I make a claim 1949254 on eBay at 4rth may 2016. And after conversation with seller he accept the refund as item was not refurbished. But when I make a call to eBay really very embarrassing answer I got. At 27 may seller accept the refund at the portal provided for the communication with seller but bloody customer care executive making me fool that they have no update regarding it. I do not get why eBay customer care work as evil for the company till date I make so many order on different online shopping site but never face such behaviour of customer care service. They are just come to postpone you for next 3 days it's happen with me 3 time.
Dear eBay tour customer care executive tarnished your image. By making unnecessary delay in resolved issue it's a big concern so please make such check point which help your customers to feel satisfied. In fact most of the company go beyond the customer satisfaction and they work for wow factor for customers but really you need a big improvement. I am feeling that I make a transaction with a company which is following the customer care norms of early 90

    1.Phone box seal was opened
    2.Back cap was not fitted properly.
    3.And there was mike problem. While making calls the person with whom I was speaking he can't ablebto hear my voice clearly.
    I called customer care and shipper to claim the complaint but they not responded properly, I want to return my phone. So please consider my complaint and solve my problem as early as possible.

      My name is Lakshmana Kumar, I purchased my iphone 32 GB black color from eforindia in February 2016. The shipped iphone had problem in software updation. The iphone was send back to eforindia and they have replaced the iphone (replaced iphone) in March 2016. The replaced iphone having problem i.e. iphone automatically switched-off and switched- on automatically after 2-3 day.The problem is reoccurring. The same issue was communicated to eforindia customer service by phone and mail. I am unable to use iphone. Please do needful as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

        This is regarding an Order that i had placed from ebay but the type of response that your team is giving is unacceptable. I ordered a Smartphone on 31st May, 2016 (PaisaPay ID [protected]) but the same has not been shipped yet. I don't Understand that why it is so much delayed even after continuous follow up? i contacted the seller on 31st May, 2016 by calling on [protected] (mohit_mobiles) but they told me that it is an automated process which would allow his to ship afterwords, after that on 4th June, 2016 i mailed the seller for shipment purpose but there was no response from seller side. Is this acceptable from the site like ebay? Till date it hasn't been shipped and when i contacted customer care just now. the customer care executive told me that the courier company has not been assigned to the seller otherwise it would have been shipped within 3 business days. He further told me that it should be shipped latest by today evening or else the money would be refunded. (Service Request No - 1-[protected]) Is this what we should expect from a renowned site of ebay? I'm already waiting since a week and now your customer care executive is saying that order may get cancel and refund may get initiated. If it was not possible to ship in a certain location then it should have been intimated initially and order should not be placed. After all this i am not even able to contact to seller. This really break the trust of customers which won't allow me to deal with ebay in future. Hoping for a quick & positive reply.

          I book "100 Test Strips of Accu Chek Active Blood Sugar Monitor" from "www.ebay.in" by online payment of Rs.1299/- from my Debit Card payment on 06.06.2016 at 23=23 in Indian Standard time. The said online payment has been done as "Continue as a Guest". After completing the payment transaction, your website i.e. ebay.in has show the massage in the computer that the transaction has unsuccessful and my bank has deduct Rs.1299/- from my Account. My concerned Bank has also send massage on 07.07.2016 at 01=40 that the said amount has debited from POS-EBAY. Till my amount was not credited in my account. Kindly take immediate step to refund the said money to my Bank account.

          One minor mistake was done for complaining online purchase of "100 Test Strips of Accu Chek Active Blood Sugar Monitor" that the amount was deduct Rs.1229/- instead of Rs.1299/- from my Debit Card payment on 06.06.2016 at 23=23 from POS-EBAY. So kindly refund the said amount immediately.

            The title of the product at the time of purchase was when order was placed

            Before placing order i had asked seller to inform how was he able to sell
            And on receiving the delivery of the product, i had called seller and informed him that i have received only two cartridges and not four as mentioned in the title of the product, he responded only two were to be delivered and if i have any problem than i must contact ebay
            I also informed him that he was charging more the product, he hung up the mobile replying that he will call me after few minutes
            After not having received the call i had raised the ebay guarantee claim in my claim i had clearly mentioned that the quantity is not received

            The claim was closed mentioning that the quality of the product is as mentioned under manufacturer warranty and claim is being closed, i was also informed that the listing was changed by the seller twice on 18/05/2016 and on 30/06/2016
            I had called ebay and according to the female executive the ebay guarantee claim has been re-opend
            Today on chat i was informed that once the claim is closed no one can re-open, i requested for the email id of appellate officer and i was refused that they are not allowed to disclose their superiors address
            I don’t seek compensation i seek awareness for and on behalf of all the customer who don’t get proper reply from the companies like ebay and the seller associate, it is a very small amount but there may be bigger claim also with the unsatisfied and unhappy buyers

