo from Ebay.com. Item Code[protected].But unfortunately that mobile has hitting problem so I claim a refund for the same (Dt.2nd Mar 16)
                                      Scheduled to be picked up on Wed, 16-March-2016 Via FEDEX (AWB:[protected] reverse pickup arrange by Ebays end through Via FEDEX courier on dated on: 16th Marl 2016

                                      As per telephonic discussion with Ebay Customercare [protected] at 31/03/2016 you informed me My claim no- 1756625 is approved and closed from them end on date of 31st Mar 2016 and he promised to refund me the transaction amount Rs.9767/- via DD/Cheque. This will be sent on my register address within 12-15 business days, it’s been more than 3 months and yet the refund isn’t made. Please take some necessary action. I have tried to lodge all types of complaints help desk, tried to talk with ebay customer care representative. But nothing worked.


                                      Kindly resolve my claim as soon as possible then I shall be obliged, your early action will be highly appreciated.

                                        I had ordered 2x8gb desktop ram worth Rs-5000-/ with pre-payment on date 5th june 2016. i didnt received any shippment confirmation for my order for many days, than i canceled the order on 10th june 2016 and i officially received ebay mail om 10th june 2016 saying"your refund will be processed in 2-3 working days" and its 19th june now an i haven't received my refund yet. further i am calling at ebay customer care daily for my refund but the customer care is not accepting the call. sometimes i was on hold for around 1 hour.. but they are not passing up my call. as being a consumer i am frustrated the way ebay is treating and i wan't to file a complain.
