One and half month had past but still i have recieved my refund. E-bay is telling that you have not mailed ebay regarding my refund. Its your duty to do a mail to e-bay regarding my refund.In short they both are telling lie.

The claim was closed on 24-apr-2016, and i was informed that i will receive the payment within 4-8 days.

Still i have not received the money in paytm (Through which i paid). I have been following on daily basis for the last few weeks, but no response from ebay end.

Everytime i get the reply that issue will be closed within 48-72 hours.

Please refer to various queries raised to the customer care on the same : e. G chat transcript - sr# 1-[protected], sr# 1-[protected], etc.

Called customer care many times and still no resolution.

Hi All-

I have purchased product worth of 1300 in the month of Jan, 2016 and it didn't work as expected. Then I called ebay customer care then they said, return that product to the seller and ebay will pay courier charges too and they said like they will send DD for both product and courier changes (1080+ 400=Rs 1480). Since form Feb, 2016 am following up on this amount still I didn't receive my DD or Money. whenever I call customer care they are telling it will some days to process DD or respective team will call back to me on this. But till(May, 2016) I do not see any progress from ebay Side.
Please ban ebay from India and their support is also worst.

I ordered iphone 5s from eBay received on 14th March and on the same day I compliant that the product is defect and damage, after a long calls to customer care centre and talked to seniors of that department from Gujarat, anyway after hardship they said send the product back to the seller. I immediately drop the product on speed post by my money.Then again took more time to get the approval of the claim. It's been sanctioned on 5th May, and till the date I have not received the DD. I also contacted Arun Unni but unfortunately not picking up the call, I frequently sent mails to all email address I have of ebay even the high authority department and the head officer of law enforcement, consumer affairs although they can not update me when I will receive the money back.

I had buyied an memory card 32 gb company samsung from ebay,
but it was found to be defective so i issued a refund claim against it they approved the claim but still no refund is provided not even they are providing any support, even samsung not giving support as it is in warrenty of 5 years,

I ordered two 32gb samsang memory cards.
Firstly I didn't get this items in expected date, for that I had complained, so I got this items.
But this item is completely not working in GT-19060 it is my father's mobile.
When I insert memory card in mobile then mobile shows 'no card detected'
On the memory card his speed shows 20-80 mbps but on trying I noticed that his speed is 50 kbps.
So it is fake product

so I want my money back.

I purchased DOMO tablet from eBay it has scratch on screen when I complained about it with photo now they say it is company defect u contact nearest service centre for service they are big cheater don't purchase from eBay every day I sent them pictures they replies same mail that provide proof so now I understand that they are just harassing and came to know their real intentions so don't purchase any electronic at least from eBay

Am struggling to get my money back from ebay i collected my item at 23/5/2016 its not at all working when checked it on the day i made complain in ebay site this is my claim id: 2013946 and item number:[protected]. They sent one mail said that they will give call within 5 days from particular seller name ('storesproduct15') but nothing is true i was not get any call from them they cheated me. I don't know why they are sending damage and unworkable product to customer whether they thought to got customer money and to build up there outlet in all over country such kind of money will sustain them to leave in this work. I don't want to balm them about there service if i get my product with good condition i want to make a complain here about ebay and there seller i do not know who made mistake either a ebay company or there seller doing things how do they send without testing product? I call ebay and they raised a claim for me next they told me to upload pictures for it i do so they told me to reship the item to the seller. I reship the item on sellers address also provide ebay the tracking id. Next ebay called the seller and ask for solution seller told ebay that he giving a replacement for the product but i want my money back as i purchased the same item from another vendor. On 24/5/2016 ebay closed my claim with this remarks: we have checked the details of your claim and have noticed that the claim filed by you is excluded from eligible transactions for filing a claim under ebay guarantee. Never expected this kind of customer service management from e-bay, its been i month to my complaint, no communication so far, every time you speak to customer care they will ask you to wait for 24 hours and tomorrow never comes. Refund not received. Rude customer service. More than 1 month. Hate eBay. No proper response. Fake words given by them. No guarantee refund nothing. I have returned the item and still did not get my refund. All fraud guarantee is given in eBay. I don't even like to give even 1 star. I hate eBay. The seniors in eBay are of no use. They tell customers all nonsense and they will make them wait.

My claim number 1637563 was logged in for return of a damaged phone worth 42052 rs with Ebay India. The customer care took over 80 days to resolve the case and asked me to return the product to the seller. After returning the product the claim team called me and dropped me an email to release the refund by 8th April 16. The refund is still not given and customer care is not giving me any deadline for it.It seems eBay is cheating their customers with such cases. Please help me get my refund or tell me product on how to file a case in court against the company.

I have ordered a xiomi power bank from ebay. After receiving the product i got to know that i have received a fake copy product by conducting some tests. So, then i raised a claim regarding same and they also confirmed that its a fake product. Next day they picked up the product from my home and didnt gave any receipt to my mother. I contacted the seller and he said he shipped it on the 25th however on contacting him again on 27th for the awb no his number shows as wrong number and now he is not contactable.
