(Paisapay id [protected]) november 2015 i purchased i phone 5s on ebay. December 2015 it's camera stopped working. I went to apple store for service. They denied as they said the phone is out of warranty and services are expired. But while i purchased it was clearly mentioned that it has one year sellers warranty. I contacted ebay and the seller but no body is responding. It have invested 30, 000 on it. Either replace the phone or make a compensation of it. The seller name is ankur sharma i have been tried contacting him past 6 months. I need your help i took the phone on emi i don't have anyother option please help me.     Dear sir,
    This is unfortunate to advise that the sony experia c4, imei no.[protected] that i purchased from ebay, seller sarf trading vide order no. [protected] on 04.11.2015 has developed touch screen problem. I submitted this at the local sony authorised service centre sree laxmi services, balasore, odisha on 31.05.2016. Although they have advised me that the defect is a manufacturing defect and promised to replace the touch panel within 7 days, they told verbally after 3 days that since it was a online purchase and the set was manufactured in hong kong they would not provide me any service even though there is warranty.
    You are requested to advise me urgently how to get this service.

        the above referred subject.
        As you infomed that i had received replacemant. I am once again
        informing you that I did not received any replacement, The receipt of
        sending back of mobile on 27.5.16 at seller address as directed by you
        has already been submitted to you. Since than the seller did not
        pick up my phone. All was done under intimation to e bay. I never
        know the Seller & it was ebay who introduced seller to me & I had
        paid the money to ebay& not to the seller. The seller intimated that you can get refund through e bay.
        Further in this regard, refer telephonic conversation held with your
        officer named Ramji on 30.6.16 whereby he had informed me to sanction
        the refund. but after 1 hour he refused to do so & said that seller
        will contact you shortly to resolve the issue but neither seller
        contact me nor picked up my phones. Are ebay is going to cheat me with the help of seller. it is once again requested to refund my money back. All documents have been submit to ebay in this regard

          I had purchased a nexus 6 outer glass from ebay. The product arrived in a broken state. On registering a complaint on april 16th they are yet to resolve the issue and are keeping on dragging it. I have provided all proofs and details but they are yet to give a proper response. I have to call them to find out the status of the claim every time and there is no response from them.

            Hi all,

            Please do't buy any product from ebay which is fraud site and which does not respon for ebay guarantee.

            I faced this issue in buying the nokia 1100.
            I got the product which i am unable to assemble as it is already damage and i fixed some and tried to swtch on which not happen.

            Ame complaint i explained these ebay and called customer care no of times but no use.

            Ebay is fraud company.

              I had purchased a digital camera from ebay.In with paisapay id: [protected] on 14/4/2014, model:dmc-s1gc-k, s/l:wh1da001303. But, they did not provide customer invoice and warranty paper, also that camera was a used one. I raised complaint at ebay.In, but instead of resolution they rejected my claim. From panasonic service i have to know that this product is a gray market product.In this wasy i have been cheated by ebay.In. I have done many communication with ebay, but they are not ready to provide support. This is a 420 cheating company, if my problem not resolved, i will file criminal case against ebay.In

              dear ebay, already many times, I had contacted your customer care, but, my complaint not been resolved. Even erlier I sent mails to your customer care from my personal email id, but, no solution comes so far. On various times your customer care given commitment to resolve within stipulated time, but never fulfilled. You have deliberately deleted the mails of seller, where seller admitted his faults, also you deleted my mails in your own ebay system, so that you can refuse my claim. But, I had recorded everything in my personal mail id and I am preparing a 420 cheating against you. I hope you will resolve or refund before this.
              Still waiting to hear from EBAY.in, they have commented above as they will communicate with me to resolve the issue, but, till now they have not communicated to me, extremely pathetic experience, No one should purchase from this site, they are selling gray market product to its customers and cheating its own customers.
              The Ebay customer care on their above comment on 7th june, mentioned that I can inquire on the email id - ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com to know my status of this complaint. So, on yesterday.8th June, I mailed to ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com to know the current status of the above complaint, but ebay is least bothered even to response my mail. This the most hopeless customer care attitude of Ebay.in. This is a complete fraud company selling the gray market product to its customers making them fool.
              I have got a reply from ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com on 9thjune'16 at my mail id after repeatedly escalating the issue here at www.consumercomplaints.in/, in which EBAY mentions that they are working on this issue. It is surprising still they are working on the issue. EBAY.in team is completely reluctant towards customer's satisfaction. It is extremely irritating. Today it is five days when I raised the issue at consumercomplaints.in, but still EBAY people says they are working on this !! Horrible experience with EBAY.in NO-ONE SHOULD BUY A PRODUCT FROM EBAY.IN, THIS CO. IS SELLING GRAY MARKET PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS. THIS IS THE FACT.
              Today, on 13/06/2016, I have emailed to EBAY.in at ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com asking to know the status of the complaint, but they just replied that issue had been escalated and every time they replied same, but no resolution comes since 2014. It is extremely irritating now.

              MY COMPLINT ( in brief): Cheated customer by selling gray market used product by Ebay.in without invoice and warranty card against my purchase of a digital camera from ebay.In with paisapay id: [protected] on 14/4/2014, model: dmc-s1gc-k, s/l:wh1da001303, make: panasonic. Still waiting for the refund. Details of the complaint mentioned at the top.
              Today is 16th of June, it is already 11days since I raised the complaint at http://www.consumercomplaints.in, but there is no reply or resolution has given by EBAY.in . So, as EBAY.in company has no customer care attitude, this company should be placed in black listed category or in the list of worst customer care attitude co. by http://www.consumercomplaints.in site, so that public will think before purchasing from EBAY.in, as this is a fraud co.
              There is no feedback or reply from EBAY.in so far. This TOTAL HOPELESS CO. has no customer care attitude at all.

