It's been more than two weeks, I have raised the claim for the replacement of product due to size mismatch & there is no response from Ebay support. I tried calling ebay support .. just the music played for 25 mins & still no CSR was assigned. I also tried to reach seller on phone, did not pickup the phone. According to the description item is compatible with all Samsung phones, but it is not so I asked for 5 inch glass instead of 5.2 inch. When I tried email to seller, after two I received the rude email saying it is as per description so there is no question of replacement. This is really pathetic. Ebay needs to upgrade there support as well as seller scrutiny. I even mentioned that package is unbroken as I compared it with my phone without breaking package to notice there is size mismatch.

Thanks for contacting me, Still to be fair to the seller I would prefer the replacement only as its just a size mismatch, but its not available(as per todays call) please take back the product.

      I had ordered a 32gb microsd card on 17.05.2016.

      While ordering i was informed that my product would reach by 26th may.
      But neither the product nor the refund was paid.
      On 4th june i raised a claim but still i received neither the product nor the refund till today.
      This company does not value its consumer's time and patience.

        I purchased microsoft lumia 540 mobile phone online from ebay.in when I opened the seal of the Mobile box I found that the mobile screen was damaged. then I have raised a claim against the ebay with damaged mobile snapshort . then i got a call from ebay they told me you will got a update with resoultion within 48 hours but i did not recived any call yet 8 working days already over . i think ebay india cheated me they send me damaged mobile, not agree to refund my money it if you are faling to provide me resoultion then i will go consumer court file legal action against ebay and refund my full purchase amount as soon as possible

            I had booked certain items on ebay on 27th May 2016, details appended below, the received item is damaged and accessories are also missing, same looks as it is used and also opened handset, also the color of the handset which has been ordered and mentioned on the Box is not same.
            I was also told tha my refund is initied and it will take about 6 six days bur those 6 days are still not over,

            No assistance and solution is given the Call center executive.the services provided by your company is pathetic, dont know what is going on in ebay, if you cannot honour your commitments then pl stay away from this trade. You dont have a proper escalation matrix, lots of false promises by helpline agents(All fixed parrot talks)

            There is also a complaint no. Which is given by lenovo service centre for the hand sent which was sold to me which was filed at another site (flipkart)
            I.e.Srini[protected]

            As they can't file complaint against the handset which is already under complaint.which explains the this was an fraude by them and there supplier of ofselling the used and damaged product

            Following problem are also there

            1.Handset colour is different form the ordered one
            Ordered-black colour(bill & descriptions on the phone images attached)

            2.Hands free were missing

            3.Phone is dead (not getting switch on)

            4.Seller is not responding

                I have been coordinaring with the customer service team in regards to request to update Rs. 1028 paid on2nd May 2016 and Rs. 1999 also is not updated however the shop has been closed even after paying Rs. 5000.

                It has been 40 days since I have been regularly complaining to customer care and even the Grievance Officer Arun Unni however all I receive is expected time for resolution as 72 hours.

                EVERYTIME I AM CALLING I AM GETTING SAME ANSWER AS 72 HOURS OF WAIT, WHAT A SHAMELESS CUSTOMERS SERVICE.


                I AM FACING BUSINESS LOSS DUE TO THIS EVERYDAY!!

                Kindly assist to address my concern as soon as possible so that I can continue my business relations with Ebay and expand it...

                  I have purchased a laptop from eBay (Seller Name: laptop Zone, F133, 3rd Building Spenser Plaza, Mount Road ch-2). He has send me the wrong product and now he is not picking my call.

                  I have purchased this laptop on 4th of June, 2016 and it cost me around 57000 INR. It is now going to be a week and I have still not got any satisfactory solution from the seller or eBay customer care.

                    The advertisement on ebay claimed 100% original xiaomi 10400 mah powebank for item no.[protected]. Seller id riteshjunej-0, buyer id shalekhassan2012


                    1. The 20 digit code on packaging to determine original product is missing and so product without the code is duplicate and fake.
                    2. Cannot turn off the power button while charging the mobile. Have to disconnect the cable out of the phone as the power button doesn't work.
                    3. While charging the xiaomi power bank i cannot charge my mobile at the same time.
                    4. Place the power bank for charging for 3 hours, but it is still not showing full charge. If i cannot full charge it, then i cannot use 10400 mah entirely.
                    5. The cost is rs 500.00, however they have refunded just rs 200 only.
                    6. Every time i call the customer care they promise me within 7-10 working days the issue will be resolved. And later they send me false coupon code for rs 300 which doesn't work.
                    7. Ebay doesn't care to answer customer concern but it is a pity that they are selling fake product for xiaomi. I will move consumer court if my issue is not resolved within 5 days.

