Hi There,
I bought a laptop Dell inspiron 3543 from ebay. Its going to be around 2 months but I have not got a resolution for it. I raised a claim for return because the laptop has got some issues, I have called these people multiple times but they are so lazy to take any action on it. First of all, ebay customer service is pathetic, whenever you call, you have to wait like hall to get to talk to these people which is so frustrating. After somehow if you get to talk, you again explain the whole issue and status emails the same. I have wasted my so much tie just following on my claim but still there is no resolution given by them.
I see many customers have complaint about ebay india. My claim id is 1865877, ebay if you can read, just be sensitive towards your customers and resolve the claim at the earliest.
Consumer forum- If you can take some action considering large no of complaints, it would be a great relief for us.

    The ebay customer care cannot resolve anything. Every time i call ebay helpline and they play music for me. The only thing left for me to do now is to file a case in the consumer court to get my money back as also claim compensation for all the harassment.

    Case1: i pay 3 times of rs: 3, 858.57 for “intel pentium g3240 haswell dual-core 3.1ghz lga 1150 desktop processor” on 03/06/16 but order booked only once.
    First time through payumoney on 02/06/16. Amount is deducted but order not booked.
    Second time through sbi debit card of account number [protected] on on 03/06/16. Amount is deducted but order not booked
    Third time through sbi debit card of account number [protected] on 03/06/16. Amount is deducted and order booked.

    I tried to contact seller but no response. After some time at 11:22 on 04/06/16 a call from 91-[protected] come and he said that he want to refund my payment. (He has some information about my payment like two times i pay from sbi and one time from payumoney. So suspect that it was seller contact number). He asked me to give my debit card information. I give him all information like card number, validity cvv. Then he asked to give otp from my mobile. The massage was. “to pay rs. 4999.00 to www account fr, use otp. Beware! Only fraudsters ask otp on phone. Otp is 212273. Don’t share with anyone.” i share the otp because i know that my balance was below 4999. He again send me otp for 4999. Then for 4800. Then for 2000 and this time i disagree to share otp. This is a fraud and a cyber crime.

      I had bought micromax unite 2 a106 - tempered glass from ebay.In before 1 month.
      But bcoz of damage product i had made return request and aproved my ebay.
      Its cost was 103 rs.
      They told it will come in the form of dd to your adress within 12 -15 days.
      But its more than 20 days gone they didnt shipped it and they are telling ti that it is not generared.
      O i m requesting you to plz help me regarding this.

          Hi am sameer. It was listed on 28 may that an jbls synchros reflect was on sale (Limited period offer - black) at rs 400/- original costs around 5000/-. I ordered because the screenshots were like real. Now that i received an fake product and after speaking to ebay consumer care they i need to get a official jbl letterhead for earphones stating that my item is fake. Ridiculous. Without letter i am done and no refund guaranteed (At least). How in the world i go to jbl for letter head to prove i am right. They don't have time for losers like who buy products from ebay.In. Was it my job to verify product genuinity before buying with absolutely no power? I was fooled by ebay how? Example:just write iphone 3g 12months warranty and a buyer (Obviously, loser) buys and when found fake they want me to go to california for apple's letterhead for proof that it's fake.

          Go and tick warranty and there it is now ebay assumes it under warranty. No help. Meanwhile seller deletes his account and flew away with my money.

          Common? Earning money and market share should be your least concern. Without consumers you are nothing.

            Dear sir/mam,

            I ordered xiaomi redmi note 3 (Gold 32 gb) 3gb ram phone rs 15484/-on ebay[protected] and received on[protected]. I visited mi service centre at jb nagar andheri mumbai due to sim 1 was not working in this device and showing no sim card. First time mi service center engineer refused to provide service to me because i have purchase this device from ebay. After my request he checked the device and told me that there is hardware issue and he provided els report to me where he mentioned pcb issue need to replace.

            I called up ebay for replacement they said they need doa letter from mi. Again i visited to mi service center but mr. Neeraj (Manager) told me they do not provide doa letter to customer.

            Again i called up to ebay customer care but they told me that they require in writing. So i send email to mi service center that if they are not providing doa letter then give me in writing & mi service center provided mail on the same day & i have forwarded this email to ebay but they are not giving me refund.

            Hope you will understand my issue.

            I have shared mi service center els report that mobile having pcb issue documents.