                I have paid payment online for vodafone mobile by online on 6 6 2016. After making payment i got confirmation of sucessful payment and below that god ebay.in gift discount voucher code which shows validation upto 31st May 2016.

                Really surprised how come this happened as i know both the international brand of their terrirory.

                I do not want anything from this but expecting rectification of this which making your kind brand misleading.

                  I have purchased a mobile LG G4 on 24th april, 2016 for Rs 21, 999, the phone was defective and few features were not working so I send the product back on 24th may. After receiving the product after 20 days they are still saying that they are working on the claim and giving excuses about there so called "Processes". They are just giving deadlines and I think this is all way of buying time and frustrating customers so that they cannot get the refund.

                  Customer care executives are rude as hell (wait time is - 40 minutes), they think they are the owners and dont care whom are they talking to, No email replies (even the MD), no twitter replies. They really dont care about there impression.

                  I think this is all scam, please look into it and provide a solution

                    I have ordered an symphony air cooler from ebay on march 2016. As per the listing it was with remote control. But while received the delivery on 22nd march 2016, i have observed that it is not having remote. I have reported this missing item to ebay. On receiving my complaint, ebay edited the listing and removed the remote control support option and rejected my claim saying that the delivered item is as per listing. I have requested to reopen the claim by providing the proof that, while my purchase the listing was clearly showing that it is having remote control.

                    Even after two and half months till now ebay is not resolved my reported case.

                      2. The product was not matching as per the specifications mentioned on the eBay portal.

                      6. But the fact is, the product is still available online.

The order confirmation mail notified expected delivery date to be 30 may - 31 may. When i attempt to track order, the item number as well as the paisapay id fails to be detected. I demand immediate action. Either initiate a quick refund or delivery of my product. I have the necessary confirmation mails and messages from your side.

                          A duplicate samsung phone delivered to me as both sim imei number is same by checking *#06# and also different from box and panel imei number.5 different imei number on phone panel and box. Charger is duplicate and there is no headphone. As my claim rejected by ebay visited samsung store and they told this is duplicate samsung mobile please go to consumer court.
                          Refund my money asap otherwise i should go to consumer court.

                          One month passed away and ebay is not providing any solution.
                          Please suggest me where do I go report a complain against eBay.in in consumer court. I have visited Samsung care & they told this mobile is not made of samsung.I want to lodge a case against ebay.
                          Plz provide location of consumer court for noida/Delhi location.

But after few days once again a customer care executive from ebay called me and said, there arising spme problems with your mailing address, so i[censored] change it in 30 mints, then i will send u the demand draft, i changed, but i did not get my demand draft, sir please help me and send me my money.

                              I had bought a Lenovo Ideapad 300 laptop from ebay worth 40, 999/- paid via PaisaPay under eBay guarantee which says refund/replacement in 30 days. I received a damaged product on 27th May 2016 which was chipped at corner and charger did not have the earthing point at all. I immediately raised a refund claim request on the same day. Not only the product was damaged but also did not prove its ingenuity on Lenovo site. I had sent them the pictures of the damaged laptop and all other information required. It has been 9 days now but there is no progress regarding this request.

                              We had been calling customer support since 5 days but there is no proper response from them except for request is in progress. Nor anybody came to pick the product back. Below are the details:

                              I had already raised a claim request CLAIM ID: 2026237. Please act upon that first rather than asking me to contact your helpdesk because they are eitherways useless. And it has been 11 days now and your claims team has done nothing but make me lose trust of getting my money back everyday. I see no progress at all. everytime I call you guys you are placing the call on hold and have me cut it after 1 or 2 hrs. What is the respect then you have for customers? All I need is my money back 41K for the trust I had in you and got cheated.

                                Hi I am Abhishek Tomar, ([protected]@gmail.com eBay.in id) one worst day of my life I decided to buy something from the worst of all online websites eBay.in I wanted to buy MiBand 1s, and I bought when I received itpaid in cash 1399/- it was not what I asked for, the seller sent me miBand 1 which cost only 700 rs but I wanted 1s which he listed at 1399/- I called him he said you raise a claim in eBay and you'll get ur money back. Then I returned and eBay people said you will get ur money back within in a week. I have called so many times now its been 3 months nothing is received I talked to seller eBay has confirmed to me seller has returned amount. And they promised me 100 times I will get my money back. Every week I call them and they just give me false promises. Ebay is harassing me by not returning my money

                                    I brought a sd card 64gb from ebay, turns out it was a fake chinese replica, so i tried to contact ebay but its been impossible to talk with their coutomer care executive.before buying this product i was able to contact them very easily but after this they were simply not answering the call, i tried to resolve the issue using the paisa pay guarantee but the claim is pending for more than 2 weeks now

                                      Hi,

                                      I have paid Rs. 788.64 from my paytm wallet through BillDesk on 3rd June 2016 around 9:30 pm to purchase few Aquarium items. The transaction was confirmed by both paytm & BillDesk. The transaction ID was GPT[protected].

                                      But there has no order had been placed on eBay portal and the payment was shown unsuccessful.

                                      I have contacted eBay customer care many times but the phone was put on hold for hours. Sent mail two times, no responses till date.

                                      I am very much disappointed on this. Request to either help me to place the order or refund my money to my paytm wallet.
