I ordered for the ist timenbu guys cheated me i am now so frustrated jst wnt to killbu guys oh god bludy full ist of all the product seal was broken then i recharged the powerbank yesterday full night n today i tout of charging my mobile with it but it didnt show any signal of charging u handed me a damaged n old duplicate xiomi product duping customers nw u see i wud tell all my family members to boycott ebay amazon is the best though they charge a bit high bt they are trust worthy nw i am very very very sad so plz plz refund my money n dnt dnt dupe customers plz fr god sake u r cheaters fr rs 350 u duped me i was so hapy to order it bt no u knw only hw to cheat

I made a transaction of rs.751.06 on 31st may 2016 at 18.11hrs, via hdfc netbanking a/c no: [protected] vide transaction reference number:[protected]

for the item number:[protected].(ipaky hybrid hard bumper tpu rubber back case cover for samsung galaxy s7 edge).

The amount was deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed. Order was not placed. I am enclosing bank account statement for the proof of payment made to ebay of rs.751.06. I called ebay customer care but they failed to provide me any solution. They said they cannot see any transaction. Kindly arrange to refund my amount at earliest. I am enclosing my bank statement as a proof of amount deducted from my account and paid to ebay billdesk.

I had purchased a perfume from Ebay of Gucci Oud, but they have send me different perfume, and that too the perfume is duplicate. It smell so bad and the bottle looks like the local made, whereas I had purchased of amt Rs 4150. I am trying to contact the seller Fragrancecouture who called me but now they are not responding at all, In their website the no mentioned is [protected]. I am also calling ebay customer care many times, but no response but only music keep coming even I waited for 30 minutes.

Video quality too bad. Hardly record something. I want to refund it. Even on call you determine that product has manufacturing defects. The product you provide me is very bad.

I tried to purchase few products worth 1000 from this site. However, the transaction failed twice & about 2000 was debited from my account although the order was not placed. I am trying to get hold of customer service people - not once the "real" people picks the call. I have been repeatedly emailing about this - not 1 response from ebay team who advertise saying all our queries will be responded within 48 hrs. Dont advertise something you cant follow. Dint expect ebay to have such a poor customer response team. I want my money back as soon as possible.. Will never order from this site again

I ordered samsung s6 phone from ebay website on 09/march/2016, i paid 26000 inr using paisa pay, worst part is i received the parcel box which full of white printing papers and, there was no samsung s6 phone in that. They even never sent the bill with the box.

I tried contacting ebay customer care by call and email almost more than 500 times with giving all the evidences as proof, however never received any positive response, whenever i called ebay they said, please wait for 48 hrs. Even after that we never received response and at last ebay says that we will never pay you back, we did the investigation.

It’s complete a fraud case, ebay cheated with me.

Ebay is responsible to deliver the itemized material till user however seems ebay is not taking any kind of responsibility, i tried dialing the seller who switched off his mobile just after 1 discussion and never receiving the calls again. Don't you think, because he is liar, a fraud seller? I purchased from ebay and ebay must be responsible for everything. I am not sure how ebay investigation team closes the case saying we delivered the phone even when they are not able to contact seller.

Ebay the irresponsible, a cheat and fraud company, who never understand customer concern at all. A company who is looting we indians.

Speed post authorities confirmed that they delivered the package material.

I am fed up doing follow-up, calling on customer care several times. When will i get my money back?

After the money deduction from account, they respondent ebay.In cancelled the transaction unlawfully and did not refund the miney as promised in transction on the online website of the respondent. I tried contacting the respondent through customer care no[protected] with my pass code 1460419. None of the representative replied to that.
This fraudulent activity of respondent should be punished and my money as deducted plus the interest whatsoever as per the law should be given to me.

One dumbell rod came damaged. Seller replaced the rods promptly but again one dumbell came damaged. Tried to contact the seller again but no response i am receiving. Ebay responded on may26, 2016 & after that there was no follow through. I am providing you the image of the replaced rod.

I have ordered "footnstyle men's casual shoes: feisty blue casual shoes_fs204" through ebay.In and noticed during transaction that the amount is debited from my account but the order confirmation was not provided. The banking transaction ref # fsbi[protected]ig0cbqara7 for the amount of rs 371 and the transaction date was 29th may 2016. I don't find a proper email id for ebay customer service. I have purchased a power bank from ebay but the give a rod instead of that, and i have complaint about that but the ebay customer care are not taking any response. Complaint no. 1962302, . I had made online order in Ebay for 32gb memory card and I got samsung 32 gb 25/5/16 when i opened i was shocked to see a plastic board (same like memory card) printed same like original memory card.i have given complaint to ebay for refund and i have sent original photos also but no repsonse from ebay.

This is regarding the order #[protected]. I have received a faulty product(skull candy earphone) on 26th may 2016. I contacted the seller regarding the refund. He agreed for the replacement how ever he is asking me to send the product back I have already paid for the shipping cost and I donot want to bear the reverse shipping cost for the faulty product. I am not happy with the product so tried to initiate return request using the eBay.in, but as I had used the guest mode during buying. Product is not visible upon registering. Requested assistance from the ebay customer support, didnt receive any help. Called customer support yesterday and today but there was no response to calls.

Today, that is, on 30/05/2016 I attempted to buy two items which are still flashing in my cart. the amount(rs 617) for the product has been deducted from my account but the order has not been replaced. I am very much disappointed with such a poor & fraudulent business practice conducted by e bay.

I ordered MI Power Bank from eBay.in on 23/04/2016 and made the online payment of Rs. 590/-. On 27/04/2016, I received a message that your product is successfully delivered but neither I received the product nor any delivery boy contacted me. I tracked my order and it showed that it has been delivered and received by some person named Ganesh. I contacted the eBay but reaching them is next to impossible thing. I went through their policies and discovered that they have eBay guarantee claim for the products which are received, so I raised a claim there but it has been too long and I have not been contacted by eBay through any medium. And whenever I tried to call their customer support, their executives are busy with handling other clients and asked to hold on which in the end makes us frustrated and forced to hang up. I have tried every way to reach them and track about my order through courier company (Blue Dart), seller (rockingdeals - technix) and eBay but no one has responded positively.

I am raising this incident not for refund but the mental torture I have gone through all this time and this company is not even bother about its clients who in a good faith paid them before the delivery of products. Their customer service is too bad and is impossible to reach them through any mode.

I had purchased a computer case fan on 10th of march 2016 from ebay.In but i had accidentally read the r2 as r3 and placed the wrong order after i called ebay they said to decline the product and your order will be cancelled so i placed a second order for the r3 fan on 25th both the r2 and r3 case fans arrived so i declined the r2 fan as the ebay agent said but still my refund is not been credited even after almost 2 months the paisapay id is [protected] i even contacted ebay support multiple times they always say your refund will be credited within a week but to no avail!

Ebay is tottaly unprofesstional online portal, I m request all of you dont buy any thing from ebay.in.

It's fake company aware from this company.they want only collect money but they don't want to return back your money.last two months I am facing issue to refund my money still they didn't given return my money.they are doing always fake promise giving fake product.its worst company.why government also gives allow to run this type of company.its fake worst company I never seen in my life like that worst company.ebay took my money last two months but still not refund my money.