            I have already forwarded els report, email conversation with mi service center and incident report to ebay but still they are not giving refund

                I have give order of camera lens on 27th may the Feb. The item was supposed to be deliver on 30 th may but still item has not been shipped.                         I had received my lenovo zuk z1 mobile through ebay on 25th may 2016.two days 25 and 26 th may it will work completely but after that it will not work i mean it will go in airplane mode automatically and mobile was lost the network and also mobile got heating during charging and playing games.regarding this matter i will contact the person whose number is shown on my bill his name was sanjiv kumar.when i was asked him for replacement of my mobile, he was told me that our company is not take this mobile return. So i suffer from that to till date but company can not solve my problem.this was my big mistake that i was purchase mobile through ebay.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am extremely sorry to report that I had a very bad experience of purchasing an item through ebay online shopping portal.

                          Recently, I had bought a MAGIC SING ET 25K KARAOKE MICROPHONE MIC from ebay for Rs.10499.

                          The day which I had received the product, I filed a refund for it as the product was absolute of no use. The karaoke provided with it was fake and instrumental not the original karaoke.

                          In first place, when I called ebay they assured me that they will contact the seller and will convey my grievances and would process my refund in a week.

                          After 4 days, I again received a call from ebay customer support and they said that they are extremely sorry but they will not be providing me any refund and they closed my claim giving me the reason that seller do not come under ebay guarantee for this product.
                          Here is the email id of the executive that contacted me from ebay:- [protected]@tpa.ebay.com. I asked for his name but he said he'll send the information via email

                          Please provide me legal details so as I can raise a complaint against this shopping portal for not allowing buyer to refund the product inside certain duration. In first place it had shown that seller would accept the return withing 15 days of deliver.

                          Please help me out to achieve proper settlement against this.

                              I have purchased samsung 32gb memory card in ebay.in, i have received that product was 21 may 2016 that samsung memory cards are damaged that is not worked. i have raise a claim on 22 may 2016 i have a replacement. till date ebay is not responding i have send many mails to ebay but not responding . memory cards claim id :2009274 paisapay id:[protected] tilldate that is 1 jun 2016 not respons. on 22 may 2016 one massage was displayed i, e your claim was yet to me prossed in today i, e 1 jun 2016 itself same massage was displayed

                                I have had a very bad experience with ebay services. I ordered Moto x play mobile from the website ( as i couldnot find the same model i wanted in amazon, snapdeal - these are the websites i usually prefer for their amazing services) Unfortunately i ordered from Ebay. The product arrived well on time. It was a cash on delivery order for 17, 990/- and the packaging was mentioned as Moto x play. After opening the package i see i have received an older model of Moto x xT1052. So i decided to replace my order. I called Customer care[protected]
                                mentioned everywhere in websites for 3 continuos days but always the numbers are busy.
                                I cannot contact the seller nor replace it online as I logged in from Guest account so no trace of ordering the product. I wrote a mail to the details mentioned in my invoice -

                                I didnot get any reply back from any of the sources. I tried calling on the number of Rithika Singhal - [protected] (Number provided in invoice ) But the number was switched off.
                                Tried reaching ebay india facebook page and told them the issue but they have not come back with an update.
                                I am getting really frustrated as due to urgency i had ordered a phone, but now i have paid the amount without getting the thing i ordered. This is raising an issue as none of the other customer service is as bad as this.
                                Nobody to get help from ebay and neither anybody is coming forward for help and i am stuck here without knowing what to do,
                                Such e comerce business exist to dupe people. Customer Care service is a type which is busy 24*7. Please help.

                                Dear sir,
                                I had ordered lenovo a7000 battery from ebay but had received some others product the
                                Seller "geteasy10" had not shipped item "best qlty lenovo a7000 bl243 K50-T5, K3 notE battery 3000mah" (Item ID:[protected] product is not the same and I am not be able to login the id as had ordered the product as a guest user.
                                Kindly replaced the item or else refund my money back.

                                    After much deliberation, I am writing to you. Please note that after many consecutive exchanges, emails, follow-ups and subsequent filing claims, nothing productive has come out.

                                    I have had two claims lodged with the Ebay company and both unresolved till date. Please find the details below.

                                    Claim ID : 2004636 PaisaPay ID : [protected] The seller finally delivered the product which was counterfeit and does not function. It was also an incomplete order after 2 months.

                                    Claim ID : 2003114 PaisaPay ID : [protected] I was assured by the ebay team that the money would be refunded. But nothing much has happened on this account either.

                                    I am quite sure that Ebay is harboring these erroneous fraud sellers with no protection to its customers. Moreover there support number is not reachable and there is no email service in place for grievances like these.