            sir with due respect the matter has not been resolved till yet according to the call received by me today they were consistently discusing about manufacturer warranty rather than about the quantity of material also mentioned to me that this call is recorded my request please pull out the audio with the time stam ans send me copy of entire communication, can be used as evidence againt ebay since the company has not read the matter written in my complaint they have not been talking about the manufacturer warranty i have already mentioned 2 set of combo cartridges means 4 cartridges rather than 2 cartridges, the seller has failed to supply the material the seller has simply refused on this matter and told me to contact ebay from that time the seller is not responding even ebay has failed to provide complete support instead they kept informing contact seller ( i hve screen shot of entire communication - ebay failed to sent me the transcript) even the title mentioned by me mentions about quantity and not manufacturer warranty thanks regards devendra

            but on the site consumer complaint your team has posted that the matter has been resolved
            let me clearly mention all facts
            1. i have made complaint with respect to the quantity
            2. ebay executives are trying to resolve the matter on manufacturer warranty
            3. the price charged for the product is more than the price mentioned on product
            4. the title of the product is ambiguous with respect to quantity
            5. seller has updated the title of product twice, as per information provided by ebay executive on 18/05/2016 and on 30/06/2016
            6. on 18/05/2016 i had received delivery of the product and first time i had contacted seller
            7. nearly on 30/05/2016 i had contacted seller for the second time when your execitve had called to inform that the matter has been, on the ground that the product is covered in manufacturer warranty, i had tried to explain your executive that the quantity received by me is not as per title and description provided by the seller
            8. in response from when inquired how was he able to sell at "such low " price, his response was they were importer of the product, that is the seller is trying to mislead as well as misguide the buyer, since the product received is for India sold by the company
            9. the seller has bluntly refused to talk on any matter after making numerous calls, later the calls were unanswered
            10. since the product is purchased at ebay, according to law ebay is also equally responsible
            11. till now the matter is limited to forum only, if required in this matter particularly i have to file complaint in the consumer court i will do so because there may be more like who have fallen prey to such ambiguity
            12. yesterday the call was received from ebay executive, at first i requested her to call after half an hour as i was in middle of meeting but she kept on continuing the communication, i had to disconnect the call from my end after informing ebay executive that she must read the content of the complaint properly, i have to leave my meeting in the middle
            13. after few minutes i had received second call and the same matter of manufacturer warranty was informed, i had to repeatedly request her to kindly read the matter, the content, what is complaint is all about
            14. lastly in this mail you are asking me to keep patience where the ebay executive don't have patience to call me after half and hour, i have never seen such a attitude from the company or its executives
            15. please take the matter more seriously as i m creating more and more awareness on social sites about such an ambiguity- misleading and misguiding statements

              Respected sir, I, Lalringngheta tried to bought items on ebay.in on 30/May.2016 using my debit card. after payment method is completed but ebay said that sorry your payment was not successful..
              then, i received message from my bank account. my money was deducted from my bank account to Ebay account.

              one item is INR 11578.50 and another one is INR 3720.00. i have complaint to ebay customer service and sent a message to their facebook page message immediately. but till today after 10 days from complain and deducted money.. i didnt receive any refund notification message..

              please.. i need you to help me out of my problem..

                I would like to register a complaint against ebay regarding the return of my product. I raised a claim on 24th april 2016 (Claim id[protected] my problem was that my phone was not compatible with the glasses as my phone's display was smaller. As it was my fault that i didn't read the description properly my claim was rejected by ebay. Then, i bought a new phone with a bigger size and it was even compatible, but then i noticed that there were supposed to be some "rubber pads" inside the vr box which were to be applied in the phone holder but there were no rubber pads inside the box. Plus, when i tried to watch a video the field of view was terrible and i didn't like it at all. I am not satisfied with the glasses but as i had already raised a claim i am couldn't raise a claim again.
                Then the customer service representative told me that they cannot help me any further and i should contact the seller
                So i did. And they asked me to provide them with my bank details and i should parcel the glasses back to them which costed me rs. 120/- and they will refund me through net banking. Since then i am waiting for my refund and the seller keep on delaying the time plus they even said that the shipping charge of my parcel wont be reimbursed so i am down to into rs.1219/- and still have no product with me.. Worst online shopping experience ever.

                Please help me regarding this matter as the glasses were in the same condition as i received and i didn't even remove a single protecting cover. I just want to get a refund so i could buy a good and better glasses.

                  I had booked a mobile phone on date 18 may 2016, item id[protected], from shipper (Ynewism), and paid thru pay paisa id [protected].
                  The shipper does not pick the phone and the courier company aramex claims that they cannot trace the docket number [protected], they say that it has been lost.
                  I have made numerous calls to ebay and finally after much difficulty i was able to complain in the resolution centre, i have asked for refund thru claim id 2025476, they said that they will respond in 72 hours but i have not got any reply or email

                    I had ordered online on ebay for brand new htc desire 816 item id[protected]. Paisapay id [protected]. I found the phone is unable to get singles of cdma so i file a complaint against it. After that they checked several time they try to give me the solution but they unable to fixed it and the finally they approve my claim on march 27, 2016. Claim id is 1793679, in which they commit me to send draft within 15 days.

                    But i still not received any draft for the same. When i called them regarding the dd he told me that the dd is returned by courier company that is blue dart. They can't found your address. What rubbish are you talking, you can deliver the your product to the same address by the same bludart courier company then how can't you deliver the dd to me. It was almost three months i still not received any communication from their side even they don't want to give any responsible person's contact details fro the same. After more than 10 to 12 called i tired of it and finally today i decided to go for help of consumer court.