                      Please refund my money, I recently paid to one of my transactions on eBay India website using OLA Money Wallet. Surprised that money got deducted from my wallet using Billdesk as payment gateway and then got redirected to eBay stating transaction failed. I was surprised to see there was no eBay order generated. I called eBay India to make them aware of this transaction. I was given service request number # 1-[protected] . I was told that they will resolve this within 72 hours. This incident happened on June 8th 9.05 PM. Today is 13th June, as I did not hear back from eBay on any communication medium, I tried calling them again, I was on hold for approximate 26 minutes, then I spoke to another rep called Sohaib, He apologizes for the delay and says that he has raised a new request as he could not find any details on the previous service request number. I repeatedly asked him what is the status on the previous service request and he did not give me the appropriate answer and simply said "Each time you call eBay they need to generate new service request number". He gave me a new service request number: 1-[protected]. Rep says, please wait for another 72 hours and someone from back end team will get back to me. Again?. In a hope to see someone get back to me with refund information.

                          Item id :[protected]. Seller sports hubb.
                          Item : kamachi ankle weights.
                          Item not received. No response forthcoming from ebay till today. Seller refused to honour the purchase.
                          My claim : i want the product not a refund.

                          Ebay settles the claim in favor of the seller at the sellers request by refunding my money without consulting me. Repeatedly i have sent them emails & tweets on twitter.
                          I get a standard response we are looking into the matter & we will update you shortly. 22 days have now passed since i have been corresponding with ebay & have never got anyone to respond to my claim.
                          I even contact their grievance officer arun unni, he has not even bothered to acknowledge my emails.
                          Basically ebay does not care for the customer. If you go through ebay' twitter account you will observe only standard replies but no hard facts or trying to resolve any of the customers complaints.

                            Sir on 13 april 2016 i purchased milton casserole orchid-1500 in ebay and paid rs.280 through payu money wallet 16 april 2016 i received different production it is a local made no brand name poor quality. Same day i raised claim 1890579 in ebay guarantee customer service. After one month on 13 may 2016 they asked return the product to seller within three days.In given time i reshipped through dtdc tracking no h65292518 and provided proof of reshipping on 20 may 2016 the seller also received the product. But still now i am not received refund sir please take necessary action

                                  I sold many items through ebay for which i have documents for the sold items.
                                  But as per their policy i am not not yet paid for more than their time requested. and the payment due has been asked many time but everytime they are saying they will update the documents for more than two weeks now.

                                    Frist i got difected item and after that i got cupon code for discount cupon but its never working and that day before expiry time i mail through reply and inform them next day i call him...and after and after i call and mail them...each time they ask me so many nonsence quetion for brain washing to forget the cupon of rs 999 and tourchering me...so many times i call you so many time asked me you will get within 7 days but still there is no answer and now i want fully amount of my item rs1100 and i have all m, ail which i send and ya your hidden policy is not knowing customer so dont fraud with people...and no one is responce me...see my history i was your loyal coustomer...but now i am waiting 1 week aftervi ladge complain in court and consumer court and pmo office and give complaint through media expose ebay and its loot hideen policy for people...I HAVE A PRROF OF MAIL AND READDY FOR EACH AND EVERY COMMUNICATION WITH E BAY...

                                      I ordered a kurti in eBay.in.. Paid via net banking my payment is successful..Money debited from my bank account. Got conformation message from bank. But from ebay.in I didn't get any SMS or email for my order conformation.In eBay site there is no order history regarding my order and money. This is SMS from bank while the money debited from my account.Your A/c XXXX21855is debited by Rs. 275.00for BILLDESK-GINB[protected]/EBAY/thru Net Banking - ref:[protected]/06/2016 23:28- Indian Bank..return my money or send the product I ordered.

                                        I am customer of ebay from 2011
                                        I never faced any problem before days but from this week on ebay I have faced many problem and there is no any result of solution like before days
                                        before when customer complain that time ebay shortout problem within 2-3 days but now adays they are not interested to solve the customer problem I am facing worst experience from this week on ebay when I try to buy goods on ebay some are succesfully got confirmation but for my 3 transaction they debited amount from my account but they not gave me any confirmation they show trasaction is failed but amount debited from my account and when I called them they losge complaint but no any refund they told me may reason of my internet network how funny reason I am using cable broadband fibre world speed net connection I hope you will help me to shortout this problem here is the trasaction and bank details o[censored]nsuccessfull transaction with date of transaction too much bad expereince with ebay
