My PaisaPay Id [protected]., i did not received my refund amount yet in my payumoney wallet account 20 days already over now if you are failing to credit back my money then i will go for legal action against you please check my payumoney account statement with attach this email.i had already contacted payumoney the told me ebay not refunded your money yet kindly contact ebay if you are failing then we will take legal action on this matter...

-Called them three times after that, yet to receive a proper answer. they are only reply is within 48 hours it will be resolved.
-As on date 18-6-16, i haven't received a single call from ebay to resolve the issue.

Ebay is not interested in resolving the complaint despite the fact that seller is ready to accept return of the product and refund....

We'd ordered a new iphone 5 from ebay and the product was faulty. The phone battery drains out in 2 hours. The product came sealed pack but it never looked like a new phone. For last 20 days we've been writing to ebay for return|refund but there is no reply. So many mails, calls and tweets but no reply. Every time we get some default message but there is no one to listen to us....

I had placed and order on 08/06/2016 to buy Kobo Weight Lifting Gloves (WTG-09) and received the order on 11/06/2016 and on the same day i have placed a request for returning the order and refund under the Claim ID-2063761 after that i had received an SMS explaining that ebay customer care executive will contact me with in 5 days. I did wait for their call up to 10 days and when i had not received any response from their side i my self tried...

What ever you've provided is not helpful honestly speaking thats a piece of crap.
This two tickets have been dragged down from last 8months how shameful of you guys can't even resolve two tickets properly.
When i've spoken to your dd team guy he promised that amount will be transferred through neft.
Lbr-0047225 this is the escalation id what the you guys are upto mate? If i leave this for one more year...

Delivered broken product

This is to highlight the disgusting customer support system ebay has. My refund was approved on 29th may 2016 and still i havent received the refund (Refund claimid : 1981413) after 18 days ie 17 june 2016.

I called ebay customer team to report this issue first on 8th may and also sent the credit card statement. The team has since then not provided any update. When raising a complain, i am given a deadline to expect a update....

Im a seller on ebay.In from past 2 years
But since last year mid 2015 im noticing drastic quality and sales drop on ebay.In

As a seller im getting very few orders... And same products sold very well on snapdeal, flipkart and amazon

This clearly shows that ebay looses their trust from buyers...