                    There are some details of my complaints
                    1. Mr. Anil joshi on 16/05/2016 comp. No. 1-[protected] answer from him: you will get the courier details within 5 working days and you no need to call anybody for this, i fwd your case to higher authority.

                    2. Mr. Karan malhotra on 30/05/2016 comp. No. 1-[protected]answer from him: you will get update on within 5 working days, we are reputed company and we will get update on it within 48 hrs.

                    3. Mr. Vipin kumar on 06/06/2016 comp. No. 1-[protected] answer from him : your case is not closed from our side and we are sorry about this, but your case is already with the top most higher authority i. E. Grievances department. I will personally write a mail to them to accelerate the process and they will call you or mail you within 48 hrs.

                    4. Finally today on 08/06/2016 to mr. Tanmeet singh comp. No. 1-[protected] answer received from him that within 7 to 10 days you will get your dd and our grievances team will contact you today i. E. 08/06/2016 before 5 o'clock.

                    Even i write a letter to "mr. Latif nathani" managing director of the company to their head office mumbai but he is also not reply my letter.
                    So you can see this is the practice from ebay team to make people fool. Till date i had not received any communication or inundation regarding my claim. Every time the mentioned that we are forwarding your complaint to higher authority and you will get the details "soon" soon means never as per ebay policy.

                    Now i want my money with the interest because it is too much if they can cheat regular customer like me then they can cheat any innocent people.

                    Please help me to get the solution for the same

                      I had booked a memory card on May 30th, i got it delivered on Monday that is on 6th of june. . .when i inserted it, it was not working at all . that card which i received was like it was used for many years and later delivered to me. i Even complained to that ebay portal and there is no response at all. This was the confirmation i got from them-"Samsung Micro SD MicroSDHC 32GB Memory Card 007" (Item ID :[protected] . I want my money back. Please do the needfull.

                        Hi sir,

                        I have purchased few items from ebay.In, which i returned after discussion with the sellers "snap-n-shop-nx" and "parshwacreation".
                        They given their consent on phone that if i will return their items via my courier for which i beared the cost. Seller confirm the receipt of the items on phone and gave their consent to ebay claim team to refund the money.
                        But still after 33 days, i have not received my money.
                        I have called so many times to the ebay customer helpdesk but not received the satisfactory answer from them.

                          I received designer bollywood party wear net silk lehenga choli on 13th may 2016, which is not worth rs 50, very bad quality, material also third class also, i tried so many times to contact the concern person, but they didn't pic my call. I also doing claim continuously on the ebay website but still its under processing from 19th may to 7th june till now, i want my money back as soon as possible. My claim id : 1998241.                             I had ordered xiomi note 4g display on 12th and was promised to be delivered before 19th may, but now it's 7th june and it has not even shipped yet. I got an sms with tracking details of fedex. But fedex is saying that, that is a fake label and it has not shipped. Ebay is saying you can not cancel order as only seller can cancel order. Seller is not responding properly and because of this ebay is not returning my money.
                            Just because of their stupid process i am not getting my money back. Ebay is worst in customer care. If you call they will say we are working on it, email, twitter, facebook no reply.

                            They will keep you in a circular loop and your problem will not solve ever.

On april 21 i received email from ebay showing that the item has been successfully delivered to you. But the fact is that i didn't received the item. After that i contacted ebay care they told me to raise a claim. After that i raised claim & desired resolution was that i want item. After 5 days i received call from ebay saying whether i received the item or not i replied no because i didn't not received my item. Then i asked for refund. Then i was regularly contacting them & they were saying please wait for some more time and so for about 2 months passed & i neither received my item nor refund. Please look into the matter & resolve my issue as soon as possible. That will be your most kindness.

                                  I purchased a "mxq android 4.4 tv box"[protected] on 26/04/16 costing 2, 699.00. However the device was not working when i received it. So i returned it on 9/5/2016 by speed post (Ee[protected]in). The seller again shipped the device again. But the device which was sent the second time was also not working. Seller has agreed that they are ready for refund and told me to ship back the device. I have returned the item again by speedpost ee[protected]in on 31/5/16. Item was delivered to them on 3/6/16.
                                  I have written to the seller for initiating the refund but there is no more reply from them now. When i contacted ebay they told me the claim has been closed and i have to contact the seller personally. Before closing the claim i had a conversation with ebay at 09:58:29 am on 29-may-2016 and have mentioned that the item which i received the second time was also not working. They told me to ship back the item to the seller since the seller has agreed for refund and to trust the seller since the seller has a good rating.

I had complain in ebay so claim id is 2051224 after 15 days i received information that we can not delived your item.. And we summit refund money request. Now i have something 1 month process this order but i have not receive our item and money. When i take to seller k g n association they told me that we already summit your money refund request and you will receive money with in 3 working day but i have more time and seller told this is ebay issue yet ebay can not deliver of customer product. Then why take customer order and why open this ebay side..
